Abstract

Ein Spannungswandler für Gleichstrom mit einer Schaltungsbrücke, umfassend einen ersten, zweiten, dritten und vierten Leistungsschalter, die jeweils einen Steueranschluss und jeweils eine zwischen zwei Leistungsanschlüssen verlaufende Laststrecke aufweisen, wobei die Laststrecken des ersten und zweiten Leistungsschalters an einem ersten Schaltungsknoten verbunden und die Laststrecken des dritten und vierten Leistungsschalters an einem zweiten Schaltungsknoten verbunden und jeweils in Reihe zwischen den Klemmen für eine Versorgungsspannung geschaltet sind, und mit einem Transformator, dessen Primärwicklung mit den ersten und zweiten Schaltungsknoten verbunden ist, und dessen Sekundärwicklung eine Gleichrichteranordnung nachgeschaltet ist, ist gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten und zweiten Leistungsschalter durch MOSFETs gebildet sind, und dass die dritten und vierten Leistungsschalter durch IGBTs gebildet sind.
