Description
本实用新型涉及一种锁具,更具体的说,涉及一种弹子锁具结构。
目前,市场上常见的锁具结构比较复杂,零部件多、成本高。
本实用新型的目的是为了提供一种弹子锁具结构,其结构简单、可靠性好、生产成本低。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种弹子锁具结构,其特征在于:包括装配在锁体壳1内的锁舌2、弹子3、锁止块4;锁体壳1上设有斜面槽11、插孔12,弹子3装配在斜面槽11内与锁止块4的一端相连,锁舌2***插孔12内受弹子3的限位,当锁舌2上下移动时会对弹子3产生推力。
所述弹子3为可以滚动的球体。
所述弹子3对锁舌2的限位方法不限于以下情况:锁舌2上设有缺口21,弹子3与缺口21相配合;缺口21还可以是半球形状。
为了更好的节省空间,锁止块4与弹子3相连的一端呈斜面结构。
考虑到实际使用中锁舌2易于拔出和***锁体壳1,可以在锁舌2的顶部设有圆弧端。
由于采用了上述结构,从而提高了锁具的安全性、可靠性,且结构简单、精致小巧,适合大范围的推广和应用。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明:
一种弹子锁具结构,其特征在于:包括装配在锁体壳1内的锁舌2、弹子3、锁止块4;锁体壳1上设有斜面槽11、插孔12,弹子3装配在斜面槽11内与锁止块4的一端相连,锁舌2***插孔12内受弹子3的限位,当锁舌2上下移动时会对弹子3产生推力。
如图1所示,为锁舌2***锁体壳1的插孔12内,锁定状态示意图;当锁止块4受到外力作用向上移动时,锁止块4的顶端推动弹子3在斜面槽11内向上运动,使弹子3与锁舌2上的缺口21相配合,锁舌2受到弹子3的限位无法上下移动,保持锁紧状态。
如图2所示,为锁舌2拔出锁体壳1的插孔12外,开锁状态示意图;当锁止块4受到外力作用向下移动时,锁止块4对弹子3的阻力消失,此时,外界对锁舌2施加向上的拉力,锁舌2向上运动时会推动弹子3向下运动,同时,由于弹子3所处的槽位为斜面槽,且弹子3为可以滚动的球体,所以弹子3受自身重力和锁舌2向上运动时产生的推力向下滚动,此时,弹子3不再对锁舌2限位,锁舌2可以顺利拔出锁体壳1上的插孔12,达到开锁的目的。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本实用新型的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但不能因此而理解为对本实用新型专利范围的限制;应当指出的是,对于本领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些变形和改进都属于本实用新型的保护范围;因此,凡跟本实用新型权利要求范围所作的等同变换与修饰,均应落在本实用新型权利要求的保护范围之内。

- 1 、一种弹子锁具结构,其特征在于:包括装配在锁体壳(1)内的锁舌(2)、弹子(3)、锁止块(4);锁体壳(1)上设有斜面槽(11)、插孔(12),弹子(3)装配在斜面槽(11)内与锁止块(4)的一端相连,锁舌(2)***插孔(12)内受弹子(3)的限位,当锁舌(2)上下移动时会对弹子(3)产生推力。2 、根据权利要求1所述的一种弹子锁具结构,其特征在于:所述弹子(3)为可以滚动的球体。3 、根据权利要求1所述的一种弹子锁具结构,其特征在于:所述锁舌(2)上设有缺口(21),弹子(3)与缺口(21)相配合。4 、根据权利要求3所述的一种弹子锁具结构,其特征在于:所述锁舌(2)上的缺口(21)为半球形的弧面。5 、根据权利要求1所述的一种弹子锁具结构,其特征在于:锁止块(4)与弹子(3)相连的一端呈斜面结构。6 、根据权利要求1所述的一种弹子锁具结构,其特征在于:锁舌(2)的顶部设有圆弧端,以便于***锁体壳(1)。
