技术领域
本发明涉及一种结构改良的饮料制备装置, 饮料制备装置可以是咖啡机。 背景技术
随着社会的不断进步,各种饮料制备机相继出现,饮料制备机内装配有制备饮料萃 取物质的装置以及咖啡机内的传统部件, 传统部件包括有水罐、 加热元件和水泵等, 为 了携带方便, 各种制备饮料的物质如烘焙磨碎的咖啡、速溶的咖啡、茶或其它脱水产品 等等都包装在一密封的类似果冻包的包装物内,使用时将容置有饮料萃取原料的包装物 放置在制备饮料萃取物质的装置内, 使用时, 将加热的水用水泵打到制备饮料萃取物质 的装置内放置包装物的腔室内, 水流过要萃取的原料如咖啡, 饮料则从咖啡机的出水管 流到杯子中。针对上述现状, 有人发明了允许咖啡包自动掉落到安装在咖啡机内的垃圾 桶中的咖啡机, 无需每次用手将咖啡包从腔室内取出丢弃, 而只需在使用多次后取出咖 啡机内的垃圾桶倾倒其内的多个咖啡包,使用更加省力、卫生、脱包方便和人性化操作。
如专利号为 ZL200720110811.2(公告号为 CN201044719Y)的中国实用新型专利《咖 啡机中咖啡包的自动脱落机构》,专利号为 ZL 200820168275.6 (公告号为 CN201295154Y) 的中国实用新型专利 《咖啡机的自动脱包机构》均披露了一种自动掉包机构。
以上两专利均能很顺利实现送包脱包过程, 但它们涉及的部件多, 相互位置关系复 杂, 装配不方便; 为顺利脱包, 在第一机件的凹腔内或设置弹簧, 在第一机件和第二机 件合拢后, 弹簧会对咖啡包施加较大的力, 咖啡包与第二机件的前端面之间的粘贴力过 大, 脱包过程中可能出现咖啡包吸附在第二机件的前端面上, 导致咖啡包不易脱落; 另 外由于设置有弹簧, 萃取后弹簧会浸泡在咖啡饮料中, 而污染咖啡饮料, 影响口感。
饮料制备装置如咖啡机驱动两机件移动以闭合和打开两个机件的驱动结构主要有 两种形式:一种是手柄连杆驱动式,如一专利号为 ZL00812101.X(公告号为 CN1263415Y) 的中国发明专利《一种为了制备饮料萃取物质的装置》就披露了一种手柄连杆驱动结构。 另一种是液压驱动式, 如一专利号为 ZL201020113007.1(公告号为 CN201617680U)的中 国实用新型专利 《一种饮料酿造装置的送包脱包结构》披露了一种液压驱动结构。
纵观饮料制备装置中两机件相对运动的模式均为, 其中一个机件相对机座固定, 另 一个机件相对机座滑移, 这样整个机件的形成比较路径长, 故两机件闭合或打开所需时 间也长, 工作效率低, 另外移动机件的行程长, 导致整个饮料酿造装置体积大。
综上所述, 现有饮料制备装置还可作进一步改进。
- 1 - 确认本 发明内容
本发明所要解决的第一个技术问题是针对上述现有技术现状而提供一种结构更为 简单合理的能使饮料包 (咖啡包)自动掉落的饮料制备装置。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为: 一种结构改良的饮料制备装置, 包 括机座、 第一机件和第二机件, 第一机件和第二机件能相互合拢或打开; 其特征在于: 所述第一机件具有用以搁置前部带环形边沿的饮料包的第一凹腔,及与第一凹腔相通的 出液通道,第一凹腔的上部具有供饮料包放入的上部开口;所述第二机件具有第二凹腔, 及与第二凹腔相通的进热水通道, 第二凹腔的下部具有供饮料包掉落的下部开口, 第二 凹腔的上部的前端通过转轴转动连接有能前后摆动的挡板,转轴上套设有使挡板保持竖 直向下趋势的扭簧, 第二凹腔的内端面上固定有刮包钩, 刮包钩的钩部位于第二凹腔内 并与第二凹腔的内端面之间形成供饮料包的环形边沿放置的间距;在第一机件和第二机 件合拢的状态下,所述第二凹腔的周壁***第一凹腔内并与第一凹腔一起围成容纳所述 饮料包的制备空间, 所述挡板在饮料包推动下向后摆动, 同时饮料包的环形边沿挤压刮 包钩的钩部并进入钩部第二凹腔的内端面之间形成的间距内。
上述第二凹腔的左右两侧的侧壁内设有倾斜的滑道, 滑道的外端开口, 滑道内设有 能沿滑道滑移的滑块、 及顶持在滑块底部使滑块保持上移趋势的支撑弹簧, 所述转轴的 两端插设在滑块上, 所述扭簧有两根, 分别位于挡板的两侧, 扭簧的一端与滑块固定, 扭簧的另一端与挡板固定,所述第二机件左右两侧的外侧壁上固定有将所述滑道遮盖的 盖板。 该结构便于将转轴安装到第二 腔内, 另外转轴具有浮动功能, 挡板在前后摆动 过程中对转轴向下的分力能通过支撑弹簧分解掉, 保证挡板摆动顺畅。
为便于将刮包钩固定在第一凹腔内, 上述刮包钩有二个, 刮包钩的钩部具有引导饮 料包的环形边沿进入所述间距的引导斜面,各刮包钩的后部固定在安装圈上并位于安装 圈的左右两侧, 所述安装圈则固定在第二凹腔的内端面上。 这样只需将安装圈用螺钉固 定在第二凹腔的内端面, 便可将刮包钩相对第一凹腔固定, 实际上刮包钩与安装圈为一 体成型件。
上述第二凹腔的内端面中心位置具有凸起的凸部及位于凸部外周的环形凹部,所述 进热水通道的出口轴向穿过该凸部, 所述安装圈通过螺钉固定于环形凹部内, 所述凸部 上还套设有将环形凹部遮蔽的压板, 压板上设有供刮包钩穿出的穿孔, 该压板通过螺钉 固定在凸部前端面上带有出液孔的压盖而固定在所述凸部上。该结构能使安装圈不外露 出第二凹腔的内端面, 通过压板和压盖能使第二凹腔的内端面保持平整。
上述出液通道内安装有由堵塞弹簧顶持而保持将出液通道进口封堵住的趋势的堵 塞; 故饮料要想流出出液通道必须克服弹簧的弹力, 因此提高流出出液通道的饮料的压 力,这种较大压力的饮料将较大粒径的气泡压缩后形成粒径在 30微米到 0.5纳米之间的 气泡, 故最终流出的饮料没有大气泡, 另外这种纳米气泡具有非常高的能量, 在射入水 中之后能对水产生局部电离作用, 稳定后部分气泡周围包围着一层正负离子, 从而使气 泡具有带电功能, 对于其他物体具有表面吸附作用, 在饮料中可以吸附饮料中的油酯部 分, 使微小的油酯逐渐聚合成为较大的油酯并快速上升到水面, 通过该出液机构的饮料 口感更好。所述进热水通道内安装有由阀芯弹簧顶持而保持将进热水通道出口封堵住的 趋势的阀芯, 该阀芯的设置能使热水具备一定压力通过饮料包, 提高萃取饮料的质量。
为便于对咖啡机进行清洗, 上述第一凹腔的底部设有与第一凹腔相通的出水通道。 由于堵塞的存在, 清洗的热水不易通过出液通道, 设置出水通道能使热水快速通过出水 通道完成清洗。
上述机座的左右两侧具有两彼此平行间隔设置的导向柱,各导向柱的中部设有阻挡 部, 所述第一机件和第二机件的左右两侧套设在相应的导向柱上而能前后滑移, 各导向 柱上均套设有第一弹簧和第二弹簧,第一弹簧支撑在第一机件和阻挡部之间使第一机件 保持前移趋势, 第二弹簧支撑在第二机件和阻挡部之间使第二机件保持后移趋势,第一 机件和第二机件之间通过连杆机构相连,在第二机件朝第一机件移动的过程中所述连杆 机构能同步推动第一机件朝第二机件移动。
第一机件和第二机件均能相对机座前后滑移,且第一机件和第二机件之间通过连杆 机构和弹簧关联,故当第二机件在外力作用下朝第一机件移动的过程中连杆机构能同步 推动第一机件朝第二机件移动, 直至第一机件和第二机件合拢形成酿造腔, 当外力撤销 后, 第一机件和第二机件同时在第一弹簧和第二弹簧的作用下同步反向滑移, 第一机件 和第二机件相互打开, 因此本驱动结构中第一机件和第二机件能同步合拢或打开, 两机 件闭合或打开所需时间縮短一半, 工作效率髙, 另外第二机件移动行程缩短一半, 因此 采用该驱动结构的饮料酿造装置体积小。
上述连杆机构包括第一连杆、 第二连杆、 第三连杆和第四连杆; 其中, 第一连杆的 后端铰接在第二机件的右侧, 第二连杆的后端铰接在第二机件的左侧; 第三连杆和第四 连杆的中部均转动连接在位于机座内的转轴上形成叉剪式结构,转轴位于第一机件的前 方; 第三连杆的第一端与第一连杆的前端铰接, 第三连杆的第二端则与第一机件的前外 端面抵触; 第四连杆的第一端与第二连杆的前端铰接, 第四连杆的第二端则与第一机件 的前外端面抵触。其为一种具体的连杆结构, 其为四连杆结构, 具有结构简单组装方便 的优点, 当然并不局限于这种四连杆的方式, 还可以为其它连杆结构。
上述第一机件外部的左右两侧设有第一安装部, 第一安装部上设有第一导向孔, 第 一导向孔为阶梯孔; 所述第二机件外部的左右两侧设有第二安装部, 所述第二安装部上 设有第二导向孔,第二导向孔为阶梯孔;所述导向柱活动穿过第一导向孔和第二导向孔, 第一弹簧的前端支撑在第一导向孔的大孔部的内端面上,第二弹簧的后端支撑在第二导 向孔的大孔部的内端面上。该结构将第一机件和第二机件约束在机座上, 而只能相对机 座前后横向滑移, 当然第一机件和第二机件也可采用其它限位结构约束在机座上, 如采 用筋槽配合结构。
上述机座的后壁上固定有内固定座, 该内固定座上开有轴向贯穿的冷水通道, 所述 第二机件内具有后端开口的后腔室,所述第二机件的后腔室活动套设在内固定座上并能 相对内固定座前后滑移,且所述内固定座的外周面与第二机件的后腔室内周壁之间为液 密封配合。其为一种通过水压驱动方式驱动第二机件作为主动件相对机座横向滑移的结 构, 该结构与传统的杠杆驱动结构相比结构更为简单, 而且能使饮料酿造结构整体外形 小, 操作时也无需用费力驱动杠杆结构而带动第二机件滑移, 只需往冷水通道通一定压 力的水即可, 操作省力方便。
与现有技术相比, 本发明的优点在于:
装包时, 从第一凹腔的上部开口处装入饮料包, 饮料包通过第一凹腔的底面及保持 竖直的挡板的挡位, 保证饮料包不翻到, 在第一机件和第二机件相互合拢的过程中, 饮 料包的边沿推动挡板向后摆动, 而使饮料包逐渐进入第二凹腔内, 在第一机件和第二机 件合拢的状态下, 饮料包位于第一凹腔和第二凹腔围成的制备空间内, 同时饮料包的环 形边沿挤压刮包钩的钩部并进入钩部和第二凹腔的内端面之间形成的间距内,便可进行 饮料酿造, 饮料酿造结束后, 第一机件和第二机件相互打开, 由于饮料包的环形边沿被 刮包钩勾住, 饮料包不会随第一机件前移, 同时饮料包便在自身重力作用下从机座的掉 包口自动掉落, 因此本送包脱包结构的工作原理及过程和现有咖啡机中的送包脱包结构 完全不同, 整个送包脱包结构主要涉及挡板和刮包钩等几个部件, 故结构简单, 相互之 间的装配关系也简单; 另外无需在萃取空间内设置弹簧, 避免弹簧污染制备饮料而影响 口感, 也不存在饮料包粘接在第二机件的前端面上的问题。 附图说明

如图 1〜13所示, 为本发明的一个优选实施例。
一种结构改良的饮料制备装置,包括机座 1、第一机件 2和第二机件 3,第一机件 2 和第二机件 3能相互合拢或打开;
机座 1呈基本的矩形框架结构,机座 1的左右两侧具有两彼此平行间隔设置的导向 柱 11, 各导向柱 11的中部设有阻挡部 12, 阻挡部 12为机座 1底面向上延伸形成的套 设在导向柱 11中部的套环。
第一机件 2和第二机件 3的左右两侧套设在相应的导向柱 11上而能前后滑移, 第 一机件 2外部的左右两侧设有第一安装部 23, 第一安装部 23上设有第一导向孔 231, 第一导向孔 231为阶梯孔;第二机件 3外部的左右两侧设有第二安装部 35,第二安装部 35上设有第二导向孔 351, 第二导向孔 351为阶梯孔; 导向柱 11活动穿过第一导向孔 231和第二导向孔 351。
各导向柱 11上均套设有第一弹簧 10a和第二弹簧 10b,第一弹簧 10a的前端支撑在 第一导向孔 231的大孔部的内端面上, 第一弹簧 10a的后端支撑在阻挡部 12的前侧面 上, 第一弹簧 10a使第一机件 2保持前移趋势; 第二弹簧 10b的后端支撑在第二导向孔 351的大孔部的内端面上,第二弹簧 10b的前端支撑在阻挡部 12的后侧面上,第二弹簧 10b使第二机件 3保持后移趋势。
第一机件 2和第二机件 3之间通过连杆机构相连,在第二机件 3朝第一机件 2移动 的过程中连杆机构能同步推动第一机件 2朝第二机件 3移动。
连杆机构包括第一连杆 13a、 第二连杆 13b、 第三连杆 14a和第四连杆 14b; 其中, 第一连杆 13a的后端铰接在第二机件 3的右侧, 第二连杆 13b的后端铰接在第二机件 3 的左侧; 第三连杆 14a和第四连杆 14b的中部均转动连接在位于机座内的转轴 16上形 成叉剪式结构,该转轴 16位于第一机件 2的前方,机座 1内的前侧设有呈 U形的支架, 转轴 16竖向穿设在支架上; 第三连杆 14a的第一端与第一连杆 5a的前端铰接, 第三连 杆 14a的第二端则与第一机件 2的前外端面抵触, 第三连杆 14a的第二端与第一机件 2 的前外端面抵触的端面为弧面; 第四连杆 14b的第一端与第二连杆 13b的前端铰接, 第 四连杆 14b的第二端则与第一机件 2的前外端面抵触,第四连杆 14b的第二端与第一机 件 2的前外端面抵触的端面为弧面。
机座 1的后壁上固定有内固定座 15, 内固定座 15基本呈圆柱状, 该内固定座 15 上开有轴向贯穿的冷水通道 151, 第二机件 3内具有后端开口的后腔室 36, 第二机件的 后腔室 36活动套设在内固定座 15上并能相对内固定座 15前后滑移,且内固定座 15的 外周面与第二机件的后腔室 36内周壁之间设有密封圈 17形成液密封配合。 第一机件 2具有用以搁置前部带环形边沿 41的饮料包 4的第一凹腔 21, 及与第一 凹腔 21相通的出液通道 22,出液通道 22内安装有由堵塞弹簧 221顶持而保持将出液通 道进口封堵住的趋势的堵塞 222, 第一凹腔 21的底部设有与第一凹腔 21相通的出水通 道 211。 第一凹腔 21的上部具有供饮料包 4放入的上部开口 24。
饮料包 4与市场上的果冻型咖啡包类似, 其四周及环形边沿 41为硬性材质制成, 饮料包的前后端面上密布有供水流通过的细孔, 其为咖啡机中咖啡包采用的常规结构。
第二机件 3具有第二凹腔 31, 及与第二凹腔 31相通的进热水通道 32, 进热水通道 32内安装有由阀芯弹簧 321顶持而保持将进热水通道出口封堵住的趋势的阀芯 322;第 二凹腔 31的下部具有供饮料包 4掉落的下部开口 37,
第二凹腔 31的上部的前端通过转轴 5转动连接有能前后摆动的挡板 6,转轴 5上套 设有使挡板 6保持竖直向下趋势的扭簧 51。
如图 12、 13所示, 转轴通过以下结构安装在第二凹腔 31内: 第二凹腔 31的左右 两侧的侧壁内设有倾斜的滑道 33,滑道 33的外端开口,滑道 33内设有能沿滑道滑移的 滑块 52、 及顶持在滑块 52底部使滑块 52保持上移趋势的支撑弹簧 53, 转轴 5的两端 插设在滑块 52上, 扭簧 51有两根, 分别位于挡板 6的两侧, 扭簧 51的一端与滑块 52 固定, 扭簧 51的另一端与挡板 6固定, 第二机件 3左右两侧的外侧壁上固定有将滑道 33遮盖的盖板 34。
第二凹腔 31的内端面上固定有刮包钩 7,刮包钩 7的钩部 71位于第二凹腔 31内并 与第二凹腔 31的内端面之间形成供饮料包的环形边沿 41放置的间距,刮包钩 7有二个, 刮包钩的钩部 71具有引导饮料包的环形边沿 41进入间距的引导斜面 72, 各刮包钩 7 的后部固定在安装圈 73上并位于安装圈 73的左右两侧, 安装圈 73则固定在第二凹腔 31的内端面上。 第二凹腔 31的内端面中心位置具有凸起的凸部 311及位于凸部外周的 环形凹部 312, 进热水通道 32的出口轴向穿过该凸部 311, 安装圈 73通过螺钉固定于 环形凹部 312内, 凸部 311上还套设有将环形凹部 312遮蔽的压板 8, 压板 8上设有供 刮包钩 7穿出的穿孔 81 , 该压板 8通过螺钉固定在凸部 311前端面上带有出液孔 91的 压盖 9而固定在凸部 311上。
在第一机件 2和第二机件 3合拢的状态下, 第二凹腔 31的周壁***第一凹腔 21 内并与第一凹腔 21—起围成容纳所述饮料包 4的制备空间, 挡板 6在饮料包 4推动下 向后摆动, 同时饮料包的环形边沿 41挤压刮包钩 7的钩部 71并进入钩部 71第二凹腔 31的内端面之间形成的间距内。 0 本饮料制备装置的工作原理及过程如下:
如图 1〜4所示, 装包时, 从第一凹腔 21的上部开口 24处装入饮料包 4, 饮料包 4 通过第一凹腔 21的底面及保持竖直的挡板 6的挡位, 保证饮料包 4不翻到。
如图 5〜8所示, 第二机件 3作为主动件, 首先将具有一定压力的冷水从内固定座 15上的冷水通道 151进入第二机件 3内的后腔室 36中,内固定座 15和第二机件 3之间 形成类似的活塞移动结构, 水压推动第二机件 3朝第一机件 2方向前移, 第二机件 3带 动第一连杆 13a和第二连杆 13b前移, 第一连杆 13a和第二连杆 13b的前端会分别带动 第三连杆 14a和第四连杆 14b的第一端前移合拢, 同时, 根据叉剪式工作原理, 第三连 杆 14a和第四连杆 14b的第二端后移合拢, 第三连杆 14a和第四连杆 14b的左端的后移 同步推动第一机件 2朝第二机件 3移动。
如图 5〜8所示, 在第一机件 2和第二机件 3相互合拢的过程中, 饮料包 4的边沿 41推动挡板 6向后摆动, 而使饮料包 4逐渐进入第二凹腔 31内, 在第一机件 2和第二 机件合拢 3的状态下, 第二凹腔 31的周壁***第一凹腔 21内并与第一凹腔 21—起围 成容纳所述饮料包 4的制备空间, 饮料包 4位于制备空间内, 同时饮料包 4的环形边沿 41挤压刮包钩 7的钩部 71并进入钩部 71和第二凹腔 31的内端面之间形成的间距内, 便可进行饮料酿造。
如图 9、 10所示, 酿造时, 通具有一定压力的热水, 热水通过第二机件 3上的进热 水通道 32, 顶开阀芯 322, 热水接着通过饮料包 4, 对其进行饮料萃取, 最后萃取后的 饮料 (如咖啡)从第一机件 2上的出液通道 22流出, 供人使用。
饮料酿造结束后, 冷水水压撤销后, 第一机件 2和第二机件 3同时在第一弹簧 10a 和第二弹簧 10b的作用下同步反向滑移,第一机件 2和第二机件 3相互打开,如图 1〜3 所示。 饮料包 4便在自身重力及挡板 6在扭簧 51作用下的向下摆动产生的向下推力共 同作用下经由第二机件 3的下部开口 37后, 从机座的掉包口自动掉落。

1、 一种结构改良的饮料制备装置, 包括机座 (1)、 第一机件 (2)和第二机件 (3), 第一 机件 (2)和第二机件 (3)能相互合拢或打开; 其特征在于:
所述第一机件 (2)具有用以搁置前部带环形边沿 (41)的饮料包 (4)的第一凹腔 (21) ,及 与第一凹腔 (21)相通的出液通道 (22),第一凹腔 (21)的上部具有供饮料包 (4)放入的上部开 口 (24);
所述第二机件 (3)具有第二凹腔 (31),及与第二凹腔 (31)相通的进热水通道 (32),第二 凹腔 (31)的下部具有供饮料包 (4)掉落的下部开口 (37),第二凹腔 (31)的上部的前端通过转 轴 (5)转动连接有能前后摆动的挡板 (6), 转轴 (5)上套设有使挡板 (6)保持竖直向下趋势的 扭簧 (51), 第二凹腔 (31)的内端面上固定有刮包钩 (7), 刮包钩 (7)的钩部 (71)位于第二凹 腔 (31)内并与第二凹腔 (31)的内端面之间形成供饮料包的环形边沿 (41)放置的间距; 在第一机件 (2)和第二机件 (3)合拢的状态下,所述第二凹腔 (31)的周壁***第一凹腔 (21)内并与第一凹腔 (21)—起围成容纳所述饮料包 (4)的制备空间, 所述挡板 (6)在饮料包 第二凹腔 (;i)口的内端 J之间形成的间距 。、、口 、 " 、 ^ 、 、 " Β
2、根据权利要求 1所述的饮料制备装置,其特征在于: 所述第二凹腔 (31)的左右两 侧的侧壁内设有倾斜的滑道 (33), 滑道 (33)的外端开口, 滑道 (33)内设有能沿滑道滑移的 滑块 (52)、 及顶持在滑块 (52)底部使滑块 (52)保持上移趋势的支撑弹簧 (53), 所述转轴 (5) 的两端插设在滑块 (52)上, 所述扭簧 (51)有两根, 分别位于挡板 (6)的两侧, 扭簧 (51)的一 端与滑块 (52)固定, 扭簧 (51)的另一端与挡板 (6)固定, 所述第二机件 (3)左右两侧的外侧 壁上固定有将所述滑道 (33)遮盖的盖板 (34)。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的饮料制备装置, 其特征在于: 所述刮包钩 (7)有二个, 刮 包钩的钩部 (71)具有引导饮料包的环形边沿 (41)进入所述间距的引导斜面 (72),各刮包钩 (7)的后部固定在一安装圈 (73)上并位于安装圈 (73)的左右两侧,所述安装圈 (73)则固定在 第二凹腔 (31)的内端面上。
4、根据权利要求 3所述的饮料制备装置, 其特征在于: 所述第二凹腔 (31)的内端面 中心位置具有凸起的凸部 (311)及位于凸部外周的环形凹部 (312),所述进热水通道 (32)的 出口轴向穿过该凸部 (311), 所述安装圈 (73)通过螺钉固定于环形凹部 (312)内, 所述凸部 (311)上还套设有将环形凹部 (312)遮蔽的压板 (8), 压板 (8)上设有供刮包钩 (7)穿出的穿孔 (81), 该压板 (8)通过螺钉固定在凸部 (311)前端面上带有出液孔 (91)的压盖 (9)而固定在所 述凸部 (311)上。
5、根据权利要求 1所述的饮料制备装置,其特征在于: 所述出液通道 (22)内安装有 由堵塞弹簧 (221)顶持而保持将出液通道进口封堵住的趋势的堵塞 (222); 所述进热水通 道 (32)内安装有由阔芯弹簧 (321)顶持而保持将进热水通道出口封堵住的趋势的阀芯 (322)。
6、根据权利要求 1所述的饮料制备装置, 其特征在于: 所述第一凹腔 (21)的底部设 有与第一凹腔 (21)相通的出水通道 (211)。
7、 根据权利要求 1〜6中任一权利要求所述的饮料制备装置, 其特征在于: 所述机 座 (1)的左右两侧具有两彼此平行间隔设置的导向柱 (11), 各导向柱 (11)的中部设有阻挡 部 (12), 所述第一机件 (2)和第二机件 (3)的左右两侧套设在相应的导向柱 (11)上而能前后 滑移, 各导向柱 (11)上均套设有第一弹簧 (10a)和第二弹簧 (10b), 第一弹簧 (10a)支撑在第 一机件 (2)和阻挡部 (12)之间使第一机件 (2)保持前移趋势,第二弹簧 (10b)支撑在第二机件 (3)和阻挡部 (12)之间使第二机件 (3)保持后移趋势, 第一机件 (2)和第二机件 (3)之间通过 连杆机构相连, 在第二机件 (3)朝第一机件 (2)移动的过程中所述连杆机构能同步推动第 一机件 (2)朝第二机件 (3)移动。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的饮料制备装置, 其特征在于: 所述连杆机构包括第一连 杆 (13a)、 第二连杆 (13b)、 第三连杆 (14a)和第四连杆 (14b); 其中, 第一连杆 (13a)的后端 铰接在第二机件 (3)的右侧, 第二连杆 (13b)的后端铰接在第二机件 (3)的左侧; 第三连杆 (14a)和第四连杆 (14b)的中部均转动连接在位于机座内的转轴 (16)上形成叉剪式结构,该 转轴 (16)位于第一机件 (2)的前方; 第三连杆 (14a)的第一端与第一连杆 (5a)的前端铰接, 第三连杆 (14a)的第二端则与第一机件 (2)的前外端面抵触; 第四连杆 (14b)的第一端与第 二连杆 (13b)的前端铰接, 第四连杆 (14b)的第二端则与第一机件 (2)的前外端面抵触。
9、 根据权利要求 7所述的饮料制备装置, 其特征在于: 所述第一机件 (2)外部的左 右两侧设有第一安装部 (23), 第一安装部 (23)上设有第一导向孔 (231), 第一导向孔 (231) 为阶梯孔; 所述第二机件 (3)外部的左右两侧设有第二安装部 (35), 所述第二安装部 (35) 上设有第二导向孔 (351), 第二导向孔 (351)为阶梯孔; 所述导向柱 (11)活动穿过第一导向 孔 (231)和第二导向孔 (351), 第一弹簧 (10a)的前端支撑在第一导向孔 (231)的大孔部的内 端面上, 第二弹簧 (10b)的后端支撑在第二导向孔 (351)的大孔部的内端面上。
10、根据权利要求 7所述的饮料制备装置, 其特征在于: 所述机座 (1)的后壁上固定 有内固定座 (15), 该内固定座 (15)上开有轴向贯穿的冷水通道 (151), 所述第二机件 (3)内 具有后端开口的后腔室 (36),所述第二机件的后腔室 (36)活动套设在内固定座 (15)上并能 相对内固定座 (15)前后滑移,且所述内固定座 (15)的外周面与第二机件的后腔室 (36)内周 壁之间为液密封配合。
