Description

Web packaging
The present invention relates to a web package.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, webs used for wiping or for wiping the bottom of an infant, a sick person, or an elderly person are widely known. The web has been widely used for wet tissues and the like. When the web is a wet tissue, for example, the base cloth is impregnated with a chemical solution or the like, and is stored in a sealed container so that the base fabric can be kept wet with the chemical solution, It is comprised so that a web can be taken out from a storage body as needed.
As the storage body, a cylindrical bottle type has been widely used. A bottle-type storage body often stores a web laminate wound in a roll shape. The web laminate is formed with a cut portion by perforations at predetermined intervals. When a part of the web laminate is cut at the cut portion, a sheet-like web is formed.
Also, in recent years, instead of storing a web laminate in a bottle-type storage body, a bag containing a web laminate in a bag-shaped main body is often used. In recent years, a packaging body containing the web laminate has been used in many cases. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a wet tissue package and a storage container for the wet tissue package. The wet tissue package described in Patent Document 1 is configured to store a package in a storage container, and the package is opened through an opening that opens in the package and a take-out portion that opens in the storage container. The tip of the wet tissue laminate stored in the container can be taken out of the storage container. The tip of the wet tissue laminate is taken out of the storage container, and when the divided part passes through the opening, it is divided at this divided part. Therefore, when the user takes out the front end portion of the wet tissue laminate, the sheet-like wet tissue divided at the dividing portion can be obtained. Moreover, the front-end | tip part of a wet tissue laminated body is maintained in the state which protruded by predetermined amount from the opening part.
The invention described in Patent Document 1 stores a package (inner package) formed in a bag shape in an outer storage container. Since the wet tissue is folded and stored in the package, the volume of the wet tissue in the package decreases each time the user takes out the web.
In this case, in the case of the wet tissue package described in Patent Document 1, since the package is formed in a bag shape, if the volume of the wet tissue stored is reduced, the volume is reduced accordingly. It is becoming deflated. As described above, when the package becomes deflated in accordance with the decrease in the bulk of the wet tissue, a space is formed between the take-out portion of the storage container and the take-out portion of the package, and it is difficult to pick the tip portion. Therefore, there is a problem that it takes time to take out the tip. In particular, not only when the tip of the wet tissue is kept protruding near the opening, but also the tip cannot be kept protruding near the opening and falls into the package. In such a case, it takes time to take out the tip of the wet tissue. In addition, in the case of the wet tissue package described in Patent Document 1, the package can move freely inside the storage container, while the size of the take-out part is large enough to insert a finger. Since it is only open, when the user picks the tip of the wet tissue, the position of the opening must be searched by hand and then the wet tissue must be taken out. It has become.
Furthermore, since the wet tissue package described in Patent Document 1 has an opening for taking out the wet tissue to the outside, the extraction hole formed in the storage container is sealed with a seal member or the like. Otherwise, there is a problem that the chemical liquid impregnated in the wet tissue is likely to evaporate. In particular, in the case of the wet tissue package described in Patent Document 1, the package is arranged inside the storage container, and the package and the storage container are separated inside the storage container. Therefore, the chemical solution or the like may evaporate inside the storage container. In order to prevent this, it is conceivable to provide a seal member or the like in the storage container or package. However, if a seal member or the like is attached to the package, the package is stored in the storage container. Therefore, there is a problem that it is difficult to open and close the seal member. On the other hand, when the seal member is provided in the storage container, the air in the storage container is replaced every time the seal member is opened. Therefore, in the case of the invention described in Patent Document 1, there is also a problem that the chemical liquid and the like evaporate in a short time. Furthermore, when the lid for sealing the inside of the storage container is provided at the take-out part of the storage container, the opening of the package remains open inside the storage container. Therefore, in the case of the conventional wet tissue package, there is also a problem that the chemical liquid impregnated in the wet tissue stored in the wet tissue package is likely to evaporate.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and can easily position the opening with respect to the take-out portion formed in the storage body, and can be used in the package body stored in the storage body. It is possible to easily pick the tip of the web laminate, and to easily take out the tip of the web laminate, and to prevent the evaporation of the chemical liquid by maintaining good sealing performance. An object is to provide a package.
