Abstract

本发明公开了一种近正向俯视监控视频行人跟踪计数方法和装置,其中,所述方法包括:获取当前监控场景下的视频图像;将获取的视频图像与背景图像进行比较,当判定所述视频图像为前景图像时,对前景图像中的各团块进行分割以及组合,得到代表单个行人的目标团块;根据检测区内各目标团块的质心坐标,进行跟踪、计数,得到当前监控场景下的行人数量,本发明能够提高计数结果的准确率。
