取景模块 33设置成通过所述小尺寸窗口显示的拍摄画面进行取景。用户 通过观看该画面, 可以掌握到拍摄范围、 拍摄质量, 从而可以进行取景。
摄像模块 34设置成启动后在后台运行, 取景模块 33完成取景后, 在后 台完成拍摄过程。摄像模块 34在后台完成拍摄过程, 同样是为了使拍摄过程 不影响用户对桌面上其他功能的操作。
显示控制模块 32还设置成取景模块 33完成取景后, 在桌面上继续以所 述小尺寸窗口显示拍摄画面,或者屏蔽其显示。 由于取景模块 33已完成了取 景,在基本能保证摄像模块 34不发生移动的情况下,在拍摄过程中可以在桌 面上屏蔽拍摄画面的显示。 如果想要让用户可以随时观看到拍摄过程, 在拍 摄过程中, 也可以在桌面上继续以小尺寸窗口显示拍摄画面。
显示控制模块 32还设置成在桌面上以小尺寸窗口显示摄像模块拍摄的 画面的同时, 在桌面上显示其他操作模块, 这些其他操作模块设置成接受用 户的触发操作以执行相应功能, 这样就不会影响用户对桌面上其他功能的操 作, 可以实现多任务工作的目的。 用户对桌面上的其他功能进行操作后, 屏幕会由显示桌面转换为显示相 应界面, 显示控制模块还设置成用户触发所述其他操作模块, 屏幕显示相应 界面后, 将摄像模块的拍摄画面继续以小尺寸窗口显示在该界面上, 或者屏 蔽其显示。 将拍摄画面继续以小尺寸窗口显示在所转换到的界面上, 不但能 让用户随时观看到拍摄画面, 而且用户还可以在该界面上随时进行取景; 如 果在所转换到的界面上将拍摄画面屏蔽, 那么当用户再返回到桌面后, 在桌 面的小尺寸窗口中可以继续显示拍摄画面。
本发明实施例提供的拍摄方法和拍摄设备, 启动摄像模块后, 使其在后 台运行, 同时在桌面上以小尺寸窗口显示摄像模块拍摄的画面, 用户可通过 所述小尺寸窗口显示的拍摄画面进行取景, 完成取景后, 摄像模块在后台完 成拍摄过程。 这样用户不但能掌握拍摄范围、 拍摄质量, 还可以在不中止拍 摄过程的前提下, 操作桌面上的其他功能, 实现多任务工作的目的。 拍摄过 程中, 可以继续在桌面上以小尺寸窗口显示拍摄画面, 方便用户在桌面上随 时观看拍摄过程。用户对桌面上的其他功能进行操作后,屏幕显示相应界面, 摄像模块的拍摄画面继续以小尺寸窗口显示在该界面上, 在以便进行其他业 务功能的同时, 方便用户在桌面上随时观看拍摄过程。
明, 不能认定本发明实施例的具体实施只局限于这些说明。 对于本发明实施 例所属技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明实施例构思的前提下, 还可以做出简单推演或替换, 都应当视为属于本发明实施例的保护范围。
工业实用性 本发明实施例启动摄像模块后, 使其在后台运行, 同时在桌面上以小尺 寸窗口显示摄像模块拍摄的画面, 用户可通过所述小尺寸窗口显示的拍摄画 面进行取景, 完成取景后, 摄像模块在后台完成拍摄过程。 这样用户不但能 掌握拍摄范围、 拍摄质量, 还可以在不中止拍摄过程的前提下, 操作桌面上 的其他功能, 实现多任务工作的目的。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种拍摄方法, 包括:
启动摄像模块后, 使其在后台运行, 同时在桌面上以小尺寸窗口显示摄 像模块拍摄的画面;
通过所述小尺寸窗口显示的拍摄画面进行取景;
完成取景后, 所述摄像模块在后台完成拍摄过程。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的拍摄方法, 其中, 拍摄过程中, 继续在桌面上以 所述小尺寸窗口显示拍摄画面, 或者屏蔽其显示。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的拍摄方法, 在拍摄过程中, 还包括: 对桌面上的 其他功能进行操作。
4、如权利要求 3所述的拍摄方法, 其中,对桌面上的其他功能进行操作 后, 屏幕显示相应界面, 摄像模块的拍摄画面继续以小尺寸窗口显示在该界 面上, 或者屏蔽所述拍摄画面的显示。
5、如权利要求 1至 4任一项所述的拍摄方法, 其中, 所述摄像模块在后 台完成拍摄过程的步骤包括: 在后台完成拍照或摄像过程。
6、 一种拍摄设备, 其特征在于, 包括: 摄像控制模块、 显示控制模块、 取景模块和摄像模块, 其中,
所述摄像控制模块设置成启动摄像模块后 , 使其在后台运行;
所述显示控制模块设置成当摄像模块启动之后, 在桌面上以小尺寸窗口 显示摄像模块拍摄的画面;
所述取景模块设置成通过所述小尺寸窗口显示的拍摄画面进行取景; 所述摄像模块设置成当取景模块完成取景后, 在后台完成拍摄过程。
7、如权利要求 6所述的拍摄设备, 其中, 所述显示控制模块还设置成当 取景模块完成取景后, 在桌面上继续以所述小尺寸窗口显示拍摄画面, 或者 屏蔽所述拍摄画面的显示。
8、如权利要求 7所述的拍摄设备, 其中, 所述显示控制模块还设置成在 桌面上以小尺寸窗口显示摄像模块拍摄的画面的同时, 在桌面上显示其他操 作模块, 所述其他操作模块设置成接收用户的触发操作, 以执行相应功能。
9、如权利要求 8所述的拍摄设备, 其中, 所述显示控制模块还设置成当 所述其他操作模块被触发, 显示相应界面后, 将摄像模块的拍摄画面继续以 小尺寸窗口显示在该界面上, 或者屏蔽所述拍摄画面的显示。
10、 如权利要求 6至 9任一项所述的拍摄设备, 其中, 所述拍摄设备为 移动终端。
