本发明涉及一种多用途自行车,具体说是一种方便携带,一车多用的可折叠自行车。 背景技术
我们通常在长途旅行时往往需要一个行李车来方便携带行李,一般来说行李车是可 以折叠的, 但很少有人用它作其他用途。其实我们在旅行中也许更需要一辆自行车, 方 便下了飞机和火车、离开私家车后在闹市区和风景区的短途旅行。但由于自行车的重量 和体积都比较大,除了专门的自行车远足,几乎没有人也没有可能在不断地长途旅行中 还随身携带一辆笨重的自行车,有些自行车也能折叠且比较轻便,但仍然大大超出旅行 者能够方便随身携带的可能性。尽管有人试图设计出能够转变成行李车的自行车,但也 都存在着许多严重的缺陷而缺乏实用价值。
在较新的背景技术中, 有一款最接近本案、 也产品化、 有众多厂家在生产的产品, 国内能够较多见到的小轮折叠自行车 A- bike , 它源于国外较新专利技术, 号称全球最 轻、最小折叠自行车。由于这种车采用了一体化传动变速机构和可伸缩车架技术,折叠、 收缩起来比较小巧, 并因大量采用铝合金材料, 重量也比较轻。还有一款国内授权的发 明专利也很类似, 申请号和授权公告号分别是 200910103736. 0和 CN 101544259 B, 但 在市场还见不到相应的产品。下面主要围绕这两项较新的技术来说明传统技术的不足和 缺陷。
为了尽可能地简化结构和减轻重量,这两种车的车架都采用简洁和稳定的三角形结 构或叫 A字型结构,从而才能够在保持如此小巧轻便的前提下,展开后车架能够达到载 人骑行的坚固要求。
但由于 A字型结构上端太小,无法拉开车把与车座之间所需要的距离, 因此它采用 了三个方法进行扩展: 1是在 A字的顶端加了一小段横梁, 使 A的上端宽了一点, 又不 较大的影响结构的稳定。 2是在车把和车把立杆之间也加了一小段横梁, 使车把向前探 出, 这样就等于把车把向前移了一段距离。 3是在 A字顶端加的小横梁的后面与伸缩车 架下边利用伸缩车架加了两个铰接在一起的杆,当车架展开时与车架形成另外一个三角 形, 专门安装车座, 这相当于在车架和车座之间也加了一小段横梁, 使车座向后移了一 段距离。 尽管如此, 车把前移、 车座后移、 中间加宽, 三段扩展距离加起来仍然偏小, 骑行该车转弯时仍有大腿要碰到车把的感觉。 而且这样设计车架产生了新的安全问题。 首先, 向前探出的车把, 特别是新式的直把, 把心与前轮转向中心不重合、 后移, 造成 转弯时, 不是一只手握的把向前、另一只手握的把向后就可以转弯了, 而是两只手在前 轮转向中心前方某个地方同时画弧。这种方式不是所有人都能在短时间适应的,猛的骑 起这种车来容易晃晃悠悠, 这样就与传统自行车, 车把向后弯、车把转向中心前移的手 推车型车把操作技巧正好相反,给骑惯了传统自行车,突然改骑这种车的人增加了危险 性。 其次, A字型可伸縮车架中间高的缺点还是无法解决, 它只能伸缩主车架, 他的车 把和车座的主要伸缩、锁定的功能是与主车架的伸缩、锁定功能整体设计在一起不能分 开的, 不是单独伸缩车把、 车座甚至车架的灵活模式, 于是有人骑在伸缩展开, 中间高 高突起的车架的这种车在大街上骑行时, 看上去怪怪的, 骑起来也很不舒服。特别是大 多数女性, 不喜欢后蹁腿上车, 下车时更需要快速的前掏腿, 即女性上下车均在车的前 方进行, 这种现象特别体现在夏天女性穿裙子的时候, 因为此时根本无法从后方上车, 这使得这种车型有明显的性别偏好。 另外, 女性、 也包括许多不够灵活、 个矮和年龄偏 大的男性骑车遇到危险时, 急刹车后人是向前窜的, 如果此时是大弯梁的传统坤车, 就 可以叉开双腿着地, 手扶车把跨在弯梁之上使自己免于摔倒, 但如果是过去高直梁的
28英寸男车就很难下来, 特别是这种新的 A字型车架的车, 前面的车架有可能比车座 还高, 她或他下不了车就只能重重地摔倒在地, 而且还可能硌伤裆部,给骑车人特别是 女性骑车人带来较大的危险。
另外, 上述前一种己经商品化了的 A字型伸缩折叠小轮车, 虽然折叠后体积较小, 但无法或者不方便拉行, 而无论是扛、 搬、 背, 还是手提一辆自行车长途履行, 还是有 点天方夜谭, 毕竟道远无轻载。而后一种 A字型伸缩折叠小轮车, 只是在原基础上进行 少许添加改进, 没有解决这种车型存在的难骑、不实用等主要问题, 并且设计变形成行 李车时又稍显繁琐, 放着现成的两个轮子不同时用, 又多设计出一个轮子背在车后, 不 但难看还增加了重量, 有画蛇添足之嫌, 因而较难有人愿意商品化。 发明内容
针对现有技术存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种展开能形成自行 车的折叠行李车, 既可以方便旅行者随身携带, 拖拽较重的行李旅行, 而且还可以在需 要时展开形成一辆轻便的旅行自行车, 且该车车架的位置较低, 方便女性骑行和使用。 同时采用单独的可折叠车架、单独的可伸缩车把、单独的可伸缩车座设计, 可以让车把 和车座的各自高度、他们之间的距离等更加合理, 解决骑行舒适、 实用的问题, 更不会 产生转弯时膝盖碰触车把的危险,并在这些前提下, 同样达到折叠后体积小巧轻便的效 果和目的。
为了达到上述目的, 本发明采用了如下的技术方案- 一种展开能形成自行车的折叠行李车, 它由前轮、 伸缩折叠把方向组件 1, 后轮、 伸缩折叠座、驱动组件 2和中间与前后组件上下分别铰接的四连杆折叠车架组件 3构成。 前轮、 把方向组件, 由前轮 4、 前叉 5、 与前叉上端固连的前车架铰接杆 6和带把杆的 可伸缩、 折叠车把 7组成。 可伸缩、 折叠车把 7的把杆可以从下半部前车架铰接杆 6 中拉出并通过定位锁定装置锁定。可伸缩、折叠车把 7的左右车把的中间部分是铰接并 通过定位锁定装置处在相对锁定的状态,其中只有半边把与把杆固连,则另半边就可以 在需要时从上边折叠到对侧,使得在变形成行李车时可折叠成左右两边把在同一侧的状 态。 后轮、 伸缩折叠座、 驱动组件 2由后轮 8、 一体化传动变速机构 9、 脚踏机构 10、 与一体化传动变速机构 9上端固连的后车架铰接杆 11、带座杆的可伸缩折叠车座 12组 成, 其中座杆可以从后车架铰接杆 11中拉出并通过定位锁定装置锁定。 四连杆折叠车 架组件 3包括, 中间可折叠的四连杆机构 13、 分别与四连杆机构上下两处铰接又与前 车架铰接杆 6形成可转动式套接的前铰接套管 14和分别与四连杆机构上下两处铰接又 与后车架铰接杆 11形成可转动式套接的后铰接套管 15, 当上述的四连杆折叠车架组件 3被横向拉开成为自行车架时,实际上在由前铰接套管 14和后铰接套管 15与中间可折 叠的四连杆机构 13上下铰接所形成的前后两个四边形的四个边都是不相等的非平行四 边形,如果恰当的选择互相铰接的四连杆之间的所有活动连接轴的位置,可以让所述的 四连杆折叠车架组件 3巧妙地形成与其可转动式套接的前轮、伸缩折叠把方向组件和后 轮、伸缩折叠座、驱动组件折叠压缩到行李车的宽度时是平行的, 而它展开成自行车架 时又可以形成自行车的前轮、伸缩折叠把方向组件, 后轮、伸缩折叠座、驱动组件各自 与地面形成所需要的倾斜角度,一种稳定的梯形状态。上述的前轮、伸缩折叠把方向组 件 1和后轮、伸缩折叠座、驱动组件 2它们均可以转向, 而且它们可以在向同一方向都 转 90度时锁定, 此时中间的四连杆折叠车架组件 3又处于压缩的行李车宽度和两端平 行状态时, 就形成了折叠后的行李车两个轱辘和前铰接套管 14、 后铰接套管 15均平行 的状态, 整车能够通过可以被拉出的、折叠到单边的伸缩折叠车把 7作为拉手拉行。上 述的可折叠四连杆机构 13与前铰接套管 14和后铰接套管 15分别铰接的两侧连杆一侧 是单管, 另一侧则是双管设置, 单管在中间, 双管放在外侧夹住与它通过连杆轴连接的 单管, 这样就形成由六根金属管构成的更为稳定、 对称、 受力均匀的活动四连杆机构。 上述的四连杆折叠车架组件 3和后轮、 伸缩折叠座、 驱动组件 2, 当它们展开形成自行 车架后, 可以通过在可折叠的四连杆机构 13上和后轮、 伸缩折叠座、 驱动组件 2上设 置车架锁定机构, 将向下承压的车架在打开到规定位置及可转向的后轮、 伸缩折叠座、 驱动组件在旋转到规定位置时被锁定。
上述的车架锁定机构, 可以在可折叠的四连杆机构 13下面双管侧下端延长端设置 一个与其铰接的四连杆机构锁定顶块 16, 在一体化传动变速机构 9上面箱体平面上设 置有后轮方向锁定凸起 20和后轮方向限位凸起 21, 当折叠四连杆机构 13展开形成自 行车架时, 其与后铰接套管 15下面铰接的连杆下表面应该与一体化传动变速机构 9箱 体上大面平行并且紧贴,但我们一开始要使折叠四连杆机构 13展开的更过和偏高一些, 这样我们才能将四连杆机构锁定顶块 16向对侧旋转并试图顶在对侧的单连杆延长端的 缺口上的同时, 将一体化传动变速机构包括其上的后轮方向锁定凸起 20都旋转到折叠 四连杆机构下侧连杆之下, 由于后轮方向限位凸起 21高于后轮方向锁定凸起 20, 且更 接近连杆与后铰接套管 15的下铰接点,旋转过程被后轮方向限位凸起 21限位,此时后 轮应该与四连杆机构所形成的车架在一条直线上,这样当展开有些过的折叠四连杆机构 向下回落到与一体化传动变速机构 9其上的大面紧贴的规定位置时, 与后铰接套管 15 下面铰接的双连杆之一就恰好卧在后轮方向锁定凸起 20、后轮方向限位凸起 21之间的 间隙之中, 后轮方向锁定凸起 20也恰好落入双杆的间隙之中被卡紧, 这样整个可转向 的后轮、伸缩折叠座、驱动组件 2的方向就被锁定在自行车的位置上, 而此时四连杆机 构锁定顶块 16也刚好顶紧在对侧的单连杆延长端的缺口上, 使向下承压的折叠四连杆 机构 13在展开到规定位置时被限位和锁住。
上述的脚踏机构 10, 可以在它的脚踏曲柄上加装方便拆卸脚踏曲柄附件; 方便拆 卸脚踏曲柄附件包括带旋钮的脚踏曲柄锁紧螺栓 17,锁紧螺栓专用固定盖 18和螺栓销 轴 19组成,锁紧螺栓专用固定盖 18旋紧在脚踏曲柄方孔外侧原来安装装饰盖的密紋内 螺纹上,带旋钮的脚踏曲柄锁紧螺栓 Π穿过锁紧螺栓专用固定盖 18中心的园孔,在该 盖的另一侧,用销轴 19或开口销将带旋钮的脚踏曲柄锁紧螺栓 17锁住,让带旋钮的脚 踏曲柄锁紧螺栓 17可以在锁紧螺栓专用固定盖 18上边旋转、形成动配合,这样带旋钮 的脚踏曲柄锁紧螺栓 17就可以将脚踏曲柄和其上安装的可以折叠的脚踏一起通过该旋 钮旋下或旋上、旋紧; 另外在装配在一起的带旋钮的脚踏曲柄锁紧螺栓的旋钮端面和锁 紧螺栓专用固定盖的相同位置上还同时设有各两个安装孔 34。
上述的前轮、 伸缩折叠把方向组件 1 , 后轮、 伸缩折叠座、 驱动组件 2在它们的外 侧下边各装有一个折叠行李架固定螺栓直角 22, 用来安装折叠行李架 23及其附件 24; 折叠行李架 23由三根空心矩型可活动的金属杆件铰接而成,两根行李架纵杆 25铰接在 行李架横杆 26两端, 在这个横杆的另外一与其垂直的面上应该在两端还设有与折叠行 李架固定螺栓直角 22上的固定螺栓铰接的园孔, 但实际上只有一侧有, 则另一端在相 应的地方只设置了与固定螺栓相匹配的凹槽, 当整车展开形成自行车时, 行李架折叠, 行李架横杆 26竖直的铰接在前轮的折叠行李架固定螺栓直角 22上的固定螺栓上,两根 行李架纵杆 25头对头相向而折,稍微倾斜的与行李架横杆 26互相紧贴在一起, 当本发 明形成行李车时, 前后车轮平行排列, 此时我们让行李架横杆 26旋转 90度放平, 倒向 后轮的折叠行李架固定螺栓直角 22的固定螺栓上, 并用其上的凹槽与其扣紧, 使两个 轮子的平行状态被进一步锁定;这其实是一个不载重行李的状态,如果我们想进一步启 用这个折叠行李架,我们必须在行李架横杆 26转动 90度放平之前,将两个行李架纵杆 25展开成与行李架横杆 26垂直的状态, 然后再转动 90度放平与对侧的折叠行李架固 定螺栓直角 22上的固定螺栓扣紧、锁住,最后将行李架附件 24上的两个带弹簧按钮的 金属插舌 27紧紧***与它配合的两个空心的行李架纵杆 25并通过行李架纵杆 25上与 弹簧按钮相对应的园孔所形成的定位锁定装置锁住, 于是一个完整的行李架就形成了。
上述的前轮、伸缩折叠把方向组件 1, 后轮、伸缩折叠座、 驱动组件 2和四连杆折 叠车架组件 3, 在折叠成行李车的时候, 在整个车架重心偏向的后侧, 即一体化传动变 速机构 9偏向的这一侧,可以设有一个装较轻行李的专用双肩背包组件,和一个此时支 撑它们及整车的专用带锁单踢 33 ; 专用双肩背包组件包括, 专用双肩背包 28, 分别固 连在前轮、 把方向组件, 后轮、 座、 驱动组件上的双肩包挂钩 29和设置在专用双肩背 包上部的与之匹配的两个双肩包挂带 30; 所述的专用双肩背包 28上, 在与一体化传动 变速机构 9 冲突的地方设有一个一直可以拉到专用双肩背包底部的长度匹配的竖直拉 链 31, 拉链 31拉开后, 里面设有与一体化传动变速机构 9后侧箱体体积接近的布袋, 正好可以将一体化传动变速机构 9突出部分整体的装进去; 所述的专用带锁单踢 33是 一个加大折叠角度的单踢,保证这个单踢踢起时能紧贴在一体化传动变速机构 9箱体后 侧, 以防它在本发明变形成为自行车时与运转起来的脚踏机构 10冲突。
本发明上述的各组件可伸缩处、 折叠车把和可转向的后轮、 伸缩折叠座、 驱动组 件的转向部分均是套层式设计,并在内层上设置用于锁定的弹性定位按钮,在外层上匹 配的设置定位孔, 使得内层在伸出、 缩入或旋转 90度后都可以靠弹性按钮和不同位置 定位孔之间的配合进行定位锁定,形成定位锁定装置。实际上本发明的伸缩折叠把方向 组件, 后轮、 伸缩折叠座、 驱动组件上的伸缩部分与折叠滑板车的伸缩把一样, 不但是 套层设计,而且在车把立杆和座杆及它们的相应外套层上也有互相配合的定位滑槽来防 止车把与前叉、 车座与车架相对转动, 而且同样还设有带扳柄的保险锁紧抱箍 32来进 一步锁紧被升高定位的车把和车座, 最大限度地增加安全系数。
本实发明与现有技术相比, 其突出优点是既可以方便旅行者随身携带、 拖拽较重的 行李旅行,还可以在需要时展开形成一辆轻便的旅行自行车,载着旅行者在长途旅行途 中或目的地, 进行自由、 环保、 和有益身体健康的短途行动, 而不用时, 又可以像通常 的行李车一样, 拖拽着它在商场、风景区内采购甚至游玩。 且该车车架的位置较低, 方 便女性骑行和使用。 同时采用单独的可折叠车架、单独的可伸缩车把、单独的可伸缩车 座设计, 可以让车把和车座的各自高度、 他们之间的距离等更加合理, 解决骑行舒适、 实用的问题, 并在这些前提下, 同样达到折叠后体积小巧轻便的效果和目的。在楼层较 高的办公室、居住地和任何存车不方便的地方, 可以把它折叠成体积小巧、轻便的行李 车拉进电梯、 拉进办公室、 或手提上楼, 方便的放进办公室或家中的桌下、 门后、 柜厨 中, 甚至火车座椅下、 汽车后备箱中等任何角落收藏。 附图说明

由前轮、 伸缩折叠把方向组件 1, 后轮、 伸缩折叠座、 驱动组件 2和中间与前后组 件上下分别铰接的四连杆折叠车架组件 3构成; 其中前轮、 把方向组件, 由前轮 4、 前 叉 5、与前叉上端固连的前车架铰接杆 6和带把杆的可伸缩、折叠车把 7组成;可伸缩、 折叠车把 7的把杆可以从下半部与前叉上端固连的前车架铰接杆 6中拉出并通过定位锁 定装置锁定。可伸缩、折叠车把 7的左右车把的中间部分是限位绞接并通过定位锁定装 置处在相对锁定的状态,其中只有半边把与把杆固连,则另半边就可以在需要时从上边 折叠到对侧,使得在变形成行李车时可折叠成左右两边把在同一侧的状态;上述的后轮、 伸缩折叠座、 驱动组件 2由后轮 8、 一体化传动变速机构 9、 脚踏机构 10、 与一体化传 动变速机构 9上端固连的后车架铰接杆 11、 带座杆的可伸缩折叠车座 12组成, 其中座 杆可以从与一体化传动变速机构 9和其上端固连的后车架铰接杆 11中拉出并通过定位 锁定装置锁定; 上述的四连杆折叠车架组件 3包括, 中间可折叠的四连杆机构 13、 分 别与四连杆机构上下两处铰接又与前轮、伸缩折叠把方向组件 1中间的前车架铰接杆 6 形成可转动式套接的前铰接套管 14和分别与四连杆机构上下两处铰接又与后轮、 伸缩 折叠座、 驱动组件 2中间的后车架铰接杆 11形成可转动式套接的后铰接套管 15, 当所 述的四连杆折叠车架组件 3被横向拉开成为自行车架时, 实际上在由前铰接套管 14和 后铰接套管 15与中间可折叠的四连杆机构 13上下铰接所形成的前后两个四边形的四个 边都是不相等的, 即不是平行四边形;如果恰当的选择互相铰接的四连杆之间的所有活 动连接轴的位置,可以让所述的四连杆折叠车架组件 3巧妙地形成与其可转动式套接的 前轮、伸缩折叠把方向组件和后轮、伸缩折叠座、驱动组件折叠压缩到行李车的宽度时 是平行的, 而它展开成自行车架时又可以形成自行车的前轮、伸缩折叠把方向组件, 后 轮、 伸缩折叠座、 驱动组件各自与地面形成所需要的倾斜角度, 一种稳定的梯形状态; 上述的前轮、伸缩折叠把方向组件 1和后轮、伸缩折叠座、驱动组件 2它们均可以转向, 而且它们可以在向同一方向都转 90度时被锁定, 此时中间的四连杆折叠车架组件 3又 处于压缩的行李车宽度和两端平行状态时,就形成了折叠后的行李车两个轱辘和前铰接 套管 14、 后铰接套管 15均平行的状态, 整车能够通过可以被拉出的、 折叠到单边的伸 缩折叠车把 7作为拉手拉行; 上述的可折叠四连杆机构与前铰接套管 14和后铰接套管 15 分别铰接的两侧连杆一侧是单管, 另一侧则是双管设置, 单管在中间, 双管放在外 侧夹住与它通过连杆轴连接的单管, 这样就形成由六根金属管构成的更为稳定、 对称、 受力均匀的活动四连杆机构; 上述的四连杆折叠车架组件 3和后轮、伸缩折叠座、驱动 组件 2, 当它们展开形成自行车架后, 可以通过在可折叠的四连杆机构 13上和后轮、 伸缩折叠座、驱动组件 2上设置车架锁定机构,将向下承压的车架在打开到规定位置及 可转向的后轮、 伸缩折叠座、 驱动组件在旋转到规定位置时被锁定。
上述的车架锁定机构, 可以是在可折叠的四连杆机构 13下面双管侧下端延长端设 置一个与其铰接的四连杆机构锁定顶块 16, 在一体化传动变速机构 9上面设置有后轮 方向锁定凸起 20、 后轮方向限位凸起 21, 当折叠四连杆机构 13展开形成自行车架时, 其与后铰接套管 15下面铰接的连杆下表面应该与一体化传动变速机构 9箱体上大面平 行并且紧贴, 但我们一开始要使折叠四连杆机构 13展开的更过和偏高一些, 这样我们 才能将四连杆机构锁定顶块 16向对侧旋转并试图顶在对侧的单连杆延长端的缺口上的 同时, 将一体化传动变速机构包括其上的后轮方向锁定凸起 20都旋转到折叠四连杆机 构下侧连杆之下, 由于后轮方向限位凸起 21高于后轮方向锁定凸起 20, 且更接近连杆 与后铰接套管 15的下铰接点,旋转过程被后轮方向限位凸起 21限位,此时后轮应该与 四连杆机构所形成的车架在一条直线上,这样当展开有些过的折叠四连杆机构回到与一 体化传动变速机构 9其上的大面紧贴的规定位置时, 与后铰接套管 15下面铰接的双连 杆之一就恰好卧在后轮方向锁定凸起 20、 后轮方向限位凸起 21之间的间隙之中, 后轮 方向锁定凸起 20也恰好落入双杆的间隙之中被卡紧, 这样整个可转向的后轮、 伸缩折 叠座、 驱动组件 2的方向就被锁定在自行车的位置上, 而此时四连杆机构锁定顶块 16 也刚好顶紧在对侧的单连杆延长端的缺口上, 使向下承压的折叠四连杆机构 13在展开 到规定位置时被限位和锁住。
由于本发明转变成行李车时体积小巧, 此时整个脚踏机构失去了作用, 但它较大 的外缘轮廓被凸现出来, 显得十分碍事, 而且还有可能转动起来, 因此我们可以在它的 脚踏曲柄上加装方便拆卸脚踏曲柄附件,把它变成不用时可以轻易拆下,用时随手安装 的部件。 方便拆卸脚踏曲柄附件包括; 带旋钮的脚踏曲柄锁紧螺栓 17, 锁紧螺栓专用 固定盖 18和螺栓销轴 19组成, 其特点是, 锁紧螺栓专用固定盖 18旋紧在脚踏曲柄方 孔外侧原来安装装饰盖的密纹内螺纹上, 带旋钮的脚踏曲柄锁紧螺栓 17穿过锁紧螺栓 专用固定盖 18中心的园孔,在该盖的另一侧,用销轴 19或开口销将带旋钮的脚踏曲柄 锁紧螺栓 17锁住, 让带旋钮的脚踏曲柄锁紧螺栓 17可以在锁紧螺栓专用固定盖 18上 边旋转、 形成动配合, 这样带旋钮的脚踏曲柄锁紧螺栓 17就可以将脚踏曲柄和其上安 装的可以折叠的脚踏一起通过该旋钮旋下或旋上、旋紧。在装配在一起的带旋钮的脚踏 曲柄锁紧螺栓的旋钮端面和锁紧螺栓专用固定盖的相同位置上同时设有各两个安装孔 34, 用一个能够同时插进两个安装孔的粗细适当的 U型铁条***时, 就可以使动配合 的带旋钮的脚踏曲柄锁紧螺栓和锁紧螺栓专用固定盖相对固定,这样就方便了锁紧螺栓 专用固定盖在脚踏曲柄上的安装,利用带旋钮的脚踏曲柄锁紧螺栓上的旋钮带动锁紧螺 栓专用固定盖旋转, 旋进脚踏曲柄内的密纹丝扣并旋紧, 然后取出安装孔 34内的 U型 铁条, 安装就结束了, 反之锁紧螺栓专用固定盖亦可顺利拆卸。
上述的前轮、 伸缩折叠把方向组件, 后轮、 伸缩折叠座、 驱动组件, 在它们的外侧 下边各装有一个折叠行李架固定螺栓直角 22,用来安装折叠行李架 23及其附件 24;折 叠行李架 23由三根空心矩型可活动的金属杆件铰接而成,两根行李架纵杆 25铰接在行 李架横杆 26两端, 在这个横杆的另外一与其垂直的面上应该在两端还设有与折叠行李 架固定螺栓直角 22上的固定螺栓铰接的园孔, 但实际上只有一侧有, 则另一端在相应 的地方只设置了与固定螺栓相匹配的凹槽, 当整车展开形成自行车时, 行李架折叠, 行 李架横杆 26竖直的铰接在前轮的折叠行李架固定螺栓直角 22上的固定螺栓上,两根行 李架纵杆 25头对头相向而折,稍微倾斜的与行李架横杆 26互相紧贴在一起, 当本发明 形成行李车时, 前后车轮平行排列, 此时我们让行李架横杆 26旋转 90度放平, 倒向后 轮的折叠行李架固定螺栓直角 22的固定螺栓上, 并用其上的凹槽与其扣紧, 使两个轮 子的平行状态被进一步锁定;这其实是一个不载重行李的状态,如果我们想进一步启用 这个行李架, 我们必须在行李架横杆 26转动 90度放平之前, 将两个行李架纵杆 25展 开成与行李架横杆 26垂直的状态,然后再转动 90度放平与对侧的折叠行李架固定螺栓 直角 22上的固定螺栓扣紧, 最后将行李架附件 24上的两个带弹簧按钮的金属插舌 27 紧紧***两个与它配合的空心行李架纵杆 25并通过行李架纵杆 25上与弹簧按钮相对应 的园孔所形成的定位锁定装置锁住, 于是一个完整的行李架就形成了。
由于本发明前、 后轮都有相同的倾角, 在加上一体化传动变速机构 9是偏向一侧 的, 因此在折叠成行李车的时候, 当没有展开前端的折叠行李架、 没有重物可拉载时, 整个车架重心偏向不是行李架所在侧而是后侧,这样为了保证整车的重心稳定、经常保 持在一侧,拉载较轻行李时也应在车架重心这一侧才比较合理,因此就需要一个替代行 李箱在这一侧装载和收纳较轻行李的专用双肩背包组件挂在行李车的这一侧,如装载本 车的可拆卸行李架附件、可拆卸脚踏机构和简单工具等;而且还需要一个专用带锁单踢 33 在这一侧支撑此时包括专用双肩背包在内的整车, 使其能够站立。 专用双肩背包组 件包括, 专用双肩背包 28, 分别固连在前轮、 把方向组件, 后轮、 座、 驱动组件上的 双肩包挂钩 29和设置在专用双肩背包上部的与之匹配的两个双肩包挂带 30,因为一体 化传动变速机构 9此时也在这一侧而且又比较凸出,使得如果使用一般的双肩包安置在 相应位置无法放平, 因此, 专用双肩背包上, 在与一体化传动变速机构 9冲突的地方设 有一个一直可以拉到专用双肩背包底部的长度匹配的竖直拉链 31, 拉链 31拉开后, 里 面设有与一体化传动变速机构 9后侧箱体体积接近的布袋,正好可以将一体化传动变速 机构 9突出部分整体的装进去,并且能够同时起到专用双肩背包内部容积与外部隔离的 作用,从而使专用双肩背包 28此时可以基本放平。专用带锁单踢 33是一个加大折叠角 度的单踢,这样才能使这个单踢踢起时能紧贴在一体化传动变速机构 9箱体后侧, 以防 它在本发明变形成为自行车时与运转起来的脚踏机构 10冲突。
本发明上述的各组件可伸缩处、 折叠车把和可转向的后轮、 伸缩折叠座、 驱动组 件的转向部分均是套层式设计,并在内层上设置用于锁定的弹性定位按钮,在外层上匹 配的设置定位孔, 使得内层在伸出、 缩入或旋转 90度后都可以靠弹性按钮和不同位置 定位孔之间的配合进行定位锁定,形成定位锁定装置。实际上本发明的伸缩折叠把方向 组件, 后轮、伸缩折叠座、 驱动组件上的伸缩部分与折叠滑板车的伸缩把一样, 不但是 套层设计,而且在车把立杆和座杆及它们的相应外套层上也有互相配合的定位滑槽来防 止车把与前叉、 车座与车架相对转动, 而且同样还设有带扳柄的保险锁紧抱箍 32来进 一步锁紧被升高定位的车把和车座, 最大限度地增加安全系数。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种展开能形成自行车的折叠行李车, 其特征在于: 它由前轮、 伸缩折叠把方向 组件 1 , 后轮、伸缩折叠座、驱动组件 2和中间与前后组件上下分别铰接的四连杆折叠车 架组件 3构成; 所述的前轮、 把方向组件, 由前轮 4、 前叉 5、 与前叉上端固连的前车架 铰接杆 6和带把杆的可伸缩、 折叠车把 7组成。 其特征在于可伸缩、 折叠车把 7的把杆 可以从下半部前车架铰接杆 6中拉出并通过定位锁定装置锁定。 可伸缩、 折叠车把 7的 左右车把的中间部分是铰接并通过定位锁定装置处在相对锁定的状态, 其中只有半边把 与把杆固连, 则另半边就可以在需要时从上边折叠到对侧, 使得在变形成行李车时可折 叠成左右两边把在同一侧的状态; 所述的后轮、伸缩折叠座、 驱动组件 2由后轮 8、 一体 化传动变速机构 9、脚踏机构 10、与一体化传动变速机构 9上端固连的后车架铰接杆 11、 带座杆的可伸缩折叠车座 12组成, 其特征在于, 座杆可以从后车架铰接杆 11 中拉出并 通过定位锁定装置锁定; 所述的四连杆折叠车架组件 3包括, 中间可折叠的四连杆机构 13、 分别与四连杆机构上下两处铰接又与前车架铰接杆 6形成可转动式套接的前铰接套 管 14和分别与四连杆机构上下两处铰接又与后车架铰接杆 11形成可转动式套接的后铰 接套管 15, 其特征在于当所述的四连杆折叠车架组件 3被横向拉开成为自行车架时, 实 际上在由前铰接套管 14和后铰接套管 15与中间可折叠的四连杆机构 13铰接所形成的前 后两个四边形的四个边都是不相等的、 都不是平行四边形, 如果恰当的选择互相铰接的 四连杆之间的所有活动连接轴的位置, 可以让所述的四连杆折叠车架组件 3巧妙地形成 与其可转动式套接的前轮、 伸缩折叠把方向组件和后轮、 伸缩折叠座、 驱动组件折叠压 缩到行李车的宽度时是平行的, 而它展开成自行车架时又可以形成自行车的前轮、 伸缩 折叠把方向组件, 后轮、 伸缩折叠座、 驱动组件各自与地面形成所需要的倾斜角度, 一 种稳定的梯形状态; 所述的前轮、 伸缩折叠把方向组件 1和后轮、 伸縮折叠座、 驱动组 件 2其特征在于, 它们均可以转向, 而且它们可以在向同一方向都转 90度时锁定, 此时 中间的四连杆折叠车架组件 3 又处于压缩的行李车宽度和两端平行状态时, 就形成了折 叠后的行李车两个轱辘和前铰接套管 14、后铰接套管 15均平行的状态,整车能够通过可 以被拉出的、 折叠到单边的伸縮折叠车把 7作为拉手拉行; 所述的可折叠四连杆机构其 特征在于, 与前铰接套管 14和后铰接套管 15分别铰接的两侧连杆一侧是单管, 另一侧 则是双管设置, 单管在中间, 双管放在外侧夹住与它通过连杆轴连接的单管, 这样就形 成由六根金属管构成的更为稳定、 对称、 受力均匀的活动四连杆机构; 所述的四连杆折 叠车架组件 3和后轮、伸缩折叠座、驱动组件 2,其特征在于当它们展开形成自行车架后, 可以通过在可折叠的四连杆机构 13上和后轮、伸缩折叠座、 驱动组件 2上设置车架锁定 机构, 将向下承压的车架在打开到规定位置及可转向的后轮、 伸缩折叠座、 驱动组件在 旋转到规定位置时被锁定。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的车架锁定机构, 其特征是, 可以在可折叠的四连杆机构 13 下面双管侧下端延长端设置一个与其铰接的四连杆机构锁定顶块 16, 在一体化传动变速 机构 9上面箱体平面上设置有后轮方向锁定凸起 20和后轮方向限位凸起 21,当折叠四连 杆机构 13展开形成自行车架时, 其与后铰接套管 15下面铰接的连杆下表面应该与一体 化传动变速机构 9箱体上大面平行并且紧贴,但我们一开始要使折叠四连杆机构 13展开 的更过和偏高一些,这样我们才能将四连杆机构锁定顶块 16向对侧旋转并试图顶在对侧 的单连杆延长端的缺口上的同时, 将一体化传动变速机构包括其上的后轮方向锁定凸起 20都旋转到折叠四连杆机构下侧连杆之下,由于后轮方向限位凸起 21高于后轮方向锁定 凸起 20, 且更接近连杆与后铰接套管 15的下铰接点, 旋转过程被后轮方向限位凸起 21 限位, 此时后轮应该与四连杆机构所形成的车架在一条直线上, 这样当展开有些过的折 叠四连杆机构向下回落到与一体化传动变速机构 9其上的大面紧贴的规定位置时, 与后 铰接套管 15下面铰接的双连杆之一就恰好卧在后轮方向锁定凸起 20、后轮方向限位凸起 权 利 要 求 书
21之间的间隙之中,后轮方向锁定凸起 20也恰好落入双杆的间隙之中被卡紧,这样整个 可转向的后轮、 伸缩折叠座、 驱动组件 2的方向就被锁定在自行车的位置上, 而此时四 连杆机构锁定顶块 16也刚好顶紧在对侧的单连杆延长端的缺口上,使向下承压的折叠四 连杆机构 13在展开到规定位置时被限位和锁住。
3、根据权利要求 1所述的脚踏机构, 其特征在于, 可以在它的脚踏曲柄上加装方便 拆卸脚踏曲柄附件;所述的方便拆卸脚踏曲柄附件包括,带旋钮的脚踏曲柄锁紧螺栓 17, 锁紧螺栓专用固定盖 18和螺栓销轴 19组成, 其特征是, 锁紧螺栓专用固定盖 18旋紧在 脚踏曲柄方孔外侧原来安装装饰盖的密纹内螺纹上,带旋钮的脚踏曲柄锁紧螺栓 17穿过 锁紧螺栓专用固定盖 18中心的园孔, 在该盖的另一侧, 用销轴 19或开口销将带旋钮的 脚踏曲柄锁紧螺栓 17锁住, 让带旋钮的脚踏曲柄锁紧螺栓 17可以在锁紧螺栓专用固定 盖 18上边旋转、 形成动配合, 这样带旋钮的脚踏曲柄锁紧螺栓 17就可以将脚踏曲柄和 其上安装的可以折叠的脚踏一起通过该旋钮旋下或旋上、 旋紧, 另外在装配在一起的带 旋钮的脚踏曲柄锁紧螺栓的旋钮端面和锁紧螺栓专用固定盖的相同位置上还同时设有各 两个安装孔 34。

5、 根据权利要求 1所述的前轮、 伸缩折叠把方向组件 1, 后轮、 伸缩折叠座、 驱动 组件 2和四连杆折叠车架组件 3, 其特征在于, 在折叠成行李车的时候, 在整个车架重心 偏向的后侧, 即一体化传动变速机构 9偏向的这一侧, 可以设有一个装较轻行李的专用 双肩背包组件,和一个此时支撑它们及整车的专用带锁单踢 33 ;专用双肩背包组件包括, 专用双肩背包 28, 分别固连在前轮、 把方向组件, 后轮、 座、 驱动组件上的双肩包挂钩 29和设置在专用双肩背包上部的与之匹配的两个双肩包挂带 30;所述的专用双肩背包 28 上, 在与一体化传动变速机构 9冲突的地方设有一个一直可以拉到专用双肩背包底部的 长度匹配的竖直拉链 31,拉链 31拉开后,里面设有与一体化传动变速机构 9后侧箱体体 积接近的布袋, 正好可以将一体化传动变速机构 9突出部分整体的装进去; 所述的专用 带锁单踢 33是一个加大折叠角度的单踢,保证这个单踢踢起时能紧贴在一体化传动变速 机构 9箱体后侧, 以防它在本发明变形成为自行车时与运转起来的脚踏机构 10冲突。
