为使本发明的实施例要解决的技术问题、 技术方案和优点更加清楚, 下面将结合附图及具体实施例进行详细描述。
如图 1所示, 为本发明所述的一种手写笔, 所述手写笔包括: NFC读 耳 4莫块 11、 发送模块 12和接口模块 13; 其中,
所述 NFC读取模块 11 , 通过 NFC技术获取智能卡的信息;
发送模块 12, 将所述 NFC读取模块 11获取的智能卡的信息发通过所 述接口模块 13送给商户终端;
接口模块 13, 与商户终端进行信息传输;
所述接口模块 13可以为 USB接口模块或者蓝牙模块。 手写笔与商户 终端可以通过 USB口连接, 安全性比较高; 也可以通过蓝牙等其他方式连 接。
其中, 接口模块 13可以集成在手写笔的笔头。 NFC读取模块 11和发 送模块 12可以集成在所述手写笔的笔身内。 当然, 也可以采用其他的机械 组装方式。
所述 NFC读取模块 11具体为: 通过 NFC技术, 从智能卡获取所述智 能卡的信息, 相应的, 智能卡支持 NFC技术。
或者, 所述 NFC读取模块 11具体为: 通过 NFC技术, 从用户终端获 取智能卡的信息。 相应的, 用户终端支持 NFC技术, 并且预先存储有智能 卡的信息。
所述的手写笔, 还包括:
输入模块 14, 在接收到所述商户终端的响应后, 向所述商户终端输入 用户的签字笔迹。
输入模块 14具体为: 根据用户的操作, 在所述商户终端的触摸屏或者 手写板上, 输入所述用户的签字笔迹, 从而向所述商户终端输入用户的签 字笔迹。 在该实施例中, 商户终端具有触摸屏或者手写板。
或者, 输入模块 14具体为: 所述手写笔通过 NFC技术, 从用户终端 接收所述用户的签字笔迹, 并将所述用户的签字笔迹发送给所述商户终端。 在该实施例中,用户终端支持 NFC技术,并且预先存储有用户的签字笔迹。 以下描述本发明所述的手写笔的应用场景。 本发明提出一种结合 NFC 功能的手写笔, 用户通过 NFC手写笔, 可以完成交费、 结算、签单的过程。
如图 2所示, 手写笔分为笔尖、 笔身、 笔头三部分。 在笔体内增加: 处理器、 NFC读卡器模块、 USB接口以及供电模块。 其中, 笔身集成 NFC 读卡器模块, 相当于上述的 NFC读耳 4莫块 11; 处理器相当于上述的发送模 块 12; 笔头集成 USB接口, 相当于上述的接口模块 13。
其中, NFC读卡器模块: 用于读取客户的 NFC终端或者 NFC智能卡, 以获取智能卡的信息, 并交处理器处理。
处理器:用于连接 NFC读卡器,将接收到的交易信息转发给 USB接口。
USB接口: 用于把从处理器得到的交易信息从 USB接口传到连接的商 户终端。
供电模块: 用于负责给处理器和 USB接口供电。
本发明的手写笔的笔体内置读取数据的 NFC读卡器, 配合商家现有的 终端(可以为手机或者平板电脑), 完成向银行提交数据的功能, 以完成交 易。 商家可以不更换现有终端(需要更新终端的应用程序), 并且增加手写 笔, 同时, 手写笔还具有携带方便的优点。
如图 3所示, 为本发明所述的一种交易的处理***, 包括: 手写笔 31、 商户终端 32、 服务器 33;
所述手写笔 31 , 通过 NFC技术获取智能卡的信息; 将所述智能卡的信 息发送给所述商户终端;
所述商户终端 32, 将所述智能卡的信息以及商户信息发送给所述服务 器;
所述服务器 33 , 对所述智能卡的信息以及商户信息进行信息认证。 以下描述本发明所述的交易的处理***的应用场景。
手写笔, 用于通过 USB接口供电, 将数据送到商户终端。 商户终端 (可以为手机或者平板电脑)设备做出相应的处理, 为了配 合交易, 商户终端具体为:
1、 与银行服务器建立安全连接, 并向银行服务器提交交易数据以进行 验证;
2、 显示交易详单, 并等待客户使用手写笔签单;
3、 商户终端可以包含有触摸屏或者手写板。 客户签单后, 将用户笔迹 提交给银行服务器。
银行服务器, 用于进行安全检查。
本发明还可以提供一种移动终端, 包括上述的手写笔。
如图 4所示, 为本发明所述的一种信息的处理方法的第一实施例, 包 括:
步驟 41 , 手写笔通过 NFC技术获取智能卡的信息。
步驟 42, 所述手写笔将所述智能卡的信息发送给商户终端。 该步驟中, 手写笔与商户终端可以通过 USB口连接, 安全性比较高; 也可以通过蓝牙 等其他方式连接。
步驟 41具体为: 所述手写笔通过 NFC技术, 从智能卡获取所述智能 卡的信息; 相应的, 智能卡支持 NFC技术;
或者, 步驟 41具体为: 所述手写笔通过 NFC技术, 从用户终端获取 智能卡的信息。 相应的, 用户终端支持 NFC技术, 并且预先存储有智能卡 的信息。
可选的, 步驟 42之后, 所述方法还包括:
步驟 43 , 所述手写笔接收到所述商户终端的响应后, 向所述商户终端 输入用户的签字笔迹;
步驟 43具体为: 所述手写笔根据用户的操作, 在所述商户终端的触摸 屏或者手写板上, 输入所述用户的签字笔迹, 从而向所述商户终端输入用 户的签字笔迹。 在该实施例中, 商户终端具有触摸屏或者手写板; 或者, 步驟 43具体为: 所述手写笔通过 NFC技术, 从用户终端接收 所述用户的签字笔迹, 并将所述用户的签字笔迹发送给所述商户终端。 在 该实施例中, 用户终端支持 NFC技术, 并且预先存储有用户的签字笔迹。
如图 5 所示, 为本发明所述的一种信息的处理方法的第二实施例, 包 括:
步驟 51 , 手写笔通过 NFC技术获取智能卡的信息。
步驟 52, 所述手写笔将所述智能卡的信息发送给商户终端。 该步驟中, 手写笔与商户终端可以通过 USB口连接, 安全性比较高; 也可以通过蓝牙 等其他方式连接。
步驟 53 , 所述商户终端将所述智能卡的信息以及商户信息发送给服务 器, 使所述服务器对所述智能卡的信息以及商户信息进行信息认证。
步驟 54,所述商户终端收到所述服务器返回的信息认证成功的信息后, 所述商户终端给所述手写笔发送响应消息。
步驟 55, 所述手写笔接收到所述商户终端的响应后, 向所述商户终端 输入用户的签字笔迹。
步驟 56, 所述商户终端将所述用户的签字笔迹发送给所述服务器, 使 所述服务器进行笔迹认证; 所述服务器在笔迹认证成功后, 根据从商户终 端接收的交易金额和交易方式信息, 对所述服务器中保存的所述智能卡的 账户余额和商户的账户余额分别进行处理。 具体为: 当交易方式为消费, 则所述智能卡的账户余额减少交易金额值, 商户的账户余额增加商户的账 户余额; 当交易方式为退款, 则所述智能卡的账户余额增加交易金额值; 商户的账户余额减少商户的账户余额。
上述实施中, 还包括: 商户终端给服务器发送交易金额和交易方式信 息的步驟。 该步驟可以在所述商户终端收到所述服务器返回的信息认证成 功的信息后执行该步驟; 也可以在所述服务器笔迹认证成功后执行该步驟。 如图 6所示, 为本发明所述的一种信息的处理方法的第三实施例, 包 括:
步驟 61 , 手写笔通过 NFC技术获取智能卡的信息。
步驟 62, 所述手写笔将所述智能卡的信息发送给商户终端。 该步驟中, 手写笔与商户终端可以通过 USB口连接, 安全性比较高; 也可以通过蓝牙 等其他方式连接。
步驟 63 , 所述商户终端将所述智能卡的信息以及商户信息发送给服务 器, 使所述服务器进行信息认证。
步驟 64,所述商户终端收到所述服务器返回的信息认证成功的信息后, 根据所述用户的指令, 获取所述智能卡的密码。
步驟 65 , 所述商户终端将所述智能卡的密码发送给所述服务器, 使所 述服务器进行密码认证。
步驟 66,所述商户终端收到所述服务器返回的密码认证成功的信息后, 所述商户终端给所述手写笔发送响应消息。
步驟 67 , 所述手写笔接收到所述商户终端的响应后, 向所述商户终端 输入用户的签字笔迹。
步驟 68 , 所述商户终端将所述用户的签字笔迹发送给所述服务器, 使 所述服务器进行笔迹认证; 所述服务器在笔迹认证成功后, 根据从商户终 端接收的交易金额和交易方式信息, 对所述服务器中保存的所述智能卡的 账户余额和商户的账户余额分别进行处理。
上述实施中, 还包括: 商户终端给服务器发送交易金额和交易方式信 息的步驟。 该步驟可以在所述商户终端收到所述服务器返回的信息认证成 功的信息后执行该步驟; 也可以在所述服务器笔迹认证成功后执行该步驟。 也可以在所述服务器密码认证成功后执行该步驟。 本文所述的智能卡包括但不限于金融卡、 超市的充值卡、 公交卡等。 以下描述本发明的应用场景。 该应用场景中, 智能卡为***, 服务 器为银行服务器。 所述方法包括:
首先,将手写笔的 USB接口与商户终端的 USB接口连接(也可以使用 蓝牙等其他连接方式);
然后, 手写笔扫过客户的 NFC 终端 (例如为手机或平板电脑)或者 NFC***, 手写笔内的 NFC读卡器读取客户的 NFC终端存储的*** 信息,或者手写笔内的 NFC读卡器通过读取 NFC***获取***的信息; 然后, 手写笔通过 USB接口 (也可以采用别的传输方式)传输到商户 终端;
然后, 商户终端将商户信息和***信息, 发往银行服务器(可以通 过无线方式或者有线方式), 以进行信息验证;
然后, 信息验证数据合法后, 商户终端获取用户输入的***密码, 并发给银行服务器进行验证;
然后, 密码验证数据合法后, 商户终端获取用户用手写笔在商户终端 的触摸屏或者手写板上完成的签单;
然后, 商户终端将用户签单的笔迹发送到银行服务器, 以进行笔迹验 证。
如图 7所示, 为商户终端侧接收到手写笔发送的***信息后的处理 过程, 包括如下:
首先, 商户终端将商户信息与收到的***信息, 按照与银行服务器 协商的格式和顺序, 送往银行服务器(通过无线网络或者别的传输方式), 以验证***和商户信息是否合法。 如果合法, 则继续进行以下步驟; 如 果不合法, 则结束。
然后, 商户终端获取商家输入的交易金额, 客户确认后并输入*** 密码, 商户终端获取客户输入的***密码; 商户终端将***密码和交 易金额送往银行服务器, 以验证数据是否合法。 如果合法, 则继续进行以 下步驟; 如果不合法, 则结束。
然后, 商家终端的屏幕显示商户信息、 ***信息、 消费金额和签字 区域, 客户用手写笔在签字区域签单。
然后, 商家终端将用户笔迹送往银行服务器, 以验证数据是否合法。 如果合法, 则交易结束; 如果不合法, 则交易取消。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本技术领域的普 通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明所述原理的前提下, 还可以作出若干改 进和润饰, 这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1.一种手写笔, 其特征在于, 所述手写笔包括: 近场通讯(NFC )读取 模块、 发送模块和接口模块; 其中,
所述 NFC读取模块, 用于通过 NFC技术获取智能卡的信息; 所述发送模块, 用于将所述 NFC读取模块获取的智能卡的信息通过所 述接口模块发送给所述商户终端;
接口模块, 用于与商户终端进行信息传输。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的手写笔, 其特征在于, 所述 NFC读取模块, 具体用于通过 NFC技术, 从智能卡获取所述智能卡的信息, 或者通过 NFC 技术, 从用户终端接收智能卡的信息。
3.根据权利要求 1所述的手写笔, 其特征在于, 所述手写笔还包括: 输入模块, 在收到所述商户终端的响应后, 向所述商户终端输入用户 的签字笔迹。
4.根据权利要求 1所述的手写笔, 其特征在于, 所述接口模块为通用串 行总线 (USB )接口模块或者蓝牙模块。
5.—种移动终端, 其特征在于, 包括权利要求 1至 4任一权利要求所述 的手写笔。
6.—种信息的处理方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
手写笔通过近场通讯(NFC )技术获取智能卡的信息;
所述手写笔将所述智能卡的信息发送给商户终端。
7.根据权利要求 6所述的信息的处理方法, 其特征在于, 所述手写笔通 过 NFC技术获取智能卡的信息, 为:
所述手写笔通过 NFC技术, 从智能卡获取所述智能卡的信息, 或者 所述手写笔通过 NFC技术, 从用户终端获取智能卡的信息。
8.根据权利要求 6所述的信息的处理方法, 其特征在于, 所述手写笔将 所述智能卡的信息发送给商户终端之后, 所述方法还包括:
所述手写笔收到所述商户终端的响应后, 向所述商户终端输入用户的 签字笔迹。
9.根据权利要求 8所述的信息的处理方法, 其特征在于, 所述向所述商 户终端输入用户的签字笔迹, 为,
所述手写笔根据用户的操作, 在所述商户终端的触摸屏或手写板上, 输入所述用户的签字笔迹; 或者
所述手写笔通过 NFC技术, 从用户终端获取所述用户的签字笔迹, 并 将所述用户的签字笔迹发送给所述商户终端。
10.根据权利要求 8所述的信息的处理方法, 其特征在于, 所述向所述 商户终端输入用户的签字笔迹之后, 所述方法还包括:
所述商户终端将所述用户的签字笔迹发送给服务器, 使所述服务器进 行笔迹认证;
所述服务器在笔迹认证成功后, 根据商户终端发来的交易金额和交易 方式信息, 对所述服务器中保存的所述智能卡的账户余额和商户的账户余 额分别进行处理。
