Description

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电连接装置, 尤其是涉及一种应用于电子装置的电连接装置以 及应用该电连接装置的灯具。 背景技术
习知若是要安装灯具在墙面上, 安装者须先将电连接于一电且嵌埋于墙面凹槽 内的接线盒的电源导线连接于灯具主体中的电性导线, 使得灯具可接收到电源 8的 供电后, 才能进而将灯具主体固定于墙面上, 以完成灯具的安装作业。 然而, 灯具 主体中的电性导线与电源导线间的接线流程相当麻烦, 且安装者还必须一边扶持着 灯具主体, 故安装作业相当繁琐与困难。
有鉴于此, 各方致力于开发可轻易安装于墙面上的灯具, 如美国专利公开号第 7985017号所揭露的灯具, 其于灯具主体端设置公头连接器, 并于接线盒端设置与 电源导线相连接的母座连接器, 当灯具欲安装于墙面上时, 只要先将公头连接器以 *** (plug-in ) 的方式对接于母座连接器, 再将灯具主体固定于墙面上或接线盒开 口处的支架板, 即可完成灯具的安装作业。
此外, 日本发明专利公开号第 4915682号亦揭露一种便于安装的灯具, 其于墙 面端设置与电源导线相连接的母座连接器, 当灯具欲安装于墙面上时, 只要先将公 头连接器伸入母座连接器并进行转动, 进而能够顺势以接触的方式与母座连接器产 生电性连接, 再将灯具主体与公头连接器相结合, 使得灯具主体能够与电源端电性 相通, 最后将灯具主体固定于墙面上, 如此即完成灯具的安装作业。
然而, 虽然上述二专利已改善了安装灯具的困难度, 但以美国专利公开号第 7985017号所揭露的灯具为例, 安装者在将灯具主体端的公头连接器连接于接线盒 端的母座连接器时, 还是须要一边扶持着灯具主体才能进行, 着实成为安装作业上 的负担; 再则, 以日本发明专利公开号第 4915682号所揭露的灯具为例, 由于灯具 主体以及公头连接器是呈独立分开的两个元件, 故安装者需进行两次以上的动作才 能完成安装灯具的作业, 即需先使公头连接器与母座连接器相结合, 再使灯具主体 结合于公头连接器, 因此安装作业显然复杂; 此外, 安装者欲将公头连接器伸入母 座连接器时, 还需要寻找母座连接器上供公头连接器伸入的地方, 然而由于灯具主 体具有相当的重量, 故安装者得一边承受灯具主体的重量, 一边将公头连接器对准 母座连接器上供公头连接器伸入的地方, 更甚者, 灯具主体还可能因体积过于庞大 而遮蔽了安装者的视线, 造成安装者要寻找母座连接器上供公头连接器伸入的地方 是非常不容易地, 因此灯具的安装显得更加困难。
是以, 习知的灯具及其与电源间的连接结构仍亟待改进。 发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足, 本发明的目的之一在于, 提供一种经由导引结构的 引导而产生电性相通的电连接装置。

本发明的电连接装置包括二个各自分离的第一电性结构以及第二电性结构, 且 第一电性结构以及第二电性结构可被安排分别电连接于二个欲相互组装的电子结 构上; 其中, 第二电性结构可伸入第一电性结构并进行移动, 当第二电性结构移动 至一电性导通位置时, 第一电性结构电性接触于第二电性结构, 因此第一电性结构 以及第二电性结构之间由一电性隔离关系转换为一电性导通关系, 进而使得二个相 互组装的元件结构能够电性相通。 特别是, 本发明的电连接装置还包括导引结构, 用以导引安装者将第二电性结构从适当的地方伸入第一电性结构中, 如此有助于安 装作业的进行。 应用上述电连接装置的灯具便于进行接线作业。 附图说明

首先说明的是, 本发明电连接装置包括二个各自分离的第一电性结构以及第二 电性结构, 且第一电性结构以及第二电性结构可被安排分别电连接于二个欲相互组 装的电子结构上; 其中, 第二电性结构可伸入第一电性结构并进行移动, 当第二电 性结构移动至一电性导通位置时, 第一电性结构电性接触于第二电性结构, 因此第 一电性结构以及第二电性结构之间由一电性隔离关系转换为一电性导通关系, 进而 使得二个相互组装的元件结构能够电性相通。 特别说明的是, 本发明电连接装置还 包括导引结构, 用以导引安装者将第二电性结构从适当的地方伸入第一电性结构 中, 如此有助于安装作业的进行。 以下将以电连接装置应用于灯具为例作说明, 但 并不以此局限本发明电连接装置的应用范畴。
请参阅图 1~图 7, 图 1为本发明应用电连接装置的灯具于第一较佳实施例的结 构示意图, 图 2为图 1所示灯具的部分结构的立体分解示意图, 图 3为图 2所示灯 具的部分结构的立体分解示意图, 图 4为图 3所示第一电性结构以及第二电性结构 的结构示意图, 图 5为图 4所示第一电性结构以及第二电性结构于另一视角的结构 示意图, 图 6为图 4所示的第一电性结构、 第二电性结构以及电路板的组合状态示 意图, 图 7为图 1所示灯具的安装示意图。
灯具 1可为一室内灯具, 如吸顶灯, 亦可为一室外灯具, 如壁灯, 并包括电路 板 11、 背板装置 12以及灯具主体 13, 且灯具主体 13包括第一发光源 131、第二发 光源 132、感应元件 133以及电连接于电路板 11的第二电性结构 134, 而电路板 11 设置于灯具主体 13中, 用以驱动第一发光源 131 以及第二发光源 132输出光线; 于本较佳实施例中, 第一发光源 131以及第二发光源 132是由多个发光二极管 (图 中未标示) 所组成, 而感应元件 133为一被动式人体传感器, 且其感应信号可用以 作为第一发光源 131以及第二发光源 132是否输出照明光线的依据,惟感应元件 133 仅为一举例, 并非用以限定本发明各种可能的均等变化。
再者, 灯具主体 13与背板装置 12可被拆卸成两个独立的元件, 且背板装置 12 包括第一电性结构 121以及背板主体结构 122; 其中, 第一电性结构 121设置于背 板主体结构 122上, 用以与背板主体结构 122相结合, 其结合方式并不设限, 如锁 固方式结合、 胶合方式结合、 卡合方式结合等, 当然, 第一电性结构 121以及背板 主体结构 122亦可以一体成形的方式制成。
又, 背板主体结构 122用以固定于一壁体 9, 并供灯具主体 13安装于其上, 且背板主体结构 122具有一线孔 1221,用以供电连接于一电源 8且来自壁体 9的电 源导线 81、 82穿过其中 (见图 7, 此将于稍后详述), 进而令电源导线 81、 82可电 连接于第一电性结构 121 ; 其中, 电源导线 81、 82可为火线、 地线以及中线中的一 者。 此外, 当灯具主体 13已被安装于背板主体结构 122上时, 灯具主体 13的第二 电性结构 134可与背板装置 12的第一电性结构 121电性相通, 使得电源 8的电流 能够传输至电路板 11, 以进而驱动第一发光源 131以及第二发光源 132输出光线, 以下将详细说明。
于本较佳实施例中, 第一电性结构 121为一电性母体结构, 并是一具有第一容 置空间 1211的盒状体, 包括第一卡槽 1212、 第二卡槽 1213、 第一电极部以及第二 电极部, 且第一电极部包括第一灯具连接部 1214、 第一导线连接部 1216、 第一导 电元件 1218, 而第二电极部包括第二灯具连接部 1215、 第二导线连接部 1217、 第 二导电元件 1219; 其中, 第一导电元件 1218以及第二导电元件 1219皆设置于第 一容置空间 1211中, 且第一灯具连接部 1214以及第一导线连接部 1216分别形成 于第一导电元件 1218的二端, 而第二灯具连接部 1215以及第二导线连接部 1217 分别形成于第二导电元件 1219的二端, 因此第一灯具连接部 1214与第一导线连接 部 1216呈电性相通, 而第二灯具连接部 1215与第二导线连接部 1217呈电性相通。
又,第一灯具连接部 1214以及第二灯具连接部 1215分别邻近于第一卡槽 1212 的第一端 12121处以及第二卡槽 1213的第一端 12131处, 而第一导线连接部 1216 以及第二导线连接部 1217用以分别供穿过线孔 1221的二电源导线 81、 82电性连 接于其上; 又, 第一卡槽 1212以及第二卡槽 1213皆为弧形卡槽, 并相对设置于第 一电性结构 121的两端, 且第一卡槽 1212的第一端 12121的开口面积小于第一卡 槽 1212的第二端 12122的开口面积,而第二卡槽 1213的第一端 12131的开口面积 亦小于第二卡槽 1213的第二端 12132的开口面积。
又, 第二电性结构 134为一电性公体结构, 并是一具有第二容置空间 1341的 盒状体, 包括相对设置于第二电性结构 134的两端的第一电性卡勾部 1342以及第 二电性卡勾部 1343 ; 其中, 第一电性卡勾部 1342的一端以及第二电性卡勾部 1343 的一端固定于第二容置空间 1341中, 而第一电性卡勾部 1342的另一端以及第二电 性卡勾部 1343的另一端则朝第二容置空间 1341外的方向延伸; 此外, 第一电性卡 勾部 1342以及第二电性卡勾部 1343固定于第二容置空间 1341中的方式并不设限, 如锁固方式固定、 胶合方式固定、 卡合方式固定等, 当然, 第一电性卡勾部 1342、 第二电性卡勾部 1343以及第二电性结构 134亦可以一体成形的方式制成。
再者, 第二电性结构 134设置于灯具主体 13内部, 其与灯具主体 13内部的结 合方式并不设限, 如锁固方式结合、 胶合方式结合、 卡合方式结合等, 当然第二电 性结构 134与灯具主体 13亦可以一体成形的方式制成。 此外, 于本较佳实施例中, 第二电性结构 134的两侧呈 π字形表面, 且电路板 11具有二电路板穿孔 111、 112, 用以供 π字形表面的两端穿过其中, 是以, 灯具主体 13 内部、 第二电性结构 134 以及电路板 11形成一连动关系, 也就是说, 于本较佳实施例中, 电路板 11成为第 二电性结构 134的连动元件, 惟上述灯具主体 13内部、 第二电性结构 134以及电 路板 11 三者之间的结合方式仅为一实施例, 并不以此为限, 只要是第二电性结构 134电性连接于电路板 11, 且电路板 11可随着第二电性结构 134—起移动, 就可 使本发明据以实施。
接下来说明本发明的灯具 1是如何安装于壁体 9。 首先定义本发明中的壁体 9, 亦请同步参阅图 7, 壁体 9可为一天花板或一墙壁, 且包括壁面 91以及接线盒 92; 其中, 接线盒 92嵌埋于壁面 91的壁面凹槽 911内, 而电源导线 81、 82则由接线 盒 92端向壁面凹槽 911外伸出, 较佳者, 接线盒 92还包括支架板 921, 且支架板 921固定于壁面凹槽 911的开口。 以下将以壁体 9是墙壁为例作安装说明。
当安装者欲将灯具 1安装于壁体 9时, 须先将背板装置 12固定于壁体 9上; 进一步而言, 安装者可将电源导线 81、 82穿过背板主体结构 122的线孔 1221, 以 使电源导线 81、 82能进而分别连接于第一电性结构 121的第一导线连接部 1216以 及第二导线连接部 1217, 接着, 再将背板主体结构 122固定于支架板 921上, 如此 即完成背板装置 12的安装。 较佳者, 背板主体结构 122具有多个锁固穿孔 123, 用 以供多个锁固元件 124 (如螺丝) 穿过其中, 进而使背板主体结构 122锁固于支架 板 921上, 惟此仅为一种使背板主体结构 122固定于支架板 92131的实施方式, 并 不以此为限。 当然, 本技术领域的普通技术人员亦可依据实际需求而变更设计为, 接线盒 92不包括支架板 921, 而直接将背板装置 12的背板主体结构 122锁固于壁 面 91上。
再者, 当背板装置 12已被固定后, 安装者只要再将灯具主体 13的第二电性结 构 134伸入背板装置 12的第一电性结构 121中并转动一距离后,第二电性结构 134 就能卡合于第一电性结构 121, 以进而使灯具主体 13与背板装置 12相结合; 此时, 第二电性结构 134会电性接触于第一电性结构 121, 因此电源 8的电流能够依序经 由电源导线 81、 82、 第一电性结构 121、 第二电性结构 134后传输至电路板 11, 以进而驱动第一发光源 131以及第二发光源 132输出光线。
详言之, 当灯具主体 13的第二电性结构 134欲与背板装置 12的第一电性结构 121进行组合时,可先将第二电性结构 134的第一电性卡勾部 1342以及第二电性卡 勾部 1343分别从第一电性结构 121的第一卡槽 1212的第二端 12122以及第一电性 结构 121的第二卡槽 1213的第二端 12132伸入第一电性结构 121的第一容置空间 1211 中; 接着, 将灯具主体 13朝逆时钟的方向转动, 使得第一电性卡勾部 1342 以及第二电性卡勾部 1343同步移动, 也就是说, 使第一电性卡勾部 1342沿着第一 卡槽 1212往第一卡槽 1212的第一端 12121 的方向移动, 同时, 第二电性卡勾部 1343也沿着第二卡槽 1213往第二卡槽 1213的第一端 12131的方向移动。
最后, 当第一电性卡勾部 1342以及第二电性卡勾部 1343分别移动至第一卡槽 1212的第一端 12121以及第二卡槽 1213的第一端 12131时,第一电性卡勾部 1342 以及第二电性卡勾部 1343能够分别与第一电性结构 121的第一灯具连接部 1214以 及第二灯具连接部 1215呈卡合状态, 详言之, 由于第一卡槽 1212的第一端 12121 的开口面积小于第一卡槽 1212的第二端 12122的开口面积,且第二卡槽 1213的第 一端 12131的开口面积小于第二卡槽 1213的第二端 12132的开口面积, 故第一电 性卡勾部 1342 以及第二电性卡勾部 1343 皆无法分别从第一卡槽 1212 的第一端 12121 以及第二卡槽 1213的第一端 12131脱离开, 也就是说, 此时第一电性结构 121以及第二电性结构 134能够相互卡合。又, 由于此时第一电性卡勾部 1342以及 第二电性卡勾部 1343分别接触于第一灯具连接部 1214以及第二灯具连接部 1215, 因此第一电性结构 121以及第二电性结构 134呈电性导通。
特别说明的是, 于本较佳实施例中, 电连接装置的导引结构 14包括形成于电 路板 11上的导引凸柱 141,以及形成于第一电性结构 121上并与导引凸柱 141相对 应的导引穿孔 142, 故当灯具主体 13的第二电性结构 134欲与背板装置 12的第一 电性结构 121进行组合时, 安装者可藉由将导引凸柱 141对准导引穿孔 142后伸入 导引穿孔 142中, 使得第二电性结构 134的第一电性卡勾部 1342以及第二电性卡 勾部 1343能够分别顺势地从第一电性结构 121的第一卡槽 1212的第二端 12122以 及第一电性结构 121的第二卡槽 1213的第二端 12132伸入第一电性结构 121的第 一容置空间 1211中; 此外, 由于导引凸柱 141可相对于导引穿孔 142进行枢转, 故第一电性卡勾部 1342以及第二电性卡勾部 1343分别于第一卡槽 1212内以及第 二卡槽 1213 内移动的过程中就不会偏离应当移动的路径。 较佳者, 连接于电路板 11的导引凸柱 141可作为电性连接于电源 8的地线 83的连接部。
当然, 上述仅为一种导引结构的实施方式, 本技术领域的普通技术人员均可依 据实际应用需求而进行任何均等的变化设计。 举例来说, 可变更设计为, 导引凸柱 141形成于第二电性结构 134上或是其他与第二电性结构 134连动的连动元件上, 而导引穿孔 142形成于与第一电性结构 121连动的连动元件上; 再举例来说, 可变 更设计为, 导引凸柱形成于第一电性结构 121上或是与第一电性结构 121连动的连 动元件上, 而导引穿孔形成于第二电性结构 134或是与第二电性结构 134连动的连 动元件上; 此外, 虽然本二个举例未以图示示意, 惟本技术领域的普通技术人员均 可依据本二个举例的文字说明而轻易了解。
再者, 上述对本较佳实施例的说明仅为一种使第一电性结构 121与第二电性结 构 134于相对移动后产生电性接触而达成电性导通的实施例, 并不以此设限第一电 性结构 121以及第二电性结构 134的形状、 第一电性结构 121的卡槽的数量、 形状 及其设置位置、 导线连接部的数量、 形状及其固定方式、 灯具连接部的数量、 形状 及其固定方式、 导线连接部以及灯具连接部之间的电性相通手段、 电源导线 81、 82 连接于第一电性结构 121的接线方式、或是第二电性结构 134的电性卡勾部的数量、 形状及其固定方式; 也就是说, 本技术领域的普通技术人员均可依据实际应用需求 而进行任何均等的变化设计。
举例来说, 可变更设计为, 第一电性结构 121的第一卡槽 1212以及第二卡槽 1213设置于第一电性结构 121 的同一端, 且第二电性结构 134的第一电性卡勾部 1342以及第二电性卡勾部 1343则相对应的设置于第二电性结构 134的同一端。 再 举例来说, 可变更设计为, 灯具 1并不包括背板装置 12, 而第一电性结构 121则是 直接设置于壁体 9上。
再举例来说,可变更设计为,第一电性结构 121包括分别电连接于电源导线 81、 82第一电性卡勾部以及第二电性卡勾部, 而第二电性结构则包括相对应的第一卡 槽、 第二卡槽、 第一灯具连接部以及第二灯具连接部, 因此当背板装置 12 已被固 定后, 安装者只要再将灯具主体 13朝背板装置 12的方向移动, 使得灯具主体 13 的第一卡槽以及第二卡槽分别被第一电性结构 121的第一电性卡勾部以及第二电性 卡勾部伸入, 进而于使灯具主体 13转动一距离后令第一电性卡勾部以及第二电性 卡勾部分别电性接触第一灯具连接部以及第二灯具连接部, 故电源 8的电流能够依 序经由电源导线 81、 82、 第一电性结构 121、 第二电性结构 134后传输至电路板 11, 以进而驱动第一发光源 131以及第二发光源 132输出光线。 此外, 虽然这三个 举例未以图示示意, 但本技术领域的普通技术人员均可依据这三个举例的文字说明 而轻易了解。
根据以上的说明可知, 安装者于安装灯具 1的过程中, 不需要再一边扶持着灯 具主体 13, 一边进行接线作业, 使得安装过程轻松容易许多, 并且在导引结构 24 的辅助下, 能够导引第二电性结构 134的第一电性卡勾部 1342以及第二电性卡勾 部 1343分别从第一卡槽 1212以及第二卡槽 1213的适当处伸入第一电性结构 121 中, 更有助于安装作业的进行。

其中, 本较佳实施例的灯具 2及其电连接装置大致类似于本发明第一较佳实施 例中所述者, 在此即不再予以赘述, 而仅作简单的说明。 同样地, 灯具 2包括电路 板 21、 背板装置 22以及灯具主体 23, 且灯具主体 23中设置有电性连接于电路板 21的第二电性结构 234, 而背板装置 22包括第一电性结构 221以及背板主体结构 222; 其中, 当灯具主体 23被安装于背板装置 22后, 灯具主体 23的第二电性结构 234可与背板装置 22的第一电性结构 221电性相通, 使得电源(图中未标示) 的电 流能够传输至电路板 21, 以进而驱动发光源 (图中未标示) 输出光线。
详言之, 当安装者欲将灯具 2安装于壁体 (图中未标示) 时, 须先将背板装置 22固定于壁体上; 进一步而言, 安装者可将电源导线 (图中未标示) 穿过背板主体 结构 222的背盖 2222的线孔 2221, 以使电源导线能进而分别连接于第一电性结构 221的第一导线连接部 (图中未标示) 以及第二导线连接部 (图中未标示), 接着, 再将背板主体结构 222固定于壁体上, 如此即完成背板装置 22的安装。
再者, 当背板装置 22已被固定后, 安装者只要再将灯具主体 23的第二电性结 构 234伸入背板装置 22的第一电性结构 221中并转动一距离后,第二电性结构 234 就能卡合于第一电性结构 221, 以进而使灯具主体 23与背板装置 22相结合; 此时, 第二电性结构 234会电性接触于第一电性结构 221, 因此电源的电流能够依序经由 电源导线、 第一电性结构 221、 第二电性结构 234后传输至电路板 21, 以进而驱动 发光源输出光线。
详言之, 当灯具主体 23的第二电性结构 234欲与背板装置 22的第一电性结构 221进行组合时,可先将第二电性结构 234的第一电性卡勾部 2342以及第二电性卡 勾部 2343分别从第一电性结构 221的第一卡槽 2212的第二端 22122以及第一电性 结构 221的第二卡槽 2213的第二端 22132伸入第一电性结构 221的第一容置空间 2211 中; 接着, 将灯具主体 23朝逆时钟的方向转动, 使得第一电性卡勾部 2342 以及第二电性卡勾部 2343同步移动, 也就是说, 使第一电性卡勾部 2342沿着第一 卡槽 2212往第一卡槽 2212的第一端 22121 的方向移动, 同时, 第二电性卡勾部 2343也沿着第二卡槽 2213往第二卡槽 2213的第一端 22131的方向移动。

特别说明的是, 于本较佳实施例中, 电连接装置的导引结构 24包括形成于第 一电性结构 221上的第一导引柱体 241以及第二导引柱体 242,且第一导引柱体 241 具有第一导引表面 2411邻近于第一卡槽 2212的第二端 22122,而第二导引柱体 242 具有第二导引表面 2421邻近于第二卡槽 2213的第二端 22132, 故当灯具主体 23 的第二电性结构 234欲与背板装置 22的第一电性结构 221进行组合时, 安装者可 藉由将第二电性结构 234的第一电性卡勾部 2342的表面接触第一导引柱体 241的 第一导引表面 2411,并使第一电性卡勾部 2342的表面沿着第一导引表面 2411朝壁 体的方向移动, 以及将第二电性结构 234的第二电性卡勾部 2343的表面接触第二 导引柱体 242的第二导引表面 2421, 并使第二电性卡勾部 2343的表面沿着第二导 引表面 2421朝壁体的方向移动, 使得第二电性结构 234的第一电性卡勾部 2342以 及第二电性卡勾部 2343能够分别顺势地从第一电性结构 221的第一卡槽 2212的第 二端 22122以及第一电性结构 221的第二卡槽 2213的第二端 22132伸入第一电性 结构 221的第一容置空间 1211中, 以准备接着进行后续的移动。
更佳者, 导引结构 24还包括形成于与灯具主体 23的导引凸柱 243, 以及形成 于第一电性结构 221上并与导引凸柱 241相对应的导引穿孔 244, 故藉由将导引凸 柱 243对准导引穿孔 244亦可辅助安装者将灯具主体 23的第二电性结构 234组合 于背板装置 22的第一电性结构 221 ; 此外, 由于导引凸柱 243可相对于导引穿孔 244进行枢转, 故第一电性卡勾部 2342以及第二电性卡勾部 2343分别于第一卡槽 2212内以及第二卡槽 2213内移动的过程中就不会偏离应当移动的路径。
当然, 上述导引凸柱 243以及导引穿孔 244的设计亦可变更设计为, 导引凸柱 243形成于第二电性结构 234上或是其他与第二电性结构 234连动的连动元件上, 而导引穿孔 244形成于与第一电性结构 221连动的连动元件上; 抑或是可变更设计 为, 导引凸柱形成于第一电性结构 221上或是与第一电性结构 221连动的连动元件 上, 而导引穿孔形成于第二电性结构 234或是与第二电性结构 234连动的连动元件 上; 此外, 虽然本二个变更设计并未以图示示意, 惟本技术领域的普通技术人员均 可依据本二个变更设计的文字说明而轻易了解。
根据以上的说明可知, 安装者于安装灯具 2的过程中, 不需要再一边扶持着灯 具主体 23, 一边进行接线作业, 使得安装过程轻松容易许多, 并且在导引结构 24 的辅助下, 能够导引第二电性结构 234的第一电性卡勾部 2342以及第二电性卡勾 部 2343分别从第一卡槽 2212以及第二卡槽 2213的适当处伸入第一电性结构 221 中, 更有助于安装作业的进行。
当然, 第二较佳实施例中的灯具 2及其电连接装置亦可由本技术领域的普通技 术人员依据实际应用需求而进行任何均等的变化设计, 如第一导引柱体 241以及第 二导引柱体 242可仅存在其中一个, 且其变更设计的方向亦可参考第一较佳实施例 中所述、 或由第一较佳实施例中所获得的启示而进行, 在此即不在予以赘述。
请参阅图 13~图 14, 图 13为本发明应用电连接装置的灯具于第三较佳实施例 的灯具主体与防转盖体的部分结构示意图, 图 14为本发明应用电连接装置的灯具 于第三较佳实施例的部分结构的立体分解示意图。 其中, 本实施例的灯具 2'大致类 似于本发明第二较佳实施例中所述者, 在此即不再予以赘述。 而本较佳实施例与前 述第三较佳实施例不同之处在于, 灯具 2'更包括一防转盖体 25, 其藉由卡合的方 式与灯具主体 23相结合, 然其结合方式并不设限, 亦可为锁固方式结合、 胶合方 式结合等, 当然, 防转盖体 25以及灯具主体 23亦可以一体成形的方式制成。
又, 防转盖体 25包括有对应于第一导引柱体 241 以及第二导引柱体 242的第 一盖体凹槽 251以及第二盖体凹槽 252、 对应于导引凸柱 243的盖体穿孔 253以及 呈环形条状的复数个防转凸肋 254~256, 而背板主体结构 222更包括对应于复数防 转凸肋 254~256的一防转凹槽 2222以及一活动式档止部 2223。 其中, 当防转盖体 25与灯具主体 23相卡合时, 第二电性结构 234的第一电性卡勾部 2342、 第二电性 卡勾部 2343以及导引结构 24的导引凸柱 243分别穿过防转盖体的 25第一盖体凹 槽 251、 第二盖体凹槽 252以及盖体穿孔 253。
再者, 当背板装置 22如第二较佳实施例的说明而被固定且第二电性结构 234 的第一电性卡勾部 2342以及第二电性卡勾部 2343已藉由第一导引柱体 241以及第 二导引柱体 242的导引而伸入第一电性结构 221的第一容置空间 1211时, 该些防 转凸肋 254~256容置于防转凹槽 2222中,且当第二电性结构 234接着进行转动时, 该些防转凸肋 254~256亦同步沿着防转凹槽 2222进行转动,直到第一电性结构 221 以及第二电性结构 234卡合并呈电性导通关系为止。

请参阅图 16~图 20, 图 16为本发明应用电连接装置的灯具于第五较佳实施例 的部分结构示意图, 图 17为图 16所示第二电性结构与导引结构的部分结构的立体 分解示意图, 图 18为第一电性结构与第二电性结构于组装前的组装示意图, 图 19 为图 18所示第一电性结构与第二电性结构于组装中的组装示意图, 图 20为图 19 所示第一电性结构与第二电性结构于组装后的组装示意图。为了使图 16~图 20能更 清楚示意本第五较佳实施例, 故部分元件未绘出, 如灯具主体、 电路板、 背板装置 等。 其中, 本实施例的电连接装置大致类似于本发明第一较佳实施例中所述者, 在 此即不再予以赘述。 而本较佳实施例与前述第一较佳实施例不同之处在于, 导引结 构 44的设计方式, 其呈一圆盒状体, 并用以与第二电性结构 434相结合, 其结合 方式并不设限, 如锁固方式结合、 胶合方式结合、 卡合方式结合等, 当然, 导引结 构 44以及第二电性结构 434亦可以一体成形的方式制成。
又,导引结构 44具有导引容置空间 447、第一导引板体 441、第二导引板体 442、 卡勾穿孔 445, 且第一导引板体 441以及第二导引板体 442分别具有第一导引表面 4411 以及第二导引表面 4421, 其中, 第一导引板体 441的一端以及第二导引板体 442的一端分别固定于导引容置空间 447内, 而第一导引板体 441的另一端以及第 二导引板体 442的另一端则朝导引容置空间 447外的方向延伸; 此外, 当导引结构 44与第二电性结构 434相结合时, 第二电性结构 434的第一电性卡勾部 4342以及 第二电性卡勾部 4343穿过导引结构 44的第卡勾穿孔 445, 以朝导引容置空间 447 外的方向延伸。
再者, 当灯具主体 (图中未标示, 可参考图 2 ) 的第二电性结构 434欲与背板 装置 (图中未标示, 可参考图 2 ) 的第一电性结构 421进行组合时, 安装者可藉由 将第一导引板体 441的第一导引表面 4411以及第二导引板体 442的第二导引表面 4421分别接触于第一电性结构 421的二相对应侧面 4216、 4217 , 并进而使第一导 引板体 441的第一导引表面 4411以及第二导引板体 442的第二导引表面 4421分别 沿着第一电性结构 421的二相对应侧面 4216、 4217朝壁体 (图中未标示, 可参考 图 7 ) 的方向 D移动, 使得第二电性结构 434的第一电性卡勾部 4342以及第二电 性卡勾部 4343 能够分别顺势地从第一电性结构 421 的第一卡槽 4212 的第二端 42122以及第一电性结构 421的第二卡槽 4213的第二端 42132伸入第一电性结构 421的第一容置空间 4211中, 此时, 至少部分第一电性结构 421亦顺势地容置于导 引结构 44的导引容置空间 447中, 其如图 18所示。
更佳者, 导引结构 44还具有第一限位板体 443以及第二限位板体 444, 且第一 限位板体 443以及第二限位板体 444分别具有第一限位表面 4431以及第二限位表 面 4441,其中,第一限位板体 443的一端以及第二限位板体 444的一端分别固定于 导引容置空间 447内, 而第一限位板体 443的另一端以及第二限位板体 444的另一 端则朝导引容置空间 447外的方向延伸。
又, 藉由导引结构 44而伸入第一电性结构 421的第一电性卡勾部 4342以及第 二电性卡勾部 4343接着分别沿着第一卡槽 4212以及第二卡槽 4213进行移动, 直 到导引结构 44的第一限位板体 443的第一限位表面 4431以及第二限位板体 444的 第二限位表面 4441 分别接触并抵顶到第一电性结构 421 的二相对应侧面 4216、 4217时, 第二电性结构 434会被限制继续转动, 其如图 19所示, 如此可辅助安装 者获知第二电性结构 434与第一电性结构 421间已完成组合, 也就是说, 第一电性 结构 421以及第二电性结构 434已互相卡合并呈电性导通。
当然, 本第四较佳实施例中的电连接装置亦可由本技术领域的普通技术人员依 据实际应用需求而进行任何均等的变化设计, 如第一导引板体 441已及第二导引板 体 442可仅存在其中一个, 或第一限位板体 443以及第二限位板体 444也可仅存在 其中一个, 或导引结构 44可包括二个卡勾穿孔分别供第一电性卡勾部 4342以及第 二电性卡勾部穿过其中; 又, 变更设计的方向亦可参考第一较佳实施例中所述、 或 由第一较佳实施例中所获得的启示而进行, 在此即不在予以赘述。 此外, 本技术领 域的普通技术人员皆可由本第五较佳实施例中所获得的启示而将其应用于前述第 二较佳实施例中。

权利要求
1、 一种电连接装置, 包括:
一第一电性结构, 包括至少一卡槽以及至少一电极部;
一第二电性结构, 包括至少一电性卡勾部; 其中, 于该至少一电性卡勾部伸入 该至少一卡槽而直接抵触该至少一电极部时, 抑或于该至少一电性卡勾部伸入该至 少一卡槽后进行移动, 且当该至少一电性卡勾部移动至一电性导通位置而接触该至 少一电极部时, 该第一电性结构以及该第二电性结构之间由一电性隔离关系转换为 一电性导通关系; 以及
一导引结构, 用以导引该至少一电性卡勾部伸入该至少一卡槽。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的电连接装置, 其中该导引结构设置于该第二电性结构, 并包括至少一导引表面, 且该至少一导引表面与该至少一电性卡勾部朝同一方向延 伸, 其中, 该至少一电性卡勾部应该至少一导引表面接触并沿着该第一电性结构的 一表面移动而伸入该至少一卡槽; 抑或是该导引结构设置于该第一电性结构并邻近 于该至少一卡槽, 且该导引结构包括至少一导引表面, 其中, 该至少一电性卡勾部 应该第二电性结构的一表面接触并沿着该至少一导引表面移动而伸入该至少一卡 槽。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的电连接装置, 其中该至少一电极部包括一第一电极部 以及一第二电极部, 且该至少一电性卡勾部包括分别相对应于该第一电极部以及该 第二电极部的一第一电性卡勾部以及一第二电性卡勾部, 而该至少一卡槽包括分别 相对应于该第一电性卡勾部以及该第二电性卡勾部的一第一卡槽以及一第二卡槽; 其中, 该至少一导引表面包括一第一导引表面, 且当该导引结构设置于该第二电性 结构时, 该第一电性卡勾部应该第一导引表面接触并沿着该第一电性结构的该表面 移动而伸入该第一卡槽, 而当该导引结构设置于该第一电性结构时, 该第一电性卡 勾部应该第二电性结构的该表面接触并沿着该第一导引表面移动而伸入该第一卡 槽。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的电连接装置, 其中该第一电极部以及该第二电极部分 别邻近于该第一卡槽的一第一端以及该第二卡槽的一第一端, 且该第一电性卡勾部 用以于穿过该第一卡槽的一第二端后, 沿着该第一卡槽往该第一卡槽的该第一端的 方向移动, 而该第二电性卡勾部用以于穿过该第二卡槽的一第二端后, 沿着该第二 卡槽往该第二卡槽的该第一端的方向移动; 其中, 当该第一电性卡勾部移动至该电 性导通位置时, 该第一电性卡勾部接触该第一电极部, 且该第二电性卡勾部接触该 第二电极部。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的电连接装置, 其中该第一卡槽的该第二端的开口面积 大于该第一卡槽的该第一端的开口面积, 且该第二卡槽的该第二端的开口面积大于 该第二卡槽的该第一端的开口面积。
6、 如权利要求 3所述的电连接装置, 其中该至少一导引表面还包括一第二导 引表面; 其中, 当该导引结构设置于该第二电性结构时, 该第二电性卡勾部应该第 二导引表面接触并沿着该第一电性结构的一另一表面移动而伸入该第二卡槽, 而当 该导引结构设置于该第一电性结构时, 该第二电性卡勾部应该第二电性结构的一另 一表面接触并沿着该第二导引表面移动而伸入该第二卡槽。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的电连接装置, 其中当该导引结构设置于该第二电性结 构时, 该第一电性结构呈一盒状体, 且该第一电性结构的该表面以及该另一表面为 该盒状体的二相对应侧面, 而当该导引结构设置于该第一电性结构时, 该第二电性 结构的该表面以及该另一表面分别位于该第一电性卡勾部上以及该第二电性卡勾 部上。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的电连接装置, 其中当该导引结构设置于该第二电性结 构时, 该导引结构呈一盒状体并具有一导引容置空间, 且该第一导引表面的一端以 及该第二导引表面的一端分别固定于该导引容置空间内, 而该第一导引表面的一另 一端以及该第二导引表面的一另一端朝该导引容置空间外的方向延伸, 其中, 当该 第一电性卡勾部以及该第二电性卡勾部分别伸入该第一卡槽以及该第二卡槽时, 至 少部分该第一电性结构容置于该导引容置空间中; 抑或是当该导引结构设置于该第 一电性结构时, 该导引结构还包括一第一导引柱体以及一第二导引柱体, 且该第一 导引柱体以及该第二导引柱体分别设置于该第一卡槽的一第二端的邻近处以及该 第二卡槽的一第二端的邻近处, 且该第一导引表面以及该第二导引表面分别位于该 第一导引柱体以及该第二导引柱体上。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的电连接装置, 其中当该导引结构设置于该第二电性结 构时, 该导引结构具有至少一卡勾穿孔, 用以于该导引结构与该第二电性结构相结 合时, 供该第一电性卡勾部以及该第二电性卡勾部穿过其中。
10、 如权利要求 2、 3或 4所述的电连接装置, 其中当该导引结构设置于该第 二电性结构时, 该导引结构还包括至少一限位面, 且该至少一限位面与该至少一电 性卡勾部朝同一方向延伸; 其中, 伸入该至少一卡槽并进行移动的该至少一电性卡 勾部于该至少一限位面接触并抵顶该第一电性结构时被限制移动。
11、 如权利要求 1所述的电连接装置, 其中该导引结构包括一导引穿孔以及枢 接于该导引穿孔的一导引凸柱, 且该导引凸柱设置于该第二电性结构上或是与该第 二电性结构连动的一公体连动元件上, 而该导引穿孔设置于该第一电性结构上或是 与该第一电性结构连动的一母体连动元件上; 抑或是该导引凸柱设置于该第一电性 结构上或是与该第一电性结构连动的该母体连动元件上, 而该导引穿孔设置于该第 二电性结构上或是与该第二电性结构连动的该公体连动元件上; 其中, 该至少一电 性卡勾部应该导引凸柱穿过该导引穿孔而伸入该至少一卡槽。
12、 如权利要求 11 所述的电连接装置, 其中该至少一电极部包括一第一电极 部以及一第二电极部, 且该至少一电性卡勾部包括分别相对应于该第一电极部以及 该第二电极部的一第一电性卡勾部以及一第二电性卡勾部, 而该至少一卡槽包括分 别相对应于该第一电性卡勾部以及该第二电性卡勾部的一第一卡槽以及一第二卡 槽; 其中, 该第一电性卡勾部以及该第二电性卡勾部分别邻近于该第一卡槽的一第 一端以及该第二卡槽的一第一端, 当该导引凸柱穿过该导引穿孔而进行转动时, 该 第一电性卡勾部由该第一卡槽的一第二端沿着该第一卡槽往该第一卡槽的该第一 端的方向移动, 且该第二电性卡勾部由该第二卡槽的一第二端, 沿着该第二卡槽往 该第二卡槽的该第一端的方向移动, 以于该第一电性卡勾部移动至该电性导通位置 时,该第一电性卡勾部接触该第一电极部,且该第二电性卡勾部接触该第二电极部。
13、 如权利要求 12所述的电连接装置, 其中该第一卡槽的该第二端的开口面 积大于该第一卡槽的该第一端的开口面积, 且该第二卡槽的该第二端的开口面积大 于该第二卡槽的该第一端的开口面积。
14、 如权利要求 10所述的电连接装置, 其中该导引凸柱电性连接于一电源的 一地线。
15、 如权利要求 1所述的电连接装置, 其中该至少一电极部用以电连接于与一 电源电性相通且来自一壁体的至少一电源导线, 且该至少一电源导线包括一火线、 一地线以及一中线中的至少一者。
16、 如权利要求 1所述的电连接装置, 其中该导引结构以及该第一电性结构为 二独立式元件, 抑或是该导引结构以及该第一电性结构一体成形, 抑或是该导引结 构以及该第二电性结构为二独立式元件, 抑或是该导引结构以及该第二电性结构一 体成形。
17、 如权利要求 1所述的电连接装置, 其中应用于一室内灯具或一室外灯具。
18、 一种灯具, 包括:
一背板装置, 用以固定于一壁体;
一灯具主体, 具有至少一发光源, 并用以被安装于该背板装置;
一电路板, 设置于该灯具主体中, 并用以驱动该至少一发光源输出光线; 以及 一电连接装置, 包括:
一第一电性结构, 包括至少一卡槽以及至少一电极部, 且该至少一电极部 电性连接于与一电源电性相通且来自该壁体的至少一电源导线;
一第二电性结构, 包括至少一电性卡勾部; 其中, 于该至少一电性卡勾部 伸入该至少一卡槽而直接抵触该至少一灯具连接部时, 抑或于该至少一电性卡勾部 伸入该至少一卡槽后进行移动, 且当该至少一电性卡勾部移动至一电性导通位置而 接触该至少一电极部时, 该第一电性结构以及该第二电性结构之间由一电性隔离关 系转换为一电性导通关系; 以及
一导引结构, 用以导引该至少一电性卡勾部伸入该至少一卡槽。
19、 如权利要求 18所述的灯具, 其中该第一电性结构连接于该背板装置, 而 该第二电性结构电连接于该电路板; 抑或是该第二电性结构连接于该背板装置, 而 该第一电性结构电连接于该电路板。
20、 如权利要求 18所述的灯具, 其中该导引结构设置于该第二电性结构, 并 包括至少一导引表面, 且该至少一导引表面与该至少一电性卡勾部朝同一方向延 伸, 其中, 该至少一电性卡勾部应该至少一导引表面接触并沿着该第一电性结构的 一表面移动而伸入该至少一卡槽; 抑或是该导引结构设置于该第一电性结构并邻近 于该至少一卡槽, 且该导引结构包括至少一导引表面, 其中, 该至少一电性卡勾部 应该第二电性结构的一表面接触并沿着该至少一导引表面移动而伸入该至少一卡 槽。
21、 如权利要求 20所述的灯具, 其中该至少一电极部包括一第一电极部以及 一第二电极部, 且该至少一电性卡勾部包括分别相对应于该第一电极部以及该第二 电极部的一第一电性卡勾部以及一第二电性卡勾部, 而该至少一卡槽包括分别相对 应于该第一电性卡勾部以及该第二电性卡勾部的一第一卡槽以及一第二卡槽; 其 中, 该至少一导引表面包括一第一导引表面, 且当该导引结构设置于该第二电性结 构时, 该第一电性卡勾部应该第一导引表面接触并沿着该第一电性结构的该表面移 动而伸入该第一卡槽, 而当该导引结构设置于该第一电性结构时, 该第一电性卡勾 部应该第二电性结构的该表面接触并沿着该第一导引表面移动而伸入该第一卡槽。
22、 如权利要求 21 所述的灯具, 其中该至少一导引表面还包括一第二导引表 面; 其中, 当该导引结构设置于该第二电性结构时, 且该第二电性卡勾部应该第二 导引表面接触并沿着该第一电性结构的一另一表面移动而伸入该第二卡槽而当该 导引结构设置于该第一电性结构时, 该第二电性卡勾部应该第二电性结构的一另一 表面接触并沿着该第二导引表面移动而伸入该第二卡槽。
23、 如权利要求 22所述的灯具, 其中当该导引结构设置于该第二电性结构时, 该第一电性结构呈一盒状体, 且该第一电性结构的该表面以及该另一表面为该盒状 体的二相对应侧面, 而当该导引结构设置于该第一电性结构时, 该第二电性结构的 该表面以及该另一表面分别位于该第一电性卡勾部上以及该第二电性卡勾部上。
24、 如权利要求 23所述的灯具, 其中当该导引结构设置于该第二电性结构时, 该导引结构呈一盒状体并具有一导引容置空间, 且该第一导引表面的一端以及该第 二导引表面的一端分别固定于该导引容置空间内, 而该第一导引表面的一另一端以 及该第二导引表面的一另一端朝该导引容置空间外的方向延伸, 其中, 当该第一电 性卡勾部以及该第二电性卡勾部分别伸入该第一卡槽以及该第二卡槽时, 至少部分 该第一电性结构容置于该导引容置空间中; 抑或是当该导引结构设置于该第一电性 结构时, 导引结构还包括一第一导引柱体以及一第二导引柱体, 且该第一导引柱体 以及该第二导引柱体分别设置于该第一卡槽的一第二端的邻近处以及该第二卡槽 的一第二端的邻近处, 且该第一导引表面以及该第二导引表面分别位于该第一导引 柱体以及该第二导引柱体上。
25、 如权利要求 20所述的灯具, 其中当该导引结构设置于该第二电性结构时, 该导引结构还包括至少一限位面, 且该至少一限位面与该至少一电性卡勾部朝同一 方向延伸; 其中, 伸入该至少一卡槽并进行移动的该至少一电性卡勾部于该至少一 限位面接触并抵顶该第一电性结构时被限制移动。
26、 如权利要求 18所述的灯具, 其中该导引结构包括一导引穿孔以及枢接于 该导引穿孔的一导引凸柱, 且该导引凸柱设置于该第二电性结构上或是与该第二电 性结构连动的一公体连动元件上, 而该导引穿孔设置于该第一电性结构上或是与该 第一电性结构连动的一母体连动元件上; 抑或是该导引凸柱设置于该第一电性结构 上或是与该第一电性结构连动的该母体连动元件上, 而该导引穿孔设置于该第二电 性结构上或是与该第二电性结构连动的该公体连动元件上; 其中, 该至少一电性卡 勾部应该导引凸柱穿过该导引穿孔而伸入该至少一卡槽。
27、 如权利要求 26所述的灯具, 其中该公体连动元件为该电路板或该灯具主 体。
28、 如权利要求 26所述的灯具, 其中该导引凸柱电性连接于一电源的一地线。
29、 如权利要求 18所述的灯具, 其中该壁体包括一壁面以及一接线盒, 且至 少部分该接线盒嵌埋于该壁面的一壁面凹槽内; 其中, 该至少一电源导线由该接线 盒向该壁面凹槽外伸出, 且该至少一电源导线包括火线、 地线以及中线中的至少一 者。
30、 如权利要求 29所述的灯具, 其中该接线盒还包括一支架板, 该支架板固 定于该壁面凹槽的一开口, 且该背板装置设置于该支架板上。
31、 如权利要求 18所述的灯具, 其中该壁体为一天花板或一墙壁, 抑或该灯 具主体还具有一感应元件, 抑或该灯具为一室内灯具或一室外灯具。
32、 一种灯具, 包括:
一灯具结构, 具有至少一发光源; 以及 一电连接装置, 包括:
一第一电性结构, 包括至少一卡槽以及至少一电极部, 且该至少一电极部 电性连接于与一电源电性相通且来自一壁体的至少一电源导线;
一第二电性结构, 包括至少一电性卡勾部; 其中, 于该至少一电性卡勾部 伸入该至少一卡槽而直接抵触该至少一灯具连接部时, 抑或于该至少一电性卡勾部 伸入该至少一卡槽后进行移动, 且当该至少一电性卡勾部移动至一电性导通位置而 接触该至少一电极部时, 该第一电性结构以及该第二电性结构之间由一电性隔离关 系转换为一电性导通关系; 以及
一导引结构, 用以导引该至少一电性卡勾部伸入该至少一卡槽。
33、 如权利要求 32所述的灯具, 其中该灯具结构包括:
一背板装置, 用以固定于该壁体;
一灯具主体, 具有该至少一发光源, 并用以被安装于该背板装置; 以及 一电路板, 设置于该灯具主体中, 并用以驱动该至少一发光源输出光线。
34、 如权利要求 33所述的灯具, 其中该第一电性结构连接于该背板装置, 而 该第二电性结构电连接于该电路板; 抑或是该第二电性结构连接于该背板装置, 而 该第一电性结构电连接于该电路板。
35、 如权利要求 33所述的灯具, 其中该壁体为一天花板或一墙壁, 抑或该灯 具结构还具有一感应元件, 抑或该灯具为一室内灯具或一室外灯具。
36、 如权利要求 32所述的灯具, 其中该导引结构设置于该第二电性结构, 并 包括至少一导引表面, 且该至少一导引表面与该至少一电性卡勾部朝同一方向延 伸, 其中, 该至少一电性卡勾部应该至少一导引表面接触并沿着该第一电性结构的 一表面移动而伸入该至少一卡槽; 抑或是该导引结构设置于该第一电性结构并邻近 于该至少一卡槽, 且该导引结构包括至少一导引表面, 其中, 该至少一电性卡勾部 应该第二电性结构的一表面接触并沿着该至少一导引表面移动而伸入该至少一卡 槽。
37、 如权利要求 36所述的灯具, 其中该至少一电极部包括一第一电极部以及 一第二电极部, 且该至少一电性卡勾部包括分别相对应于该第一电极部以及该第二 电极部的一第一电性卡勾部以及一第二电性卡勾部, 而该至少一卡槽包括分别相对 应于该第一电性卡勾部以及该第二电性卡勾部的一第一卡槽以及一第二卡槽; 其 中, 该至少一导引表面包括一第一导引表面, 且当该导引结构设置于该第二电性结 构时, 该第一电性卡勾部应该第一导引表面接触并沿着该第一电性结构的该表面移 动而伸入该第一卡槽, 而当该导引结构设置于该第一电性结构时, 该第一电性卡勾 部应该第二电性结构的该表面接触并沿着该第一导引表面移动而伸入该第一卡槽。
38、 如权利要求 37所述的灯具, 其中该至少一导引表面还包括一第二导引表 面; 其中, 当该导引结构设置于该第二电性结构时, 且该第二电性卡勾部应该第二 导引表面接触并沿着该第一电性结构的一另一表面移动而伸入该第二卡槽而当该 导引结构设置于该第一电性结构时, 该第二电性卡勾部应该第二电性结构的一另一 表面接触并沿着该第二导引表面移动而伸入该第二卡槽。
39、 如权利要求 38所述的灯具, 其中当该导引结构设置于该第二电性结构时, 该第一电性结构呈一盒状体, 且该第一电性结构的该表面以及该另一表面为该盒状 体的二相对应侧面, 而当该导引结构设置于该第一电性结构时, 该第二电性结构的 该表面以及该另一表面分别位于该第一电性卡勾部上以及该第二电性卡勾部上。
40、 如权利要求 39所述的灯具, 其中当该导引结构设置于该第二电性结构时, 该导引结构呈一盒状体并具有一导引容置空间, 且该第一导引表面的一端以及该第 二导引表面的一端分别固定于该导引容置空间内, 而该第一导引表面的一另一端以 及该第二导引表面的一另一端朝该导引容置空间外的方向延伸, 其中, 当该第一电 性卡勾部以及该第二电性卡勾部分别伸入该第一卡槽以及该第二卡槽时, 至少部分 该第一电性结构容置于该导引容置空间中; 抑或是当该导引结构设置于该第一电性 结构时, 导引结构还包括一第一导引柱体以及一第二导引柱体, 且该第一导引柱体 以及该第二导引柱体分别设置于该第一卡槽的一第二端的邻近处以及该第二卡槽 的一第二端的邻近处, 且该第一导引表面以及该第二导引表面分别位于该第一导引 柱体以及该第二导引柱体上。
41、 如权利要求 36所述的灯具, 其中当该导引结构设置于该第二电性结构时, 该导引结构还包括至少一限位面, 且该至少一限位面与该至少一电性卡勾部朝同一 方向延伸; 其中, 伸入该至少一卡槽并进行移动的该至少一电性卡勾部于该至少一 限位面接触并抵顶该第一电性结构时被限制移动。
42、 如权利要求 33所述的灯具, 其中该导引结构包括一导引穿孔以及枢接于 该导引穿孔的一导引凸柱, 且该导引凸柱设置于该第二电性结构上或是与该第二电 性结构连动的一公体连动元件上, 而该导引穿孔设置于该第一电性结构上或是与该 第一电性结构连动的一母体连动元件上; 抑或是该导引凸柱设置于该第一电性结构 上或是与该第一电性结构连动的该母体连动元件上, 而该导引穿孔设置于该第二电 性结构上或是与该第二电性结构连动的该公体连动元件上; 其中, 该至少一电性卡 勾部应该导引凸柱穿过该导引穿孔而伸入该至少一卡槽。
43、 如权利要求 42所述的灯具, 其中该公体连动元件为该电路板或该灯具主 体。
44、 如权利要求 42所述的灯具, 其中该导引凸柱电性连接于一电源的一地线。
