Description

液晶显示装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种显示装置,特别涉及一种无边框(bezel)的液晶显示装置。
背景技术
液晶显示装置由于具有低耗能及低辐射等优点,已广泛用于现今的显示设备。随着液晶显示技术不断进步,大尺寸及薄型化的液晶显示装置越来越成为市场的主流需求,所以液晶显示器窄边框化也成为一种趋势。
然而,现有的液晶显示装置,其组装结构一般包括有前框、显示面板、背光模块与背板。前框与背板用以将显示面板及背光模块夹持其中并加以固定。在组装时,前框与背壳需固接为一体,因此前框与背壳分别设置有相对应的结合机构,一般所述之结合机构为螺丝贯穿孔与螺母座。而无论何种结合机构,都会占用一定的前框面积,而使前框难以设计成较为窄化的结构,而无法达到窄边框甚至无边框的要求。
技术问题
本发明的一个目的在于提供一种液晶显示装置,其能舍去前框的设计而达到无边框要求。
技术解决方案
本发明提供了一种液晶显示装置,包括显示面板、连接件、背板及锁合件。所述连接件固定于所述显示面板的一侧。所述背板设置在所述显示面板具有所述连接件的一侧,且具有对应所述连接件的通孔。所述锁合件包括一基部及由所述基部延伸的延伸部,所述基部抵靠在所述背板上,且所述延伸部贯穿所述通孔并锁合于所述连接件中,使得所述显示面板固定于所述背板上。
在一优选实施例的液晶显示装置中,所述连接件具有一螺纹孔,所述锁合件的延伸部具有与该螺纹孔相配合的外螺纹。在此实施例中,所述连接件为一铆柱,所述所述锁合件为一螺钉。在另一实施例中,所述连接件为一螺母,所述锁合件为一螺钉。
在本发明的液晶显示装置中,所述连接件是透过胶合固定于所述显示面板的一侧。
在一优选实施例的液晶显示装置中,所述显示面板包括上基板、下基板及上下基板之间的液晶层,所述连接件粘贴于所述下基板的外侧。具体的,所述下基板与所述连接件之间还包括一偏光片。
在一优选实施例的液晶显示装置中,所述显示面板与所述背板之间还具有一导光板及多个光学膜,所述多个光学膜在所述连接件的位置具有贯穿孔,使得所述连接件贯穿所述多个光学膜的贯穿孔。
在一优选实施例的液晶显示装置中,所述液晶显示装置还包括胶框,所述胶框用于支撑所述显示面板于所述背板上。所述胶框设置于所述显示面板的周缘且连接于所述背板的边缘。
有益效果
本发明相对现有技术,由于有铆柱或螺母实施的连接件贴合在显示面板的一侧,且透过锁合件将显示面板锁合在背板上,因此无需从显示面板的外侧透过前框进行固定。因此,可实现本发明无边框液晶显示装置的目的。

本发明的最佳实施方式
以下各实施例的说明是参考附加的图式,用以例示本发明可用以实施的特定实施例。
参照图1,图1为本发明一优选实施例的液晶显示装置的局部剖面示意图。本优选实施例的液晶显示装置100包括一显示面板10、多个连接件20、一背板30及多个锁合件40。为了清楚说明,图中仅绘示此优选实施例的液晶显示装置100的边缘部分,且仅绘示单一连接件20及单一锁合件40。
所述连接件20固定于所述显示面板10的一侧。具体来说,所述显示面板10包括上基板12、下基板14及上下基板之间的液晶层(图未示),所述连接件20粘贴于所述下基板14的外侧。值得注意的是,上基板12与下基板14的外表面各设有一偏光片16,即所述下基板14与所述连接件20之间还包括一偏光片16。值得一提的是,所述连接件20是透过胶合固定于所述显示面板10的一侧。然而本发明并不限于胶合固定方式,其他固定方式也可实施。
所述背板30设置在所述显示面板10具有所述连接件20的一侧(即显示侧的反面),且具有对应所述连接件20的通孔32。所述锁合件40包括一基部41及由所述基部41延伸的延伸部43,所述基部41抵靠在所述背板30上,且所述延伸部43贯穿所述通孔32并锁合于所述连接件20中,使得所述显示面板10固定于所述背板30上。值得注意的是,所述多个连接件20及多个锁合件40分布在所述显示面板10及背板30的四周,以稳固的将显示面板10锁合在所述背板30上。

所述背板30设置在所述显示面板10具有所述连接件20的一侧(即显示侧的反面),且具有对应所述连接件20的通孔32。所述锁合件40包括一基部41及由所述基部41延伸的延伸部43,所述基部41抵靠在所述背板30上,且所述延伸部43贯穿所述通孔32并锁合于所述连接件20中,使得所述显示面板10固定于所述背板30上。
在此实施例中,所述连接件20具有一螺纹孔22,所述锁合件40的延伸部43具有与该螺纹孔22相配合的外螺纹(图未示)。具体的,所述连接件20为一铆柱,所述锁合件40为一螺钉。在组装时,将螺钉锁固于铆柱之中,从而固定显示面板10于所述背板30上。在另一实施例中,所述连接件20为一螺母,所述锁合件40为一螺钉。同样的,在组装时,将螺钉锁固于螺母之中,从而固定显示面板10于所述背板30上。
与上述实施例不同的是,所述显示面板10与所述背板30之间还具有一导光板60及多个光学膜70,所述多个光学膜70在所述连接件20的位置具有贯穿孔72,使得所述连接件20贯穿所述多个光学膜70的贯穿孔20,而稳固了光学膜70的位置。
如图2所示,所述胶框50设置于所述显示面板10及所述背板30之间,用于支撑所述显示面板10于所述背板30上,以加强连接件20配合锁合件40的固定效果。另一方面,所述胶框50也可取代前框而包围住显示面板10与背板30侧面之间的间隔。具体来说,所述胶框50设置于所述显示面板10的周缘且连接于所述背板30的边缘,且具有一平台52支撑显示面板10,并且所述连接件30贯穿所述胶框50的平台52。然而,胶框50的具体形状并不限于图中所示。
综上所述,本发明由于有铆柱或螺母实施的连接件20贴合在显示面板10的一侧,且透过锁合件40将显示面板10锁合在背板30上,因此无需从显示面板10的外侧透过前框进行固定。因此,可实现本发明无边框液晶显示装置的目的。
虽然本发明已以优选实施例揭露如上,但上述优选实施例并非用以限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种液晶显示装置,包括:
    显示面板;
    连接件,固定于所述显示面板的一侧;
    背板,设置在所述显示面板具有所述连接件的一侧,且具有对应所述连接件的通孔;
    胶框,设置于所述显示面板及所述背板之间,所述胶框用于支撑所述显示面板于所述背板上;及
    锁合件,所述锁合件包括一基部及由所述基部延伸的延伸部,所述基部抵靠在所述背板上,且所述延伸部贯穿所述通孔并锁合于所述连接件中,使得所述显示面板固定于所述背板上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的液晶显示装置,其中所述连接件具有一螺纹孔,所述锁合件的延伸部具有与该螺纹孔相配合的外螺纹。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的液晶显示装置,其中所述连接件为一铆柱,所述所述锁合件为一螺钉。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的液晶显示装置,其中所述连接件为一螺母,所述锁合件为一螺钉。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的液晶显示装置,其中所述连接件是透过胶合固定于所述显示面板的一侧。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的液晶显示装置,其中所述显示面板包括上基板、下基板及上下基板之间的液晶层,所述连接件粘贴于所述下基板的外侧。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的液晶显示装置,其中所述下基板与所述连接件之间还包括一偏光片。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的液晶显示装置,其中所述显示面板与所述背板之间还具有一导光板及多个光学膜,所述多个光学膜在所述连接件的位置具有贯穿孔,使得所述连接件贯穿所述多个光学膜的贯穿孔。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的液晶显示装置,其中所述胶框设置于所述显示面板的周缘且连接于所述背板的边缘。
  10. 一种液晶显示装置,包括:
    显示面板;
    连接件,固定于所述显示面板的一侧;
    背板,设置在所述显示面板具有所述连接件的一侧,且具有对应所述连接件的通孔;及
    锁合件,所述锁合件包括一基部及由所述基部延伸的延伸部,所述基部抵靠在所述背板上,且所述延伸部贯穿所述通孔并锁合于所述连接件中,使得所述显示面板固定于所述背板上。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的液晶显示装置,其中所述连接件具有一螺纹孔,所述锁合件的延伸部具有与该螺纹孔相配合的外螺纹。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的液晶显示装置,其中所述连接件为一铆柱,所述所述锁合件为一螺钉。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的液晶显示装置,其中所述连接件为一螺母,所述锁合件为一螺钉。
  14. 根据权利要求10所述的液晶显示装置,其中所述连接件是透过胶合固定于所述显示面板的一侧。
  15. 根据权利要求10所述的液晶显示装置,其中所述显示面板包括上基板、下基板及上下基板之间的液晶层,所述连接件粘贴于所述下基板的外侧。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的液晶显示装置,其中所述下基板与所述连接件之间还包括一偏光片。
  17. 根据权利要求10所述的液晶显示装置,其中所述显示面板与所述背板之间还具有一导光板及多个光学膜,所述多个光学膜在所述连接件的位置具有贯穿孔,使得所述连接件贯穿所述多个光学膜的贯穿孔。
  18. 根据权利要求10所述的液晶显示装置,其中所述液晶显示装置还包括胶框,所述胶框用于支撑所述显示面板于所述背板上。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的液晶显示装置,其中所述胶框设置于所述显示面板的周缘且连接于所述背板的边缘。
