　各種のプレイングゲームにおいて使用するシャッフルプレイングカードは、通常８デッキのものであれば４１６枚のカードで構成されるが、嵩高となるため、ディーラーがプレイングカードを一度にカードシュータ等にセットしようとするときに、カードがバラけうまく収納できないという問題がある。本発明は、ゲームに先立ちゲーム主催者がカードシュータ等にセットすることが容易なプレイングカードの包装箱を提供することを目的とする。　シャッフルプレイングカード１の包装箱２は、組立てた状態にでシャッフルプレイングカード１の全周を包むように前面３、後面４、左側面５、右側面６、上面７、下面８の６面を備えた立方体形状を有し、この包装箱２は、立方体形状の長手方向（矢印Ｌ）に平行にジッパー状のカット線１０を備えるジッパー１１を所定の間隔をおいて２か所に備え、２か所のジッパー１１により区画される中央部分に中央帯１２を備えている。２つのジッパー１１をジッパー線や直線スリット１３からなるカット線１０に沿って取除くことにより、包装箱２の左右の側面５，６がそれぞれ外れてシャッフルプレイングカード１の両側面が露出可能な構成となっている。

Description

シャッフルプレイングカードの包装箱
　本発明は、プレイングゲームに用いられるプレイングカードに関し、特に、ランダムにシャッフルされた(切り混ぜられた)状態で個別包装されたシャッフルプレイングカードと、プレイングカードを個別包装するための包装箱およびシャッフルプレイングカードをカードシュータ等にセットする収納方法に関する。
　ポーカー、バカラ、ブリッジ、またはブラックジャック等の各種のプレイングゲームにおいては、ディーラーが、1デッキもしくは複数デッキのプレイングカードをカードシュータ等にセットし、そこから一枚ずつ繰り出して、ゲーム参加者にカードを配る。このとき、ゲームの公平性を担保するために、それらのカードをランダムに配る必要があるので、ゲーム主催者は、カードシュータにセットする前に、プレイングカードを十分にランダムにシャッフルしてプレイングカードの配列をそれぞれ異なるものにして置かなければならない。 
　なお、カードをシャッフルするための従来のカードシャッフル装置が、例えば特許文献１に開示されている。
　ポーカー、バカラ、ブリッジ、またはブラックジャック等の各種のプレイングゲームにおいて使用するシャッフルプレイングカードは、通常８デッキのものであれば４１６枚のカードで構成される。８デッキのものであればカードが４１６枚で構成され約１２５センチメートル（ｃｍ）の嵩となる。このため、ディーラーがこの４１６枚のプレイングカードを一度にカードシュータ等にセットしようとするときに、カードがバラけてうまく収納できなかった。このため、ゲームの効率的な運用を妨げる要因となっていた。また、収納時にカードの抜き差しや差し替え等の不正行為が行われる余地もあった。

　本発明は、上記背景の下でなされたものである。本発明の目的は、ゲームに先立ちゲーム主催者がカードシュータ等にセットすることが容易になり、かつ、不正行為の入り込む余地のないプレイングカードの包装箱、シャッフルプレイングカードおよびシャッフルプレイングカードをカードシュータ等にセットする収納方法を提供することにある。
　上記目的を達成するために、本発明にかかるプレイングカードの包装箱は、組立てた状態で、プレイングカードの全周を包む前後面、左右側面、上下面の６面を備えた立方体形状を有し、立方体形状の長手方向に平行にカット線を備えるジッパーもしくは切取り部を所定の間隔をおいて２か所に備え、前記２か所のジッパーもしくは切取り部により区画される中央部分に中央帯を備えた、包装箱であって、ジッパーもしくは切取り部を取除くことにより、包装箱の前記左右の側面がそれぞれ外れて前記プレイングカードの側面が露出可能な構成を備える。
　上記目的を達成するために、本発明にかかるシャッフルプレイングカードは、所定数のデッキを構成するプレイングカードがシャッフルされた状態で、全周を包むように包装箱に収納され、前記包装箱は、前後面、左右側面、上下面の６面を備えた立方体形状を有し、立方体形状の長手方向に平行にカット線を備えるジッパーもしくは切取り部を所定の間隔をおいて２か所に備え、前記２か所のジッパーもしくは切取り部により区画される部分に中央帯を備えた構成であり、ジッパーをジッパー線もしくはカット線に沿って取除くことにより、前記包装箱の前記左右の側面をそれぞれ外して前記プレイングカードの両側面が露出可能な状態となる構造の前記包装箱に収納されて封印されたものである。
　上記目的を達成するために、本発明にかかるシャッフルプレイングカードの収納方法は、所定数のデッキを構成するプレイングカードがシャッフルされた状態で、全周を包む包装箱に収納された状態とし、包装箱は、前後面、左右側面、上下面の６面を備えた立方体形状を有し、立方体形状の長手方向に平行にカット線を備えるジッパーもしくは切取り部を所定の間隔をおいて２か所に備え、前記２か所のジッパーもしくは切取り部により区画される部分に中央帯を備えた構成のものを使用し、前記ジッパーもしくは切取り部を取除くことにより、前記包装箱の前記左右の側面がそれぞれ外れて前記プレイングカードの側面が露出可能な前記包装箱に収納されて封印されたシャッフルプレイングカードを、プレイングゲームのためのシューのカード収納部に収納する方法であって、前記シャッフルプレイングカードの収納された前記包装箱の前記ジッパーもしくは切取り部の一つを取除いて、前記包装箱の左右の側面の一方を外して前記包装箱内のカードの一側面を露出する第一の側面露出ステップ、前記包装箱の前記ジッパーもしくは切取り部の他の一つを取除いて、前記包装箱の左右の側面の両方を外して前記包装箱内のカードの両側面を露出して前記中央帯のみによって前記シャッフルプレイングカードが保持可能な状態にする第二の側面露出ステップ、前記中央帯の角部を介して前記シャッフルプレイングカードをつかんで持ち上げることにより、前記シャッフルプレイングカードを持ち上げるステップ、前記シューの前記カード収納部に前記シャッフルプレイングカードと前記中央帯とを収納する収納ステップ、前記中央帯を破って前記中央帯を取り除き、前記シャッフルプレイングカードだけを前記カード収納部に残す、収納完了ステップ、とからなるものである。
　本発明によれば、カードゲームで使用する所定数のデッキのシャッフルプレイングカードの取扱いを容易にし、シューへのカードのセットを安全かつ確実に行うことが出来、カジノでのゲームの作業性が向上するとともに作業コストの削減と安全に繋がる。
　以下に説明するように、本発明には他の態様が存在する。したがって、この発明の開示は、本発明の一部の態様の提供を意図しており、ここで記述され請求される発明の範囲を制限することは意図していない。
図１（ａ）は、本願発明の実施の形態１のシャッフルプレイングカードを包装する包装箱の斜視図、図１（ｂ）は、シャッフルプレイングカードを包装する包装箱の一部破断し一部カードを見せた状態の斜視図。 図２は、本願発明の実施の形態１のシャッフルプレイングカードの両側面が露出した状態の斜視図。 図３は、同シャッフルプレイングカードのプレイングカードの包装箱の底面図。 図４は、同シャッフルプレイングカードにカットカードを挿入する状態を示す説明図。 図５は、同シャッフルプレイングカードをシュータへ収納する状態を示す概略説明図。 図６は、同シャッフルプレイングカードをシュータへ収納する手順の説明図。
　以下に本発明の詳細な説明を述べる。ただし、以下の詳細な説明と添付の図面は発明を限定するものではない。
　本発明の実施の形態１について図面を参照しながら説明する。図１（ａ）、（ｂ）は、実施の形態１のシャッフルプレイングカードを包装する包装箱の斜視図である。シャッフルプレイングカード１の包装箱２は、組立てた状態においてシャッフルプレイングカード１の全周を包むように前面３と後面４、左側面５と右側面６、上面７、下面８の６面を備えた立方体形状を有している。包装箱２は、立方体形状の長手方向（矢印Ｌ）に平行にジッパー状のカット線１０を備えるジッパー１１を所定の間隔をおいて２か所に備え、２か所のジッパー１１により区画される中央部分に中央帯１２を備えている。中央帯１２は他の部分と判別しやすいように着色されている（図１～４では着色を省略している）。後に詳細を説明するが、２つのジッパー１１をジッパー線や直線スリット１３からなるカット線１０に沿って取除くことにより、包装箱２の左右の側面５，６がそれぞれ外れてシャッフルプレイングカード１の両側面が露出可能な構成となっている。なお、前記ジッパー１１は変形例として糸等でカット線１０を切り離すようにした切取り部に変更できる。
　図２は、同シャッフルシャッフルプレイングカード１の両側面１ｓを露出した状態を示す斜視図である。シャッフルプレイングカード１は、所定数のデッキをから構成され例えば８デッキのシャッフルプレイングカード１は、４１６枚のカードから構成され予め公知のカードシャッフル装置でランダムな配列にシャッフルされた状態で、全周を包む包装箱２に収納されてた後にシール材やシュリンク状の包装材で封印されてカジノ等に供給される。なお、それぞれのシャッフルプレイングカード１を収納した包装箱１には異なるＩＤコード（アイデンティフィケーションコード）を付したバーコード（シールを兼ねる）１４が貼られている状態を示す。シャッフルプレイングカード１はシャッフルされてそれぞれが異なるカード配列を有するユニークなものであり、これを特定するためにＩＤコードがバーコード１４あるいはＱＲＰコードに表現して用いられる。
　次に、図５、６を用いて、シャッフルプレイングカード１をカジノ等で使用するシュータ１５へ収納する方法について説明する。シャッフルプレイングカード１をカジノ等で使用するカードシュータ１５へ収納する時には、前述のとおりジッパー１１をジッパー線などのカット線１０に沿って取除いて包装箱２の左右の側面５，６それぞれ外し、図２、図５に示すようにシャッフルプレイングカード１の両側面１ｓを露出させた状態にした後に、中央帯１２の角部においてシャッフルプレイングカード１をつかんで持ち上げ、そのあと図５に示すようにプレイングゲームのためのカードシュータ１５のカード収納部１６に収納する。以下にその詳細ステップを説明する。
　シャッフルプレイングカード１が収納された包装箱２には、図１に示すようにジッパー１１を取除く順番１から順番３が各ジッパー１１に印刷（丸印の番号で示す）されている。この順番に従い、図６中の１に示すように、まずジッパー１１の左側を取除いて、包装箱２の左の側面５を外して包装箱２内のシャッフルプレイングカード１の一側面を露出する（第一の側面露出ステップ）。この第一の側面露出ステップで、カジノにおいて適宜シャッフルトランプカード１の使用を途中で停止するためのカットカード１７をシャッフルプレイングカード１に挿入するカードカットステップを更に備えてもよい。図４はそのカードカットステップの様子を示す。カットカード１７をシャッフルプレイングカード１に挿入する際には、カジノのプレーヤ（お客様）に挿入をお願いするため、カットカード１７の挿入時に挿入位置におけるカード１のインデックス１００が見えると不正が行われる恐れがある。このため、カットカード１７を入れる際には、シャッフルプレイングカード１のインデックスが印刷されていない側（上面７の左上）が上になるように、予めシャッフルプレイングカード１が収納箱２に収納されている（図４参照）。シャッフルプレイングカード１の露出した左側面１ｓにカットカード１７を入れることが出来るよう、ジッパー１１を取除く順番を各ジッパー１１に印刷した丸印の番号で指定している。
　次に、図６中の説明番号２から３に示すように、包装箱２のジッパー１１の残りのもう一つの側を順番２、順番３に従い取除いて、包装箱２の右側面６を外して包装箱２内のシャッフルプレイングカード１の両側面を露出させ、中央帯１２のみでシャッフルプレイングカード１が包まれた状態にする（第二の側面露出ステップ）（図２参照）。次に、図６中の説明番号の４に示すように、中央帯１２の後ろ角を摘んでシャッフルプレイングカード１を中央帯１２と一緒に持ち上げる（持上げるステップ）。シャッフルプレイングカード１を中央帯１２と一緒に持ち上げた状態で、図５に示すようにカードシュータ１５のカード収納部１６にシャッフルプレイングカード１と中央帯１２とを収納する（収納する収納ステップ）。次に、中央帯１２の一部（例えば破断線１８において破り、中央帯１２をカード収納部１６から取除き、シャッフルプレイングカード１だけをカード収納部１６に残して収納が完了する（収納完了ステップ）。なお、図４に示すように中央帯１２にはＩＤコード（バーコード等）のバーコード１４が残るようになっている。中央帯１２にＩＤコード（バーコード等）のバーコード１４が残るようになっているため、中央帯１２を捨てずに残しておき、シャッフルプレイングカード１をゲーム使用後にまとめて廃棄等する際に、シャッフルプレイングカード１の廃棄用カートンバックに廃棄カードを入れ、ＩＤコード（バーコード等）のバーコード１４のついた中央帯１２を添付して廃棄すると、バーコード１４をリーダ（図示せず）により読み取ることでシャッフルプレイングカード１の廃棄の個別管理がカードシュータ１５のカード収納時と連動してコンピュータ等で行えて有利である。
　本実施の形態１では、包装箱２の上面７には、上面であることを表示する（UPPER）と共にカード収納部１６に挿入する時のシャッフルプレイングカード１の方向を示す（シャッフルプレイングカード１の表裏を示す）矢印１９を有しているのでカードシュータ１５への収納方向が間違いなく行える。カードシュータ１５にシャッフルプレイングカード１を収納するときは、カードの裏柄が前になるよう収納するのが通常である。さらに包装箱２の中央帯１２には、摘んで持ち上げる個所を示す印（マーク２０）が印刷されており、持ち上げ個所が容易に発見できる。
　以上に現時点で考えられる本発明の好適な実施の形態を説明したが、本実施の形態に対して多様な変形が可能なことが理解され、そして、本発明の真実の精神と範囲内にあるそのようなすべての変形を添付の請求の範囲が含むことが意図されている。
　本発明にかかるテーブルゲームに使用するシャッフルプレイングカード、シャッフルプレイングカードの収納箱およびカードシュータへの収納方法は、複数のデッキのシャッフルプレイングカードの取り扱いが容易で、カードシュータへの収納が間違いなく行えるのでカジノなどのテーブルゲームに有用である。

Claims (11)

  1. 　組み立てられた状態で、プレイングカードの全周を包む前後面、左右側面、上下面の６面を備えた立方体形状を有し、立方体の長手方向に平行にカット線を所定の間隔をおいて２か所に備え、前記２か所のカット線により区画される部分に中央帯を備えた、包装箱であって、
    　前記カット線に沿って包装箱の左右の側面がそれぞれ外れて前記包装箱内のプレイングカードの側面が露出されるようにした、プレイングカードの包装箱。
  2. 　組み立てられた状態で、プレイングカードの全周を包む前後面、左右側面、上下面の６面を備えた立方体形状を有し、立方体の長手方向に平行にカット線を備えるジッパーを所定の間隔をおいて２か所に備え、前記２か所のジッパーにより区画される部分に中央帯を備えた、包装箱であって、
    　前記ジッパーを前記カット線に沿って取除くことにより、包装箱の左右の側面がそれぞれ外れて前記包装箱内のプレイングカードの側面が露出されるようにした、プレイングカードの包装箱。
  3. 　前記上面には、上面であることを示す表示、もしくはプレイングカードの表裏の向きを示す表示を備えた、請求項１または２に記載のプレイングカードの包装箱。
  4. 　前記ジッパーには、前記ジッパーを取除く順を示す表示を備えた、請求項２に記載のプレイングカードの包装箱。
  5. 　前記包装箱の前記中央帯には、摘んで持ち上げる個所を示す印および／または破る個所を示す印を備えた、請求項１または２に記載のプレイングカードの包装箱。
  6. 　請求項１から５のいずれかに記載の包装箱を用い、所定数のデッキを構成するプレイングカードがシャッフルされた状態で前記包装箱に収納され封印された、シャッフルプレイングカード。
  7. 　前記包装箱の前記中央帯に、シャッフルプレイングカード毎に異なるＩＤを表す印字もしくはバーコードを備えた、請求項６に記載のシャッフルプレイングカード。
  8. 　所定数のデッキを構成するプレイングカードがシャッフルされた状態で、全周を包む包装箱に収納され、
    　前記包装箱は、前後面、左右側面、上下面の６面を備えた立方体形状を有し、立方体の長手方向に平行にカット線を備えるジッパーもしくは切取り部を所定の間隔をおいて２か所に備え、前記２か所のジッパーもしくは切取り部により区画される部分に中央帯を備え、
    　前記ジッパーもしくは切取り部をカット線に沿って取除くことにより、前記包装箱の前記左右の側面をそれぞれ外して前記プレイングカードの側面が露出することが可能な構成を備え、
    　前記包装箱に収納され封印された状態のシャッフルプレイングカードを、プレイングゲームのためのシューのカード収納部に収納する方法であって、
    　前記シャッフルプレイングカードの収納された前記包装箱の前記ジッパーもしくは切取り部の一つを取除いて、前記包装箱の左右の側面の一方を外して前記包装箱内のカードの一側面を露出する第一の側面露出ステップ、
    　前記包装箱の前記ジッパーもしくは切取り部の他の一つを取除いて、前記包装箱の側面のさらに他の一方を外して前記包装箱内のカードの両側面を露出し、前記中央帯のみによって前記シャッフルプレイングカードが包まれている状態にする第二の側面露出ステップ、
    　前記中央帯を摘んで持ち上げることにより、前記シャッフルプレイングカードを前記中央帯と一緒に持ち上げるステップ、
    　前記シューの前記カード収納部に前記シャッフルプレイングカードと前記中央帯とを収納する収納ステップ、
    　前記中央帯の一部を破り、前記中央帯を前記カード収納部から取り除き、前記シャッフルプレイングカードだけを前記カード収納部に残す、収納完了ステップ、とを含む、シャッフルプレイングカードの収納方法。
  9. 　前記包装箱の前記中央帯には、摘んで持ち上げる個所を示す印および／または破る個所を示す印を備えた、請求項８に記載のシャッフルプレイングカードの収納方法。
  10. 　前記第一の側面露出ステップにおいて、カットカードを前記シャッフルプレイングカードに挿入するカードカットステップを更に備えた、請求項８に記載のシャッフルプレイングカードの収納方法。
  11. 　前記包装箱の前記中央帯には、シャッフルプレイングカード毎に異なるＩＤを表す印字もしくはバーコードを備えた、請求項８から１０に記載のシャッフルプレイングカードの収納方法。
