综上所述, 本发明提供一种便携式空气净化器, 外形时尚美观, 可直接佩戴在人 体的脖颈部位, 便携式净化器的主体至少部分地呈环绕状, 使其在使用者的颈部环抱 定位, 以使净化器的出风口位置与人体鼻部的距离基本保持不变, 风速柔和且风向可 调, 有效地实现了对鼻部附近空气的彻底进化, 结构简单, 佩戴使用方便。

实施例一
图 1为本发明实施例一的整体结构示意图。 如图 1所示, 本发明提供一种便携式 空气净化器, 包括主体 1, 该主体 1上设有进风口 2和出风口 3, 在所述主体 1内部设 有风机和空气净化部。 在所述风机作用下, 空气自所述进风口 2进入, 经过所述空气 净化部后由所述出风口 3排出。 所述主体 1至少部分地呈环绕状, 使其在使用者的颈 部环抱定位。 所述主体 1包括壳体, 所述壳体包括内壁、 外壁 12、 上壁 11和下壁; 所述出风口 3开设在壳体的所述上壁 11上。 所述进风口 2开设在壳体的所述外壁 12 上。 主体 1的壳体形状可以根据需要进行选择, 可以选择等高等宽的结构, 或者局部 等高等宽的结构。 壳体形状还可以按照不同的审美制成不同形状。 由于该便携式净化 器的主体呈环绕状, 使其在使用者的颈部环抱定位, 因此, 出风口的设置位置设置在 壳体的上壁上, 便于对正使用者的鼻部位置。 特别的, 主体 1呈环绕状的部位至少包 含刚性材质或弹性材质, 从而方便使用者佩戴于颈部并环抱定位, 而非使用柔性材质 如针织物、 毛钱等, 无法起到环绕定位作用。 而进风口的开设位置就不局限于仅仅设 置在壳体的外壁上, 理论上说, 进风口可以设置在壳体的任何位置。
图 2为本发明出风口 3局部结构示意图。 如图 2所示, 为了对出风方向进行局部 调整, 所述出风口 3上设有出风栅 31, 该出风栅 31枢接在所述出风口 3处并以枢轴 为中心摆动, 可以细微地调节、 小范围改变出风的方向, 以适应不同体型和不同状态 下使用者的使用。 对于出风栅 31 的摆动可以通过电动控制或手动控制两种方式来实 现, 且每个出风口 3上的各片出风栅 31的摆动是同步联动的。
图 3为本发明实施例一本体内部结构示意图。 如图 3所示, 为了进一步提高进化 效果, 所述风机 4的上游或下游设有负离子发生器 5, 可以产生负离子, 对流经的空 气起到净化的作用。 同时, 为了对空气中的可吸入颗粒物进行充分的净化, 所述空气 净化部 6采用过滤材料或活性炭, 当然, 也可以采用两种材料的组合来实现净化。 另 夕卜,所述空气净化部 6的上游或下游还可以通过设置增香片 7来改变流经气流的气味, 比如, 使用者可以根据个人的喜好在增香片 7上喷涂不同味道香水或精油。 这样, 使 用者吸入的不仅可以是清新的空气, 还可以是带有个人所喜好味道的空气。 本发明采 用过滤材料、 活性炭、 负离子复合净化过滤方式, 能对空气进行有效的杀菌, 消毒过 滤, 起到净化作用。 同时, 为了在净化空气的同时保证使用者的舒适度, 所述出风口 3的出风速度不宜过大, 控制在 lm/s-2m/S之间。 这样, 在正常佩戴时, 能使净化后的 空气能到达人体嘴部和鼻部, 但又不至于风速过快而使人感觉寒冷以致感冒。
为了使净化器的出风口位置与人体鼻部的距离基本保持不变, 且位于有效的净化 范围之内, 有效地实现了对鼻部附近空气的彻底进化, 所述壳体的高度为 30-70mm, 优选高度为 50mm。 这样, 佩戴该便携式空气净化器后, 便携式净化器的出风口在使 用者的口鼻下侧方, 出风口距离鼻部的距离能够基本上保持在 20cm 的范围之内固定 不动。
因此, 本发明所提供的这种便携式净化器可直接像首饰或装饰品一样直接佩戴在 人体颈部。 佩戴好后, 便携式空气净化器的出风口处于人体鼻孔下方 20cm范围内, 使净化后的洁净空气能直接吹向嘴部及鼻部, 给人提供新鲜的呼吸空气。
当然, 除了上述已经提到的结构, 壳体内容还包括有电路控制板、 电源、 进风风 道 21等必不可少的结构在内, 由于这些结构属于现有机构, 在此不再一一赘述。 如图 1至图 3所示, 便携式空气净化器的具体净化过程是这样的, 图 3中所示的 B箭头方向为空气的进风、 出风方向:
由于在便携式空气净化器壳体的进风口 2和出风口 3之间设置有风机 4,在风机 4 的作用下空气通过进风口 2进入进风风道 21后经过空气净化部 6过滤净化,然后净化 后的干净空气再由风机 4送到出风口 3出。 在空气净化部 6的上游或者下游设置增香 片 7, 使用者可以在增香片 7上根据个人喜好喷涂香水或精油。 香气扩散混合到空气 中, 在风机 4的作用下从出风口 3排出。 负离子发生器 5在风机 4的上游或者下游释 放负离子, 在风机 4的作用下负离子伴随洁净的空气从出风口 3排出。 实施例二
图 4为本发明实施例二项箍收縮状态结构示意图; 图 5为本发明实施例二项箍伸 长状态结构示意图。 如图 4并结合图 5所示, 为了便于佩戴, 本实施例中所提供的便 携式空气净化器在实施例一的基础上有所改进, 在主体的结构上做了适当的调整。 具 体来说, 所述主体包括呈环绕状的项箍 la, 在该项箍 la的一末端连接一工作部 2a, 另一末端为环绕自由端。所述工作部 2a包括工作部壳体, 所述进风口 2和所述出风口 3设置在所述工作部壳体上。 为了便于连接同时又节省材料, 项箍 la为扁宽形状, 在 所述工作部 2a与项箍 la的连接部位, 两者的宽度和厚度基本相同。 自连接部位朝所 述工作部 2a方向, 所述工作部 2a的高度和厚度逐渐加大, 以便在工作部 2a的壳体内 设置如上述实施例一中所述的空气净化部 6、 负离子发生器 5和增香片 7等结构。 根 据需要, 所述工作部 2a壳体包括内壁 12a'、 外壁 12a、 上壁 11a和下壁; 所述出风口 3开设在工作部壳体的所述上壁 11a上。 所述进风口 2开设在工作部壳体的所述外壁 12a上。 同样地, 进风口 2的开设位置并不局限于外壁 12a上。
如图 5所示, 为了满足不同体形使用者的需要, 所述项箍 la—末端通过伸縮杆 3a与所述工作部 2a相连, 所述伸縮杆 3a的一端固定在所述工作部 2a上, 另一端可移 动嵌设在所述项箍 la内的容置槽中 (图中未示出)。 鉴于项箍 la的扁宽形状, 且其内 部也没有设置过多的部件,伸縮杆 3a的可伸縮端在其内部容置并滑动以调节改变该便 携式空气净化器的形状的设置结构更趋于合理。 当然, 在容置空间足够大的前提下, 所述伸縮杆 3a也可以一端固定在所述项箍 la上, 另一端可移动嵌设在所述工作部 2a 内的容置槽中。 为了方便定位所述伸縮杆 3a和所述容置槽的相对表面上, 对应设置限 位凸起和凹坑 (图中未示出), 在伸縮的确定位置起到定位的作用。 在使用的过程中, 对于脖颈较细的使用者来说, 可以采用如图 4所示的项箍 la收縮状态进行佩戴; 而对 于脖颈较粗的使用者来说,则可以采用如图 5所示的项箍 la伸长的状态进行佩戴和使 用。
如图 4并结合图 5所示,为了提高佩戴的舒适性,所述项箍的内侧还设有软垫 6a, 既可以减振又可以防止项箍与使用者脖颈之间的摩擦。
为了使净化器的出风口位置与人体鼻部的距离基本保持不变, 有效地实现了对鼻 部附近空气的彻底进化, 所述工作部壳体的高度为 30-70mm, 优选高度为 50mm。 这 样, 佩戴该便携式空气净化器后, 便携式净化器的出风口在人体口鼻的下侧方, 出风 口距离鼻部的距离能够基本上保持在 20cm的范围之内固定不动。 实施例三
图 6为本发明实施例三项箍收縮状态结构示意图; 图 7为本发明实施例三项箍伸 长状态结构示意图。 如图 6并结合图 7所示, 为了加强净化效果, 本实施例三在实施 例二的结构基础上, 所述项箍 la的一末端连接工作部 2a, 另一末端连接机体部 2b, 该机体部 2b与所述工作部 2b的位置和形状呈对称设置。
所述机体部 2b包括机体部壳体, 在图 6和图 7所示的实施例中, 出风口 3是设置 在工作部 2a上的, 当然根据需要, 出风口 3可以仅设置在工作部 2a或机体部 2b上, 也可以在两者上同时设置。该机体部 2b壳体上也可以开设进风口和出风口。根据需要, 所述机体部 2b壳体包括内壁 12b'、 外壁 12b、 上壁 l ib和下壁。 在机体部 2b壳体的 所述上壁 lib上可以开设出风口 3。 进风口 2可以开设在机体部 2b壳体的任意位置, 优选开设在所述外壁 12b上。
同样地, 为了满足不同体形使用者的需要, 所述项箍 la另一末端通过伸縮杆 3b 与所述机体部 2b相连, 所述伸縮杆 3b的一端固定在所述机体部 2b上, 另一端可移动 嵌设在所述项箍 la内的容置槽中;或者,所述伸縮杆 3b的一端固定在所述项箍 la上, 另一端可移动嵌设在所述机体部 2b内的容置槽中。可以通过调整项箍 la和工作部 2a、 机体部 2b之间的伸縮长度, 对整个便携式空气净化器的环抱形状大小进行调整。
图 8为使用者佩戴本发明便携式空气净化器示意图。 如图 8并结合图 6和图 7所 示, 本实施例三在实施例二的基础上所进行的结构改进。 在单侧工作部的基础上, 又 对称设置了机体部 2b, 两者分别位于使用者头部的两侧。 同时, 为了使连接在其末端 的所述工作部 2a和所述机体部 2b向内侧抱紧, 较佳的, 所述项箍 la为弹性材质, 所 述便携式空气净化器整体呈 " C " 形。 既起到了连接作用, 又起到了支撑和固定的作 用。 使出风口相对于使用者口鼻的距离基本上保持不变, 有效地实现了对鼻部附近空 气的彻底进化。 所述机体部壳体的高度为 30-70mm, 优选高度为 50mm。 这样, 佩戴 该便携式空气净化器后, 便携式净化器的出风口在人体口鼻的下侧方, 出风口与鼻部 之间的距离 A能够基本上保持在 20cm的范围之内固定不动。
本发明便携式空气净化器不仅限于上述三个实施, 其结构和佩戴方式可多样。 如 主体两末端设卡扣, 卡合之后整体呈 " 0 " 型; 又或者主体中部附近设置出风口, 主 体倒扣在颈部, 与图 8所示佩戴方向相反。
综上所述, 本发明提供一种便携式空气净化器, 外形时尚美观, 可直接佩戴在人 体的脖颈部位, 便携式净化器的主体至少部分地呈环绕状, 使其在使用者的颈部环抱 定位, 以使净化器的出风口位置与人体鼻部的距离较小且使得该距离基本保持不变, 风速柔和且风向可调, 有效地实现了对鼻部附近空气的彻底进化, 结构简单, 佩戴使 用方便。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种便携式空气净化器, 包括主体 (1 ), 该主体 (1 ) 上设有进风口 (2) 和出 风口 (3 ), 在所述主体 (1 ) 内部设有风机 (4 ) 和空气净化部 (6), 在所述风机 (4) 作用下, 空气自所述进风口 (2)进入, 经过所述空气净化部(6 )后由所述出风口 (3 ) 排出; 其特征在于, 所述主体 (1 ) 至少部分地呈环绕状, 使其在使用者的颈部环抱定 位。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的便携式空气净化器, 其特征在于, 所述主体 (1 ) 包括壳 体, 所述壳体包括内壁、 外壁 (12)、 上壁 (11 ) 和下壁;
所述出风口 (3 ) 开设在壳体的所述上壁 (11 ) 上。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的便携式空气净化器, 其特征在于, 所述进风口 (2) 开设 在壳体的所述外壁 (12 ) 上。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的便携式空气净化器, 其特征在于, 所述主体包括呈环绕状 的项箍 (la), 在该项箍 (la) 的一末端连接一工作部 (2a), 所述工作部 (2a) 包括 工作部壳体, 所述进风口 (2) 和所述出风口 (3 ) 设置在所述工作部壳体上。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的便携式空气净化器, 其特征在于, 所述工作部 (2a) 与项 箍 (la ) 的连接部位宽度和厚度与项箍 (la) 相同, 自连接部位朝所述工作部 (2a) 方向, 所述工作部 (2a) 的高度和厚度逐渐加大。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的便携式空气净化器, 其特征在于, 所述工作部壳体包括内 壁、 外壁 (12a)、 上壁 (11a) 和下壁;
所述出风口 (3 ) 开设在工作部壳体的所述上壁 (11a) 上。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的便携式空气净化器, 其特征在于, 所述进风口 (2) 开设 在工作部壳体的所述外壁 (12a) 上。
8、 如权利要求 4所述的便携式空气净化器, 其特征在于, 所述项箍 (la) —末端 通过伸縮杆 (3a) 与所述工作部 (2a) 相连, 所述伸縮杆 (3a) 的一端固定在所述工作部 (2a) 上, 另一端可移动嵌设在所述 项箍 (la) 内的容置槽中;
或者, 所述伸縮杆 (3a) 的一端固定在所述项箍 (la) 上, 另一端可移动嵌设在 所述工作部 (2a) 内的容置槽中。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的便携式空气净化器, 其特征在于, 所述伸縮杆 (3a) 和所 述容置槽的相对表面上, 对应设置限位凸起和凹坑。
10、 如权利要求 4所述的便携式空气净化器, 其特征在于, 所述项箍 (la) 的内 侧设有软垫 (6a)。
11、 如权利要求 4所述的便携式空气净化器, 其特征在于, 所述项箍 (la) 的另 一末端连接机体部 (2b ), 该机体部 (2b ) 与所述工作部 (2a) 的位置和形状呈对称设 置。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的便携式空气净化器, 其特征在于, 所述机体部 (2b )包 括机体部壳体, 该机体部壳体上也设有进风口 (2) 和出风口 (3 )。
13、 如权利要求 12所述的便携式空气净化器, 其特征在于, 所述机体部壳体包括 内壁 (12b,)、 外壁 (12b)、 上壁 (11a) 和下壁;
所述出风口 (3 ) 开设在机体部壳体的所述上壁 (11a) 上。
14、 如权利要求 13所述的便携式空气净化器, 其特征在于, 所述进风口 (2) 开 设在机体部 (2b ) 壳体的所述外壁 (12b ) 上。
15、 如权利要求 2或 6或 13任一项所述的便携式空气净化器, 其特征在于, 所述 出风口 (3 ) 上设有出风栅 (31 ), 该出风栅 (31 ) 枢接在所述出风口 (3 ) 处并以枢轴 为中心摆动, 对出风方向进行局部调整。
16、 如权利要求 15 所述的便携式空气净化器, 其特征在于, 所述壳体的高度为
30-70mm; 所述工作部壳体的高度为 30-70mm; 所述机体部壳体的高度为 30-70mm。
17、 如权利要求 16 所述的便携式空气净化器, 其特征在于, 所述壳体的高度为 50mm; 所述工作部壳体的高度为 50mm; 所述机体部壳体的高度为 50mm。
18、 如权利要求 11所述的便携式空气净化器, 其特征在于, 所述项箍 (la) 为弹 性材质, 使连接在其末端的所述工作部 (2a) 和所述机体部 (2b ) 向内侧抱紧, 所述 便携式空气净化器整体呈 " C" 形。
19、 如权利要求 15所述的便携式空气净化器, 其特征在于, 所述出风口 (3 ) 的 出风速度在 lm/s-2m/s之间。
