一种活动座椅靠背随动装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种沙发座椅装置, 特别是一种在活动座椅上可实现靠背随背部移动, 实 现靠背与座垫在活动座椅各姿态都无缝隙, 且在活动座椅展开与躺下的过程中实现零靠墙 的活动座椅靠背随动装置。
背景技术
参见图 5, 目前现有的活动沙发座椅没有能实现在靠墙放置的基础上进行各姿态的运 动, 即活动沙发座椅靠背靠墙放置并将搁腿向前展开时, 活动沙发座椅靠背仅向前移动很 小一段, 然后当靠背往下放时, 靠背在向下移动的同时向后移动, 导致靠背在没有放到位 的时候就接触墙壁, 使得活动沙发座椅不能完全靠墙, 空间利用率不高; 现有活动座椅也 不具有能使靠背与人体背部进行同步运动的功能, 当人体坐着时其背部位于坐姿背部 K, 其 头部位于坐姿头部 L, 当人体躺下时, 由于其座位位置不变, 导致其背部位于躺姿背部 K', 其头部位于躺姿头部 L', 产生一个位移 U, 使得人体不舒服。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中所存在的上述不足, 而提供一种结构简 洁, 实现活动座椅零靠墙、 实现靠背与座垫在活动座椅各姿态都无缝隙及靠背随背部移动 的活动座椅靠背随动装置。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是: 该活动座椅靠背随动装置, 其特征是 设置有靠背件、 靠背第一支撑件、 靠背第一连接件、 靠背第二支撑件、 靠背第二连接件、 靠背导向件, 靠背件与靠背第一支撑件通过第一转轴连接, 靠背件与靠背导向件通过第七 转轴连接, 靠背第一支撑件与靠背第一连接件通过第二转轴连接, 靠背导向件与靠背第一 连接件通过第六转轴连接, 靠背第二支撑件与靠背第一连接件通过第三转轴连接, 靠背第 二连接件与靠背导向件通过第五转轴连接, 靠背第二支撑件与靠背第二连接件交叉后通过 第四转轴连接。
本发明所述第一转轴、 第二转轴、 第六转轴、 第七转轴各自的中心线构成平行四边形。 本发明所述靠背导向件上设置一个靠背限位铆钉, 用于支撑及在活动座椅躺下时的限 位。
本发明结构简洁, 方便实用, 实现了活动座椅零靠墙、 实现靠背与座垫在活动座椅各 姿态都无缝隙及靠背随背部移动, 使人体背部感觉不到有摩擦感, 提高活动座椅舒适度。 附图说明

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本实施例活动座椅靠背随动装置包括靠背件 1、靠背第一支撑件 2、靠背第一连接件 3、 靠背第二支撑件 4、 靠背第二连接件 5、 靠背导向件 6, 靠背件 1与靠背第一支撑件 2通过 第一转轴 A连接, 靠背件 1与靠背导向件 6通过第七转轴 I连接, 靠背第一支撑件 2与靠 背第一连接件 3通过第二转轴 B连接, 靠背导向件 6与靠背第一连接件 3通过第六转轴 H 连接, 靠背件 1、 靠背第一支撑件 2、 靠背第一连接件 3、 靠背导向件 6通过第一转轴 A、 第二转轴8、 第六转轴11、 第七转轴 I控制靠背件 1的位移及摆动角度, 以达到适合活动座 椅靠背需要的位移及躺姿角度, 其中第一转轴 A、 第二转轴8、 第六转轴11、 第七转轴 I各 自的中心线构成平行四边形 ABHI (参见图 1 ), 以达到调节灵活且调节范围大; 靠背第二支 撑件 4与靠背第一连接件 3通过第三转轴 C连接, 靠背第二连接件 5与靠背导向件 6通过 第五转轴 G连接, 靠背第二支撑件 4与靠背第二连接件 5交叉后通过第四转轴 F连接, 使 活动座椅在展开时形成的位移来驱动靠背第二支撑件 4与靠背第二连接件 5张开来控制靠 背第一连接件 3及靠背导向件 6张开来达到位移的效果, 让靠背中上部向下移动的同时让 靠背下部向前 (图中左边为前)运动, 以此来达到靠背相对于人体背部基本不移动的目的。
本发明还在靠背导向件 6上设置一颗靠背限位铆钉 J,用于支撑及在活动座椅躺下时限 位, 增加靠背的稳定性。
本实施例靠背第二支撑件 4与活动座椅驱动装置通过第九转轴 E连接, 靠背第二连接 件 5与活动座椅驱动装置通过第八转轴 D连接, 将人体背部驱动的力与活动座椅驱动装置 进行联动。
本实施例靠背件 1在活动座椅处于坐姿状态时 (即处于图 2所示状态), 活动座椅驱动 装置 (该装置为现有技术) 处于收拢状态, 随着活动座椅逐渐打开, 活动座椅驱动装置通 过第八转轴 D与第九转轴 E形成位移, 所以在此靠背角度保持原有状态并与搁腿驱动装置 同步位移 (即处于图 3所示状态); 当活动座椅继续运动展开, 通过第八转轴 D与第九转轴 E位置逐渐张开使得转轴 F开始转动, 带动第三转轴 C与转轴 G张开, 随即第六转轴 H与第 四转轴 F距离縮短并带动 3靠背连接件一向下转动, 第二转轴 B也因 3靠背连接件的向下 运动,靠背第一支撑件 2受第二转轴 B牵引向下运动, 在此同时因第六转轴 H与第二转轴 B ― _ - _
的运动, 靠背第一连接件 3与靠背第一支撑件 2、靠背导向件 6的夹角减小, 使得第七转轴 I与第二转轴 B距离减小, 以上机构使靠背向前移动, 靠背件 1因靠背第一支撑件 2上第一 转轴 A转的位移小, 靠背导向件 6上第七转轴 I的位移大, 从而改变其角度, 使得靠背件 1 向后逐渐倾斜达到躺姿状态(即图 4所示状态)。 当完全展开后靠背导向件 6上靠背限位铆 钉 J会承压住靠背第一连接件 3, 增加靠背稳定性。
本发明具有消除靠背、 实现靠背与座垫在活动座椅各姿态都无缝隙及人体背部摩擦感 及活动座椅在各种姿态时靠背都不会擦到墙面的功能, 且具有简单耐用、 操作方便等特点, 通过活动座椅姿态的变化来驱动靠背装置。

2、 根据权利要求 1所述的活动座椅靠背随动装置, 其特征是: 所述第一转轴、 第二 转轴、 第六转轴、 第七转轴各自的中心线构成平行四边形。
