Description

i
SINGLE-DOSE BOTTLE FOR ALCOHOLIC DRINK
[0001 ] This invention relates to a single-dose bottle with a non-threaded neck, provided with a manual uncorking device without the aid of a corkscrew, which integrates a cork. Said single-dose bottle has on its surface, by means of printing, etching or an adhesive label, a general indication of the blood alcohol level reached on an empty stomach and not, after the even partial consumption of the alcoholic drink contained therein. Said manual uncorking device is made by means of cork or another sealing material, which is coupled in at least two ways to a threaded internal extractor element, made of a non-metallic composite material. Said threaded internal extractor element, along with said cork or other sealing material, is screwed inside a closed or open external extractor element of containment, provided with an internal thread whose flat lower part rests as a lever on the flat top of the non-threaded neck of the bottle as it is manually rotated right or left, with respect to said internal threaded extractor element, which is integrally coupled to said cork or other sealing material, and extracts said cork from the neck of the bottle, containing it or expelling it.
Field of the invention
[0002] It is known that on a national level, the Traffic Code regulates driving under the effect of alcohol and, as everyone knows, if from the control of the traffic police results a value corresponding to a blood alcohol level higher than 0.5 g/l, the person involved is considered in a state of drunkenness, to which a penalty is connected sometimes with imprisonment. From the tables provided and adopted by the Traffic Code, it can be observed that it is sufficient to take a small amount of an alcoholic drink to reach such an alcohol level, especially if on an empty stomach, because the assumption of food prior to the assumption of an alcoholic drink considerably reduces the peak of alcohol level in the blood, on the other hand distributing an average value during digestion, a value that changes subjectively. Starting from these suppositions, it is evident that it is desirable for connoisseurs to take single doses of these alcoholic drinks, spaced over time. Also known are the small single-dose bottles for spirits and nowadays also the single-dose portions of wine, in the form of glasses and sealed single-packs. It is also known that the bottle with a non-threaded neck, for high-quality wine and drinks, mainly uses a cork or another material of cylindrical shape pressure-inserted into the neck of the bottle. Nowadays the impossibility of having bottles of high-quality wines is known, sealed with a cork or another material of cylindrical shape pressure-inserted into the neck of the bottle, for example on aircrafts, because the current safety and anti-terrorism measures on aircrafts also forbid the staff on duty to use corkscrews, which are therefore banished, because they are very dangerous tools, like cutlery and other metal tools.
[0003] Specifically in high-quality wines and drinks the cork or another material of cylindrical shape is required because it seems to be an essential element for the organoleptic qualities of the wine. Rapid opening systems, such as bottles with a threaded neck for receiving screw caps or other, do not enjoy public favour because by now everybody knows that high-quality wine is characterised by cork or another material of cylindrical shape pressure-inserted into the bottle.
[0004] Where high-quality wine and other drinks are not required, other types of metal or plastic caps of easier opening are accepted. It is furthermore known that the operation of opening a bottle of wine with a cork or another material of cylindrical shape is a complex operation that needs a special corkscrew tool, which is not always available or allowed.
[0005] At present there is the substantial recourse to solutions in the sector, sometimes original but not exhaustive and economical, this because they do not yet aim at resorting to a single-dose bottle that carries on its surface, by means of printing, etching or an adhesive label, the indication of the maximum blood alcohol level reached after the consumption of the alcoholic drink contained therein, with a non-threaded neck, provided with a manual uncorking device without the aid of a corkscrew, which integrates a cork, common for high-quality wine or other drinks, sealed by means of a cork or another material of cylindrical shape pressure-inserted into said bottle, which can be opened manually without the use of tools, such as the corkscrew.
[0006] Therefore, the object of the present invention is a single-dose bottle that carries on its surface, by means of printing, etching or an adhesive label, an indication of the maximum blood alcohol level reached, after the consumption of the alcoholic drink contained therein, with a non- threaded neck, provided with a manual uncorking device without the aid of a corkscrew, that integrates a cork, common for high-quality wine or other drinks, sealed by means of a cork or another sealing material of cylindrical shape, pressure-inserted into said single-dose bottle, which can be opened manually without the use of tools, such as the corkscrew.
[0007] Therefore, one can reasonably state that it is certainly known that the existence of single-dose bottles and containers for alcoholic drinks is known and, that the bottle with a non-threaded neck, for high-quality wine and other drinks, mainly uses a cork or another material of cylindrical shape pressure-inserted into the neck of the bottle. Today, equally known is the impossibility of having bottles of high-quality wine and other drinks sealed with a cork or another material of cylindrical shape pressure-inserted into the neck of the bottle on aircrafts, because the current safety and antiterrorism measures also forbid staff to use corkscrews. Known in high- quality wines and drinks is the cork or another material of cylindrical shape that is required because it seems to be an essential element for the organoleptic qualities of the wine. It is also known that the rapid opening systems, such as bottles with a threaded neck for receiving screw caps or other, do not enjoy public favour because by now everybody knows that high-quality wine and drinks are characterised by the cork or another material of cylindrical shape pressure-inserted into the bottle. It is also known that where high-quality wine and other drinks are not required, other types of metal or plastic caps, of easier opening, are accepted. It is also known that the operation of opening a bottle of wine with a cork or another material of cylindrical shape is a complex operation that needs a special corkscrew tool, which is not always available or allowed.

[0009] Dl represents a bottle described and observable on the manufacturer's website: http://www.coltiva.it/ab bere consapevole.asp. It consists of a single-dose glass bottle for wine with a reusable cork. It represents the ideal amount, that is to say, suitable for the physiology of the body, which facilitates the observance of the law for driving. It eliminates wastes with its "disposable" container, with a modern and beautiful design, which is also symbolically more correct on the table for a fast consumption at lunch, or at dinner for one single drinker.
[001 0] D2 represents a cork extraction device that comprises a tubular element having a first open end, a second open end and a peripheral wall having a threaded external surface. The tubular element is placed on an upper end of a bottle. A cover element presents an upper wall and a perimeter wall that extends downwards from the upper wall. The perimeter wall has a threaded internal surface. The cover element can be placed over and coupled by screwing to the tubular element when the cover element is rotated in a first direction. A corkscrew is elongated and has a first end and a second end. A disc is fastened to the first end. The corkscrew is rotated in a second direction such that the second end extends through the upper wall of the cover element and inside a cork. The cover element is rotated in the second direction and the cork is extracted from the bottle.
[001 1 ] D3 claims an ornamental design for a wine single-dose container that corresponds to the invention Oneglass T from Uesst S.r.l. visible on the website: http://www.oneglass.it/it.
[001 2] D4 represents an apparatus for removing a stopper from a bottle by rotating a threaded capsule surrounding the threaded neck of a bottle. The capsule is preferably received over a narrowed neck of the bottle to maintain the appearance of a foil wrapped and cork-closed bottle. The bottle may be sealed with plugs (natural cork, synthetic cork, moulded plugs), planar seals, or a combination thereof. The capsule may engage the stopper directly or by way of a stopper anchor. Aspects of the invention include preventing uncontrolled egress of stoppers from pressurized bottles, the resealing of various forms of bottles after removal of the stopper, locking the closure in place, and providing evidence of tampering.
[001 3] D5 represents an apparatus for removing a cork from a bottle in which an anchorage is incorporated in the cork and a cork-pulling sleeve is provided to engage the anchor for the removal of the cork. The cork-pulling sleeve comprises internal threads that couple with external threads on the neck of the bottle, and the rotation of the cork-pulling sleeve with respect to the bottle extracts the cork. [001 4] D6 represents an invention that relates to a stopper for sealing a bottle, comprising a sealing body and a cap, on which a connecting pin that engages in the sealing body is formed, the sealing body being elastic in comparison to the cap. The aim of the invention is to facilitate the reliable sealing of the bottle, even after repeated re-sealing, without degrading the contents, whilst retaining a comparatively simple production method and a high degree of freedom in terms of the selection of materials. To achieve this, the cap comprises a mounting for the sealing body with a smaller free cross-section than that of the sealing body. The cap is fixed to the sealing body by means of a non-positive fit between the connecting pin and the surrounding sealing body and a non-positive fit between the mounting and the sealing body.
[001 5] D7 represents a combination with a bottle plug of an easily penetrable material of an indented permanent cap, entirely incorporating the plug and engaging the mouth of the bottle, and a helical projection not rotatably connected inside the cap and extending from it to engage the plug, therefore the rotation of the cap serves to lift the plug in the neck of the bottle.
[001 6] D8 describes a filling and sealing method of a drink container. The method comprises the following operations in sequence: a) supplying a predetermined amount of beverage, preferably wine, in an uncovered container having an edge along the whole circumference, preferably a plastic cup for wine, to leave a head space above the beverage in the container; b) placing a generally flat cover of flexible film on the whole open top of the container; c) temporarily attaching the film cover to the edge of the container in at least one position around the edge leaving the rest of the edge free; d) engaging the attached cover to cause a deflection of the latter to create a space between the cover and the circle on one side; e) supplying an inert gas, preferably nitrogen, through the so created space and in the head space to move air in it; and f) engaging a thermowelding machine with the cover to heat seal the cover to the circle on its whole circumference, thus trapping the inert gas within the head space. [001 7] D9 represents a single-dose wine bottle, for unforgettable convivial nights, on the occasion of the "Ventivetri" exhibition by Massimo Lunardon, which presents 20 glass works by as many authors, in a limited edition (99 pieces). Twenty(20) designers among great masters and established young artists confront with the realization of a glass object, providing a personal interpretation that originates from very different research paths, which, however, are joined by their peculiar originality. The bottle is represented and publicly visible on the website of the designer JVLT: http://www.joevelluto.it/project/product-design/limit- edition?cat=9&scat=1 3.
[001 8] In conclusion it is reasonable to consider as known:
a) a single-dose glass bottle for wine with a reusable cork. It represents the ideal amount, that is to say, suitable for the physiology of the body, which facilitates the observance of the law for driving. It eliminates wastes with its "disposable" container, with a modern and beautiful design, which is also symbolically more correct on the table for a fast consumption at lunch, or at dinner for one single drinker;
b) a cork extraction device that comprises a tubular element having a first open end, a second open end and a peripheral wall having a threaded external surface. The tubular element is placed on an upper end of a bottle. A cover element presents an upper wall and a perimeter wall that extends downwards from the upper wall. The perimeter wall has a threaded internal surface. The cover element can be placed over and coupled by screwing to the tubular element when the cover element is rotated in a first direction. A corkscrew is elongated and has a first end and a second end. A disc is fastened to the first end. The corkscrew is rotated in a second direction such that the second end extends through the upper wall of the cover element and inside a cork. The cover element is rotated in the second direction and the cork is extracted from the bottle;
c) an ornamental design for a wine single-dose container that corresponds to the invention Oneglass TM from Uesst S.r.l. visible on the website: http://www.oneglass.it/it;
d) an apparatus for removing a stopper from a bottle by rotating a threaded capsule surrounding the threaded neck of a bottle. The capsule is preferably received over a narrowed neck of the bottle to maintain the appearance of a foil wrapped and cork-closed bottle. The bottle may be sealed with plugs (natural cork, synthetic cork, moulded plugs), planar seals, or a combination thereof. The capsule may engage the stopper directly or by way of a stopper anchor. Aspects of the invention include preventing uncontrolled egress of stoppers from pressurized bottles, the resealing of various forms of bottles after removal of the stopper, locking the closure in place, and providing evidence of tampering;
e) an apparatus for removing a cork from a bottle in which an anchorage is incorporated in the cork and a cork-pulling sleeve is provided to engage the anchor for the removal of the cork. The cork-pulling sleeve comprises internal threads that couple with external threads on the neck of the bottle, and the rotation of the cork-pulling sleeve with respect to the bottle extracts the cork;
f) a stopper for sealing a bottle, comprising a sealing body and a cap, on which a connecting pin that engages in the sealing body is formed, the sealing body being elastic in comparison to the cap. The aim of the invention is to facilitate the reliable sealing of the bottle, even after repeated re-sealing, without degrading the contents, whilst retaining a comparatively simple production method and a high degree of freedom in terms of the selection of materials. To achieve this, the cap comprises a mounting for the sealing body with a smaller free cross-section than that of the sealing body. The cap is fixed to the sealing body by means of a non- positive fit between the connecting pin and the surrounding sealing body and a non-positive fit between the mounting and the sealing body;
g) a combination with a bottle plug of an easily penetrable material of an indented permanent cap, entirely incorporating the plug and engaging the mouth of the bottle, and a helical projection not rotatably connected inside the cap and extending from it to engage the plug, therefore the rotation of the cap serves to lift the plug in the neck of the bottle;
h) a filling and sealing method of a drink container is described. Drawbacks
[001 9] Considering what has been stated above and what is of public domain, we would like to point out that the single-dose bottles or containers of glass, plastic and other materials for alcoholic drinks carry no indication of the maximum blood alcohol content on an empty stomach and not, both for male and for female consumers.
[0020] From what is public domain, we also would like to point out that the single-dose bottles or containers of glass, plastic and other materials for alcoholic drinks are not provided with a composite cork or another cylindrical material for the manual uncorking of a bottle, without the aid of a corkscrew.
[0021 ] From what is public domain, we also would like to point out that the devices of composite cork or another cylindrical material for the manual uncorking of a bottle, without the aid of a corkscrew, mostly concern exclusively bottles with a threaded neck having different lengths and thread pitches with single or multiple threads.
[0022] As it is public domain, we also point out that the devices of composite cork or another cylindrical material for the manual uncorking of a bottle with a non-threaded neck, without the aid of a corkscrew, are realized by means of solutions that sometimes considerably increase the diameter of these devices and with a considerable assembly complexity and always maintaining a metal corkscrew part in the whole invention, which therefore makes these devices not usable in aircrafts. Although significantly resorting to similar solutions in the sector, these are to be considered not exhaustive and economical, and this because in principle they do not yet aim at resorting to a single-dose bottle that carries on its surface, by means of printing, etching or an adhesive label, a general indication of the blood alcohol level reached after the even partial consumption of the alcoholic drink contained therein, with a non-threaded neck, provided with a manual uncorking device without the aid of a corkscrew, which integrates a cork, common for high-quality wine and other drinks, sealed by means of a cork or another sealing material of cylindrical shape pressure-inserted into said single-dose bottle, which can be opened manually without the use of tools, such as the corkscrew.
[0023] On the other hand, as for a specifically designed combination of a single-dose bottle that carries on its surface, by means of printing, etching or an adhesive label, a general indication of the blood alcohol level reached after the consumption of the alcoholic drink contained therein and a manual uncorking device that integrates a cork for bottles with a non-threaded neck, without the aid of a corkscrew, made in its sealing part of cork or another cylindrical material, which cork or other cylindrical material is coupled to a threaded internal extractor element, made of a non-metallic composite material that is screwed inside an internally threaded external extractor element of containment, which rests and levers on the top of the neck of said bottle as it is manually rotated right or left, with respect to the threaded non-metallic internal extractor element, which is coupled to said cork or other cylindrical material, and extracts said sealing part of cork or other material from the neck of said bottle. Similar embodiments or embodiments that suggest its use in patents and in general are not to be found in the prior art. Basically, it can therefore be stated that what has been found in the prior art relates to the use of single-dose bottles or containers for alcoholic drinks that do not include the indication of the maximum blood alcohol level reached after the consumption of said drinks and devices of composite cork or another cylindrical material that are made for bottles with a neck provided with a thread and all also contain metal materials that, once separated from said devices, can be considered not suitable for the safety of aircrafts.
[0024] Considering what has been mentioned above, there is the need for companies, particularly of the sector, to find alternative solutions, more effective than the currently existing solutions. An aim of the present invention is also to avoid and solve the described drawbacks.
Short description of the invention
[0025] This and other aims are achieved by the present invention according to the characteristics as in the enclosed claims solving the above-mentioned problems by means of the realization of a single-dose bottle with a non- threaded neck, provided with a manual uncorking device without the aid of a corkscrew that integrates a cork. Said single-dose bottle carries on its surface, by means of printing, etching or an adhesive label, a general indication of the blood alcohol level reached, after the consumption of the alcoholic drink contained. Said single-dose bottle is provided with a manual uncorking device that integrates a cork for bottles with a non-threaded neck, without the aid of a corkscrew. Said composite cork and other cylindrical material is made in its sealing part by means of cork or another material, which cork or other material is coupled in at least two ways to a threaded internal extractor element, made of a non-metallic composite material. Said threaded internal extractor element, along with said cork or other material, is screwed inside an internally threaded cylindrical external extractor element of containment, whose flat lower side rests and levers on the top of the neck of said bottle as it is manually rotated right or left, with respect to said threaded internal extractor element, which is integrally coupled to said cork or other sealing material, and extracts said cork or other sealing material from the neck of said bottle.
Aims and advantages
[0026] In this way, by the considerable creative contribution the effect of which has allowed to obtain a considerable technical progress, some aims and advantages are achieved.
[0027] The first aim of the present invention was to allow the realization of a single-dose bottle of cylindrical shape with a non-threaded neck that carries on its surface, by means of printing, etching or an adhesive label, the general indication of the blood alcohol level reached on an empty stomach and not, at least after the total consumption of the alcoholic drink contained therein, provided with a manual uncorking device that integrates a cork for bottles with a non-threaded neck, without the aid of a corkscrew.
[0028] A second aim was the realization for a single-dose bottle of a manual uncorking device that integrates a cork for bottles with a non- threaded neck, without the aid of a corkscrew, made in its sealing part by means of cork or another material, which cork or other material is integrally coupled in at least two ways to a threaded internal extractor element, made of a non-metallic composite material.
[0029] A third aim consisted in realizing said threaded internal extractor element, integrally coupled to said cork or other material, which is screwed inside a closed or open cylindrical internally threaded external extractor element of containment.
[0030] A fourth aim consists of the realization of said cylindrical internally threaded external extractor element of containment, which rests with its flat lower part and levers on the top of the neck of said bottle, as it is manually rotated right or left, with respect to said threaded internal extractor element, which is integrally coupled to said cork or other sealing material, and extracts said cork or other sealing material from the neck of said bottle.
[0031 ] These and other advantages will appear from the following detailed description of preferred embodiments with the aid of the enclosed schematic drawings.
Content of the drawings
Figures 1 , 2, 3 and 4, 5, 6, and 7, 8, 9 are top section assembly views and views of the open and closed state, respectively, for at least three solutions of the single-dose cylindrical bottle that carries on its surface, by means of printing, etching or an adhesive label, a general indication of the blood alcohol level reached on an empty stomach and not, after the consumption of the alcoholic drink contained therein, joined to the parts of the manual uncorking device that integrates a cork for bottles with a non-threaded neck, without the aid of a corkscrew,
Figures 1 0, 1 1 , 1 2, 1 3 and 14, 1 5, 1 6, 1 7 are top section assembly views rotated by 90 degrees on the vertical axis, respectively, for at least two solutions of the parts of the manual uncorking device that integrates a cork for bottles with a non-threaded neck, without the aid of a corkscrew.
Practical embodiment of the invention
[0032] The object of the present invention (Figures 1 , 2, 3 and 4, 5, 6 and 7, 8, 9 and 1 0, 1 1 , 1 , 1 3, 14, 1 5, 1 6, 1 7) is a single-dose cylindrical bottle with a non-threaded neck (50) provided with a label of the alcohol level on an empty stomach and not (90) as a general indication of the blood alcohol level reached on an empty stomach and not, after the consumption of the alcoholic drink contained (55) and provided with a manual uncorking device that integrates a cork for bottles with a non-threaded neck, without the aid of a corkscrew (1 0) for the manual uncorking of said single-dose cylindrical bottle (50) with a non-threaded neck, without the aid of a corkscrew.
[0033] Said label of the alcohol level on an empty stomach and not (90) as a general indication of the blood alcohol level reached on an empty stomach and not, after the consumption of the alcoholic drink contained (55) in said single-dose bottle (50), is obtained on the basis of the alcohol content of the alcoholic drink contained (55) and of the volume of the same alcoholic drink contained (55), by means of the following formula to calculate the worst alcoholic content (90), that is to say, that on an empty stomach: TA
= (A° x V x 0.008 1 .055): (P x K), where the parameters used in said formula or algorithm are the following:
TA = Alcoholic content
A° = Alcoholic level of the drink (% Vol.)
V = volume of drink swallowed expressed in ml
P = Body weight of the person
K = diffusion coefficient of alcohol, or Widmark Formula, which is of 0.77 for males and 0.66 for females
0.008 = specific weight of pure alcohol
1 .055 = density of blood
From what has been stated, for illustrative but not exhaustive purposes, the label of the alcohol level (90) has been obtained for a content of 200 ml of wine with an alcohol by volume of 1 2.5 %. This label of the alcohol level (90) may also carry the indication of the blood alcohol level in the best situation, that is to say, with the consumption of food. From a graphical point of view the information and the values that said label (90) carries are essentially divided into three columns contiguous to each other, respectively a first column with the indication of the user's body weight to each reference of which in the adjacent columns, according to the gender, corresponds the value of the blood alcohol level reached.
[0034] Furthermore, it is a single-dose bottle of cylindrical shape, with a non-threaded neck (50) that carries on the surface of said cylindrical shape, in correspondence of the body on the surface of said bottle, means suitable to provide information on the blood alcohol level reached (90) obtained by means of printing, etching or an adhesive label or said means obtained directly raised on the surface by moulding the same bottle, in such a way as to provide the general indication, useful for the user, of the blood alcohol level reached on an empty stomach and not, after the at least partial consumption of the alcoholic drink contained therein (55). Said indication, which for example in one case can be shown graphically and numerically on a suitable adhesive support applied to the surface of the body of the bottle in a position between the shoulder and the bottom, refers to the maximum amount of drink swallowed. Alternatively, said indication can also be provided by means of the execution of raised notches vertically aligned to the body of the bottle (50) and at predetermined heights according to the amount of drink approximately swallowed, always on the surface of the bottle or using other visible and tactile references, to each of which, in relation to the partial amount of drink swallowed, synthetically corresponds a different blood alcohol level, in such a way as to provide the indication of at least three levels reached and indicated as low, medium, high, respectively. Said single-dose bottle (50) is provided with a manual uncorking device that integrates a cork for bottles with a non-threaded neck, without the aid of a corkscrew ( 1 0), for the manual uncorking of a bottle (50) with a non-threaded neck, without the aid of a corkscrew, made in its sealing part by means of cork or another sealing material (30), wherein said cork or other sealing material (30) is integrally coupled in at least two ways to a threaded internal extractor element (60, 20), made of a non-metallic composite material.
[0035] Furthermore, a single-dose bottle of cylindrical shape, with a non- threaded neck (50) that carries on the surface of said cylindrical shape, by means of printing, etching or an adhesive label (90), a general indication of the blood alcohol level reached on an empty stomach and not, after the consumption of the alcoholic drink contained (55), provided with a manual uncorking device that integrates a cork for bottles with a non-threaded neck, without the aid of a corkscrew ( 10), for the manual uncorking of a bottle (50) with a non-threaded neck, without the aid of a corkscrew, made in its sealing part by means of cork or another sealing material (30), wherein said cork or other sealing material (30) is integrally coupled, in a first way (Figures 1 -3), to a threaded internal extractor element (60) (Figures 1 0-1 3), provided with a stem (70) that enters the vertical hole (32) provided in said cork or other sealing material (30) and, by means of a horizontal hole (31 ) in said cork or other sealing material (30) which is corresponding and coaxial to a hole (71 ) situated in said stem (70) of said threaded internal extractor (60), transversely receives a locking pin (80) in such a way as to integrally join the threaded internal extractor element (60), provided with a stem (70) with the cork or other sealing material (30).
[0036] Single-dose bottle of cylindrical shape, with a non-threaded neck (50) that carries on the surface of said cylindrical shape, by means of printing, etching or an adhesive label (90), a general indication of the blood alcohol level reached on an empty stomach and not, after the consumption of the alcoholic drink contained (55), provided with a manual uncorking device that integrates a cork for bottles with a non-threaded neck, without the aid of a corkscrew ( 1 0), for the manual uncorking of a bottle (50) with a non-threaded neck, without the aid of a corkscrew, made in its sealing part by means of cork or another sealing material (30), wherein said cork or other sealing material (30) is integrally coupled, in a second way (Figures 4- 6 and 7-9), to a threaded internal extractor element (20) provided with a non-metallic helical self-drilling screw part (22) (Figures 1 4-1 7) that is screwed until locking at the centre of the flat top of the cylindrical form of the cork or other sealing material (30).
[0037] Said Figures 14-1 7 also show some alternative solutions of the manual uncorking device that integrates a cork for bottles with a non- threaded neck, without the aid of a corkscrew (1 0), for the manual uncorking of a bottle (50) with a non-threaded neck, without the aid of a corkscrew, made in its sealing part by means of cork or another sealing material (30), wherein said cork or other sealing material (30) is integrally coupled in a second way to a threaded internal extractor element (20) provided with a non-metallic helical self-drilling screw part (22) that is screwed until locking at the centre of the flat top of the cylindrical form of the cork or other sealing material (30) by means of various female seats (21 , 23) made in correspondence of the head of said threaded internal extractor element (20), such as a female seat for a flat head screwing tool (21 ) or a female seat for a hexagonal head screwing tool (23), in order to allow a rapid series assembly.
