采用上述结构后,本发明的一种混凝土模板用交叉固定管扣夹具具有以下有益效果:浇筑混凝土时,按所需形状拼接混凝土模板,在混凝土模板***需要加固的地方架设固定管。卡装固定管时,对应固定管交叉处,向外拉中一个锁件,使固定管卡装在此弧形凹口内;然后重复操作,在另一个弧形凹口内卡装另一根固定管。这样交叉架设的两根固定管便被紧紧地固定在一起,从而在拼接的混凝封土模板的***架设一个类似脚手架结构的稳定的固定架,以便在混凝封土模板所围成的型腔内浇筑混凝土。拆卸时,推动锁件使固定管从弧形凹口中脱出即可。由于锁件的前端部伸入弧形凹口内且位于弧形凹口的开口处,这样卡装固定管时,固定管很难从弧形凹口中脱出,可提高卡固的可靠性,从而实现安全生产。

具体实施方式
为了进一步解释本发明的技术方案,下面通过多个具体实施例来对本发明进行详细阐述。
实施例一
如图 1 至 7 所示,本发明的一种混凝土模板用交叉固定管扣夹具,包括两个扣件 1 和两个锁件 2 。其中任一个扣件 1 和两个锁件 2 的结构示意图如 4 至 7 所示。
扣件 1 具有依次围成弧形凹口 10 的第一侧壁 11 、第二侧壁 12 和第三侧壁 13 ,弧形凹口 10 与混凝土模板用固定管 1a 的外形相吻合。两个扣件 1 连接在一起形成八字型结构(如图 1 、 2 所示)。
如图 4 和 5 所示,锁件 2 包括锁舌 21 和锁把 22 ,锁舌 21 以其端部伸至弧形凹口 10 内与第三侧壁 13 形成夹持和放松固定管的方式活动安装在扣件 1 的第一侧壁 11 上。锁把 22 采用一个杆状结构,锁把 22 的一端部连接锁舌 21 的尾部,另一端部伸出第一侧壁 11 外。另外,还可采用两个锁把 22 ,两个锁把 22 的一端部分别连接锁舌 21 的相对两侧面,两个锁把 22 的另一端部分别从第一侧壁 11 的相对两外表面上伸出。另外,锁舌 21 的尾部弯折形成锁把 22 ,锁把 22 向上伸出第一侧壁 11 外。由于锁舌 21 和锁把 22 采用一体弯折式结构,便于制造,且锁把 22 按推的受力面积较大,便于拨动锁舌 21 ,操作更快捷省力。
另外,作为另一个实施例,锁件 2 ' 还可采用结构精简的螺栓结构。如图 7 所示,扣件 1 的第一侧壁 11 上沿弧形凹口 10 张开方向设有螺纹孔,锁件 2 ' 两端部分别为锁把端 21 ' 和具有螺纹结构的螺纹端 22 ' ,螺纹端 22 ' 穿过螺纹孔后伸入弧形凹口 10 内且位于弧形凹口 10 的开口处,锁把端 21 ' 位于第一侧壁 11 外。锁件 2 ' 采用螺栓结构,直接穿设在第一侧壁 11 上,在上述螺纹孔内旋进旋出锁件 2 ' ,使螺纹端 22 ' 与第二侧壁 12 一起紧紧夹持、松开固定管 1a 。本实施例其结构简单,操作起来也很方便。
作为本发明的一个较佳实施例,还包括弹簧 3 ,第一侧壁 11 上开有舌槽 14 ,锁舌 21 设置在舌槽 14 内且锁舌 21 的前端部伸出舌槽 14 外与第三侧壁 13 对应设置。弹簧 3 设置在舌槽 14 内,且弹簧 3 的两端部分别抵顶在锁舌 21 的尾部和舌槽 14 的底槽壁上。
作为本发明的另一较佳实施例,还包括抵顶螺栓 4 ,抵顶螺栓 4 具有螺栓头和螺栓杆,且螺栓杆的端部呈锥状。第一侧壁 11 上沿弧形凹口 10 张开方向设有螺纹孔,所谓弧形凹口 10 张开方向是指第一侧壁 11 和第三侧壁 13 之间的开口方向;抵顶螺栓 4 的螺栓杆穿过螺纹孔后抵顶在锁舌 21 的前端部上。通过旋进旋出抵顶螺栓 4 ,使锁舌 21 的前端部与第三侧壁 13 一起紧紧夹持、松开固定管 1a 。较佳地,第一侧壁 11 上开设上述螺纹孔的壁面向外凸出,如图 6 和 7 所示,以延长上述螺纹孔的孔深。这样对于尺寸规格较小,第一侧壁 11 较薄的扣夹具而言,通过加深螺纹孔,增加抵顶螺栓 4 与螺纹孔的配合面,从而提高扣夹具的卡固可靠性。另外,也可将螺母对应上述螺纹孔焊接在第一侧壁 11 上,以节约制造成本。抵顶螺栓 4 还可采用沉头螺栓结构。使用时,通过起子旋转抵顶螺栓 4 ,使抵顶螺栓 4 在第一侧壁 11 上的上述螺纹孔内旋进旋出。
作为本发明的再一较佳实施例,如图 6 所示,锁件 2 还包括插销 5 。锁舌 21 上开有弹簧槽 23 ,插销 5 的一端部穿过第一侧壁 11 后插设在弹簧槽 23 内,弹簧 3 设置在弹簧槽 23 内,且弹簧 3 的两端部分别抵顶在弹簧槽 23 的槽壁和插销 5 上述端部上。另外,弹簧 3 为多个且并排设置在弹簧槽 23 内,插销 5 插在两个弹簧 3 之间。这样,对于尺寸规格较小的扣夹具而言,可在锁舌 21 上开设较短的弹簧槽 23 ,通过设置多个弹簧 3 来实现较大的弹力,进而提高扣夹具的卡固可靠性。
采用本实施例浇筑混凝土时,按所需形状拼接混凝土模板,在混凝土模板***需要加固的地方架设固定管 1a 。卡装固定管时,对应固定管 1a 交叉处,向外拉其中一个锁把 22 ,使固定管 1a 卡装在此弧形凹口 10 内;然后重复操作,在另一个弧形凹口 10 内卡装另一根固定管 1a 。这样垂直架设的两根固定管 1a 便被紧紧地固定在一起,从而在拼接的混凝封土模板的***架设一个类似脚手架结构的稳定的固定架,以便在混凝封土模板所围成的型腔内浇筑混凝土。拆卸时,推动锁把 22 使固定管 1a 从弧形凹口 10 中脱出即可。
由于锁舌 21 的前端部伸入弧形凹口 10 内且位于弧形凹口 10 的开口处,这样卡装固定管 1a 时,固定管 1a 很难从弧形凹口 10 中脱出,可提高卡固的可靠性,从而实现安全生产。
实施例二
如图 8 至 10 所示,本实施例与实施一的主要区别在于,其中一个第二侧壁 12 向外延伸形成另一个扣件 1 ,也就是说,两个扣件 1 共用一个第二侧壁 12 ,形成一字排开的结构,且两个弧形凹口的轴线相互垂直。采用本实施例,也可将两根垂直交叉的固定管 1a 连接在一起。本实施例的卡固与拆卸与实施例一大致相同。
另外,本发明的上述各实施例中,扣件 1 的结构,锁舌 21 的结构,弹簧 3 的数量及其设置方式,抵顶螺栓 4 的结构及其设置方式均可互相组合,从而形成更多的实施例。例如,两个扣件 1 和两个锁件 2 的结构完全相同,或者两个扣件 1 和两个锁件 2 的为上面实施例的组合结构。例如,其中一个扣件 1 上设置如图 4 和 5 所示的锁件 2 ,包括锁舌 21 和锁把 22 。而另外一个扣件 1 上设置如图 7 所示的锁件 2 ' ,锁件 2 ' 两端部分别为锁把端 21 ' 和螺纹端 22 ' 。当然弹簧 3 也还可以有多种组合实施例,在些不再赘述。
由于本发明中各种结构中,锁件 2 的一端部分别伸入弧形凹口 10 内且位于弧形凹口 10 的开口处,同样能够提高卡固的可靠性,进而实现安全生产的目的。

Claims (9)

1 、一种混凝土模板用交叉固定管扣夹具,包括两个扣件和两个锁件,其特征在于:所述扣件具有依次围成弧形凹口的第一侧壁、第二侧壁和第三侧壁,此弧形凹口与混凝土模板用固定管的外形相吻合;所述锁件以其一端部伸入弧形凹口内且与扣件的第三侧壁形成夹持和放松固定管的方式活动安装在扣件的第一侧壁上;所述锁件的另一端伸出第一侧壁外;两个扣件的第二侧壁连接在一起。
2 、如权利要求 1 所述的一种混凝土模板用交叉固定管扣夹具,其特征在于:所述两个扣件的弧形凹口的轴线相互垂直。
3 、如权利要求 2 所述的一种混凝土模板用交叉固定管扣夹具,其特征在于:其中一个扣件的所述第二侧壁向外延伸形成另一个所述扣件。
4 、如权利要求 1 所述的一种混凝土模板用交叉固定管扣夹具,其特征在于:所述锁件包括锁舌和锁把,锁舌以其端部伸入所述弧形凹口内且与第三侧壁形成夹持和放松固定管的方式活动安装在扣件的第一侧壁上;锁把连接锁舌且伸出第一侧壁外。
5 、如权利要求 4 所述的一种混凝土模板用交叉固定管扣夹具,其特征在于:还包括弹簧,所述第一侧壁上开有舌槽,所述锁舌设置在舌槽内且锁舌的一端部伸出舌槽外与所述第三侧壁对应设置;弹簧设置在舌槽内,且弹簧的两端部分别抵顶在锁舌的另一端部和舌槽的底槽壁上。
6 、如权利要求 4 所述的一种混凝土模板用交叉固定管扣夹具,其特征在于:还包括弹簧和插销,所述第一侧壁上开有舌槽,所述锁舌设置在舌槽内且锁舌的一端部伸出舌槽外与所述第三侧壁对应设置;锁舌内设有弹簧槽,插销穿过所述第一侧壁后插设在弹簧槽内,弹簧设置在弹簧槽内,且弹簧的两端部分别抵顶在弹簧槽的槽壁和插销上。
7 、如权利要求 5 或 6 所述的一种混凝土模板用交叉固定管扣夹具,其特征在于:还包括抵顶螺栓,所述第一侧壁上沿所述弧形凹口张开方向设有螺纹孔,抵顶螺栓的端部穿过螺纹孔后抵顶在所述锁舌的所述一端部上。
8 、如权利要求 1 所述的一种混凝土模板用交叉固定管扣夹具,其特征在于:所述锁件的两端部分别为锁把端和具有螺纹结构的螺纹端,螺纹端穿过所述第一侧壁上设置的螺纹孔后伸入弧形凹口内且靠近弧形凹口的开口处,锁把端位于第一侧壁外。
9、如权利要求1所述的一种混凝土模板用交叉固定管扣夹具,其特征在于:其中一个所述锁件包括锁舌和锁把,锁舌以其端部伸入对应的所述弧形凹口内且与第三侧壁形成夹持和放松固定管的方式活动安装在扣件的第一侧壁上;锁把连接锁舌且伸出第一侧壁外;另一个所述锁件的两端部分别为锁把端和具有螺纹结构的螺纹端,螺纹端穿过对应的所述第一侧壁上设置的螺纹孔后伸入弧形凹口内且靠近弧形凹口的开口处,锁把端位于第一侧壁外。
