Abstract

The invention is connected with single phase motor for start up. The shaft of the motor is connect to three inch chain notch, which is interconnected with the four inch chain notch, which is mounted on the counter shaft; so counter shaft is rotates. Five inch chain notch is mounted on the same counter shaft, which transmit their drive through three inch chain notch which is mounted on shaft of the five hp three phase motor is also rotates. Twenty four teeth chain notch is mounted on governor shaft, which drives sixteen teeth chain notch. Another pulley is also mounted on the same counter shaft which rotates the pulley of the generator with chain drive and generates to power. The output of the generator has six terminals wherein three terminal can directly connected to run other equipment through the starter and remaining three terminals are connected with coil.

Description

Power Generating method by power distribution
This application is patent of addition in reference to co-pending patent application 579/MUM/2012, date 5th March 2012.
Filed of the Invention:
The present invention power generating method by power distribution. The invention is useful in the different field where the energy is required to use. In the present invention by start up the single phase motor, generator is start to generate the energy and the output of the generator energy is further recycler to three phase motors by power distribution.
Background of the Invention
The present invention relates to the system and method for energy generating system. More particularly, this invention pertains to a system and method of generating power by distributing the power by using coils. In the present invention system, power supply is provided as input to rotate gear system, wherein in one or more chain wheels are connected with this gear system to generate the energy. In the present invention coils are used to power distribution and power recycler for energy generating systems.
That a motor is used to drive the shaft and shaft is further connected with the generator for energy generation device.
In the conventional energy generating system, generally required non conventional energy source i.e. energy, solar energy and many more non conventional energy source are used. But the use and constructional feathers of the non conventional energy source required more expensive. And it required natural resource. To overcome this limitation in the present invention, conventional power generating and power distribution system is used to generates the power.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide energy generating system utilizing a transmission gear assembly for allowing to distribute the power by copper and aluminum coils and generates the power by conventional energy sources The above and other features of the invention, including various novel details of construction and combination of parts, are now more particularly described with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which:

As shown in Fig.1 , wherein the input power is connected with single phase 1.5hp motor (1) supply for start up. The shaft(2) of the motor(l) is connect to three inch chain notch (3), which is interconnected with the four inch chain notch (4) through chain drive, wherein four inch chain notch (4) is mounted on the counter shafting(5); so, counter shafting (5) is also rotates. Five inch chain notch (6) is also mounted on the same counter shaft (5) which transmit their drive to three inch chain notch (6') through chain drive. The three inch chain notch is mounted on shaft (7) of the five hp three phase motor(8), which also rotates. One another twenty four teeth chain notch (31) is mounted on counter shafting (5), which drives the sixteen teeth chain notch (32), through the chain drive. The sixteen teeth chain notch (32) is mounted on Governor shaft (33). On the Governor shaft (33) one two slot pulley (34) is mounted, wherein in the first slot, one weight pulley(36) is engaged and in the another slot, one four inch pulley (35) is engaged, wherein four inch pulley (35) is further connected with the three terminal coil (19,20,21), which is further connected with the three terminal of starter (22,23,24). The output of the starter has also three terminal (25,26,27) which is also connected with the five hp three phase motor (28,29,30).
Another pulley (9a) is also mounted on the same counter shaft (5) which rotates the pulley (9b) of the generator (10) with chain drive (1 1) and generates the power. The output of the generator has six terminals (12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17) wherein the three terminal of the generator (12, 13,14) is directly connected for utilization of the generated power through the starter(18). The remaining three terminal of the generator is directly connected with the three terminal of coil (19,20,21). In the present invention one three inch chain notch is mounted on the shaft of single phase motor, which transmits their drive to one four inch chain notch which is mounted on counter shaft, so the counter shaft is also rotates. On the counter shaft, another one five inch chain notch and one twenty four teeth chain notch is also mounted so, both of they are also rotates. Five inch chain notch is further connected with the three inch chain notch through the chain drive. The three inch chain notch is mounted on the shaft of three phase motor. And twenty four teeth chain notch is connected with the sixteen teeth chain notch through chain drive, wherein the sixteen teeth chain notch is mounted on governor shaft. On the governor shaft, one two slot pulley and one two side weight pulley is also mounted. On the first slot of pulley weight pulley is mounted and on the second slot, one four inch pulley is also connected to transmit their drive. Four inch pulley is further connected with three terminal coil and which is further connected with the three terminal of starter. The output of the starter is connected with the three phase motor.
On the other hand, wherein the one pulley is mounted on the counter shaft, which transmit their drive to the pulley, which is mounted on generator shaft, through chain drive. The generator has six terminals so, three of them are directly connected with starter to run further equipments and another three terminals are connected with the three terminal of coil to start up the three phase motor through the starter.
In the present invention, single phase motor is used to generate the power through the generator and also transmit their power through different chain drive to drive three phase motor by power distribution method.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a specific embodiment, it should be noted that the described embodiment is not necessarily exclusive and that various changes and modifications may be made to the described embodiment without departing from the scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

Claims

I Claims:
Power Generating method by power distribution is consists with single phase motor, three inch chain notch (3), four inch chain notch (4), counter shaft(5); five inch chain notch (6) , three inch chain notch(6'), shaft (7), the five hp three phase motor(8), pulley(9a), pulley(9b), generator(lO) with chain drive(l l), twenty four teeth chain notch (31), sixteen teeth chain notch (32), governor shaft (33), two slot pulley (34), four inch pulley(35), weigh pulley(36), three terminals of coil (19,20,21), the input three terminal of starter (22,23,24), the output three terminal of starter (25,26,27) , three terminal of five hp three phase motor (28,29,30), the output six terminal of the generator (12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17) , the starter(18) wherein the input power is connected with single phase 1.5hp motor (1) supply for start up, the shaft(2) of the motor(l) is connect to three inch chain notch (3), which is interconnected with the four inch chain notch (4),
wherein four inch chain notch (4), five inch chain notch (6) and twenty four teeth chain notch (31 ) are mounted on the counter shafting (5);
wherein sixteen teeth chain notch (32), two slot pulley (34), weigh pulley (36) is mounted on governor shaft (33); wherein four inch pulley (35) is engaged into the first slot of two slot pulley (34) to transmit their drive on input three terminal of starter (22,23,24);
wherein the output of three terminal of starter (25,26,27) is connected with the three terminal of five hp three phase motor (28,29,30),
wherein the pulley (9a) is mounted on the counter shaft (5) which rotates the pulley (9b) of the generator (10) with chain drive (11) ; .
the output of the generator has six terminals (12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17) wherein the three terminal of the generator (12,13,14) is directly connected for utilization of the generated power through the starter(18);
the remaining three terminal of the generator(15,16,17) is directly connected with the three terminal of coil (19,20,21).
2. Power Generating method by power distribution as claimed in claim 1 wherein four inch chain notch (4) is mounted on the counter shafting(5).
3. Power Generating method by power distribution as claimed in claim 1 wherein five inch chain notch(6) is mounted on the counter shaft(5) to transmit their drive through three inch chain notch (6') which is mounted on shaft (7) of the five hp three phase motor(8) .
Power Generating method by power distribution as claimed in claim 1 wherein the two slot pulley(34) is engaged with weight pulley (36) and four inch pulley (35).
