本发明涉及一种碳化木质板及其生产方法和用途。
背景技术
目前各式木质人造板己被消费者认可并大量使用于各个领域,但在使用过程 中由于自身的缺陷, 防腐、防霉、防水性能差, 易被虫蛀和甲醛含量偏高等问题, 对环境适应性差, 限制了其使用范围或者使用过程中易产生问题。本发明专利可 解决以上所提及的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防虫、 防腐、 防霉、 防水性能好, 制作方便的碳 化木质板及其生产方法和用途。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种碳化木质板, 其特征是: 由木质人造板在热压机中经高温碳化处理, 然 后冷却制得。
一种碳化木质板的生产方法, 其特征是: 包括下列步骤:
( 1 ) 高温碳化: 将木质人造板在热压机中进行高温碳化处理;
(2) 冷却: 将经高温碳化处理的板进行冷却, 得到产品。
高温碳化处理的温度在 110-280°C ; 处理时间为 10-180分钟。

一种碳化木质板在制备制备踢角线、 木门、 门框、 窗、 窗框、 浴柜、 橱柜、 衣柜、 桌、 椅、 凳、 几、 床等各类板式家具和其他户外木质板材中的应用。
一种碳化木质板在制备各类浴柜、 橱柜、 衣柜、 桌、 椅、 凳、 几、 床、 以及 室内木质建材和其他户外木质板材、有防水防腐防虫和低甲醛含量的性能要求的 人造板中的应用。
本发明工艺简单, 制作方便, 提高木质人造板防水性能, 一般木质人造板 遇水后均会膨胀、变形,而本发明碳化人造板则明显改善了一般木质人造板膨胀 变形的特性, 大幅提高了人造板的防水性能; 产品可防虫防蛀, 此产品在高温碳 化过程中将纤维处理成木材与木碳之间的物质, 以此破坏纤维素,使之失去昆虫 所需营养, 则不会被虫蛀; .此产品降低人造板中所含的甲醛, 在碳化过程中高 温将甲醛迅速挥发出来,有效的减少了人造板中的甲醛含量; 此产品使人造板的 稳定性和防腐性能大幅提高,此产品在高温碳化过程中将纤维处理成木材与木碳 之间的物质,碳元素是最稳定物质之一,碳化人造板则比普通人造板性能更稳定 更不易腐朽。
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
具体实施方式
一种碳化木质板,由木质人造板在热压机中经高温碳化处理,然后冷却制得。 一种碳化木质板的生产方法, 包括下列步骤:
( 1 ) 高温碳化: 将木质人造板在热压机中进行髙温碳化处理;
(2) 冷却: 将经高温碳化处理的板进行冷却, 得到产品。
高温碳化处理的温度在 110-28(TC ; 处理时间为 10-180分钟。 根据不同的温 度和时间搭配生产出浅度碳化人造板、 中度碳化人造板和深度碳化人造板。

所述冷却是利用压机或其它机械设备强制冷却或各种堆放方式下的自然冷 却。
