从上述方案中可以看出,本发明实施例通过预定区域内的定向设备实时监测终端设备发送给访问接入点设备的无线网络接入请求消息,当预定区域内的所有定向设备都监测到终端设备发送给访问接入点设备的无线网络接入请求消息时,所述访问接入点设备将所述发送接入请求消息的终端设备直接接入无线网络。与现有技术相比,本发明实施例在实现预定区域内(如餐厅、咖啡厅等部署无线网络的范围内)终端设备自动接入无线网络的同时,不需要计算信号的衰减值,简化了终端设备接入无线网络的操作步骤,提高了终端设备接入无线网络的效率,并能有效解决现有技术由于信号衰减值计算不准确导致终端设备接入无线网络鉴权判断不准确的问题,提高用户的体验效果,具有较强的实用性。

为了说明本发明所述的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来进行说明。
图1示出了本发明一实施例提供的控制终端设备接入无线网络方法所适用的***场景示意图,为了便于说明,仅示出了与本实施例相关的部分。
如图1所示,该***包括访问接入点设备1、多个定向设备2以及终端设备3,所述访问接入点设备1和多个定向设备2处于同一个信道上,所述访问接入点设备1通过有线(例如以太网线和电力线的连接等)或者无线方式与所述多个定向设备2连接通信,所述终端设备3通过无线的方式与所述访问接入点设备1以及多个定向设备2连接通信。
其中,所述访问接入点设备1可以是指接入网中在空中接口上通过一个或多个扇区与无线终端通信的设备。
所述定向设备2可以是具有无线和有线连接功能的终端设备。
所述终端设备3可以是任意具有无线网络接入功能的终端设备,包括但不限于手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑等。
为了实现预定区域内(如餐厅、咖啡厅等部署无线网络的范围内)终端设备3的自动接入无线网络,在本发明实施例中,通过多个定向设备2实时监测终端设备3发送给访问接入点设备1的无线网络接入请求消息,当所述多个定向设备2都监测到终端设备3发送给访问接入点设备1的无线网络接入请求消息时,所述访问接入点设备1将所述发送接入请求消息的终端设备3直接接入无线网络。
在本实施例中,所述多个定向设备2位于预定区域内的不同位置,每个定向设备2预先设定有监测的范围(包括角度范围、距离范围等,其中默认的距离范围为(0,预定区域内最长的长度),以保证在所述预定区域内都能监测到),定向设备的个数以及监测的范围应满足区域覆盖最大化原则,即尽可能使得终端设备3在所述预定区域内发送给访问接入点设备1的无线网络接入请求消息所述多个定向设备2都能监测到,终端设备3在所述预定区域外发送给访问接入点设备1的无线网络接入请求消息只有部分定向设备2能监测到。
图2示出本发明实施例提供的定向设备2其中的一种定位示例(不以此为限),如图2a所示,所述预定区域为矩形区域,四个定向设备2位于所述矩形区域的四个角落,每个定向设备2设定的监测范围为[00, 900](以矩形区域的长边为00平面,矩形区域的宽边为900平面)从而终端设备3在所述矩形区域内发送给访问接入点设备1的无线网络接入请求消息所述定向设备2都能监测到(每个定向设备的监测范围都小于90度)。
如图2b所示,当终端设备3在所述矩形区域外向所述访问接入点设备1发送无线网络接入请求消息时,由于定向设备2设定的监测范围为[00, 900],导致左下角和右下角的定向设备2无法监测到(监测范围大于90度)终端设备3发送给访问接入点设备1的无线网络接入请求消息,因此访问接入点设备1判定终端设备3在所述矩形区域外,要求终端设备3输入接入该无线网络的验证信息,例如接入密码等。
另外,当所述预定区域为六边形区域时,可部署三个定向设备,每个定向设备设定的监测范围为[00, 1200],具体过程如上所述,在此不再一一举例说明。
需要说明的是,当所述预定区域为不规则区域(不是矩形、六边形等规则区域)时,可根据多个定向设备监测范围覆盖区域最大化原则(定向设备的个数小于预定值,各定向设备监测范围的上限之和大于或者等于3600)来部署定向设备。在本实施例中,圆形区域为不规则区域,需要采用覆盖区域最大化原则设定定位设备和监测范围,例如部署三个定向设备,每个定向设备设定的监测范围为[00, 1200]。
本实施例提供的***场景只用于解释本发明,并不限定本发明的保护范围。
图3示出了本发明另一实施例提供的控制终端设备接入无线网络方法的实现流程,该实施例的执行主体为图1中的访问接入点设备1,该方法过程详述如下:

在本实施例中,包含多个定向设备,所述多个定向设备位于预定区域内的不同位置,每个定向设备预先设定有监测的范围,所述定向设备的个数以及每个定向设备监测范围应满足覆盖区域最大化原则,即尽可能使得终端设备在所述预定区域内发送给访问接入点设备的无线网络接入请求消息所述多个定向设备都能监测到,终端设备在所述预定区域外发送给访问接入点设备的无线网络接入请求消息只有部分定向设备能监测到。例如预定区域为矩形区域时,设定四个定向设备,位于所述矩形区域的四个角落,每个定向设备设定的监测范围为[00, 900]。
在本实施例中,所述无线网络接入请求消息中携带有终端设备的标识信息。定向设备在监测到终端设备发送给访问接入点设备的无线网络接入请求消息,存储所述发送无线网络接入请求消息或者提取并存储所述发送无线网络接入请求消息中终端设备的标识信息。

其中,所述终端设备的标识信息可以为所述终端设备的物理地址等,所述查询信息中还可以携带查询消息的类型以及查询消息的摘要等,还可以将所述终端设备的请求消息作为一个副本携带在所述查询信息中,以便于所述定向设备根据所述查询信息中携带的信息判断监测到的信息中是否存在该终端设备发送给所述访问接入点设备的无线网络接入请求消息。
优选的是,为了防止其他设备伪造查询信息对所述定向设备进行恶意的攻击,所述查询请求消息中还携带有所述访问接入点设备的签名信息,以使得所述N个定向设备根据所述查询请求消息中携带的签名信息判断所述访问接入点设备是否为所述预定区域内的访问接入点设备,当判断所述访问接入点设备是所述预定区域内的访问接入点设备时,向所述访问接入点设备发送所述判断结果信息。
优选的是,本实施例还包括:
当所述访问接入点设备判断存在至少一个定向设备未监测到所述第一终端设备发送给访问接入点设备的所述第一无线网络接入请求消息时,拒绝所述第一终端设备接入所述无线网络或者要求所述第一终端设备发送接入该无线网络的验证信息,例如接入密码等信息。
在本实施例中,当所有定向设备反馈的信息都为已监测到时,说明所述发送接入请求消息的终端设备位于预定区域内,则不需要输入密码,直接将该终端设备接入无线网络。否则说明该终端设备位于预定区域外,需要该终端设备输入密码后才可以接入该无线网络。
需要说明的是,本实施例所述访问接入点设备与所述定向设备之间是以加密的方式进行通信。
与现有技术相比,本发明实施例在实现特定区域内(餐厅、咖啡厅等部署无线网络的范围内)终端设备自动接入无线网络的同时,不需要计算信号的衰减值,从而可有效解决现有技术由于信号衰减值计算不准确导致终端设备接入无线网络鉴权判断不准确的问题,并简化了终端设备接入无线网络的操作步骤,提高了终端设备接入无线网络的效率以及用户的体验效果。
图6示出了本发明另一实施例提供的访问接入点设备的组成结构,为了便于说明,仅示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。

综上所述,本发明实施例通过多个定向设备实时监测终端设备发送给访问接入点设备的无线网络接入请求消息,当所述多个定向设备都监测到终端设备发送给访问接入点设备的无线网络接入请求消息时,所述访问接入点设备将所述发送接入请求消息的终端设备直接接入无线网络,否则拒绝所述发送接入请求消息的终端设备接入所述无线网络或者要求所述发送接入请求消息的终端设备发送接入该无线网络的验证信息。与现有技术相比,本发明实施例在实现特定区域内(餐厅、咖啡厅等部署无线网络的范围内)终端设备自动接入无线网络的同时,不需要计算信号的衰减值,从而可有效解决现有技术由于信号衰减值计算不准确导致终端设备接入无线网络鉴权判断不准确的问题,简化了终端设备接入无线网络的操作步骤,提高了终端设备接入无线网络的效率以及用户的体验效果,具有较强的实用性。而且,通过在所述查询信息中携带所述访问接入点设备的签名信息,可有效防止其他设备伪造查询信息对所述定向设备进行恶意的攻击。
本发明实施例提供的多节点***中数据缓存方法,其全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成。比如可以通过计算机运行程序来完成。该程序可以存储在可读取存储介质,例如,随机存储器、磁盘、光盘等。

    所述访问接入点设备根据接收到的所述反馈信息判断预定区域内的N个定向设备是否均监测到所述第一接入请求消息;若是,则将所述第一终端设备接入无线网络,所述N为预定区域内的定向设备数。

    当所述访问接入点设备判断存在至少一个定向设备未监测到所述第一终端设备发送给访问接入点设备的所述第一无线网络接入请求消息时,拒绝所述第一终端设备接入所述无线网络或者要求所述第一终端设备发送接入该无线网络的验证信息。
  6. 一种控制终端设备接入无线网络的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    定向设备监测第一终端设备发送给访问接入点设备的第一无线网络接入请求消息;所述第一无线网络接入请求用于请求接入无线网络;
    所述定向设备向所述访问接入点设备发送反馈信息,以使得所述访问接入点设备根据所述反馈信息判断预定区域内的N个定向设备均监测到第一终端设备接入发送第一无线网络接入请求消息时,控制所述第一终端设备接入所述无线网络;所述反馈信息用于指示所述定向设备是否监测到所述第一无线网络接入请求。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述定向设备向所述访问接入点设备发送反馈信息包括:
    当所述定向设备监测到所述第一无线网络接入请求时,将监测到的所述第一无线网络接入请求上报给所述访问接入点设备,所述消息中携带有所述第一终端设备的标识信息。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述定向设备向所述访问接入点设备发送反馈信息包括:
    接收所述访问接入点设备发送的携带有所述第一终端设备的标识信息的查询请求消息,根据所述查询请求消息中携带的所述第一终端设备的标识信息,判断是否已监测到所述第一终端设备发送给所述访问接入点设备的所述第一无线网络接入请求消息,并将判断结果信息作为所述反馈信息反馈给所述访问接入点设备。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述查询请求消息中还携带有所述访问接入点设备的签名信息;
    所述将判断结果信息作为所述反馈信息反馈给所述访问接入点设备之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述定向设备根据所述访问接入点设备的签名信息判断所述访问接入点设备是否为所述预定区域内的访问接入点设备;
    所述将判断结果信息作为所述反馈信息反馈给所述访问接入点设备具体为:
    在所述定向设备根据所述访问接入点设备的签名信息确定所述访问接入点设备是所述预定区域内的访问接入点设备的情况下,将所述判断结果信息作为所述反馈信息反馈给所述访问接入点设备。
  10. 一种访问接入点设备,其特征在于,所述访问接入点设备包括:
    第一接收单元,用于接收第一终端设备发送的第一无线网络接入请求消息;所述第一无线网络接入请求消息用于请求接入无线网络;

    所述控制单元具体用于,根据所述第二接收单元接收到的所述无线网络接入请求消息判断是否接收到预定区域内的N个所述定向设备发送的,携带有所述第一终端设备的标识信息的无线网络请求接入消息,若是,则将所述第一终端设备接入无线网络。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的访问接入点设备,其特征在于,所述访问接入点设备还包括:
    查询单元,用于在所述第二接收单元接收到预定区域内的一个或多个定向设备的反馈信息之前,向所述N个定向设备发送查询请求消息,所述查询请求消息中携带有所述第一终端设备的标识信息,以使所述N个定向设备根据所述查询请求消息中携带的所述第一终端设备的标识信息,判断是否已监测到所述第一终端设备发送给所述访问接入点设备的所述第一无线网络接入请求消息,并向所述访问接入点设备反馈判断结果信息;
    所述第二接收单元具体用于,接收所述N个定向设备反馈的所述判断结果信息;
    所述控制单元具体用于,根据所述第二接收单元接收到的所述判断结果信息判断所述N个定向设备是否均监测到所述第一接收单元接收到的第一无线网络接入请求消息,若是,则将所述第一终端设备接入无线网络。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的访问接入点设备,其特征在于,所述查询请求消息中还携带有所述访问接入点设备的签名信息;所述N个定向设备具体用于根据所述查询请求消息中携带的签名信息判断所述访问接入点设备是否为所述预定区域内的访问接入点设备,当判断所述访问接入点设备是所述预定区域内的访问接入点设备时,向所述访问接入点设备发送所述判断结果信息。
  14. 如权利要求10至13任一项所述的访问接入点设备,其特征在于,所述控制单元还用于,当判断存在至少一个定向设备未监测到所述第一终端设备发送给访问接入点设备的所述第一无线网络接入请求消息时,拒绝所述第一终端设备接入所述无线网络或者要求所述第一终端设备发送接入该无线网络的验证信息。
  15. 一种访问接入点设备,其特征在于,所述访问接入点设备包括:
    接收器,用于接收第一终端设备发送的第一无线网络接入请求消息,所述第一无线网络接入请求消息用于请求接入无线网络;以及接收预定区域内的一个或多个定向设备的反馈信息,所述反馈信息用于指示所述定向设备是否监测到所述第一无线网络接入请求;
    处理器,用于根据所述接收器接收到的所述反馈信息判断预定区域内的N个定向设备是否均监测到所述接收器接收到的所述第一接入请求消息;若是,则将所述第一终端设备接入无线网络,所述N为预定区域内的定向设备数。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的访问接入点设备,其特征在于,所述接收器具体用于,接收所述预定区域内的各定向设备发送的无线网络接入请求消息;所述无线网络接入请求消息是各定向设备在监测到无线网络接入请求消息的情况下,向所述访问接入点设备转发的,所述无线网络接入请求消息携带发送所述无线网络接入请求消息的终端的标识信息;
    所述处理器具体用于,根据所述接收器接收到的所述无线网络接入请求消息判断是否接收到预定区域内的N个所述定向设备发送的,携带有所述第一终端设备的标识信息的无线网络请求接入消息,若是,则将所述第一终端设备接入无线网络。
  17. 如权利要求15所述的访问接入点设备,其特征在于,所述访问接入点设备还包括:
    发送器,在所述接收器接收到预定区域内的一个或多个定向设备的反馈信息之前,向所述N个定向设备发送查询请求消息,所述查询请求消息中携带有所述第一终端设备的标识信息,以使所述N个定向设备根据所述查询请求消息中携带的所述第一终端设备的标识信息,判断是否已监测到所述第一终端设备发送给所述访问接入点设备的所述第一无线网络接入请求消息,并向所述访问接入点设备反馈判断结果信息;
    所述接收器具体用于,接收所述N个定向设备反馈的所述判断结果信息;
    所述处理器具体用于,根据所述接收器接收到的所述判断结果信息判断所述N个定向设备是否均监测到所述接收器接收到的第一无线网络接入请求消息,若是,则将所述第一终端设备接入无线网络。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的访问接入点设备,其特征在于,所述查询请求消息中还携带有所述访问接入点设备的签名信息,以使得所述N个定向设备根据所述查询请求消息中携带的签名信息判断所述访问接入点设备是否为所述预定区域内的访问接入点设备,当判断所述访问接入点设备是所述预定区域内的访问接入点设备时,向所述访问接入点设备发送所述判断结果信息。
  19. 如权利要求15至18任一项所述的访问接入点设备,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于,当判断存在至少一个定向设备未监测到所述第一终端设备发送给访问接入点设备的所述第一无线网络接入请求消息时,拒绝所述第一终端设备接入所述无线网络或者要求所述第一终端设备发送接入该无线网络的验证信息。
  20. 一种定向设备,其特征在于,所述定向设备包括:
    监测单元,用于监测第一终端设备发送给访问接入点设备的第一无线网络接入请求消息,所述第一无线网络接入请求用于请求接入无线网络;
    反馈单元,用于向所述访问接入点设备发送反馈信息,以使得所述访问接入点设备根据所述反馈信息判断预定区域内的N个定向设备均监测到第一终端设备接入发送第一无线网络接入请求消息时,控制所述第一终端设备接入所述无线网络;所述反馈信息用于指示所述定向设备是否监测到所述第一无线网络接入请求。
  21. 如权利要求20所述的定向设备,其特征在于,所述反馈单元用于,当所述监测单元监测到所述第一无线网络接入请求时,将监测到的所述第一无线网络接入请求上报给所述访问接入点设备,所述消息中携带有所述第一终端设备的标识信息。
  22. 如权利要求20所述的定向设备,其特征在于,所述反馈单元具体用于,接收所述访问接入点设备发送的携带有所述第一终端设备的标识信息的查询请求消息,根据所述查询请求消息中携带的所述第一终端设备的标识信息,判断是否已监测到所述第一终端设备发送给所述访问接入点设备的所述第一无线网络接入请求消息,并将判断结果信息作为所述反馈信息反馈给所述访问接入点设备。
  23. 如权利要求22所述的定向设备,其特征在于,所述查询请求消息中还携带有所述访问接入点设备的签名信息;
    所述反馈单元具体用于,在所述将判断结果信息作为所述反馈信息反馈给所述访问接入点设备之前,根据所述访问接入点设备的签名信息判断所述访问接入点设备是否为所述预定区域内的访问接入点设备,若是,将所述判断结果信息作为所述反馈信息反馈给所述访问接入点设备。
  24. 一种定向设备,其特征在于,所述定向设备包括:
    接收器,用于接收第一终端设备发送给访问接入点设备的第一无线网络接入请求消息,所述第一无线网络接入请求用于请求接入无线网络;
    发送器,用于向所述访问接入点设备发送反馈信息,以使得所述访问接入点设备根据所述反馈信息判断预定区域内的N个定向设备均接收到第一终端设备接入发送第一无线网络接入请求消息时,控制所述第一终端设备接入所述无线网络;所述反馈信息用于指示所述定向设备是否接收到所述第一无线网络接入请求。
  25. 如权利要求24所述的定向设备,其特征在于,所述发送器具体用于,当所述接收器接收到所述第一无线网络接入请求时,将接收到的所述第一无线网络接入请求上报给所述访问接入点设备,所述消息中携带有所述第一终端设备的标识信息。
  26. 如权利要求24所述的定向设备,其特征在于,所述接收器,还用于接收所述访问接入点设备发送的携带有所述第一终端设备的标识信息的查询请求消息;
    所述定向设备还包括:
    处理器,用于根据所述接收器接收到的所述查询请求消息中携带的所述第一终端设备的标识信息,判断是否已接收到所述第一终端设备发送给所述访问接入点设备的所述第一无线网络接入请求消息;
    所述发送器,用于将所述处理器的判断结果信息作为所述反馈信息反馈给所述访问接入点设备。
  27. 如权利要求26所述的定向设备,其特征在于,所述查询请求消息中还携带有所述访问接入点设备的签名信息;
    所述处理器具体用于,在所述发送器将判断结果信息作为所述反馈信息反馈给所述访问接入点设备之前,根据所述访问接入点设备的签名信息判断所述访问接入点设备是否为所述预定区域内的访问接入点设备;
    所述发送器具体用于,在所述处理器根据所述访问接入点设备的签名信息确定所述访问接入点设备是所述预定区域内的访问接入点设备的情况下,将所述判断结果信息作为所述反馈信息反馈给所述访问接入点设备。
  28. 一种控制终端设备接入无线网络的***,其特征在于,所述***包括:
    如权利要求10-14任一项所述的访问接入点设备或如权利要求15-19任一项所述的访问接入点设备,和/或如权利要求20-23任一项所述的多个定向设备或如权利要求24-27任一项所述的多个定向设备;
    所述多个定向设备与所述访问接入点设备通过有线或者无线的方式连接通信;
    所述多个定向设备位于预定区域内的不同位置,每个定向设备预先设定有监测的范围,以使得终端设备在所述预定区域内发送给访问接入点设备的无线网络接入请求消息所述多个定向设备都能监测到。
