EXPLICACION EXPLANATION
The present invention, as expressed in the statement of this specification, refers to a support for the musical instrument commonly called "bagpipe" which has been conceived and performed for rest and exposure.
The problem to be solved as indicated, is to have a device that optimizes the functions of rest and exposure, that is, to safeguard its physical integrity and, on the other hand, facilitate its sample and explanation of use to the public, reproducing the provision in which pipers they hold the instrument, understanding this as the most appropriate to their nature.
The device in question allows to have a support for the instrument in the musical field (scenarios) and in others such as domestic or Music schools, which facilitates their rest and collection quickly, safely and effortlessly, safeguarding their physical integrity. Additionally, it allows its exposure showing clearly its constituent elements in the same form of use, snoring supported on the shoulder, vertical bellows with the torch up and pointer hanging from the bellows, integrating with the instrument itself, without elements that distort its image.
The optimization of the device for exposing the instrument represents a substantial aesthetic advantage in its use in stages, music schools and other musical fields.
The support consists of two main parts, on the one hand a conventional folding tripod and on the other, as an object of invention to be protected, from two articulated arms at one of its ends, provided so that the tube of greater length of the bagpipe (snoring) rest on one of them properly secured, while the other arm supports the body (bellows) of the instrument. Both arms are articulated in such a way that it allows the arrangement of one inside the other facilitating the sliding of the assembly inside the tripod, all with the purpose of being able to fold the support as much as possible, positively affecting its maneuverability both in regard to its installation as its transfer. As indicated, the two arms are articulated at one of the ends by means of a pin that crosses them and is anchored in another element, allowing their opening to form the "L" of the support at an angle determined by the machining performed on the lower edge of the arm with a U profile and the design of the piece where the arms are articulated. The proposed design in turn constitutes a blocking and safety element preventing greater opening of the arms.
Swing movements of the arms in the opposite directions to the desired one are avoided by the provision of additional elements in these, heel on the arm with closed profile and extension of the arm in the open profile, in the area where it is hidden in the tube, which act as a block to the turn in the unwanted direction.
