Description

Cartridge holder, cartridge unit, and medicine injection device to which cartridge unit is attached
The present invention relates to a cartridge holder, a cartridge unit, and a medicine injection device to which the cartridge unit is attached.
The following configuration is disclosed as a conventional drug injection device of this type.
For example, a configuration of a drug injection device including a holder into which a syringe preparation pre-filled with a drug is inserted, a dispensing device fixed to the end of the holder, and a chemical liquid metering injector connected to the dispensing device. It is disclosed (for example, see Patent Document 1).
The drug injection device having such a configuration is provided to a hospital or a patient in a state in which a syringe preparation is inserted into a holder and a dispensing device and a drug metering injector are connected to the holder and assembled.
Then, a user such as a doctor or a patient drives the piston to inject the preparation in the syringe preparation into a human body or the like from the injection needle attached to the distal end side of the syringe preparation.
In this way, by driving the piston, the preparation in the syringe preparation can be automatically injected into the human body or the like, which is extremely convenient.
The drug injection device of Patent Document 1 is generally disposable, but a drug injection device using a replaceable cartridge preparation is also used. In such a drug injection device, after mounting the cartridge, a piston provided in the drug injection device is inserted into the cartridge preparation, and drug injection is performed. When the contents of the cartridge preparation disappear, the user can inject the medicine by mounting a new cartridge preparation.

(Abutment claw 26)
Four contact claws 26 are provided at a predetermined interval on the outer peripheral edge of the lid portion 53. In other words, the four contact claws 26 are arranged at intervals of 90 degrees around the central axis 22a in plan view. More specifically, the contact claw 26 protrudes inward from the contact support portion 260 and a contact support portion 260 formed in a direction substantially perpendicular to the cover portion 53 from the outer peripheral edge of the cover portion 53. A projection 27 is formed. The contact support portion 260 is a plate-like member that is curved along the outer peripheral edge of the lid portion 53. The protrusion 27 protrudes toward the central axis 22a (see FIG. 10), and is formed in a protruding shape in the front-rear direction along the contact support portion 260 as shown in FIG.
FIG. 11 is a cross-sectional view showing a peripheral portion of the stopper 22 in a state where the stopper 22 is mounted on the holder main body 40 in which the cartridge preparation 21 is inserted. As shown in FIGS. 7, 10, and 11, the cartridge preparation 21 is disposed so as to be sandwiched between the protrusions 27 of the contact claw 26, and moved to the holder body rear end side opening 17 by the lid 53. The cartridge preparation 21 is held in the cartridge holder 30.
(Engagement claw 24)
Four engagement claws 24 are provided on the outer peripheral edge of the lid 53 with a predetermined interval. In other words, the four engaging claws 24 are arranged at intervals of 90 degrees around the central axis 22a in plan view. Each engagement claw 24 is provided between the contact claws 26. More specifically, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the engagement claw 24 includes an engagement support portion 240 formed in a substantially vertical direction from the outer peripheral edge of the lid portion 53 to the lid portion 53, and an engagement support portion. The claw portion 241 is provided outside the front end portion of the 240 and supported by the engagement support portion 240.
The engagement support portion 240 is a plate-like member that is curved along the outer peripheral edge of the lid portion 53, and is formed longer than the contact support portion 260. As shown in FIG. 9, the claw portion 241 has an inclined surface 241 a formed on the outer peripheral side so that the length of the claw portion 241 protrudes outward from the end of the engagement support portion 240 toward the lid portion 53. Yes. An engagement surface 241b is formed between the lower end of the claw portion 241, that is, between the lower end of the inclined surface 241 a and the engagement support portion 240. The engagement surface 241b contacts the edge on the rear end side of the engagement opening 25, and the claw 241 engages with the engagement opening 25 (see FIG. 4). Further, as shown in FIG. 9, the engagement surface 241 b is formed with an acute angle θ with the outer surface of the engagement support portion 240. When the stopper 22 receives a force in a direction away from the holder main body 40 (arrow B in FIG. 11), the engaging claw 24 tries to bend toward the center, but the claw 241 is engaged by making the angle θ an acute angle. It can be made difficult to come off from the joint opening 25.
Further, by providing the inclined surface 241a, the engaging claw 24 can be smoothly inserted when inserted into the holder main body 40.
As described above, the stopper 22 has the piston insertion opening 23, and the inner periphery of the holder main body rear end side opening 17 of the holder main body 40 is provided on the outer peripheral edge of the lid 53 where the piston insertion opening 23 is formed. An engaging claw 24 to be inserted into the is provided. An engagement opening 25 to which the engagement claw 24 engages is provided on the side surface portion of the holder main body 40 corresponding to the outer peripheral direction of the engagement claw 24.
In other words, in the present embodiment, the cartridge preparation 21 is mounted on the storage / portable / pharmaceutical injection device while being mounted in the cartridge holder 30.
Further, the cartridge preparation 21 has a distal end side contact portion 19 that is in contact with a positioning portion 18 provided inside the holder body distal end side opening 16 on the distal end side, and a piston end on the rear end side. 14 is provided with a cartridge opening 20 into which 14 is inserted.
Furthermore, in the cartridge unit 10 of the present embodiment, a stopper 22 is mounted inside the holder body rear end opening 17. The stopper 22 has a piston insertion opening 23 at a portion corresponding to the cartridge opening 20 of the cartridge preparation 21. An engagement claw 24 to be inserted into the holder main body rear end side opening 17 of the holder main body 40 is provided on the outer peripheral edge of the piston insertion opening 23. In the portion of the holder main body 40 corresponding to the outer peripheral direction of the engagement claw 24, an engagement opening 25 to which the engagement claw 24 is engaged is provided.
For this reason, the cartridge preparation 21 is always mounted in the cartridge holder 30. As a result, the cartridge preparation 21 was accidentally dropped during storage, carrying, or mounting on the drug injection device. Even so, damage to the cartridge preparation 21 can be prevented.
(Assembly operation)
Next, the assembly operation of the cartridge unit 10 will be described.
When the cartridge unit 10 is formed by combining the cartridge preparation 21, the holder body 40 and the stopper 22, the cartridge preparation 21 is inserted into the holder body 40. When the cartridge preparation 21 is inserted into the holder main body 40 from the holder main body rear end side opening 17, the tapered front end side contact portion 19 and the tapered positioning portion 18 come into contact. From this state, the tip-side contact portion 19 and the positioning portion 18 slide together, and the cartridge preparation 21 is positioned approximately at the center in the radial direction in the holder main body 40. In other words, the central axis of the cartridge preparation 21 and the central axis of the holder body 40 are substantially overlapped.
Next, the stopper 22 is inserted into the holder main body 40 so as to close the holder main body rear end side opening 17.
When the stopper 22 is inserted inside the holder main body 40, the inclined surface 241a of the engaging claw 24 abuts on the edge 17a (see FIG. 5) of the holder main body rear end side opening 17. When the stopper 22 is further pushed into the holder main body 40, the engagement support portion 240 bends inward (see arrow B in FIG. 11), so that the claw portion 241 enters the inside of the holder main body 40 along the edge 17a.
As the stopper 22 is pushed into the holder body 40, the rear end portion of the cartridge preparation 21 is fitted between the contact claws 26.
And the nail | claw part 241 engages with the engagement opening part 25, and the bending of the engagement support part 240 is cancelled | released.
As described above, the cartridge unit 10 is assembled.
(Configuration of cartridge unit 10 in an assembled state)
Next, the structure of the assembled cartridge unit 10 will be described, and the structure of each part will be described in more detail.
In the cartridge unit 10 of the present embodiment, the cartridge preparation 21 is held at a predetermined position in the cartridge holder 30 by the positioning portion 18 of the holder main body 40, the lid portion 53 of the stopper 22, and the contact claw 26.
Here, in the holder main body 40, the front end side of the cartridge preparation 21 is located on the holder front end side in the positioning portion 18 by the stepped portion, and at least a part of the outer peripheral surface of the front end side of the cartridge preparation 21 in the holder main body 40. It has a structure held via a gap between the peripheral surface.
This will be described in detail with reference to FIG. FIG. 12A is a cross-sectional view showing the vicinity of the positioning portion 18 and the distal end side contact portion 19. The tapered positioning portion 18 is formed around the circumference of the holder body distal end side opening portion 16 over the entire circumference. Further, the tapered tip side contact portion 19 is also formed around the connection portion 52 over the entire circumference. The cartridge preparation 21 is held in the cartridge holder 30 by the contact of the positioning portion 18 with the distal end side contact portion 19, but at least a part between the positioning portion 18 and the distal end side contact portion 19 is As shown in the enlarged view of the P portion, a gap S1 is provided. The minute gap S1 disappears when the drug is injected, and the piston 14 presses the gasket 153, and the cartridge preparation 21 is accurately positioned in the longitudinal direction.
Further, at least a part of the outer peripheral surface on the rear end side of the cartridge preparation 21 is held between the inner peripheral surface of the stopper 22 via a gap.
This will be described in detail with reference to FIG. FIG. 12B is a plan view showing the rear end portion of the cartridge preparation 21. The cartridge preparation 21 is held by the cartridge holder 30 by the contact of the protrusion 27 of the contact claw 26 with the outer peripheral surface of the cartridge preparation 21, but the outer peripheral surface 21 a of the cartridge preparation 21 and the four protrusions 27 A gap S2 is provided between at least one protrusion 27 as shown in the enlarged view of the Q portion.
Thus, since the cartridge preparation 21 is held in the cartridge holder 30 through the slight gap on both the front end side and the rear end side, the impact applied to the cartridge holder 30 due to dropping or the like is directly applied. In this respect, the strength against impact is strong.
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 11, in the cartridge unit 10 of the present embodiment, the lid portion 53 of the stopper 22 enters inside the edge 17 a that is the rear end of the holder body 40.
For this reason, even if the cartridge unit 10 is dropped from the stopper 22 side, the edge 17a, which is the rear end of the holder body 40, comes into contact with the ground, and damage due to dropping or the like can be reduced.
Further, as shown in FIG. 11, since the engagement opening 25 is formed larger in the front-rear direction than the claw 241, the claw 241 can move in the front-rear direction in the engagement opening 25. For this reason, even when the cartridge preparation 21 and the lid 53 are in contact with each other when dropped, the cartridge preparation 21 can move slightly in the longitudinal direction together with the stopper 22 and can absorb the impact of the drop. It becomes possible.
Also, as shown in FIG. 11, the diameter R1 of the piston insertion opening 23 of the stopper 22 is equal to or smaller than the diameter R2 of the cartridge opening 20 of the cartridge preparation 21.
As a result, as a result of the holding with a slight gap as described above, even when the cartridge holder 30 and the cartridge preparation 21 are not aligned with each other, the piston insertion opening 23 of the stopper 22 passes. The piston 14 is surely guided to the cartridge opening 20 of the cartridge preparation 21.
Further, the stopper 22 is formed of synthetic resin, and the stopper 22 is formed to be softer than the piston 14. Thereby, when the piston 14 passes through the piston insertion opening 23 of the stopper 22, it is possible to prevent the piston 14 from being worn even if it comes into contact.
In the present embodiment, as described above, four (plural) engaging claws 24 are 90 degrees on the outer peripheral edge of the piston insertion opening 23 of the stopper 22, as shown in FIGS. They are provided at predetermined intervals. As a result, the stopper 22 can be firmly and securely mounted on the inner periphery of the holder body rear end opening 17 of the holder body 40.
Further, a contact claw 26 is provided between the engaging claws 24, and a protrusion 27 protruding toward the outer peripheral surface of the cartridge preparation 21 is provided on the inner peripheral portion of the contact claw 26. Yes. For this reason, the support of the rear end side of the cartridge preparation 21 by the stopper 22 can be firmly and well balanced.
In the present embodiment, the cartridge preparation 21 is inserted into the holder main body 40, and then the stopper 22 is inserted from the holder main body rear end side opening 17 of the holder main body 40, and the engaging claw 24 is connected to the holder main body 40. 4, the label 28 shown in FIG. 5 covers the four engagement openings 25 provided at equal intervals on the outer periphery of the holder body 40 in the state engaged with the 40 engagement openings 25, that is, in the state shown in FIG. Is pasted.
The label 28 describes the type and expiration date of the cartridge preparation 21. When the label 28 is applied to cover the engagement opening 25 described above, the label 28 can be engaged without being damaged. The engaging claw 24 cannot be pushed inward from the opening 25 and removed. As a result, it is also possible to prevent the cartridge preparation 21 from being taken out from the cartridge holder 30 and thereafter inserting another cartridge preparation 21.
That is, in the syringe unit in this embodiment, the cartridge preparation 21 and the holder main body 40 are integrated using the stopper 22, which is attached only to the dedicated drug injection device shown in FIG. 1. It is possible to do.
 <特徴>
 (1)
<Features>
(1)
As shown in FIG. 6, the cartridge holder 30 of the present embodiment is a cartridge holder 30 that holds a cartridge preparation 21 (an example of a cartridge) containing a drug and is attached to a drug injection device. And a stopper 22. The holder main body 40 has a cylindrical shape, and the holder main body rear end side opening 17 (an example of the first opening) into which the cartridge preparation 21 is inserted, and the engagement opening 25 provided on the side surface (engaged) Part). The stopper 22 includes a piston insertion opening 23 (an example of a second opening) into which a drug injection piston 14 provided in the drug injection device is inserted, and a piston insertion opening 23 ( An engaging claw 24 that projects from the periphery of the second opening (an example of the second opening) and engages with the engaging opening 25 (an example of the engaged part), and holds the cartridge preparation 21 in the holder body 40. For this purpose, the holder body 40 is attached to the holder body rear end side opening 17 (an example of the first opening).
Thereby, the cartridge preparation 21 can be stored, carried, and attached to the medicine injection device as a unit with the cartridge preparation 21 and the cartridge holder 30 in a state of being mounted in the cartridge holder 30.
For this reason, even if it is accidentally dropped at the time of storage, carrying, or mounting on a medicine injection device, damage to the cartridge preparation 21 can be prevented.
Further, since the cartridge preparation 21 and the cartridge holder 30 can be handled as a unit, operability is good.
The drug injection device of the above embodiment is a device for automatically injecting a drug and is often used by a patient. However, since a cartridge preparation can be handled together with a holder for a patient who is not used to handling a drug, It becomes possible to operate safely and easily.
In addition, the cartridge preparation 21 can be easily held in the cartridge holder 30 simply by engaging the engagement claw 24 with the engagement opening 25.
Further, for example, by pushing the engaging claw 24 inward, the engaging claw 24 can be separated from the engaging opening 25, and the cartridge preparation 21 can be taken out from the cartridge holder 30.
For this reason, even if the used cartridge preparation 21 is discarded, the cartridge holder 30 can be reused, so that costs can be reduced and resources can be reused.
Further, when the stopper 22 is attached to the rear end portion of the cartridge preparation 21, the engaging claw 24 serves as a guide and is easy to attach.
 (2)
(2)
In the cartridge holder 30 of the present embodiment, the holder main body 40 includes a connection portion 42 (an example of a holder-side connection portion) and the positioning portion 18. The connection part 42 is provided on the opposite side of the holder body rear end side opening part 17 (an example of the first opening part), and the injection needle 12 is connected thereto. The positioning portion 18 is provided around the connection portion 42, and is formed in a tapered shape so that the diameter increases from the connection portion 42 toward the holder body rear end side opening portion 17. The positioning portion 18 is formed around a connection portion 52 (an example of a cartridge-side connection portion) to which the injection needle 12 of the cartridge preparation 21 is connected, and has a distal end side contact portion 19 (having a tapered shape corresponding to the positioning portion 18). The cartridge preparation 21 is positioned with respect to the cartridge holder 30 by abutting on an example of the outer peripheral surface.
As a result, the tip end side abutting portion 19 can slide automatically on the positioning portion 18 simply by inserting the cartridge preparation 21 into the cartridge holder 30, so that the inside of the cartridge holder 30 can be simply and easily saved. Positioning of the cartridge preparation 21 can be performed.
 (3)
(3)
In the cartridge holder 30 of the present embodiment, the positioning portion 18 also serves as a first holding portion that holds the cartridge, and the first holding portion is at least partially in the cartridge preparation 21 as shown in FIG. A clearance S1 is provided between the tip end side contact portion 19 (an example of the outer peripheral surface) having a tapered shape.
Thereby, since the cartridge preparation 21 can be held in a state where the gap S1 is formed, the impact applied to the cartridge holder 30 by dropping or the like is not directly applied to the cartridge preparation 21, and the strength against impact is strong. It becomes. The minute gap S1 disappears when the drug is injected, and the piston 14 presses the gasket 153, and the cartridge preparation 21 is accurately positioned in the longitudinal direction.
 (4)
(4)
In the cartridge holder 30 of the present embodiment, the stopper 22 further has a cartridge holding part 50 (an example of a second holding part) that holds the cartridge preparation 21. The cartridge holding part 50 includes a lid part 53 and a plurality of contact claws 26 (an example of a contact part). The lid 53 is provided with a piston insertion opening 23 (an example of a second opening) and is disposed so as to close the holder main body rear end side opening 17 (an example of a first opening). The plurality of contact claws 26 are attached to the holder main body 40 from the periphery of the piston insertion opening 23 (an example of the second opening) of the lid portion 53 from the holder main body rear end side opening 17 (first opening). ) To project toward the side. The cartridge preparation 21 is held so as to be sandwiched between the plurality of contact claws 26.
Thus, the cartridge preparation 21 can be held by a plurality of contact claws. Further, the cartridge preparation 21 can be held by the lid portion 53 coming into contact with the rear end of the cartridge preparation 21.
For this reason, the cartridge preparation 21 can be held only by inserting the stopper 22 into the holder body 40.
In addition, when the stopper 22 is attached to the rear end portion of the cartridge preparation 21, the plurality of contact claws 26 serve as guides and are easy to attach.
 (5)
(5)
In the cartridge holder 30 of the present embodiment, a gap is formed at least partially between the plurality of contact claws 26 and the cartridge preparation 21.
Thereby, since the cartridge preparation 21 can be held in a state where a gap is formed, the impact applied to the cartridge holder 30 due to dropping or the like is not directly applied to the cartridge preparation 21, and the strength against impact is strong. Become.
 (6)
(6)
In the cartridge holder 30 of the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 11, the diameter R1 of the piston insertion opening 23 (an example of the second opening) of the stopper 22 is the piston insertion into which the piston 14 of the cartridge preparation 21 is inserted. It is below the diameter R2 of the opening part 23 (an example of an insertion part).
As a result, as a result of the holding with a slight gap as described above, even when the cartridge holder 30 and the cartridge preparation 21 are not aligned with each other, the piston insertion opening 23 of the stopper 22 passes. The piston 14 can be more reliably guided to the cartridge opening 20 of the cartridge preparation 21.
 (7)
(7)
In the cartridge holder 30 of the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 11, the stopper 22 has an R shape at the peripheral edge 23e of the piston insertion opening 23 (an example of the second opening).
Thereby, the piston 14 can pass smoothly through the piston insertion opening 23 of the stopper 22.
 (8)
(8)
In the cartridge holder 30 of the present embodiment, the stopper 22 is made of synthetic resin and is softer than the piston 14.
Thereby, when the piston 14 passes through the piston insertion opening 23 of the stopper 22, it is possible to prevent the piston 14 from being worn even if it comes into contact.
 (9)
(9)
In the cartridge holder 30 of the present embodiment, a plurality of engagement claws 24 are provided along the outer periphery of the lid portion 53 with a predetermined interval.
As a result, the stopper 22 can be firmly and securely mounted on the inner periphery of the holder body rear end side opening 17 of the holder body 40.
 (10)
(10)
In the cartridge holder 30 of the present embodiment, a plurality of engagement claws 24 are provided along the outer periphery of the lid portion 53 with a predetermined interval. The contact claw 26 (an example of a contact portion) is disposed between the engagement claws 24. The contact claw 26 (an example of a contact portion) has a protrusion 27 provided toward the outer peripheral surface side of the cartridge preparation 21.
By holding the plurality of protrusions 27 in this manner, the support on the rear end side of the cartridge preparation 21 by the stopper 22 can be balanced and firmly supported.
 (11)
(11)
The cartridge unit 10 of the present embodiment includes a cartridge preparation 21 and a cartridge holder 30 in which the cartridge preparation 21 is stored.
As a result, the cartridge preparation 21 can be attached to the storage / portable / pharmaceutical injection device in a state of being attached in the cartridge holder 30.
For this reason, even if it is accidentally dropped at the time of storage, carrying, or mounting on a medicine injection device, damage to the cartridge preparation 21 can be prevented.
 (12)
(12)
The cartridge unit 10 according to the present embodiment includes a cartridge preparation 21, a cartridge holder 30 in which the cartridge preparation 21 is stored, and a label 28. The engagement opening 25 is a hole formed in the side surface of the holder main body 40. The label 28 is affixed to the cartridge holder 30 so as to close the engagement opening 25.
Thereby, it becomes impossible to push the engagement claw 24 inwardly from the engagement opening 25 without damaging the label 28. As a result, it is possible to prevent the cartridge preparation 21 from being taken out of the cartridge holder 30 and then inserting another cartridge preparation 21.
 (13)
(13)
The drug injection device according to the present embodiment includes a mounting portion 13 and a piston 14. The mounting unit 13 is mounted with the cartridge unit 10. The piston 14 passes from the piston insertion opening 23 (an example of the second opening) of the cartridge holder 30 of the cartridge unit 10 attached to the attachment part 13 via the cartridge opening 20 (an example of the insertion part) of the cartridge preparation 21. Is inserted into the cartridge preparation 21.
As a result, the cartridge preparation 21 can be attached to the medicine injecting device in a state where it is attached in the cartridge holder 30, and the medicine can be injected.
 (A)
<Other embodiments>
(A)
In the above embodiment, as shown in FIG. 11, the peripheral edge 23e of the piston insertion opening 23 of the stopper 22 has an R shape on the insertion direction side of the piston 14, but is limited to such a shape. is not. For example, a tapered shape as shown in FIG. The edge 231e of the piston insertion opening 231 shown in FIG. 13 is formed in a tapered shape so that the diameter increases toward the rear end (piston 14 side). By providing the tapered shape for guiding the piston 14, the piston 14 can pass smoothly when passing through the piston insertion opening 23 of the stopper 22. Further, by making the stopper 22 softer than the piston, the piston 14 can pass through the piston insertion opening 23 more smoothly.
 (B)
(B)
In the above-described embodiment, the diameter R1 of the piston insertion opening 23 of the stopper 22 is equal to or smaller than the diameter R2 of the cartridge opening 20 of the cartridge preparation 21. The diameter 14 may be smaller than the cartridge opening 20, and the diameter R 1 of the piston insertion opening 23 may be larger than the diameter R 2 of the cartridge opening 20. Such a configuration is shown in FIG.
Further, even if the cartridge preparation 21 rattles in the cartridge holder 30, it is more preferable that R1 and R2 are set so that the edge of the piston insertion opening 23 does not overlap the cartridge opening 20.
Further, the rear end surface 21 s of the cartridge preparation 21 overlaps the lid portion 53. The overlap portion is indicated by W.
As shown in FIG. 14, when the length of the engaging claw 24 is L1, it is preferable that L1 is set to a length in the range of 7 mm to 15 mm in consideration of assemblability. When the thickness of the engaging claw 24 is D1, it is preferable to set D1 to a length in the range of 0.5 mm to 1 mm in consideration of assembling property and strength.
The dimension of the piston insertion opening 23 of the stopper 22 is preferably set to a dimension having a radius larger than the cartridge opening 20 by D2. This D2 is preferably set within a range of 0.2 mm to 0.5 mm.
Further, when the width of the engaging claw 24 is D3, it is preferable to set D3 in a range of 3 mm to 5 mm in consideration of assembling property and strength.
 (C)
(C)
In the above embodiment, as shown in FIG. 8, the four engaging claws 24 are provided along the outer periphery of the lid portion 53, and the abutting claws 26 are respectively provided between the engaging claws 24. . That is, the four engaging claws 24 are provided at equal intervals and the four contact claws 26 are provided at equal intervals. However, the configuration is not limited to this.
 (C-1)
(C-1)
For example, as shown in FIG. 15, a stopper 220 provided with two engagement claws 24 may be used. In the stopper 220 shown in FIG. 15, the two engaging claws 24 are arranged to face each other. A contact claw 66 is provided between each of the two engagement claws 24 (between the upper side and the lower side in FIG. 15). Each contact claw 66 is provided with two projections 27 in the direction of the central axis 220a. The protrusion 27 is formed in a protruding shape along the direction of the central axis 220a as in the above embodiment. Further, the four protrusions 27 are arranged so that two each face each other as in the above embodiment. That is, the four protrusions 27 are formed at intervals of 90 degrees around the central axis 220a in plan view.
In the stopper 220 having such a configuration, since only two engagement claws 24 are provided, the engagement with the holder main body 40 is easy and the assembly is excellent.
In consideration of assemblability and strength, the width D3 of the engaging claw 24 is preferably set between 3 mm and 5 mm.
 (C-2)
(C-2)
For example, as shown in FIG. 16, a stopper 221 provided with three engagement claws 24 and three contact claws 26 may be used. In the stopper 221 shown in FIG. 16, the three engaging claws 24 are arranged at equal intervals along the outer periphery of the lid portion 53. In other words, the three engaging claws 24 are provided at intervals of 120 degrees around the central axis 221a in plan view. A contact claw 26 is provided between the engagement claws 24.
In the stopper 221 having such a configuration, since there are three engaging claws 24, the assemblability is better than in the case of four engaging claws 24. Furthermore, the configuration with three engagement claws 24 is less likely to cause the inclination of the engagement claws 24 than the configuration with two engagement claws 24.
The number of engagement claws 24 and the number of contact claws 26 are not limited to the numbers 2 to 4 in FIGS. 10, 15, and 16, and may be 5 or more.
 (D)
(D)
Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the contact nail | claw 26 is the structure which has the processus | protrusion 27 which protruded toward the inner side, it is not restricted to such a structure.
(D-1)
For example, a stopper 222 configured as shown in FIG. 17 may be used. In the stopper 222 shown in FIG. 17, unlike the stopper 22 of the embodiment, a contact claw 76 that is not provided with the protrusion 27 is provided. The abutment claw 76 is formed such that the central portion in the width direction protrudes inwardly in plan view. The projecting central portion 76a contacts the cartridge preparation 21.
 (D-2)
(D-2)
Further, for example, a stopper 223 configured as shown in FIG. 18 may be used. The contact claw 86 of the stopper 223 shown in FIG. 18 is different from the contact claw 76 of the stopper 222 shown in FIG. 17 in that the central portion 76a is not formed and a flat surface 86a is formed inside. The flat surface 86 a comes into contact with the outer surface of the cartridge preparation 21.
As described above, the protrusion includes the shape of the protrusion as in the contact claw 76 in FIG. 17, and the inner side thereof is formed in a triangular shape, or is formed in a planar shape as in the contact claw 86 in FIG. The strength can be improved as compared with the case where the protrusion 27 is provided. Further, since the strength is improved, the length of the contact claws 76 and 86 in the axial direction (length in the front-rear direction) can be increased, and the degree of dimensional freedom can be increased. Further, in the case of the contact claw shown in FIGS. 17 and 18, since the shape can be simplified as compared with the contact claw 26 of the embodiment, the processing becomes easy and the cost can be reduced.
 (E)
(E)
Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the space is formed between the engaging claw 24 and the contact claw 26, between the engagement claw 24 and the contact claw 26 may be connected.
FIG. 19A is a plan view of the stopper 100 of the cartridge holder in which the engaging claw 24 and the contact claw 26 are connected. FIG. 19B is a cross-sectional view taken along the DD ′ line in FIG. As shown in FIGS. 19A and 19B, in the stopper 100, unlike the stopper 22 of the embodiment, the engagement claw 24 and the contact claw 26 are connected, and one cylindrical portion 101 is formed. Is formed.
More specifically, the stopper 100 is connected so as to connect a part of the engagement support part 240 (a part below the part where the claw part 241 is provided) and a part excluding the protrusion 27 of the contact claw 26. A portion 102 is formed, and a cylindrical portion 101 is formed by a part of the engagement support portion 240, the contact support portion 260 of the contact claw 26, and the connecting portion 102.
As described above, in the configuration illustrated in FIG. 19, the connecting portion 102 that connects the engaging claw 24 and the contact claw 26 (an example of the contact portion) is provided along the outer periphery of the lid portion 53.
Thereby, the cylindrical part 101 is provided, a part of the cylindrical part 101 is used as a part of the contact claw 26, and a part is used as a part of the engaging claw 24. In this way, by forming the engaging claw 24 integrally with the abutting claw 26 from the lid portion 53 to a certain height, the strength can be improved.
It is preferable that the length from the lid portion 53 to the tip of the engagement support portion 240 is L1, the length from the lid portion 53 of the cylindrical portion 101 is L2, and the difference between L1 and L2 is 3 mm to 10 mm. . By setting in this way, the tip of the engaging claw 24 can be easily bent and the strength can be secured.
 (F)
(F)
In the above-described embodiment, the contact claw 26 is provided between the engagement claws 24. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and a part of the contact claw 26 is a part of the engagement claw 24. You may also be served.
FIG. 20A is a plan view of the stopper 110 having a configuration in which a part of the locking claw and a part of the abutment claw are combined. FIG. 20B is a cross-sectional view taken along the line EE ′ in FIG. In the stopper 110 shown in FIGS. 20A and 20B, four engagement claws 24 are provided, and the engagement support portions 240 are provided inside the engagement support portions 240 of the respective engagement claws 24. A protrusion 27 is formed along the line. The protrusion 27 is not formed up to the tip portion where the claw portion 241 of the engagement support portion 240 is formed. That is, the contact support portion 260 of the contact claw 26 in the above embodiment also serves as the engagement support portion 240 of the engagement claw 24.
As described above, in the configuration shown in FIG. 20, the four engaging claws 24 are provided along the outer periphery of the lid portion 53 at a predetermined interval, and have the engaging support portion 240 and the claw portion 241. is doing. The engagement support portion 240 is formed so as to protrude from the lid portion 53. The claw portion 241 is provided at the tip of the engagement support portion 240 and is engaged with the engagement opening portion 25. The contact claw 26 has a contact support portion 260 and a protrusion 27. The contact support portion 260 is formed so as to protrude from the lid portion 53. The protrusion 27 is formed inward from the contact support portion 260. The contact support portion 260 is also used as the engagement support portion 240.
In this way, by forming a part of the engaging claw 24 and a part of the abutting claw 26 so as to be formed integrally, the shape can be simplified and manufacturing can be easily performed.
If the length from the lid 53 to the tip of the engagement support 240 is L1, and the length of the protrusion 27 is L2, the difference between L1 and L2 is preferably 3 mm to 10 mm. By setting in this way, the tip of the engaging claw 24 can be easily bent and the strength can be secured.
Further, it is more preferable that a gap is formed at least partially between the plurality of contact claws described in FIGS.
 (G)
(G)
Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the engaging claw 24 is comprised so that it may be inserted inside the holder main body 40, you may engage with the holder main body 40 from the outer side.
The cartridge holder and the cartridge holder unit of the present invention have an effect capable of reducing damage to the cartridge preparation due to dropping or the like, and are expected to be used as a medicine injection device.
