本发明涉及通信领域, 尤其涉及一种支最小化路测方法、 接入设备及系 统。 背景技术
为了降低运营商利用专用设备进行人工路测的成本和复杂性, 第三代伙 伴组织计划 (3GPP, Third Generation Partnership Projects )在通用陆地无线 接入网( UTRAN, Universal Terrestrial Radio Access Network, 包括基站 Node B 和无线网络控制器 RNC ) 和演进的通用陆地无线接入网 (E-UTRAN, Evolved Universal Terrestrial Radio Access Network, 包括演进基站 eNB )*** 的版本 10( Release- 10 )开始引入最小化路测( MDT , Minimization of Drive Test ) 功能。 UTRAN对应的核心网( CN , Core Network )包括宿主用户服务器( HSS , Home Subscriber Server )、移动交换中心服务器( MSC Server, Mobile Switching Centre Server )、服务的 GPRS支持节点( SGSN, Serving GPRS Support Node, GPRS - General Packet Radio Service - 通用分组无线业务)等。 E-UTRAN对 应的核心网 CN 包括宿主用户服务器 HSS、 移动管理实体(MME, Mobile Management Entity )等。最小化路测功能利用用户设备( UE , User Equipment , 或称为终端) 自动收集测量信息通过控制面 (Control Plane )信令报告给无 线接入网 (RAN, Radio Access Network, 对于 UTRAN***指 RNC, 对于 E-UTRAN ***指 eNB ) , 再通过无线接入网报告给操作维护***( ΟΑΜ, Operation And Maintenance )々艮踪^:集实体( TCE, Trace Collection Entity ) , 用于网络优化, 例如发现及解决网络覆盖问题。
MDT功能分为基于管理的 MDT ( Management based MDT )和基于信令 的 MDT ( Signaling based MDT ) 。 基于管理的 MDT的激活过程通常是 (以 E-UTRAN***为例, 以下均同) OAM (操作维护或称网管***)发送包含 MDT配置的跟踪激活消息( Trace session activation )给 eNB , eNB在该消息 规定的区域(Area ) 内选择合适的 UE, 并将所述 MDT配置信息发送给选中 的 UE。 基于信令的 MDT的激活过程是由 OAM发送包含 MDT配置的跟踪 激活消息 ( Trace session activation )给 HSS ( Home Subscriber Server ) 以激 活指定 UE的 MDT测量, HSS将所述 UE的 MDT配置信息发送给 MME, MME将该 UE的 MDT配置信息发送给 eNB, eNB最终将 MDT配置信息发 送给 UE。 基于信令的 MDT通常用国际移动用户标识 (IMSI, International Mobile Subscriber Identity )或国际移动 占设备标。、( IMEI, International Mobile Station Equipment Identity )来指定某个 UE, 或加上区域信息以限制 UE的选 择。基于管理的 MDT和基于信令的 MDT激活消息中包含来自 OAM的跟踪 参考( Trace Reference M言息,其中包括公共陆地移动网络( Public Land Mobile Network, PLMN )信息, 由移动国家码 ( Mobile country code, MCC )和移 动网络码( Mobile Network code, MNC )组成。
MDT功能按照其工作在空闲态和工作在连接态可以分为两种工作模式, 具体为 "记录最小化路测 ( Logged MDT ),, 和 "立即最小化路测 (immediate MDT ),,。 记录最小化路测指 UE在无线资源控制空闲状态(对于 E-UTRAN ***指 RRC— IDLE 状态; 对于 UTRAN ***还包括小区—寻呼信道状态 ( CELL PCH )和 UTRAN注册区 _寻呼信道状态 (URA_PCH ) ) 。 当所配 置的条件满足时收集并存储相关测量信息用于将来收到无线接入网 (RAN)命 令要求时上报, 无线接入网 (RAN )收到所述数据后, 汇总或者直接转发给 TCE。 立即最小化路测指 UE在无线资源控制连接状态 (对于 E-UTRAN系 统指 RRC— CONNECTED 状态; 对于 UTRAN ***指小区—专用信道状态 ( CELL— DCH ) )时收集相关测量信息并在报告满足上报条件时主动上传给 无线接入网(RAN), 无线接入网 (RAN)接收到报告后, 汇总或者直接将报告 传递给 TCE。
在实际组网中,多 PLMN使得运营商们在合作建设通信网络的同时又能 对各自部分灵活管理。 从而大大缩短网络建设周期, 并且大幅度降低总运营 成本 (TCO)。 同时, 多 PLMN可以促进资源优化配置, 避免重复建设, 实现 资产保值增值。 多 PLMN正成为网络建设中非常重要的问题。 多 PLMN有 多种实现方法, 其中包括接入网共享, 指多个运营商在共享区域拥有一个无 线接入网络, 核心网和业务网各自独立, 见图 1。 共享接入网的多个核心网 运营商拥有各自独立的移动网标识和运营商标识。 用户在签约的时候会在核 心网保存和管理一套用于小区选择、 小区重选、 切换的等同 PLMN 列表 ( Equivalent PLMN list, 简称 EPLMN 列表)信息, 该信息是可以更改的, 而在 UE的 IMSI里国家码( MCC )和区域码 ( MNC )一致的 PLMN则称为 该 UE的归属 PLMN ( Home PLMN, 简称 HPLMN ) 。 等同 HPLMN列表 ( Equivalent HPLMN list, 又称为 EHPLMN list )指 USIM 中存储的多个 HPLMN码, 该列表中的 PLMN码在 PLMN选择时可以替换 IMSI中导出的 HPLMN。 该列表可能也包含 IMSI中导出的 HPLMN码 , 如果在 PLMN选择 时 EHPLMN列表不包含 IMSI中的 HPLMN, 该列表中的 EHPLMN应该被 认为访问 PLMN ( Visited PLMN )。在 E-UTRAN***中的基站为 eNB, eNB 可以获悉终端 (UE ) 的共享网络信息 ( Shared Network ) , 具体为可以获悉 终端的对等网络信息列表(EPLMN list ) ; 在 UTRAN***中基站为无线网 络控制器 (Radio Network Controller, RNC ) , RNC也可以获悉终端 (UE ) 的共享网络信息( shared Network ) ,具体为可以获悉终端的选择(授权)PLMN ( selected PLMN ) 。
对于记录( logged )MDT功能,终端在相关技术中已经可以支持多 PLMN 场景, 终端可以记录和上 4艮多个 PLMN下的 MDT测量。 然而相关技术中 , 接入设备侧的功能无法支持多 PLMN场景,例如,基站在决策是否获取 MDT 测量报告时, 仅判断当前注册 PLMN是否和主 PLMN相同, 这样就排除了 支持多 PLMN功能的终端的上报; 再例如, 基站在接受到测量报告后检查报 告中的跟踪参考 PLMN和主 PLMN是否相同, 不相同则丟弃报告, 这种处 理可能会将支持多 PLMN场景的报告最终因基站侧不支持而丟弃。
因此相关技术中, 接入网无法支持多 PLMN场景下的记录 MDT功能的 问题, 因此需要解决。 发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种支持多 PLMN最小化路测方法、接 入设备及***,解决在基站侧无法支持记录( logged )MDT功能实现多 PLMN 场景的问题。 为解决上述技术问题, 本发明提供了一种最小化路测方法, 包括: 获得 最小化路测 (MDT )测量结果的接入设备执行以下步骤:
列表获取步骤, 获取最小化路测 (MDT )公共陆地移动网络(PLMN ) 列表;
合法性判断步骤,利用该 MDT PLMN列表检测获取的 MDT测量结果的
PLMN是否合法;
测量结果上报步骤, 判断合法时, 上报所述 MDT测量结果。
优选地, 所述列表获取步骤中, 获得 MDT测量结果的接入设备从用户 设备 ( UE )或核心网获取所述 MDT PLMN列表。
优选地, 所述合法性判断步骤中, 所述获得 MDT测量结果的接入设备 判断合法的条件是:
主 PLMN和跟踪参考 PLMN都包含在所述 MDT PLMN列表中, 或, 所述获得 MDT测量结果的接入设备连接的所有跟踪收集实体(TCE ) 的 PLMN集合、 跟踪参考 PLMN与所述 MDT PLMN列表三者有交集。
优选地, 所述列表获取步骤包括:
触发 MDT测量的接入设备将 MDT配置信息发送给所述 UE,所述 MDT 配置信息中包括 MDT PLMN列表和跟踪参考 PLMN属性值;

判断是否允许获取所述 MDT 测量结果, 判断允许时, 获取所述 MDT 测量结果, 其中, 允许获取的条件为: 主 PLMN和所述 UE当前注册的 PLMN均包含在所述 MDT PLMN列表 中; 或,
所述获得 MDT测量结果的接入设备连接的所有跟踪收集实体(TCE ) 的 PLMN集合、 所述 UE当前注册的 PLMN与所述 MDT PLMN列表三者有 交集。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明还提供了一种接入设备, 该接入设备用于 最小化路测, 所述接入设备包括列表获取模块、 合法性判断模块及测量结果 上报模块, 所述接入设备作为获得测量结果的接入设备时:
列表获取模块, 设置为: 获得最小化路测 (MDT )公共陆地移动网络 ( PLMN ) 列表;
合法性判断模块, 设置为: 所述接入设备作为获得测量结果的接入设备 时,利用该 MDT PLMN列表检测获取的 MDT测量结果的 PLMN是否合法; 测量结果上报模块, 设置为: 判断合法时, 上报所述 MDT测量结果。 为解决上述技术问题, 本发明还提供了一种实现最小化路测的***, 该 ***包括上所述的接入设备及用户设备(UE ) 。
本发明实施例的方法、 接入设备及***可防止在多 PLMN场景下 MDT 测量报告在跨 PLMN时被接入设备丟弃的问题,还可以增强选择合适的 TCE 设备。 附图概述

本方案适用于支持多 PLMN场景的 MDT功能, 支持多 PLMN的 MDT 是指终端在某 PLMN内接受 logged MDT配置 ,终端可以记录多个 PLMN的 测量 , 终端可以向多个 PLMN上报 MDT测量结果。
本方案中接入设备是 eNB或 RNC。 在 E-UTRAN***内, 接入设备为 基站 eNB; 在 UTRAN***内, 接入设备为无线网络控制器 RNC。
接入网络中接收到 UE测量报告的接入设备不一定是获得 MDT测量结 果的接入设备,本文称为触发 MDT测量的接入设备为触发 MDT测量的接入 设备, 而接受报告的设备为获得 MDT测量结果的接入设备。
下文中将结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明。 需要说明的是, 在 不冲突的情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互任意组合。
实施例 1
本发明最小化路测方法实施例 1 ,如图 2所示,获得最小化路测(MDT ) 测量结果的接入设备执行以下步骤:
步骤 201 : 列表获取步骤, 获取最小化路测 (MDT )公共陆地移动网络 ( PLMN ) 歹' J表;
该列表获取步骤中,获得 MDT测量结果的接入设备可以从用户设备 ( UE ) 或核心网获取所述 MDT PLMN列表。
若从 UE获取所述 MDT PLMN列表, 则可釆用以下流程:
触发 MDT测量的接入设备将 MDT配置信息发送给所述 UE,所述 MDT 配置信息中包括 MDT PLMN列表和跟踪参考 PLMN属性值;
所述 UE向所述获得 MDT测量结果的接入设备发送 MDT测量结果、 MDT PLMN列表和跟踪参考 PLMN属性值。
步骤 202: 合法性判断步骤, 利用该 MDT PLMN列表检测获取的 MDT 测量结果的 PLMN是否合法;
所述合法性判断步骤中, 所述获得 MDT测量结果的接入设备判断合法 的条件是:
主 PLMN和跟踪参考 PLMN都包含在所述 MDT PLMN列表中, 或, 所述获得 MDT测量结果的接入设备连接的所有跟踪收集实体(TCE ) 的 PLMN集合、 跟踪参考 PLMN与所述 MDT PLMN列表三者有交集。
步骤 203: 测量结果上报步骤, 判断合法时, 上报所述 MDT测量结果。 该测量结果上报步骤中, 所述获得 MDT 测量结果的接入设备向所述 MDT PLMN列表中任一 PLMN的 TCE设备上报所述 MDT测量结果。
以下结合应用实例对本发明方法实施例 1进行详细说明:
应用实例 1
该应用实例 1对应于本发明方法实施例 1 ,如图 3所示,在 MDT功能支 持多 PLMN场景下, UE在 MDT测量上报中将 MDT PLMN 列表(MDT PLMN list )上报给接入设备, 接入设备使用所述列表信息检查测量报告的 PLMN是否合法。
本例仅适合于记录(logged ) MDT。
本例中 , 触发 MDT测量的接入设备( eNB/RNC )支持 PLMN 1 , PLMN 2; 获得 MDT测量结果的接入设备 ( eNB/RNC )支持 PLMN 1、 PLMN2, 每 个 PLMN都对应一个 TCE设备, 且主 PLMN为 PLMN 2; MDT PLMN 列 表包含的 PLMN为 PLMN 1 , PLMN 2。
UE接入触发 MDT测量的接入设备时选择的是 PLMN 1驻留,也就是说 本例中注册 PLMN ( RPLMN )为 PLMN 1 , UE接入获得 MDT测量结果的 接入网络时驻留在 PLMN 2中 ,也就是说,本例中 UE在上报时的注册 PLMN ( RPLMN )为 PLMN2 , 由于 UE在接受 MDT配置和发送测量报告时注册 的 PLMN不同, UE此时支持多 PLMN场景。
步骤 301 : 网元管理( Element Management , EM)触发接入设备激活 trace 会话;
本步骤使用现有技术完成, 在此不再赘述。
步骤 302: 触发 MDT测量的接入设备将 MDT配置信息发送给 UE , 配 置信息中包含了 MDT PLMN 列表( MDT PLMN list ) ;
本步骤使用现有技术完成。
本例中 , UE接入触发 MDT测量的接入设备时选择的是 PLMN 1驻留 , 也就是说本例中注册 PLMN ( RPLMN ) 为 PLMN 1。
本例中 , 触发 MDT测量的 PLMN为 PLMN 1 , 也就是说, 配置消息中 跟踪参考( Trace reference )的 PLMN属性为 PLMN 1。 该信息由接入设备发 送给 UE保存。
步骤 303: UE在进入空闲态时启动记录( logged ) MDT测量; 本步骤使用现有技术完成。
步骤 304: UE测量完成, 向获得 MDT测量结果的接入网络报告 MDT 测量报告;
上报 MDT测量结果使用现有技术。
本例中, 当 UE进入连接态时, UE向接入网指示本终端保存 MDT测量 报告; 获得 MDT 测量结果的接入设备通过现有技术的终端获取信息 (UE information ) 流程获取 MDT测量报告。 MDT报告中包含了 MDT配置中的 MDT PLMN 列表。 MDT报告中也包含了步骤 302中随 MDT配置保存在 UE 中的跟踪参考 ( Trace reference ) 的 PLMN属性值, 本例为 PLMN 1。
本例中, UE接入获得 MDT测量结果的接入网络时驻留在 PLMN 2中, 也就是说, 本例中 UE在上报时的注册 PLMN ( RPLMN )为 PLMN2。
在上报 MDT测量结果的同时, UE将步骤 302中获取的 MDT PLMN列 表上报到接入设备。
步骤 305: 接入设备检查测量报告的 PLMN是否合法;
现有技术中, 接入设备比较的是跟踪参考 ( Trace reference ) 的 PLMN 属性和其主 PLMN所连接的 TCE的 PLMN是否相同。 本例中跟踪参考的 PLMN为 PLMNl , 而主 PLMN为 PLMN2, 如果按照现有技术, 则 MDT 测 量结果将被丟弃。
而根据发明方法,接入设备检查测量报告上报的 PLMN是否合法的方法 包括以下:
方式一, 接入设备检查其主 PLMN和跟踪参考 PLMN是否同时包含在
MDT PLMN列表中, 如果包含则认为 PLMN检查合法。
本例根据方式一, 主 PLMN 为 PLMN2 , 跟踪参考 PLMN 为 PLMN1,MDT列表为 (PLMN1、 PLMN2 ) , 满足 PLMN检查条件, MDT测 量结果不被丟弃。
方式二, 接入设备连接的所有 TCE的 PLMN列表和跟踪参考 PLMN以 及 MDT PLMN 列表是否存在交集,如果存在交集,则认为 PLMN检查合法。
本例根据方式二, TCE PLMN 为 (PLMN1,PLMN2) , 跟踪参考 PLMN 为 PLMNl , MDT列表为 ( PLMNl, PLMN2 ) , 存在交集 PLMN2,PLMN检 查合法, 测量报告不被丟弃。
步骤 306: 收到 UE的测量报告的接入设备选择合适的 TCE设备, 并将 有效的 MDT测量报告上报给所述 TCE设备。
该步骤可以使用现有技术, 也可以使用发明中优化方法。
现有技术中,接入设备只能是主 PLMN下的 TCE设备, 将 TCE ID映射 为 TCE IP, 并将 MDT测量 4艮告发送给该 TCE IP。 本例中为 PLMN 2下的 TCE。
而使用发明优化方法, 接入设备可以选择所有 MDT PLMN 列表下的 PLMN内的 TCE设备, 则本例中可以优先选择 PLMN 1下的 TCE , 因为该 TCE和本例中跟踪参考 ( Trace reference ) 的 PLMN—致, 均为 PLMN 1.
应用实例 2
该应用实例 1对应于本发明方法实施例 1 ,如图 3所示,在 MDT功能支 持多 PLMN场景下, UE在 MDT测量上报中将 MDT PLMN 列表(MDT PLMN list ) 上报给接入网, 接入设备使用所述列表信息检查测量报告的 PLMN是否合法。
本例仅适合于记录(logged ) MDT。
本例中, 触发 MDT测量的接入设备 ( eNB/RNC ) 支持 PLMN 1 ; 获得 MDT测量结果的接入设备 ( eNB/RNC )支持 PLMN 2 , PLMN3 ;每个 PLMN 都对应一个 TCE设备, 且主 PLMN为 PLMN 2; MDT PLMN 列表包含的 PLMN为 PLMN 1 , PLMN 2。
UE接入触发 MDT测量的接入设备时选择的是 PLMN 1驻留,也就是说 本例中注册 PLMN ( RPLMN )为 PLMN 1 , UE接入获得 MDT测量结果的 接入网络时驻留在 PLMN 2中 ,也就是说,本例中 UE在上报时的注册 PLMN ( RPLMN )为 PLMN2 , 由于 UE在接受 MDT配置和发送测量结果时注册 的 PLMN不同, UE此时支持多 PLMN场景。
步骤 301: EM触发接入设备激活 trace会话;
本步骤使用现有技术完成。
步骤 302: 触发 MDT测量的接入设备将 MDT配置信息发送给 UE , 配 置信息中包含了 MDT PLMN 列表( MDT PLMN list ) ;
本步骤使用现有技术完成。
本例中 , UE接入触发 MDT测量的接入设备时选择的是 PLMN 1驻留 , 也就是说本例中注册 PLMN ( RPLMN ) 为 PLMN 1。
本例中 , 触发 MDT测量的 PLMN为 PLMN 1 , 也就是说, 配置消息中 跟踪参考( Trace reference )的 PLMN属性为 PLMN 1。 该信息由接入设备发 送给 UE保存。
步骤 303: UE在进入空闲态时启动记录( logged ) MDT测量; 本步骤使用现有技术完成。
步骤 304: UE测量完成, 向获得 MDT测量结果的接入网络报告 MDT 测量报告;
上报 MDT测量结果使用现有技术。
本例中, 当 UE进入连接态时, UE向接入网指示本终端保存 MDT测量 报告; 获得 MDT 测量结果的接入设备通过现有技术的终端获取信息 (UE information ) 流程获取 MDT测量报告。 MDT报告中包含了 MDT配置中的 MDT PLMN 列表。 MDT报告中也包含了步骤 302中随 MDT配置保存在 UE 中的跟踪参考 ( Trace reference ) 的 PLMN属性值, 本例为 PLMN 1。
本例中, UE接入获得 MDT测量结果的接入网络时驻留在 PLMN 2中, 也就是说, 本例中 UE在上报时的注册 PLMN ( RPLMN )为 PLMN2。
在上报 MDT测量结果的同时, UE将步骤 302中获取的 MDT PLMN列 表上报到接入设备。
步骤 305: 接入设备检查测量报告的 PLMN是否合法。
现有技术中, 接入设备比较的是跟踪参考 ( Trace reference ) 的 PLMN 属性和其主 PLMN所连接的 TCE的 PLMN是否相同。 本例中跟踪参考的 PLMN为 PLMN1 , 而主 PLMN为 PLMN2, 如果按照现有技术, 则 MDT 测 量结果将被丟弃。
而根据发明方法,接入设备检查测量报告上报的 PLMN是否合法的方法 包括以下:
方式一, 接入设备检查其主 PLMN和跟踪参考 PLMN是否同时包含在 MDT PLMN列表中, 如果包含则认为 PLMN检查合法。
本例根据方式一, 主 PLMN 为 PLMN2 , 跟踪参考 PLMN 为 PLMNl , MDT列表为 (PLMN1,PLMN2 ) , 满足 PLMN检查条件, MDT测量结果不 被丟弃。
方式二, 接入设备连接的所有 TCE的 PLMN列表和跟踪参考 PLMN以 及 MDT PLMN 列表是否存在交集,如果存在交集,则认为 PLMN检查合法。
本例根据方式二, TCE PLMN 为 (PLMN2,PLMN3),跟踪参考 PLMN 为 PLMNl , MDT列表为 (PLMN1,PLMN2 ) , PLMN检查合法, 测量报告不被 丟弃。
步骤 306: 收到 UE的测量报告的接入设备选择合适的 TCE设备, 并将 有效的 MDT测量报告上报给所述 TCE设备。 实施例 2
本发明最小化路测方法实施例 2 ,如图 4所示,获得最小化路测(MDT ) 测量结果的接入设备执行以下步骤:
步骤 401 : 列表获取步骤, 从核心网获取最小化路测 (MDT )公共陆地 移动网络(PLMN ) 列表;
步骤 402: 判断是否允许获取所述 MDT测量结果, 判断允许时, 获取所 述 MDT测量结果;
其中, 允许获取的条件为:
主 PLMN和所述 UE当前注册的 PLMN均包含在所述 MDT PLMN列表 中; 或,
所述获得 MDT测量结果的接入设备连接的所有跟踪收集实体(TCE ) 的 PLMN集合、 所述 UE当前注册的 PLMN与所述 MDT PLMN列表三者有 交集。
步骤 403: 合法性判断步骤, 利用该 MDT PLMN列表检测获取的 MDT 测量结果的 PLMN是否合法;
所述合法性判断步骤中, 所述获得 MDT测量结果的接入设备判断合法 的条件是:
主 PLMN和跟踪参考 PLMN都包含在所述 MDT PLMN列表中, 或, 所述获得 MDT测量结果的接入设备连接的所有跟踪收集实体(TCE ) 的 PLMN集合、 跟踪参考 PLMN与所述 MDT PLMN列表三者有交集。
步骤 404: 测量结果上报步骤, 判断合法时, 上报所述 MDT测量结果。 该测量结果上报步骤中, 所述获得 MDT 测量结果的接入设备向所述 MDT PLMN列表中任一 PLMN的 TCE设备上报所述 MDT测量结果。
本发明中,获得 MDT测量结果的接入设备和所述触发 MDT测量的接入 设备是演进基站 (eNB )或无线网络控制器(RNC ) 。 应用实例 3
该应用实例 1对应于本发明方法实施例 1 ,如图 5所示,在 MDT功能支 持多 PLMN场景下, UE在接入获得 MDT测量结果的接入设备时, 接入设 备从核心网获取 MDT PLMN列表( MDT PLMN list ) ,接入设备使用所述列 表信息检查测量报告的 PLMN是否合法。
本例仅适合于记录(logged ) MDT。
本例中 , 触发 MDT测量的接入设备( eNB/RNC )支持 PLMN 1 , PLMN 2;获得 MDT测量结果的接入设备( eNB/RNC )支持 PLMN1,PLMN 2, PLMN3, 每个 PLMN都对应一个 TCE设备,且主 PLMN为 PLMN 1; MDT PLMN 列 表包含的 PLMN为 PLMN 1 , PLMN 2。
UE接入触发 MDT测量的接入设备时选择的是 PLMN 1驻留,也就是说 本例中注册 PLMN ( RPLMN )为 PLMN 1 , UE接入获得 MDT测量结果的 接入网络时驻留在 PLMN 2中 ,也就是说,本例中 UE在上报时的注册 PLMN ( RPLMN )为 PLMN2 , 由于 UE在接受 MDT配置和发送测量结果时注册 的 PLMN不同, UE此时支持多 PLMN场景。
步骤 501 : EM触发接入设备激活 trace会话;
本步骤使用现有技术完成。
步骤 502: 触发 MDT测量的接入设备将 MDT配置信息发送给 UE; 本步骤使用现有技术完成。
本例中, 触发 MDT测量的 PLMN为 PLMN 1 , 也就是说 , 配置消息中 跟踪参考( Trace reference )的 PLMN属性为 PLMN 1。 该信息由接入设备发 送给 UE保存。
步骤 503: UE在进入空闲态时启动记录( logged ) MDT测量; 本步骤使用现有技术完成。
步骤 504: UE接入获得 MDT测量结果的接入设备。
UE 离开空闲态进入连接态使用现有技术, 在该过程中, 接入设备可以 从核心网获取到 MDT PLMN 列表, 该列表作为 HSS数据保存, 随接入流程 下发到接入设备。例如 UE接入 eNB时,接入设备可以从初始直传建立( initial context setup ) 消息中获得该信息。
步骤 505: 接入网检查是否允许获取 MDT测量结果;
现有技术中 ,接入网检查 UE的 RPLMN是否和其主 PLMN所连接的 TCE 的 PLMN是否相同 , 如果不相同则不提取。 本例中, UE的 RPLMN此时为 PLMN2, 而其主 PLMN 为 PLMN 1 , 则这种情况下接入网不会提取 MDT测 量结果, 表明 MDT无法支持多 PLMN场景。
本发明方法为, 接入网检查是否允许获取 MDT测量结果的方法有如下 两种:
方式一, 接入设备检查其主 PLMN和 UE 当前的注册 RPLMN (注册
PLMN )是否同时包含在 MDT PLMN列表中, 如果同时包含则认为可以获 取 MDT测量结果。
本例根据方式一,主 PLMN 为 PLMN1 ,当前注册 RPLMN 为 PLMN2, MDT列表为 (PLMN1、 PLMN2 ) , 满足获取 MDT测量结果的条件。
方式二, 接入设备连接的所有 TCE 的 PLMN 列表和 UE 当前的注册
RPLMN(注册 PLMN )以及 MDT PLMN 列表是否存在交集,如果存在交集, 则认为可以获取 MDT测量结果。
本例才艮据方式二, TCE PLMN 为 (PLMN1、 PLMN2, PLMN3), 当前注 册 RPLMN 为 PLMN2, MDT列表为 (PLMN1、 PLMN2 ),满足获取 MDT 测量结果的条件。
步骤 506: 接入设备获得 MDT测量结果;
本步骤使用现有技术。
本例中, 当 UE进入连接态时, UE向接入网指示本终端保存 MDT测量 报告; 获得 MDT 测量结果的接入设备通过现有技术的终端获取信息 (UE information ) 流程获取 MDT 测量报告。 MDT报告中也包含了步骤 2 中随 MDT配置保存在 UE中的跟踪参考 ( Trace reference ) 的 PLMN属性值, 本 例为 PLMN 2。
本例中, UE接入获得 MDT测量结果的接入网络时驻留在 PLMN 2中, 也就是说, 本例中 UE在上报时的注册 PLMN ( RPLMN )为 PLMN2。
步骤 507: 接入设备检查测量报告的 PLMN是否合法。
现有技术中, 接入设备比较的是跟踪参考 ( Trace reference ) 的 PLMN 属性和其主 PLMN所连接的 TCE的 PLMN是否相同。 本例中跟踪参考的 PLMN为 PLMN1 , 而主 PLMN为 PLMN2, 如果按照现有技术, 则 MDT 测 量结果将被丟弃。
而根据发明方法,接入设备检查测量报告上报的 PLMN是否合法的方法 包括以下:

方式二, 接入设备连接的所有 TCE的 PLMN列表和跟踪参考 PLMN以 及 MDT PLMN 列表是否存在交集,如果存在交集,则认为 PLMN检查合法。
本例根据方式二, TCE PLMN为 (PLMN1、 PLMN2、 PLMN3) , 跟踪 参考 PLMN为 PLMN2 , MDT列表为( PLMN1、 PLMN2 ) , PLMN检查合法, 测量报告不被丟弃。
步骤 508: 收到 UE的测量报告的接入设备选择合适的 TCE设备, 并将 有效的 MDT测量报告上报给所述 TCE设备。
该步骤可以使用现有技术, 也可以使用发明中优化方法。
现有技术中,接入设备只能主 PLMN下的 TCE设备, 将 TCE ID映射为 TCE IP,并将 MDT测量 4艮告发送给该 TCE IP。本例中为 PLMN 2下的 TCE. 而使用发明优化方法, 接入设备可以选择所有 MDT PLMN 列表下的 PLMN内的 TCE设备 ,则本例中可以优先选择 PLMN 1下的 TCE,因为该 TCE 和本例中跟踪参考 ( Trace reference ) 的 PLMN—致,均为 PLMN 1.
为实现上述方法, 本发明还提供了一种接入设备, 该接入设备用于最小 化路测, 如图 6所示, 包括列表获取模块、 合法性判断模块及测量结果上报 模块, 所述接入设备作为获得测量结果的接入设备时:
列表获取模块,用于获得最小化路测( MDT )公共陆地移动网络( PLMN ) 列表;
合法性判断模块, 所述接入设备作为获得测量结果的接入设备时, 利用 该 MDT PLMN列表检测获取的 MDT测量结果的 PLMN是否合法;
测量结果上报模块, 判断合法时, 用于上报所述 MDT测量结果。
可选地, 所述列表获取模块,从用户设备( UE )或核心网获取所述 MDT PLMN列表。
优选地, 所述合法性判断模块判断合法的条件是:
主 PLMN和跟踪参考 PLMN都包含在所述 MDT PLMN列表中, 或, 所述获得 MDT测量结果的接入设备连接的所有跟踪收集实体(TCE ) 的 PLMN集合、 跟踪参考 PLMN与所述 MDT PLMN列表三者有交集。
可选地, 所述测量结果上报模块向所述 MDT PLMN列表中任一 PLMN 的 TCE设备上报所述 MDT测量结果。
对应于方法实施例 2, 如图 7所示, 所述接入设备还包括:
测量结果获取模块, 用于判断是否允许获取所述 MDT测量结果, 判断 允许时, 获取所述 MDT测量结果, 其中, 允许获取的条件为:
主 PLMN和所述 UE当前注册的 PLMN均包含在所述 MDT PLMN列表 中; 或,
所述获得 MDT测量结果的接入设备连接的所有跟踪收集实体(TCE ) 的 PLMN集合、 所述 UE当前注册的 PLMN与所述 MDT PLMN列表三者有 交集。
如上文所述,所述接入设备是演进基站( eNB )或无线网络控制器( RNC )。 另外, 本发明还提供了一种实现最小化路测的***, 该***包括如图 6 或图 7所示的接入设备及用户设备(UE ) 。
进一步地, 如图 8、 9所示, 所述接入设备还包括:
配置信息发送模块, 所述接入设备作为触发 MDT测量的接入设备时, 用于将 MDT 配置信息发送给所述 UE, 所述 MDT 配置信息中包括 MDT PLMN列表和跟踪参考 PLMN属性值;
所述 UE包括上报模块,用于向所述接入设备发送 MDT测量结果、 MDT PLMN列表和跟踪参考 PLMN属性值。
当然, 本发明还可有其他多种实施例, 在不背离本发明精神及其实质的 但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序 来指令相关硬件完成, 所述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中, 如只读 存储器、 磁盘或光盘等。 可选地, 上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用 一个或多个集成电路来实现。 相应地, 上述实施例中的各模块 /单元可以釆用 硬件的形式实现, 也可以釆用软件功能模块的形式实现。 本发明不限制于任 何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。
工业实用性
本发明实施例可防止在多 PLMN场景下 MDT测量报告在跨 PLMN时被 接入侧设备丟弃的问题, 还可以增强选择合适的 TCE设备。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种最小化路测方法, 包括: 获得最小化路测 (MDT ) 测量结果 的接入设备执行以下步骤:
列表获取步骤, 获取最小化路测 (MDT )公共陆地移动网络(PLMN ) 列表;
合法性判断步骤,利用该 MDT PLMN列表检测获取的 MDT测量结果的 PLMN是否合法;
测量结果上报步骤, 判断合法时, 上报所述 MDT测量结果。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法,其中,所述列表获取步骤中,获得 MDT 测量结果的接入设备从用户设备( UE )或核心网获取所述 MDT PLMN列表。
3、 如权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其中, 所述合法性判断步骤中, 所述 获得 MDT测量结果的接入设备判断合法的条件是:
主 PLMN和跟踪参考 PLMN都包含在所述 MDT PLMN列表中, 或, 所述获得 MDT测量结果的接入设备连接的所有跟踪收集实体(TCE ) 的 PLMN集合、 跟踪参考 PLMN与所述 MDT PLMN列表三者有交集。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述列表获取步骤包括: 触发 MDT测量的接入设备将 MDT配置信息发送给所述 UE,所述 MDT 配置信息中包括 MDT PLMN列表和跟踪参考 PLMN属性值;
所述 UE向所述获得 MDT测量结果的接入设备发送 MDT测量结果、 MDT PLMN列表和跟踪参考 PLMN属性值。
5、 如权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其中, 所述测量结果上报步骤中, 所 述获得 MDT测量结果的接入设备向所述 MDT PLMN列表中任一 PLMN的 TCE设备上报所述 MDT测量结果。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述获得 MDT测量结果的接入 设备从核心网获取所述 MDT PLMN列表时, 列表获取步骤之后, 合法性判 断步骤之前, 获得 MDT测量结果的接入设备还执行以下步骤:
判断是否允许获取所述 MDT 测量结果, 判断允许时, 获取所述 MDT 测量结果, 其中, 允许获取的条件为:
主 PLMN和所述 UE当前注册的 PLMN均包含在所述 MDT PLMN列表 中; 或,
所述获得 MDT测量结果的接入设备连接的所有跟踪收集实体(TCE ) 的 PLMN集合、 所述 UE当前注册的 PLMN与所述 MDT PLMN列表三者有 交集。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述获得 MDT测量结果的接入 设备和所述触发 MDT 测量的接入设备是演进基站(eNB )或无线网络控制 器(RNC ) 。
8、 一种接入设备, 该接入设备用于最小化路测, 其中, 所述接入设 备包括列表获取模块、 合法性判断模块及测量结果上报模块, 所述接入设备 作为获得测量结果的接入设备时:
列表获取模块, 设置为: 获得最小化路测 (MDT )公共陆地移动网络 ( PLMN ) 歹' J表;
合法性判断模块, 设置为: 所述接入设备作为获得测量结果的接入设备 时,利用该 MDT PLMN列表检测获取的 MDT测量结果的 PLMN是否合法; 测量结果上报模块, 设置为: 判断合法时, 上报所述 MDT测量结果。
9、 如权利要求 8 所述的接入设备, 其中, 所述列表获取模块, 设置 为: 从用户设备 ( UE )或核心网获取所述 MDT PLMN列表。
10、 如权利要求 8 所述的接入设备, 其中, 所述合法性判断模块设置 为: 判断合法的条件是:
主 PLMN和跟踪参考 PLMN都包含在所述 MDT PLMN列表中, 或, 所述获得 MDT测量结果的接入设备连接的所有跟踪收集实体(TCE ) 的 PLMN集合、 跟踪参考 PLMN与所述 MDT PLMN列表三者有交集。
11、 如权利要求 8 所述的接入设备, 其中, 所述测量结果上报模块向 所述 MDT PLMN列表中任一 PLMN的 TCE设备上报所述 MDT测量结果。
12、 如权利要求 8所述的接入设备, 其中, 所述接入设备还包括: 测量结果获取模块, 设置为: 判断是否允许获取所述 MDT测量结果, 判断允许时, 获取所述 MDT测量结果, 其中, 允许获取的条件为:
主 PLMN和所述 UE当前注册的 PLMN均包含在所述 MDT PLMN列表 中; 或,
所述获得 MDT测量结果的接入设备连接的所有跟踪收集实体(TCE ) 的 PLMN集合、 所述 UE当前注册的 PLMN与所述 MDT PLMN列表三者有 交集。
13、 如权利要求 8 所述的接入设备, 其中, 所述接入设备是演进基站 ( eNB )或无线网络控制器(RNC ) 。
14、 一种实现最小化路测的***, 该***包括如权利要求 8至 13中任 一项所述的接入设备及用户设备(UE ) 。
15、 如权利要求 14所述的***, 其中, 所述接入设备还包括: 配置信息发送模块, 设置为: 所述接入设备作为触发 MDT测量的接入 设备时,将 MDT配置信息发送给所述 UE,所述 MDT配置信息中包括 MDT PLMN列表和跟踪参考 PLMN属性值;
所述 UE包括上报模块,设置为: 向所述接入设备发送 MDT测量结果、 MDT PLMN列表和跟踪参考 PLMN属性值。
