移动支付的实现方法及装置 技术领域 本发明涉及移动通信领域, 具体而言, 涉及一种移动支付的实现方法及装置。 背景技术 近年来, 随着互联网技术及移动通信技术的飞速发展, 特别是智能手机的快速发 展, 极大地推动了移动支付产业的迅速崛起, 来自产业相关的各方不断推出灵活多样 的创新型移动支付服务, 在社会生活中产生了巨大的影响。 所谓移动支付是指交易双方为了某种货物或者业务, 通过移动终端设备进行商业 交易, 移动支付所使用的移动终端可以是手机、 个人数字助理 (Personal Digital Assistant , 简称为 PDA)、 移动个人计算机 (Personal Computer, 简称为 PC) 等。 但是, 移动支付整个产业链和价值链复杂, 涉及行业和服务商众多, 包括移动运 营商、 移动设备商、 支付服务商 (如银行、 银联)、 应用提供商 (公交、 校园、 公共事 业等)、 终端用户等。 目前在移动支付领域, 由于价值链的分配问题, 各方都想争夺移 动支付产业链的主导权, 以期获得整个价值链的主导权。 目前主流的移动支付有: 近 场通信 (又称为近距离无线通信, Near Field Communication, 简称为 NFC)-用户识别 模块 (Subscriber Identity Module, 简称为 SIM)、 独立 NFC终端、 智能 SD卡等, 即 可以通过手机 SIM卡、 独立 NFC芯片、 智能 SD卡等不同载体实现移动支付。 但是, 由于移动支付本身涉及的产业链现状, 现行的方案也存在一些自身缺点: 一是对用户的限制,比如 NFC-SIM,由于涉及到移动运营商和支付服务商之间的利益, 该方向发展缓慢; 二是对终端有所限制, 比如智能 SD卡方案, 由于对 SD卡的依赖较 强, 特别是随着现行存储器行业的成本降低, 外置 SD卡的移动终端数量有所下降。 针对相关技术中的上述问题, 目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。 发明内容 针对相关技术中, 现有的移动支付方案对用户和终端存在限制等技术问题, 本发 明实施例提供了一种移动支付的实现方法及装置, 以至少解决上述问题。 根据本发明的一个实施例, 提供了一种移动支付的实现方法, 通过安装于移动终 端中的金融智能卡实现, 所述方法包括: 所述金融智能卡获取其在与外界阅读器进行 交易时产生的支付信息; 所述金融智能卡将所述支付信息通过移动终端发送至银联结 算***进行支付处理。 优选地, 所述金融智能卡将所述支付信息通过移动终端发送至银联结算***进行 支付处理之前, 包括: 所述金融智能卡对所述支付信息进行加密处理。 优选地, 所述金融智能卡将所述支付信息通过移动终端发送至银联结算***进行 支付处理, 包括: 所述银联结算***将所述支付信息发送至所述金融智能卡的发卡行 ***进行验证, 并在验证通过后向所述移动终端反馈用于指示授权支付的信息。 根据本发明的再一个实施例, 提供了一种移动支付的实现方法, 通过安装有金融 智能卡的移动终端实现, 所述方法包括: 所述移动终端接收来自所述金融智能卡的支 付信息, 其中, 所述支付信息为所述金融智能卡与外界阅读器进行交易时产生的支付 信息; 所述移动终端将所述支付信息发送至银联结算***进行交易支付。 优选地, 所述移动终端接收来自所述金融智能卡的支付信息之前, 包括: 所述金 融智能卡对所述支付信息进行加密处理。 优选地, 所述金融智能卡将所述交易信息通过移动终端发送至银联结算***进行 支付处理, 包括: 所述银联结算***将所述支付信息发送至所述金融智能卡的发卡行 ***进行验证, 并在验证通过后向所述移动终端反馈授权支付的信息。 优选地, 所述银联结算***将所述支付信息发送至所述金融智能卡的发卡行*** 进行验证之前, 包括: 所述银联结算***对所述支付信息进行加密处理。 根据本发明的再一个实施例, 提供了一种移动支付的实现装置, 通过安装于移动 终端中的金融智能卡实现, 所述装置包括: 获取模块, 设置为获取在所述金融智能卡 与外界阅读器进行交易时产生的支付信息; 发送模块, 设置为将所述支付信息通过移 动终端发送至银联结算***进行支付处理 优选地, 上述装置包括: 加密模块, 设置为对所述支付信息进行加密处理。 根据本发明的又一个实施例, 提供一种移动支付的实现装置, 通过安装有金融智 能卡的移动终端实现, 所述装置包括: 接收模块, 设置为接收来自所述金融智能卡的 支付信息, 其中, 所述支付信息为所述金融智能卡与外界阅读器进行交易时产生的支 付信息; 发送模块, 设置为将所述支付信息发送至银联结算***进行交易支付。 通过本发明, 利用金融智能卡获取与外界阅读器进行交易时产生的支付信息, 并 将该支付信息发送至银联结算***进行支付处理的技术手段, 解决了相关技术中, 现 有的移动支付方案对用户和终端存在限制等技术问题, 进而可以实现移动支付方式由 银联主导的而不受移动运营商约束的效果。 附图说明 此处所说明的附图用来提供对本发明的进一步理解, 构成本申请的一部分, 本发 明的示意性实施例及其说明用于解释本发明, 并不构成对本发明的不当限定。 在附图 中- 图 1为根据本发明实施例的移动支付的实现方法的流程图; 图 2为根据本发明实施例的移动支付的实现装置的结构框图; 图 3为根据本发明实施例的移动支付的实现装置的另一结构框图; 图 4为根据本发明实施例的另一移动支付的实现方法的流程图; 图 5为根据本发明实施例的另一移动支付的实现装置的结构框图; 图 6为根据本发明优选实施例的非接触式移动支付方法的流程图; 图 Ί为根据本发明实施例的金融智能卡的结构示意图; 图 8为根据本发明实施例的金融智能卡的另一结构示意图; 图 9为根据本发明优选实施例的移动终端的结构示意图; 图 10为根据本发明优选实施例的金融智能卡的结构示意图; 图 11为根据本发明实施例的近场通信天线的结构示意图; 图 12为根据本发明优选实施例的金融智能卡与近场通信天线连接方式示意图。 具体实施方式 下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。 需要说明的是, 在不冲突的 情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。 考虑到相关技术中的移动支付方案存在对用户和终端的诸多限制等问题, 以下实 施例主要从以下角度出发, 提供了相应的解决方案: 各银行通过银联跨行交易清算系 统(即银联结算***), 实现了***间的互联互通, 进而使银行卡得以跨银行、跨地区 和跨镜使用。 在移动支付领域, 移动终端是其重要载体, 相对于移动运营商, 银联有 一套完整的清算***, 因此, 充分利用移动终端的现有特点, 减少移动支付产业链中 的移动运营商的关键性要素, 移动支付产业的复杂度相对减小。 图 1为根据本发明实施例的移动支付的实现方法的流程图。 本实施例中的方法通 过安装于移动终端中的金融智能卡实现, 如图 1所示, 该方法包括: 步骤 S102, 金融智能卡获取其在与外界阅读器进行交易时产生的支付信息; 步骤 S104,金融智能卡将上述支付信息通过移动终端发送至银联结算***进行支 付处理。 通过上述各个处理步骤, 由于金融智能卡可以与外界阅读器进行通信 (可以为近 场无线通信), 从而获取到交易时产生的支付信息, 并利用移动终端将该支付信息发送 至银联结算***进行支付处理, 因此, 从根本上避免了对用户及终端的诸多限制, 并 且实现了移动支付方式由银联主导的而不受移动运营商约束。 其中, 金融智能卡又称为金融 IC卡或芯片银行卡, 是以芯片作为介质的银行卡。 芯片卡容量大, 可以存储密钥、 数字证书、 指纹等信息, 其工作原理类似于微型计算 机, 能够同时处理多种功能, 为持卡人提供一卡多用的便利。 金融 IC卡是由商业银行
(信用社) 或支付机构发行的, 采用集成电路技术, 遵循金融行业标准, 具有消费信 用、 转账结算、 现金存取全部或部分金融功能, 可以具有其他商业服务和社会管理功 能的金融工具。 为了加强支付过程中的安全性, 在金融智能卡将支付信息通过移动终端发送至银 联结算***进行支付处理之前, 金融智能卡可以对上述支付信息进行加密处理。 在本实施例中, 金融智能卡将支付信息通过移动终端发送至银联结算***进行支 付处理可以表现为以下形式: 银联结算***将上述支付信息发送至金融智能卡的发卡 行***进行验证, 并在验证通过后向移动终端反馈用于指示授权支付的信息。 在该处 理过程中, 为了进一步加强支付过程的安全性, 银联结算***可以在向发卡行***发 送上述支付信息之前, 对上述支付信息再次进行加密处理。 为了进一步加强支付过程中的安全性, 在银联结算***将所述支付信息发送至金 融智能卡的发卡行***进行验证之前, 还可以对上述支付信息进行加密处理。 在本实施例中还提供了一种移动支付的实现装置, 该装置通过安装于所述移动终 端中的金融智能卡实现, 即可以位于金融智能卡中, 用于实现上述实施例及优选实施 方式, 已经进行过说明的不再赘述, 下面对该装置中涉及到的模块进行说明。 如以下 所使用的, 术语"模块"可以实现预定功能的软件和 /或硬件的组合。 尽管以下实施例所 描述的装置较佳地以软件来实现, 但是硬件, 或者软件和硬件的组合的实现也是可能 并被构想的。 图 2为根据本发明实施例的移动支付的实现装置的结构框图。 如图 2所 示, 该装置包括: 获取模块 20,连接至发送模块 22, 设置为获取在金融智能卡与外界阅读器进行交 易时产生的支付信息; 发送模块 22, 设置为将支付信息通过移动终端发送至银联结算***进行支付处 理。 通过上述各个模块实现的功能, 同样可以从根本上避免了对用户及终端的诸多限 制, 并且实现了移动支付方式由银联主导的而不受移动运营商约束。 在本实施例中, 为了加强支付过程的安全性, 如图 3所述, 上述装置还可以包括 但不限于: 加密模块 24, 与发送模块 22连接, 设置为对上述支付信息进行加密处理。 正如上面所述, 本实施例中涉及到的上述各个模块既可以通过软件来实现, 也可 以通过相应地硬件来实现。 例如, 上述各个模块均可以处在处理器中, 例如: 上述各 个模块均处于一个处理器中: 一种处理器, 包括: 上述获取模块 20, 上述发送模块 22 和 /或加密模块 24; 或者上述各个模块分别处于一个对应的处理器中: 上述获取模块 20, 位于第一处理器中, 上述发送模块 22位于第二处理器中, 和 /或上述加密模块 24 位于三第处理器中, 或者, 上述三个模块中的其中两个模块位于一个处理器中, 剩余 的另一个模块位于另外一个处理器中。 图 4为根据本发明实施例的另一移动支付的实现方法的流程图。 该方法通过安装 有金融智能卡的移动终端实现, 如图 4所示, 该方法包括: 步骤 S402, 移动终端接收来自金融智能卡的支付信息, 其中, 该支付信息为金融 智能卡与外界阅读器进行交易时产生的支付信息; 步骤 S404, 移动终端将上述支付信息发送至银联结算***进行交易支付。 同样地, 为了加强支付过程的安全性, 在移动终端接收来自金融智能卡的支付信 息之前, 金融智能卡对支付信息进行加密处理。 并且, 金融智能卡将交易信息通过移动终端发送至银联结算***进行支付处理, 可以表现为以下形式: 银联结算***将支付信息发送至金融智能卡的发卡行***进行 验证, 并在验证通过后向移动终端反馈授权支付的信息。 为了实现图 4中的方法, 本实施例还一种移动支付的实现装置, 该装置通过安装 有金融智能卡的移动终端实现, 如图 5所示, 该装置包括: 接收模块 50, 连接至发送模块 52, 设置为接收来自所述金融智能卡的支付信息, 其中, 该支付信息为所述金融智能卡与外界阅读器进行交易时产生的支付信息; 发送模块 52, 设置为将上述支付信息发送至银联结算***进行交易支付。 为了更好地理解上述实施例中的支付过程, 以下结合上述实施例的优选实施例详 细说明。 以下优选实施例的主要设计思想在于, 利用现有的多卡 (例如双卡) 智能移 动终端上的 SIM卡槽接口, 通过使用金融智能卡 (即上述金融智能卡), 通过现有的 通信协议, 实现金融智能卡与智能移动终端间的通信, 并借助移动终端基本的无线通 信功能实现消费者的移动支付业务。 同时,可以实现这种移动支付业务仅由银联主导, 而不受制于移动通信运营商, 提高移动支付业务的安全性。 图 6为根据本发明优选实施例的非接触式移动支付方法的流程图。 如图 6所示, 该方法包括: 步骤 S602, 发卡行根据用户提供的信息, 将用户信息存储在带有安全芯片和通信 模块的金融智能卡中; 步骤 S604, 用户将移动终端与 POS机等终端靠近, 通过移动终端的近场天线与 POS机等终端进行近场通讯 步骤 S606, 金融智能卡通过其内置的通信模块与移动终端建立通信; 步骤 S608, 移动终端通过其无线通信功能与银联结算***建立通信; 步骤 S610, 金融智能卡通过其内部安全芯片对移动支付信息进行金融加密; 步骤 S612,移动终端将金融智能卡加密后的移动支付信息通过移动终端发送给银 联结算***; 步骤 S614,银联结算***将获得的金融智能卡加密信息和交易信息再加密发给发 卡行***进行验证, 完成移动支付。 在本实施例中, 还提供了一种金融智能卡, 如图 7所示, 该金融智能卡包括: 第一通信模块 70, 与外界阅读器进行耦合连接, 设置为将与外界阅读器进行交易 时产生的支付信息发送至移动终端。 优选地, 如图 8所示, 上述金融智能卡还可以包括: 安全芯片 72, 与第一通信模 块 70进行连接,设置为将支付信息进行加密,并将加密后的支付信息发送至移动终端。 如图 10所示, 金融智能卡的形状与移动终端中的 SIM卡卡槽相适应, 即金融智 能卡形状与 SIM卡形状相同。 在本实施例中,还提供了一种移动终端,该移动终端包括: 至少两个 SIM卡卡槽, 以上实施例中所述的金融智能卡, 该金融智能卡安装于至少两个 SIM卡卡槽中的其中 一个 SIM卡卡槽。 为了更好地理解上述实施例, 以下结合图 9详细说明。 如图 9所示,该移动终端包括:金融智能卡(Finance Smart Card)90、天线(Antenna) 92、 应用处理器 (Application Processor, 简称为 AP) 94、 调制解调器 (Modem) 96、 SIM 卡 (Card) 98等。
( 1 ) 金融智能卡 90, 一种基于 IS07816传输协议的金融智能卡。 与普通的金融 IC卡相比, 外观上与移动终端 SIM卡相似, 同时, 如图 10所示, 该金融智能卡包括 新增的: 通讯模块 100 (相当于第一通信模块 70) 和安全芯片 102, 用来完成在线支 付、 存储金融数据、 密钥等敏感信息。
(2) 天线 92: 包括设置为近场通信的环状天线和移动终端空口通信天线。 其中 用于近场通信的环状天线, 其频率工作在 13.56MHz, 完成与 POS机等终端机的移动 支付交易。 移动终端空口通信天线为现有智能移动终端普通天线, 如工作在 CDMA、 WCDMA、 TD-SCDMA或 LTE等制式的终端天线, 完成与银联服务器之间的移动支 付通信业务功能。 近场通信天线的结构可以参见图 11所示。
( 3 ) 应用处理器 94, 运行开放式操作***, 负责整个***的控制。 除现有智能 手机一般应用处理器功能外, 还支持与金融智能卡进行交互的特定接口, 如 IS07816 接口、 USB接口、 安全工作压力 (Single Wire Protocol, 简称为 SWP) 接口等。 (4) 调制解调器 96: 手机语音通话和数据业务的重要模块, 主要完成语音信号 的 A/D转换、 D/A转换、 数字语音信号的编解码、 信道编解码和无线 modem部分的 时序控制等。 与天线结合, 实现移动终端和基站空口无线通信功能。
(5 ) SIM卡 98: 内部存储了移动终端客户的信息, 加密的密钥以及用户的电话 簿等内容, 可供移动网络客户身份进行鉴别, 并对客户通话时的语音信息进行加密。 移动支付过程中, 当用户使用带金融智能卡的移动终端进行消费和支付时, 由近 场通信天线和 POS机等终端机进行非接触式近场无线通信,产生一个被调制用来通信 的射频场, 能通过耦合给金融智能卡传送功率, 完成数据传送。 该天线频率工作在
13.56MHz, 与移动终端金融智能卡相连, 图 12示出了金融智能卡外观及与近场通信 天线连接方式。搭载有近场通信天线的金融智能卡移动终端与 POS机等阅读机之间的 信息交互满足 IS014443非接触式 IC卡标准协议。 承载用户信息和密钥以及近场通信所需通信模块的金融智能卡需要插在移动终端 的卡槽上。 金融智能卡和相应的卡槽与一般的 SIM卡和卡槽无本质上的区别, 只需比 一般 6 pin脚的 SIM卡多两个近场通信的接触 pin。 图 12示出了金融智能卡对应的 8 pin,该金融智能卡大小与一般移动终端的 SIM卡一致。本实施例所使用的这种新型金 融智能卡, 与现行普通银行卡或金融智能卡相比, 除外形上差别外, 在内部功能上还 有所区别。 其内部集成了一个专用安全芯片, 用来存储金融数据、 密钥等敏感信息, 同时其新增了用户移动支付时所付的通讯模块。 该通讯模块支持一些通用的接口, 如 IS07816、 SWP、 USB接口等。 同时, 新增的通讯模块并不影响金融智能卡的安全性 能。 金融智能卡的结构可以参见图 10所示。
AP负责处理移动支付交易过程中的相关信息并进行传送。 一方面通过专用接口, 如 IS07816和金融智能卡进行通讯和数据和信令传送, 另一方面, 与移动终端 Modem 进行数据传送, 并通过移动终端天线完成空口通信, 与金融***服务器建议链接, 完 成移动支付交易过程中的身份验证和交易记录。 本实施例利用目前移动终端现有的 SIM卡槽, 使用特定的与现行金融***融合的 金融智能卡, 并利用移动终端的基本通信功能, 完成移动支付交易。 为了更好地理解上述实施例中上述支付过程中移动终端和金融智能卡的动作, 以 下结合一种移动支付***详细说明。 一种非接触式移动支付***包括: 带 SIM卡槽的智能移动终端、 金融智能卡、 近 场通信天线、 银联结算***、 发卡行***以及 POS机终端***等。 移动终端近场通信 天线一方面与 P0S机终端***通过 IS014443协议进行近场通讯, 同时, 近场通讯天 线与金融智能卡连接, 完成交易信息传送。 金融智能卡通过包括但不限于 IS07816接 口、 SWP接口、 USB接口等与智能移动终端应用处理器***相连, 通过相关接口协议 完成移动支付过程中的信令交互和信息传输。 移动终端的应用处理器***和 Modem ***以及移动终端天线与银联结算***连接, 银联结算***与发卡行***连接。 其中 移动终端与银联结算***主要完成移动支付过程中的数据传输和信令交互, 可以是智 能移动终端的基本通信功能, 也可以是 WiFi无线通信***,还可以是移动终端自带的 其他具有无线通信功能的子***等。 其中, 金融智能卡的安全芯片功能单元用于对移 动支付用户信息和移动支付交易信息进行加密, 通信模块主要功能是完成与移动终端 的信息和信令传输。 综上所述, 上述实施例实现了以下有益效果: 采用上述实施例可以实现由银联主 导的, 银行参与, 不受移动运营商约束, 用户可以自由选择移动运营商网络和移动终 端实现移动支付业务。金融智能卡的发卡与现行银行发卡流程基本相同,可操作性强; 发卡机构仍保持发卡主导权, 掌握用户信息; 在发卡营销与管理上, 银联和银行现有 组织架构与流程无需调整; 在卡片订购与生产上, 银联和银行现有制卡方式与流程无 需调整。 同时, 由于金融智能卡能够与智能移动终端进行数据交互, 还可以通过接入 银联可信服务管理*** TSM对金融智能卡进行银行卡申请、下载、挂失、解挂等管理 操作, 也可以连接到银行的手机银行进行账户管理等操作, 还可以连接到银联的移动 商圈进行远程消费、空中圈存或者 连接银联的持卡人服务平台享受银联提供的*** 还款、 公共事业缴费、 优惠券、 积分等持卡人服务业务。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用 的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布在多个计算装置所 组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现, 从而, 可以 将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 并且在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处 的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤, 或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将 它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任 何特定的硬件和软件结合。 以上仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技术人 员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的任何 修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
