由此可见, 现有技术中, 相应的回铃音是保存在局端设备中, 即用户无法直接修改 相应的回铃音。 虽然, 目前电信运营商都普遍提供了彩铃业务, 用户可以动态的设置为 主叫终端播放的回铃音,但是相应的设置及修改回铃音的处理过程是需要经过局端*** 实现的, 因而导致用户设置及修改回铃音的处理过程比较复杂, 不方便用户灵活地进行 个性化的回铃音的修改及设置。 发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种为主叫终端播放回铃音的方法及终端, 以便于满足用户的 个性化的回铃音的播放需求且设置过程简单方便。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
第一方面, 提供一种为主叫终端播放回铃音的方法, 包括: 当被叫终端接收主叫终端发起的呼叫请求后, 建立与所述主叫终端之间的数据通 道; 所述被叫终端将预先保存的回铃音信息通过所述数据通道发送给所述主叫终端, 以 便所述主叫终端接收所述回铃音信息后进行播放。
在第一方面的第一种可能的实现方式中,在所述被叫终端将预先保存的回铃音信息 通过所述数据通道发送给所述主叫终端之前, 所述方法还包括: 所述被叫终端保存至少 一种回铃音信息。

本发明实施例提供的一种为主叫终端播放回铃音的方法, 如图 1所示, 可以包括: 步骤 11, 当被叫终端接收主叫终端发起的呼叫请求后, 建立与所述主叫终端之间 的数据通道;
步骤 12, 所述被叫终端将预先保存的回铃音信息通过所述数据通道发送给所述主 叫终端, 以便所述主叫终端接收所述回铃音信息后进行播放。
进一步地, 在被叫终端侧可以预先保存至少一种回铃音信息, 以便于被叫终端为 主叫终端发送回铃音信息。
再者, 为了被叫终端能够灵活地设置自己期望为主叫终端播放的回铃音信息, 被 叫终端还可以根据需要更新所述保存的回铃音信息, 例如, 删除已经保存的回铃音信息 或者增加保存新的回铃音信息等。
具体地, 当所述被叫终端中预先保存多种回铃音信息时, 在所述被叫终端将预先 保存的回铃音信息通过所述数据通道发送给所述主叫终端之前,所述被叫终端需首先根 据预定的规则选择一种回铃音信息。 其中, 根据预定的规则选择一种回铃音信息的方式 可以但不限于包括以下任意一种:
方式一: 所述被叫终端根据接入的呼叫的顺序, 在所述多种回铃音信息中依次选 择一种回铃音信息; 所述被叫终端可以在多种回铃音信息中根据接入的呼叫的顺序依次 选择一种回铃音信息, 例如, 用户可以将自己喜好的多种回铃音信息保存于终端中, 当 主叫终端对该用户发起呼叫请求时, 对于第一次呼叫请求, 被叫终端可以选择第一种回 铃音信息, 对于第二次呼叫请求, 可以选择第二种回铃音信息, 依次类推, 循环选择设 置的多种回铃音信息, 从而为相应的主叫终端选择相应的回铃音信息;
方式二: 所述被叫终端在所述多种回铃音信息中任意选择一种回铃音信息; 所述 被叫终端可以在多种回铃音信息中任意选择一种回铃音信息, 例如, 用户可以将自己喜 好的多种回铃音信息保存于终端中, 当主叫终端对该用户发起呼叫请求时, 该用户可以 随机地为主叫终端选择一种回铃音信息;
方式三: 所述被叫终端根据所述主叫终端的识别信息与回铃音的对应关系选择对 应的一种回铃音信息; 所述被叫终端可以根据所述主叫终端的识别信息与回铃音的对应 关系选择对应的一种回铃音信息, 在该方式三中, 用户可以预先设置所述主叫终端的识 别信息与回铃音信息之间的对应关系。当被叫终端收到呼叫请求后获取主叫终端的识别 信息(如主叫终端的号码等),之后再根据主叫终端的识别信息查找对应的回铃音信息, 从而确定为该主叫终端选择的回铃音信息;
方式四: 所述被叫终端选择指定的一种回铃音信息。 所述被叫终端可以选择指定 的一种回铃音信息。 例如, 用户可以根据需要随时指定当前阶段为主叫终端播放的回铃 音信息, 这样, 当用户收到呼叫请求后, 被叫终端只需要将用户指定的回铃音信息发送 给主叫终端即可。
本发明实施例中, 是将回铃音信息存放在被叫终端的终端上, 并在接收到呼叫请 求后传送给主叫终端, 以便主叫终端可以听到被叫终端设置的回铃音信息。 这样, 用户 可以方便快捷的设置回铃音, 从而可以很好地满足用户的个性化的需求, 例如, 用户可 以设置用于通知被叫终端当前状态的回铃音信息, 或者, 用户也可以为特定的主叫终端 设置特定的回铃音信息, 等等。 下面将结合具体的应用实施例对本发明实施例的具体实现过程进行详细描述。 如图 2所示, 该应用实施例的具体实现过程可以包括:
步骤 21, 被叫终端 (被叫方) 预先设置回铃音信息, 以便播放给来电用户 (即主 叫终端, 或称主叫方) 听;
例如, 用户正在开会, 便可以将回铃音信息设置为一段语音, 告知对方 "正在开 会, 不方便接听电话", 待开完会后, 便可以将回铃音信息再修改为正常的回铃音信息; 或者, 若用户希望对某特定用户播放特定的回铃音信息, 则可以针对该特定用户预先设 置特定的回铃音信息;
步骤 22, 主叫终端拨号以后, 发送呼叫请求给被叫终端;
步骤 23, 被叫终端收到呼叫请求后, 根据呼叫请求中的主叫终端的地址信息 (如 IP地址和端口等) , 建立主被叫双方的媒体数据通道;
步骤 24, 被叫终端将预先设置的回铃音信息通过媒体数据通道发送给主叫终端; 步骤 25, 主叫终端收到相应的回铃音信息后播放该回铃音信息, 同时, 在被叫终 端侧进行振铃, 以提示被叫终端侧的用户摘机接听通话;
步骤 26, 被叫终端摘机后, 发送相应的摘机通知到主叫终端;
步骤 27, 主叫终端接收到摘机通知后, 主被叫双方开始通话。
通过上述应用实施例, 本发明实施例可以令主叫终端通过不同的回铃音获知被叫 终端的状态(如开会或外出等) ; 而且, 本发明实施例中可以让用户在本地终端上任意 设置不同的回铃音信息, 而无需通过局端进行设置, 因而, 可以使得回铃音信息的设置 过程快速且简单方便。 本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程, 是可以 通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可存储于一计算机可读取存储介 质中, 该程序在执行时, 可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。 其中, 所述的存储介质 可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory, ROM)或随机存储记忆体(Random Access Memory, RAM) 等。 本发明实施例还提供了一种终端, 所述终端用于执行本发明方法实施例所述的方 法, 技术方案描述不详尽之处请参照本发明方法实施例。
如图 3所示, 所述终端包括:
呼叫请求接收单元 31, 用于接收主叫终端发起的呼叫请求;
数据通道建立单元 32, 用于在所述呼叫请求接收单元接收所述呼叫请求后, 建立 与所述主叫终端之间的数据通道;
回铃音发送单元 33, 用于将预先保存的回铃音信息通过所述数据通道建立单元建 立的数据通道发送给所述主叫终端, 以便所述所述主叫终端接收所述回铃音信息后进行 播放。
进一步地, 所述终端还可以包括回铃音信息管理单元 34, 用于用于在所述被叫终 端将预先保存的回铃音信息通过所述数据通道发送给所述主叫终端之前,保存至少一种 回铃音信息。
可选地, 所述终端还可以包括回铃音信息更新单元 35, 用于在所述被叫终端保存 至少一种回铃音信息之后, 更新所述保存的回铃音信息。 本发明实施例中, 当所述终端 中保存多种回铃音信息时, 所述终端还包括: 回铃音信息选择单元 36, 用于根据预定规 则选择一种回铃音信息; 此时, 所述回铃音发送单元用于将所述回铃音信息选择单元选 择的回铃音信息发送给所述主叫终端。
其中,所述回铃音信息选择单元 36根据预定的规则选择一种回铃音信息的方式可 以但不限于以下任意一种方式:
方式一: 根据接入的呼叫的顺序, 在所述多种回铃音信息中依次选择一种回铃音 信息;
方式二: 在所述多种回铃音信息中任意选择一种回铃音信息; 方式三: 根据所述主叫终端的识别信息与回铃音的对应关系选择对应的一种回铃 音信息;
方式四: 选择指定的一种回铃音信息。
通过上述终端的应用, 被叫终端可以在本地任意设置相应的回铃音信息, 以便主 叫终端能够听到从被叫终端侧发送来的回铃音信息, 从而使得被叫终端能够通过回铃音 信息告知主叫终端其当前的状态等信息, 方便灵活地满足用户的个性化需求。
需要说明的是, 上述终端中包含的各个处理单元所实现的功能的具体实现方式在 前面的各个实施例中已经有详细描述, 故在这里不再赘述。 本发明实施例还提供一种终端, 所述终端具体可以为包括手机、 平板电脑、 PDA
(Personal Digital Assistant, 个人数字助理) 、 POS (Point of Sales, 销售终端) 、 车载电脑等终端, 以终端为手机为例, 图 4示出的是与本发明实施例提供的终端相关的 手机 400的部分结构的框图。 参考图 4, 手机 400包括 RF ( Radio Frequency, 射频) 电路 410、 存储器 420、 输入单元 430、 显示单元 440、 传感器 450、 音频电路 460、 WiFi (wireless fidel ity, 无线保真)模块 470、 处理器 480、 以及电源 490等部件。 本 领域技术人员可以理解, 图 4中示出的手机结构并不构成对手机的限定, 可以包括比图 示更多或更少的部件, 或者组合某些部件, 或者不同的部件布置。
下面结合图 4对手机 400的各个构成部件进行具体的介绍:
RF电路 410可用于收发信息或通话过程中, 信号的接收和发送, 特别地, 将基站 的下行信息接收后, 给处理器 480处理; 另外, 将设计上行的数据发送给基站。 通常, RF 电路包括但不限于天线、 至少一个放大器、 收发信机、 耦合器、 LNA ( Low Noise Ampl ifier, 低噪声放大器) 、 双工器等。 此外, RF电路 410还可以通过无线通信与网 络和其他终端通信。 所述无线通信可以使用任一通信标准或协议, 包括但不限于 GSM (Global System of Mobi le communication , 全球移动通讯***)、 GPRS (General Packet Radio Service, 通用分组无线月艮务)、 CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access, 码分多址) WCDMA (Wideband Code Division Multiple Access, 宽带码分多址)、LTE (Long
Term Evolution,长期演进)、 电子邮件、 SMS (Short Messaging Service, 短消息服务) 等。 存储器 420可用于存储软件程序以及模块,处理器 480通过运行存储在存储器 420 的软件程序以及模块, 从而执行手机 400的各种功能应用以及数据处理。 存储器 420可 主要包括存储程序区和存储数据区, 其中, 存储程序区可存储操作***、 至少一个功能 所需的应用程序(比如声音播放功能、 图像播放功能等)等; 存储数据区可存储根据手 机 400的使用所创建的数据 (比如音频数据、 电话本等) 等。 此外, 存储器 420可以包 括高速随机存取存储器, 还可以包括非易失性存储器, 例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、 闪 存器件、 或其他易失性固态存储器件。
输入单元 430可用于接收输入的数字或字符信息, 以及产生与手机 400的用户设 置以及功能控制有关的键信号输入。 具体地, 输入单元 430可包括触控面板 431以及其 他输入终端 432。 触控面板 431, 也称为触摸屏, 可收集用户在其上或附近的触摸操作 (比如用户使用手指、 触笔等任何适合的物体或附件在触控面板 431 上或在触控面板 431附近的操作), 并根据预先设定的程式驱动相应的连接装置。可选的, 触控面板 431 可包括触摸检测装置和触摸控制器两个部分。其中,触摸检测装置检测用户的触摸方位, 并检测触摸操作带来的信号, 将信号传送给触摸控制器; 触摸控制器从触摸检测装置上 接收触摸信息, 并将它转换成触点坐标, 再送给处理器 480, 并能接收处理器 480发来 的命令并加以执行。 此外, 可以采用电阻式、 电容式、 红外线以及表面声波等多种类型 实现触控面板 431。 除了触控面板 431, 输入单元 430还可以包括其他输入终端 432。具 体地, 其他输入终端 432可以包括但不限于物理键盘、 功能键(比如音量控制按键、 开 关按键等) 、 轨迹球、 鼠标、 操作杆等中的一种或多种。
显示单元 440可用于显示由用户输入的信息或提供给用户的信息以及手机 400的 各种菜单。 显示单元 440可包括显示面板 441, 可选的, 可以采用 LCD (Liquid Crystal Display, 液晶显示器)、 OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diode,有机发光二极管)等形 式来配置显示面板 441。进一步的, 触控面板 431可覆盖显示面板 441, 当触控面板 431 检测到在其上或附近的触摸操作后, 传送给处理器 480以确定触摸事件的类型, 随后处 理器 480根据触摸事件的类型在显示面板 441上提供相应的视觉输出。 虽然在图 4中, 触控面板 431与显示面板 441是作为两个独立的部件来实现手机 400的输入和输入功能, 但是在某些实施例中,可以将触控面板 431与显示面板 441集成而实现手机 400的输入 和输出功能。
手机 400还可包括至少一种传感器 450, 比如光传感器、运动传感器以及其他传感 器。 具体地, 光传感器可包括环境光传感器及接近传感器, 其中, 环境光传感器可根据 环境光线的明暗来调节显示面板 441的亮度, 接近传感器可在手机 400移动到耳边时, 关闭显示面板 441和 /或背光。 作为运动传感器的一种, 加速计传感器可检测各个方向 上 (一般为三轴)加速度的大小, 静止时可检测出重力的大小及方向, 可用于识别手机 姿态的应用 (比如横竖屏切换、 相关游戏、 磁力计姿态校准) 、 振动识别相关功能 (比 如计步器、 敲击) 等; 至于手机 400还可配置的陀螺仪、 气压计、 湿度计、 温度计、 红 外线传感器等其他传感器, 在此不再赘述。
音频电路 460、 扬声器 461, 传声器 462可提供用户与手机 400之间的音频接口。 音频电路 460可将接收到的音频数据转换后的电信号,传输到扬声器 461,由扬声器 461 转换为声音信号输出; 另一方面, 传声器 462将收集的声音信号转换为电信号, 由音频 电路 460接收后转换为音频数据,再将音频数据输出处理器 480处理后,经 RF电路 410 以发送给比如另一手机, 或者将音频数据输出至存储器 420以便进一步处理。
WiFi属于短距离无线传输技术,手机 400通过 WiFi模块 470可以帮助用户收发电 子邮件、 浏览网页和访问流式媒体等, 它为用户提供了无线的宽带互联网访问。 虽然图 4示出了 WiFi模块 470, 但是可以理解的是, 其并不属于手机 400的必须构成, 完全可 以根据需要在不改变发明的本质的范围内而省略。
处理器 480是手机 400的控制中心, 利用各种接口和线路连接整个手机的各个部 分, 通过运行或执行存储在存储器 420 内的软件程序和 /或模块, 以及调用存储在存储 器 420内的数据, 执行手机 400的各种功能和处理数据, 从而对手机进行整体监控。 可 选的, 处理器 480可包括一个或多个处理单元; 优选的, 处理器 480可集成应用处理器 和调制解调处理器, 其中, 应用处理器主要处理操作***、 用户界面和应用程序等, 调 制解调处理器主要处理无线通信。 可以理解的是, 上述调制解调处理器也可以不集成到 处理器 480中。
手机 400还包括给各个部件供电的电源 490 (比如电池), 优选的, 电源可以通过 电源管理***与处理器 480逻辑相连, 从而通过电源管理***实现管理充电、 放电、 以 及功耗管理等功能。
尽管未示出, 手机 400还可以包括摄像头、 蓝牙模块等, 在此不再赘述。
在本发明实施例中, 该终端所包括的 RF电路 410和处理器 480还具有以下功能: 所述终端通过 RF电路 410接收主叫终端发起的呼叫请求;在接收所述呼叫请求后, 由处理器 480发起建立与主叫终端之间的数据通道; 所述数据通道建立完成后, 所述处 理器 480将调用存储器 420中保存的预先设置的回铃音信息, 并经由所述数据通道通过 RF电路 410发送给所述主叫终端,以便所述主叫终端接收所述回铃音信息后播放收到的 回铃音信息。 进一步地, 所述还可以通过上述存储器 420保存至少一种回铃音信息, 以备处理 器 480的调用。 另外, 还可以通过上述输入单元 430更新所述存储器 420中保存的所述 回铃音信息, 以便于手机用户能够根据需求灵活修改变更相应的回铃音信息。
本发明实施例中, 若存储器 420中保存有多种所述回铃音信息, 则处理器 480在 通过 RF电路 410发送所述回铃音信息之前, 还可以根据预定的规则选择一种回铃音信 息。
其中, 所述处理器 480根据预定的规则选择一种回铃音信息的方式可以但不限于 包括以下任意一种方式:
方式一: 根据接入的呼叫的顺序, 在所述多种回铃音信息中依次选择一种回铃音 信息;
方式二: 在所述多种回铃音信息中任意选择一种回铃音信息;
方式三: 根据所述主叫终端的识别信息与回铃音的对应关系选择对应的一种回铃 音信息;
方式四: 选择指定的一种回铃音信息。 通过上述手机 400,手机用户可以在本地任意设置相应的回铃音信息, 以便当其作 为被叫终端时, 可以让主叫终端听到从被叫终端侧发送来的回铃音信息, 从而使得手机 用户能够通过回铃音信息告知主叫终端其当前的状态等信息, 满足用户的个性化需求。 所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到, 为描述的方便和简洁, 仅以上述各功能 模块的划分进行举例说明, 实际应用中, 可以根据需要而将上述功能分配由不同的功能 模块完成, 即将装置的内部结构划分成不同的功能模块, 以完成以上描述的全部或者部 分功能。 上述描述的装置和单元的具体工作过程, 可以参考前述方法实施例中的对应过 程, 在此不再赘述。

1、 一种为主叫终端播放回铃音的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
当被叫终端接收主叫终端发起的呼叫请求后, 建立与所述主叫终端之间的数据通 道;
所述被叫终端将预先保存的回铃音信息通过所述数据通道发送给所述主叫终端, 以 便所述主叫终端接收所述回铃音信息后进行播放。

4、 根据权利要求 1-3 中任意一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 当所述被叫终端中预 先保存多种回铃音信息时,在所述被叫终端将预先保存的回铃音信息通过所述数据通道 发送给所述主叫终端之前, 所述方法还包括:
所述被叫终端根据预定规则选择一种回铃音信息。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述被叫终端根据预定规则选择一 种回铃音信息包括:
所述被叫终端根据接入的呼叫的顺序,在所述多种回铃音信息中依次选择一种回铃 音信息;
或者,
所述被叫终端在所述多种回铃音信息中任意选择一种回铃音信息;
或者,
所述被叫终端根据所述主叫终端的识别信息与回铃音的对应关系选择对应的一种 回铃音信息;
或者,
所述被叫终端选择指定的一种回铃音信息。
6、 一种终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
呼叫请求接收单元, 用于接收主叫终端发起的呼叫请求;
数据通道建立单元, 用于在所述呼叫请求接收单元接收所述呼叫请求后, 建立与所 述主叫终端之间的数据通道; 回铃音发送单元,用于将预先保存的回铃音信息通过所述数据通道建立单元建立的 数据通道发送给所述主叫终端, 以便所述所述主叫终端接收所述回铃音信息后进行播 放。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的终端, 其特征在于, 该终端还包括:
回铃音信息管理单元,用于在所述被叫终端将预先保存的回铃音信息通过所述数据 通道发送给所述主叫终端之前, 保存至少一种回铃音信息。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的终端, 其特征在于, 该终端还包括:
回铃音信息更新单元, 用于在所述被叫终端保存至少一种回铃音信息之后, 更新所 述保存的回铃音信息。
9、 根据权利要求 7或 8所述的终端, 其特征在于, 当所述终端中保存多种回铃音 信息时, 所述终端还包括:
回铃音信息选择单元, 用于根据预定规则选择一种回铃音信息;
此时,所述回铃音发送单元用于将所述回铃音信息选择单元选择的回铃音信息发送 给所述主叫终端。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述回铃音信息选择单元根据预定 的规则选择一种回铃音信息具体包括:
根据接入的呼叫的顺序, 在所述多种回铃音信息中依次选择一种回铃音信息; 或者,
在所述多种回铃音信息中任意选择一种回铃音信息;
或者,
根据所述主叫终端的识别信息与回铃音的对应关系选择对应的一种回铃音信息; 或者,
选择指定的一种回铃音信息。
