当前, 广播组播(Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service, 简称画 S) 业务被广泛的应用于长期演进(Long Term Evolution,简称 LTE) ***中。 广 播组播业务可以通过广播的方式将相同的业务数据向一个或多个小区下的所 有用户进行发送,由此节省信令开销。用户通过广播组播业务中心( Broadcast Multicast Service Centre, 简称 BMSC)获取用户业务描述 ( User Service Description, 简称 USD), 该 USD中包含用户可选择的 MBMS业务的开始时间 (start time )、 业务持续时间 (duration), MBMS业务区标识列表( MBMS SAI list )和播放该 MBMS业务的一个或多个频率。 MBMS业务区标识列表用于指示 MBMS业务广播的范围。
目前, 业界急需一种保证 MBMS业务连续性的方案, 以实现用户设备接收 MBMS业务的连续性和准确性。 发明内容
本发明的实施例提供一种上报业务指示消息的方法、 装置及***, 可以 保证 MBMS业务的连续性, 提高 MBMS切换的准确性。

所述五种场景包括:

基站的 MBMS辅助信息中包含基站支持的 MBMS频率。 如前所述, 当 MBMS 业务同时满足 A )用户设备感兴趣、 B )用户设备有能力接收该 MBMS 业务的 MBMS频率以及 C )基站支持该 MBMS业务的 MBMS频率这三个条件时, 用户设 备能够接收该 MBMS业务。 即用户设备在 MBMS兴趣指示中上报的 MBMS频率必 须同时为用户设备感兴趣的 MBMS业务对应的 MBMS频率、 用户设备有能力接 收的 MBMS频率以及基站 MBMS辅助信息中包含的 MBMS频率。 其中, 用户设备 感兴趣的 MBMS业务(或者在后续表述为用户设备感兴趣的 MBMS频率) 为所 述用户设备定制的 MBMA业务, 或者由用户设置的具有用户接收期望的 MBMS 业务。 其中, 所述用户设备定制的 MBMA业务, 可以为运营商为用户设备预定 制的 MBMS业务。 例如, 对于联通的用户设备, 联通的 MBMS业务即为联通用 户设备感兴趣的 MBMS业务, 而电信的 MBMS业务则不为联通用户设备感兴趣 的 MBMS业务。 所述由用户设置的具有用户接收期望的 MBMS业务可以为用户 设备接收的由用户根据个人爱好选择的 MBMS业务。 影响用户设备接收能力的 因素包括但不限于: 用户设备能够接收的 MBMS频率范围、 功率放大能力、 功 放均衡能力以及基带处理能力。 在本发明后续各实施例中关于用户感兴趣的 MBMS业务以及用户设备能够接收的 MBMS业务的定义, 请参照上述相应定义, 后续不再重复说明。
当上述五种场景中的任意一种场景发生时, 可能会导致用户设备可以选 择的 MBMS频率范围发生改变。具体的: 在场景 1 )中,修改 MBMS辅助信息后, MBMS辅助信息中基站支持的 MBMS频率的范围会发生变化,由此导致用户设备 可选择的 MBMS频率范围相应发生变化。 在场景 2 )和场景 3 ) 中, 用户设备 切换或 RRC重建到的新基站所支持的 MBMS频率范围 (即 MBMS辅助信息), 与 切换或 RRC重建前用户设备所属的基站(后续称为源基站)所支持的 MBMS频 率范围 (即 MBMS辅助信息 )可能不同, 或者源基站不支持 MBMS业务, 由此 导致用户设备可选择的 MBMS频率范围可能相应发生变化。 此外, 用户设备在 切换或 RRC 重建到新基站后, 用户设备连接新基站小区的频率也可能会发生 变化, 导致用户设备能够接收的 MBMS频率范围 (即用户设备的接收能力)可 能发生相应变化, 由此同样导致用户设备可选择的 MBMS频率范围可能相应发 生变化。 在场景 4 )和场景 5 ) 中, 当用户设备的载波设置被修改或者用户设 备感兴趣的 MBMS业务结束需要删除感兴趣的 MBMS频率时, 用户设备能够接 收的 MBMS频率范围 (即用户设备的接收能力)会发生变化, 由此导致用户设 备可选择的 MBMS频率范围相应发生变化。
上述用户设备可选 MBMS频率范围发生改变包括: MBMS辅助信息中基站支 持的 MBMS频率数量的增减, 以及用户设备能够接收的 MBMS频率数量的增减。 当增加基站支持的 (或用户设备能够接收的 ) MBMS频率时, 如果按照原 MBMS 兴趣指示对用户设备进行 MBMS切换, 则用户设备无法接收新增 MBMS频率上 承载的 MBMS 业务。 当删除基站支持的 (或用户设备能够接收的) 某些 MBMS 频率时, 如果删除 MBMS频率包含于原 MBMS兴趣指示中, 则按照原 MBMS兴趣 指示对用户设备进行 MBMS切换, 会导致 MBMS切换错误 (即无法将用户设备 MBMS切换到删除的 MBMS频率所在的小区中, 或者根据删除的 MBMS频率将用 户设备 MBMS切换到无关的小区中)。 由此, 在上述五种场景中, 原 MBMS兴趣 指示失效, 需要用户设备重新上报 MBMS兴趣指示。
需要说明的是, 上述五种场景的发生并不是用户设备可选 MBMS频率范围 发生变化的充分条件, 例如在场景 2 )或场景 3 ) 中, 如果源基站和新基站的 MBMS辅助信息相同, 并且在切换或 RRC重建后, 用户设备的接收能力也未发 生变化, 则用户设备可选的 MBMS频率范围不会改变。 但这并不会对上述五种 场景中用户设备重新上报 MBMS兴趣指示产生影响, 即在上述五种场景中, 当 用户设备可选 MBMS频率范围未发生变化时, 也可以执行步骤 101。

在 LTE***中, 如果基站支持 MBMS业务的连续性, 则会在用户设备所在 小区的***信息中广播 MBMS辅助信息, 所述 MBMS辅助信息包括该小区和所 有支持 MBMS业务连续性的邻区中可以广播的 MBMS业务的 MBMS业务区标识和 频率。 处于 RRC连接态的用户设备在 USD中查找用户设备感兴趣的 MBMS业务 所对应的 MBMS业务标识和业务使用频率, 将查找到的 MBMS业务标识和业务 使用频率与 MBMS辅助信息进行对比, 判断是否能够在本小区或邻区中接收该 用户设备感兴趣的 MBMS业务。 如果能够在本小区或邻区接收该用户设备感兴 趣的 MBMS业务, 则用户设备向基站报告用户设备感兴趣的 MBMS业务频率, 以便基站在切换判决时优先将用户设备 MBMS切换到该 MBMS频率所在的小区, 以保证用户设备连续接收感兴趣的 MBMS业务。 通常, 当用户设备进入 RRC连 接态或用户修改感兴趣的 MBMS业务时, 用户设备向基站发送 MBMS兴趣指示, 在该 MBMS兴趣指示中携带用户感兴趣并且能够接收的 MBMS业务频率。
当 MBMS辅助信息中 MBMS业务频率的种类或数量发生变化导致用户可选 频率的数量发生变化时, 或者用户设备的接收能力发生变化导致用户设备可 以接收的 MBMS业务频率发生变化时, 用户设备不会修改并上报新的 MBMS兴 趣指示。 基站仍旧按照原有 MBMS兴趣指示中的 MBMS业务频率为用户设备选 择 MBMS切换策略, 会造成 MBMS切换错误。
本发明实施例提供的上报业务指示消息的方法, 能够在 MBMS辅助信息更 改、 切换、 RRC重建、 感兴趣的 MBMS业务结束以及修改载波配置的场景中, 由用户设备向基站上 "^ MBMS兴趣指示, 由此能够在上述场景中, 当可选 MBMS 频率的范围发生变化时, 避免基站根据原 MBMS兴趣指示对用户设备进行错误 MBMS切换, 可以保证 MBMS业务的连续性。

源基站发送的切换请求中未携带用户设备的原 MBMS兴趣指示至少包括两 种情况:
a ) 源基站未接收过用户设备上报的原 MBMS兴趣指示。
b ) 源基站接收过用户设备上报的原 MBMS兴趣指示, 但未在所述切换请 求中添加该原 MBMS兴趣指示。
2 ) 当源基站发送的切换请求中携带有用户设备的原 MBMS兴趣指示时, 并且新基站的 MBMS辅助信息中至少有一个 MBMS频率不包含于所述原 MBMS兴 趣指示中时, 执行步骤 303。
例如, 新基站的 MBMS辅助信息中包含 f l、 f 2和 f 3三个 MBMS频率, 原 MBMS兴趣指示中包含 f l和 f 2两个 MBMS频率,则由于 f 3不包含于原 MBMS兴 趣指示中, 新基站执行步骤 303。
需要说明的是, 情况 2 )并不考虑原 MBMS兴趣指示包含新基站 MBMS辅助 信息中未包含的 MBMS频率。 例如, 原 MBMS兴趣指示中包含 f l、 f 2、 f 3和 f4 四个 MBMS频率, 虽然 f4不包含于新基站的 MBMS辅助信息中, 但是原 MBMS 兴趣指示中包含 f l、 f 2和 f 3 , 所以新基站不执行步骤 303。

当用户设备发现用户设备感兴趣的 MBMS业务对应的会话从 MBMS控制信 i ( MBMS Control Channel , 简称 MCCH ) 中被删除, 并且该 MBMS业务的业务 持续时间超过 USD中描述的该 MBMS业务的业务持续时间时, 用户设备判断该 MBMS业务结束。 用户设备进一步判断承载该 MBMS业务的 MBMS频率(待删除 MBMS频率 )上是否还承载其他感兴趣的 MBMS业务, 如果未承载其他感兴趣的 MBMS业务, 则用户设备删除原 MBMS兴趣指示中的待删除 MBMS频率, 或者删 除原 MBMS兴趣指示中的待删除 MBMS频率以及结束的 MBMS业务所对应的 MBMS 业务标识, 由此形成新的 MBMS兴趣指示, 然后用户设备将新的 MBMS兴趣指 示上报给基站, 基站接收新的 MBMS兴趣指示。
5 )在用户设备的载波配置被修改的场景中, 针对三种修改载波配置的方 式, 本发明实施例分别提供了下述三种基站获取 MBMS兴趣指示的方式:
A ) 当基站删除用户设备的辅载波时, 连接该辅载波的接收射频链就可以 连接 MBMS载波, 由此用户设备的接收能力得到提高, 能够接收该 MBMS载波 承载的 MBMS业务。 例如, 用户设备具有两个接收射频链 cl和 c2,。 其中 cl 用于连接小区单播主载波, c2用于连接小区单播辅载波。 当用户设备删除 c2 上的单播辅载波之后, c2就可以用于连接 MBMS载波, 此时用户设备可以接收 MBMS载波上承载的 MBMS业务。 此时, 需要用户设备根据基站的 MBMS辅助信 息、 删除辅载波之后用户设备的接收能力以及用户设备的兴趣向基站上报 MBMS兴趣指示。
B ) 当基站添加用户设备的辅载波时, 连接 MBMS 载波的接收射频链需要 连接该辅载波, 由此用户设备的接收能力下降, 无法接收该 MBMS载波承载的 MBMS业务。 例如, 用户设备具有两个接收射频链 cl和 c2,。 其中 cl用于连 接小区单播主载波, c2用于连接 MBMS载波。 当用户设备在 c2上添加单播辅 载波之后, c2就无法用于连接 MBMS载波, 此时用户设备无法接收 MBMS载波 上承载的 MBMS业务。 此时, 需要用户设备根据基站的 MBMS辅助信息、 添加 辅载波之后用户设备的接收能力以及用户设备的兴趣向基站上报 MBMS兴趣指 示。
C ) 当基站修改(增加或减少)用户设备的载波带宽时, MBMS载波能够承 载的 MBMS频率范围会发生变化, 由此导致用户设备接收 MBMS频率的接收能 力发生变化。 此时, 需要用户设备根据基站的 MBMS辅助信息、 修改载波带宽 后用户设备的接收能力以及用户设备的兴趣向基站上报 MBMS兴趣指示。
所述基站修改用户设备的载波带宽包括: 修改单播主载波带宽、 修改单 播辅载波带宽以及修改 MBMS载波带宽三种修改方式。 由于用户设备的总带宽 不变, 所以对单播主载波带宽和单播辅载波带宽的修改也会改变 MBMS的载波 带宽, 从而改变用户设备的接收能力。
在上述 A )、 B )和 C )三种修改载波配置的方式中, 用户设备根据基站的 辅助信息、 删除辅载波、 添加辅载波或修改载波带宽后用户设备的接收能力 以及用户设备的兴趣向所述基站上报所述 MBMS兴趣指示, 具体为: 用户设备 在 USD中查找用户设备感兴趣的 MBMS业务对应的 MBMS业务标识和 /或 MBMS 频率, 在选择出的 MBMS业务标识和 /或 MBMS频率中进一步选择删除辅载波、 添加辅载波或修改载波带宽后用户设备的接收能力能够接收的 MBMS频率, 接 着在用户设备接收能力能够接收的 MBMS频率中进一步查找基站的 MBMS辅助 信息中同时包含的 MBMS频率, 由此得到所述 MBMS兴趣指示。
在本发明实施例的一个应用场景中, 用户设备的接收能力可以接收 f i、 f2、 f 3和 f4这四个 MBMS频率, 基站的原 MBMS辅助信息包括 f l、 f 2和 f 3三 个 MBMS频率,用户设备上报的原 MBMS兴趣指示包括 f 1、 f 2和 f 3这三个 MBMS 频率。 当基站的 MBMS辅助信息被修改为包括 f 2、 f 3和 f4这三个 MBMS频率 时, 用户设备上报的新 MBMS兴趣指示中只包括 f 2、 f 3和 f4这三个 MBMS频 率, 其中, 新 MBMS兴趣指示中减少了 Π (由于修改后的 MBMS辅助信息不支 持 f l ), 增加了 f4 (修改后的 MBMS辅助信息可以支持 f 4 )。 基站就不会根据 原 MBMS兴趣指示中的 f l将用户设备 MBMS切换到错误的小区中, 同时, 用户 设备还可以选择 f4上承载的 MBMS业务。
在本发明实施例的另一个应用场景中, 用户设备从不支持 MBMS业务的源 基站切换到支持 MBMS业务的新基站中, 新基站的 MBMS辅助信息中包括 f l、 f2和 f 3这三个 MBMS频率, 而用户设备的接收能力包括可以接收 f l、 f2和 f 3这三个 MBMS频率, 由此与切换前相比, 用户设备可以选择 f l、 f2和 f 3这 三个 MBMS频率上的 MBMS业务。
在本发明实施例的再一个应用场景中, 基站的 MBMS辅助信息中包括 Π、 f2和 f 3这三个 MBMS频率, 用户设备的接收能力由原来的可以接收 f l、 f2和 f 3这三个 MBMS频率变化为只能接收 f 2和 f 3这两个 MBMS频率。 此时新上才艮 的 MBMS兴趣指示中不包含 f 1 , 由此可以避免基站根据原 MBMS兴趣指示将用 户设备 MBMS切换到 f l所在小区而用户设备无法接收 Π承载的 MBMS业务的 问题。
在本发明实施例的又一个应用场景中, 用户设备 RRC 重建前后的源基站 和新基站都支持 MBMS业务, 并且源基站和新基站的 MBMS辅助信息都为支持 f l、 f2和 f 3这三个 MBMS频率, 用户设备的接收能力能够接收包括 Π、 f2和 f 3这三个 MBMS频率, 并且 RRC重建前后用户设备的接收能力不变。在用户设 备 RRC重建到新基站后, 用户设备可选的 MBMS频率范围未发生变化, 但用户 设备也可以重新向新基站上 MBMS兴趣指示, 新上 >¾的 MBMS兴趣指示中包 含的 MBMS频率是否变化本应用场景不做限制。
本发明实施例分别对上述五种场景中用户设备向基站上报 MBMS兴趣指示 的实现方式进行了说明。 进一步的, 当发生上述五种场景中的至少两种场景 时, 可以根据前述实现方式并结合所述至少两种场景发生的先后顺序进行实 现。 例如, 当用户设备 RRC重建到新基站后, 用户设备根据新基站的 MBMS辅 助信息、 用户设备的接收能力以及用户设备的兴趣上报 MBMS兴趣指示。 在上 报 MBMS兴趣指示后, 新基站的 MBMS辅助信息被修改, 则用户设备根据新基 站的修改的 MBMS辅助信息、 用户设备的接收能力以及用户设备的兴趣向新基 站再次上报 MBMS兴趣指示。 或者, 用户设备在 RRC重建到新基站后暂不上报 MBMS兴趣指示,待新基站的 MBMS辅助信息被修改后, 直接根据新基站的修改 的 MBMS 辅助信息、 用户设备的接收能力以及用户设备的兴趣向新基站上报 MBMS兴趣指示。 本发明实施例对上述五种场景中多种场景的排列组合的实现 方式不 #丈——说明。
本发明实施例所述的基站为支持 MBMS业务的基站, 在不同的场景中, 该 基站既为已接入用户设备的基站, 同时也为用户设备切换或 RRC 重建后所属 的新基站。
本发明实施例提供的上报业务指示消息的方法, 能够在 MBMS辅助信息更 改、 切换、 RRC重建、 感兴趣的 MBMS业务结束以及修改载波配置的场景中, 由用户设备向基站上 "^ MBMS兴趣指示, 由此能够在上述场景中, 当可选 MBMS 频率的范围发生变化时, 避免基站根据原 MBMS兴趣指示对用户设备进行错误 MBMS切换, 可以保证 MBMS业务的连续性。
本发明实施例提供了一种上报业务指示消息的方法, 如图 5 所示, 所述 方法包括如下步骤:
501、 在下述五种场景中的任意一种场景中, 用户设备向基站上报 MBMS 兴趣指示。
所述 MBMS兴趣指示包括用户设备上报的 MBMS频率, 或者包括用户设备 上报的 MBMS频率以及 MBMS业务标识。 所述五种场景包括:
1 )在基站的 MBMS辅助信息被修改时。
例如, 基站可以接收 0AM或邻区修改的辅助信息。
2 )在用户设备切换到新基站的过程中。
3 )在用户设备 RRC重建到基站时。
4 )在用户设备感兴趣的 MBMS业务结束时。
5 )在用户设备的载波配置被修改时。
例如, 基站修改用户设备接收射频连(RF cha in ) 和主载波、 辅载波以 及 MBMS载波之间的连接关系。
基站的 MBMS辅助信息中包含基站支持的 MBMS频率。 当上述五种场景中 的任意一种场景发生时, 可能会导致用户设备可以选择的 MBMS频率范围发生 改变。 用户设备可选 MBMS频率范围发生改变包括: MBMS辅助信息中基站支持 的 MBMS频率数量的增减, 以及用户设备能够接收的 MBMS频率数量的增减。 当增加基站支持的 (或用户设备能够接收的 ) MBMS频率时, 如果按照原 MBMS 兴趣指示对用户设备进行 MBMS切换, 则用户设备无法接收新增 MBMS频率上 承载的 MBMS 业务。 当删除基站支持的 (或用户设备能够接收的) 某些 MBMS 频率时, 如果删除 MBMS频率包含于原 MBMS兴趣指示中, 则按照原 MBMS兴趣 指示对用户设备进行 MBMS切换, 会导致 MBMS切换错误(即无法将用户设备 MBMS切换到删除的 MBMS频率所在的小区中, 或者根据删除的 MBMS频率将用 户设备 MBMS切换到无关的小区中)。 由此, 在上述五种场景中, 原 MBMS兴趣 指示失效, 需要用户设备重新上报 MBMS兴趣指示。
需要说明的是, 上述五种场景的发生并不是用户设备可选 MBMS频率范围 发生变化的充分条件, 例如在场景 2 )或场景 3 ) 中, 如果源基站和新基站的 MBMS辅助信息相同, 并且在切换或 RRC重建后, 用户设备的接收能力也未发 生变化, 则用户设备可选的 MBMS频率范围不会改变。 但这并不会对上述五种 场景中用户设备重新上报 MBMS兴趣指示产生影响, 即在上述五种场景中, 当 用户设备可选 MBMS频率范围未发生变化时, 也可以执行步骤 501。 用户设备向基站上报 MBMS兴趣指示后, 基站根据 MBMS兴趣指示对用户 设备进行 MBMS切换。
与场景 2 ) 中所述切换不同, 本步骤中所述 MBMS切换为将用户设备切换 到 MBMS兴趣指示中 MBMS频率所在小区, 以便用户设备在相应小区中接收感 兴趣的 MBMS业务。 在用户设备接收单播业务和 MBMS业务时, 用户设备优先 MBMS被切换到感兴趣的 MBMS 频率所在小区中, 从而用户设备可以优先接收 MBMS业务。
本发明实施例提供的上报业务指示消息的方法, 能够在 MBMS辅助信息更 改、 切换、 RRC重建、 感兴趣的 MBMS业务结束以及修改载波配置的场景中, 由用户设备向基站上 "^ MBMS兴趣指示, 由此能够在上述场景中, 当可选 MBMS 频率的范围发生变化时, 避免基站根据原 MBMS兴趣指示对用户设备进行错误 MBMS切换, 可以保证 MBMS业务的连续性。

A ) 当基站删除用户设备的辅载波时, 连接该辅载波的接收射频链就可以 连接 MBMS载波, 由此用户设备的接收能力得到提高, 能够接收该 MBMS载波 承载的 MBMS业务。 例如, 用户设备具有两个接收射频链 cl和 c2,。 其中 cl 用于连接小区单播主载波, c2用于连接小区单播辅载波。 当用户设备删除 c2 上的单播辅载波之后, c2就可以用于连接 MBMS载波, 此时用户设备可以接收 MBMS载波上承载的 MBMS业务。 此时, 需要用户设备根据基站的 MBMS辅助信 息、 删除辅载波之后用户设备的接收能力以及用户设备的兴趣向基站上报 MBMS兴趣指示。 B ) 当基站添加用户设备的辅载波时, 连接 MBMS 载波的接收射频链需要 连接该辅载波, 由此用户设备的接收能力下降, 无法接收该 MBMS载波承载的 MBMS业务。 例如, 用户设备具有两个接收射频链 cl和 c2,。 其中 cl用于连 接小区单播主载波, c2用于连接 MBMS载波。 当用户设备在 c2上添加单播辅 载波之后, c2就无法用于连接 MBMS载波, 此时用户设备无法接收 MBMS载波 上承载的 MBMS业务。 此时, 需要用户设备根据基站的 MBMS辅助信息、 添加 辅载波之后用户设备的接收能力以及用户设备的兴趣向基站上报 MBMS兴趣指 示。
C ) 当基站修改(增加或减少)用户设备的载波带宽时, MBMS载波能够承 载的 MBMS频率范围会发生变化, 由此导致用户设备接收 MBMS频率的接收能 力发生变化。 此时, 需要用户设备根据基站的 MBMS辅助信息、 修改载波带宽 后用户设备的接收能力以及用户设备的兴趣向基站上报 MBMS兴趣指示。
所述基站修改用户设备的载波带宽包括: 修改单播主载波带宽、 修改单 播辅载波带宽以及修改 MBMS载波带宽三种修改方式。 由于用户设备的总带宽 不变, 所以对单播主载波带宽和单播辅载波带宽的修改也会改变 MBMS的载波 带宽, 从而改变用户设备的接收能力。
在上述 A )、 B )和 C )三种修改载波配置的方式中, 用户设备根据基站的 辅助信息、 删除辅载波、 添加辅载波或修改载波带宽后用户设备的接收能力 以及用户设备的兴趣向所述基站上报所述 MBMS兴趣指示, 具体为: 用户设备 在 USD中查找用户设备感兴趣的 MBMS业务对应的 MBMS业务标识和 /或 MBMS 频率, 在选择出的 MBMS业务标识和 /或 MBMS频率中进一步选择删除辅载波、 添加辅载波或修改载波带宽后用户设备的接收能力能够接收的 MBMS频率, 接 着在用户设备接收能力能够接收的 MBMS频率中进一步查找基站的 MBMS辅助 信息中同时包含的 MBMS频率, 由此得到所述 MBMS兴趣指示。

本发明实施例提供的上报业务指示消息的方法, 能够在 MBMS辅助信息更 改、 切换、 RRC重建、 感兴趣的 MBMS业务结束以及修改载波配置的场景中, 由用户设备向基站上 "^ MBMS兴趣指示, 由此能够在上述场景中, 当可选 MBMS 频率的范围发生变化时, 避免基站根据原 MBMS兴趣指示对用户设备进行错误 MBMS切换, 可以保证 MBMS业务的连续性。

当所述源基站为支持 MBMS业务的基站, 并且所述切换请求中携带所述用户 设备在所述源基站中上报过的原 MBMS兴趣指示时, 如果所述基站的 MBMS辅助 信息中至少有一个 MBMS频率不包含于所述原 MBMS兴趣指示中, 则所述基站向 所述用户设备发送 MBMS兴趣指示请求消息;
当所述源基站为支持 MBMS业务的基站, 但所述切换请求中未携带所述用户 设备在所述源基站中上报过的原 MBMS兴趣指示时, 所述基站向所述用户设备发 送 MBMS兴趣指示请求消息;
所述基站接收所述用户设备根据所述基站的 MBMS辅助信息、 所述用户设备 的接收能力以及所述用户设备的兴趣上报的所述 MBMS兴趣指示。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述用户设备无线资源控 制协议 RRC重建到所述基站时, 所述基站获取所述用户设备上报的 MBMS兴趣指 示, 包括:
在所述用户设备完成所述 RRC 重建后, 所述基站向所述用户设备发送自身 的 MBMS辅助信息;
所述基站查找是否保存有所述用户设备上报过的 MBMS兴趣指示;
当所述基站未保存有所述用户设备上报过的 MBMS兴趣指示时, 所述基站向 所述用户设备发送 MBMS兴趣指示请求消息;
所述基站接收所述用户设备根据所述基站的 MBMS辅助信息、 所述用户设备 的接收能力以及所述用户设备的兴趣上报的所述 MBMS兴趣指示。
5、根据权利要求 1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述用户设备感兴趣的 MBMS 业务结束和 /或在所述用户设备的载波配置被修改时, 所述基站获取所述用户设 备上报的 MBMS兴趣指示, 包括:
所述基站接收所述用户设备根据所述基站的 MBMS辅助信息、 所述用户设备 的接收能力以及所述用户设备的兴趣上报的所述 MBMS兴趣指示。
6、 根据权利要求 1至 5中任意一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述基站为 支持 MBMS业务的基站。
7、 一种上报业务指示消息的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
在下述五种场景中的至少一种场景中,用户设备向基站上报 MBMS兴趣指示; 所述五种场景包括: 在所述用户设备接收修改的 MBMS辅助信息时、 在所述 用户设备从源基站切换到所述基站的过程中及切换完成后、 在所述用户设备无 线资源控制协议 RRC重建到所述基站时、 在所述用户设备感兴趣的 MBMS业务结 束时以及在所述用户设备的载波配置被修改时;
其中, 所述 MBMS辅助信息包括所述基站支持的 MBMS频率, 所述 MBMS兴趣 指示包括所述用户设备选择的 MBMS频率, 或者所述用户设备选择的 MBMS频率 及 MBMS业务标识。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述用户设备接收修改的 MBMS辅助信息时, 所述用户设备向所述基站上报 MBMS兴趣指示, 包括:
所述用户设备接收所述基站发送的***信息修改通知以及所述修改的 MBMS 辅助信息, 所述***信息修改通知用于告知所述用户设备所述基站的 MBMS辅助 信息被修改;
所述用户设备根据所述修改的 MBMS辅助信息、 所述用户设备的接收能力以 及所述用户设备的兴趣向所述基站上报所述 MBMS兴趣指示。
9、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述用户设备从源基站切 换到所述基站的过程中及切换完成后, 所述用户设备向所述基站上报 MBMS兴趣 指示, 包括:
当所述用户设备切换到所述基站后, 所述用户设备接收所述基站发送的 MBMS辅助信息;
所述用户设备根据所述基站发送的 MBMS辅助信息、 所述用户设备的接收能 力以及所述用户设备的兴趣向所述基站上报所述 MBMS兴趣指示。
10、 根据权利要求 7 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述用户设备无线资源 控制协议 RRC重建到所述基站时,所述用户设备向所述基站上报 MBMS兴趣指示, 包括: 在所述用户设备完成所述 RRC 重建后, 所述用户设备接收所述基站发送的 MBMS辅助信息;
所述用户设备根据所述基站发送的 MBMS辅助信息、 所述用户设备的接收能 力以及所述用户设备的兴趣向所述基站上报所述 MBMS兴趣指示。
11、 根据权利要求 7至 10中任意一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述用户 设备向所述基站上报 MBMS兴趣指示, 包括:
所述用户设备接收所述基站发送的 MBMS兴趣指示请求消息;
所述用户设备根据所述 MBMS兴趣指示请求消息向所述基站上报 MBMS兴趣 指示。
12、 根据权利要求 7 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述用户设备感兴趣的 MBMS业务结束时, 所述用户设备向所述基站上报 MBMS兴趣指示, 包括:
所述用户设备判断待删除 MBMS频率上是否还承载有其他感兴趣的 MBMS业 务, 所述待删除 MBMS频率为承载结束的 MBMS业务的 MBMS频率;
当所述待删除 MBMS频率上未承载有其他感兴趣的 MBMS业务时, 所述用户 设备删除原 MBMS兴趣指示中所述待删除 MBMS频率或待删除 MBMS频率及 MBMS 业务标识, 由此形成所述 MBMS兴趣指示,其中, MBMS业务结束为所述 MBMS业 务的业务持续时间超过用户业务描述 USD中该 MBMS业务的业务持续时间;
所述用户设备将所述 MBMS兴趣指示上报给所述基站。
13、 根据权利要求 7 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述用户设备的载波配 置被修改时, 所述用户设备向所述基站上报 MBMS兴趣指示, 包括:
当所述基站删除或添加所述用户设备的辅载波时, 所述用户设备根据所述 基站的辅助信息、 删除或添加辅载波后的接收能力以及所述用户设备的兴趣向 所述基站上报所述 MBMS兴趣指示;
当所述基站修改所述用户设备的载波带宽时, 所述用户设备根据所述基站 的辅助信息、 修改载波带宽后所述用户设备的接收能力以及所述用户设备的兴 趣向所述基站上报所述 MBMS兴趣指示。
14、 一种基站, 其特征在于, 包括: 接收机, 用于在下述五种场景中的至少一种场景中, 获取用户设备上报的 广播组播业务 MBMS兴趣指示,所述 MBMS兴趣指示包括所述用户设备选择的 MBMS 频率, 或者所述用户设备选择的 MBMS频率及 MBMS业务标识;
处理机, 用于根据所述 MBMS兴趣指示对所述用户设备进行 MBMS切换, 所 述 MBMS切换为将所述用户设备切换到所述 MBMS频率所在的小区;
所述五种场景包括: 在所述用户设备接收修改的 MBMS辅助信息时、 在所述 用户设备从源基站切换到所述基站的过程中及切换完成后、 在所述用户设备无 线资源控制协议 RRC重建到所述基站时、 在所述用户设备感兴趣的 MBMS业务结 束时以及在所述用户设备的载波配置被修改时;
其中, 所述 MBMS辅助信息包括所述基站支持的 MBMS频率。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的基站, 其特征在于, 在所述用户设备接收修改 的 MBMS辅助信息时, 所述接收机具体用于, 包括:
向所述用户设备发送***信息修改通知以及所述修改的 MBMS辅助信息, 所 述***信息修改通知用于告知所述用户设备所述基站的 MBMS辅助信息被修改; 当所述修改的 MBMS辅助信息中包含所述用户设备尚未上报过的 MBMS频率 时, 向所述用户设备发送 MBMS兴趣指示请求消息;
接收所述用户设备根据所述修改的 MBMS辅助信息、 所述用户设备的接收能 力以及所述用户设备的兴趣上报的所述 MBMS兴趣指示。
16、 根据权利要求 14所述的基站, 其特征在于, 在所述用户设备从源基站 切换到所述基站的过程中及切换完成后, 所述具体用于, 包括:
在切换准备时, 接收所述源基站发送的切换请求;
当所述用户设备切换到所述基站后, 向所述用户设备发送自身的 MBMS辅助 信息;
当所述源基站为不支持 MBMS业务的基站时, 向所述用户设备发送 MBMS兴 趣指示请求消息;
当所述源基站为支持 MBMS业务的基站, 并且所述切换请求中携带所述用户 设备在所述源基站中上报过的原 MBMS兴趣指示时, 如果所述基站的 MBMS辅助 信息中至少有一个 MBMS频率不包含于所述原 MBMS兴趣指示中, 向所述用户设 备发送 MBMS兴趣指示请求消息;
当所述源基站为支持 MBMS业务的基站, 但所述切换请求中未携带所述用户 设备在所述源基站中上报过的原 MBMS 兴趣指示时, 向所述用户设备发送 MBMS 兴趣指示请求消息;
接收所述用户设备根据所述基站的 MBMS辅助信息、 所述用户设备的接收能 力以及所述用户设备的兴趣上报的所述 MBMS兴趣指示。
17、 根据权利要求 14所述的基站, 其特征在于, 在所述用户设备无线资源 控制协议 RRC重建到所述基站时, 所述接收机具体用于, 包括:
在所述用户设备完成所述 RRC重建后, 向所述用户设备发送自身的 MBMS辅 助信息;
查找是否保存有所述用户设备上报过的 MBMS兴趣指示;
当所述基站未保存有所述用户设备上报过的 MBMS兴趣指示时, 向所述用户 设备发送 MBMS兴趣指示请求消息;
接收所述用户设备根据所述基站的 MBMS辅助信息、 所述用户设备的接收能 力以及所述用户设备的兴趣上报的所述 MBMS兴趣指示。
18、 根据权利要求 14所述的基站, 其特征在于, 在所述用户设备感兴趣的 MBMS 业务结束和 /或在所述用户设备的载波配置被修改时, 所述接收机具体用 于, 包括:
接收所述用户设备根据所述基站的 MBMS辅助信息、 所述用户设备的接收能 力以及所述用户设备的兴趣上报的所述 MBMS兴趣指示。
19、 根据权利要求 14至 18 中任意一项所述的基站, 其特征在于, 所述基 站为支持 MBMS业务的基站。
20、 一种用户设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
发射机, 用于在下述五种场景中的至少一种场景中, 向基站上报 MBMS兴趣 指示;
所述五种场景包括: 在所述用户设备接收修改的 MBMS辅助信息时、 在所述 用户设备从源基站切换到所述基站的过程中及切换完成后、 在所述用户设备无 线资源控制协议 RRC重建到所述基站时、 在所述用户设备感兴趣的 MBMS业务结 束时以及在所述用户设备的载波配置被修改时;
其中, 所述 MBMS辅助信息包括所述基站支持的 MBMS频率, 所述 MBMS兴趣 指示包括所述用户设备选择的 MBMS频率, 或者所述用户设备选择的 MBMS频率 及 MBMS业务标识。
21、 根据权利要求 20所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 在所述用户设备接收 修改的 MBMS辅助信息时, 所述发射机具体用于, 包括:
接收所述基站发送的***信息修改通知以及所述修改的 MBMS辅助信息, 所 述***信息修改通知用于告知所述用户设备所述基站的 MBMS辅助信息被修改; 根据所述修改的 MBMS辅助信息、 所述用户设备的接收能力以及所述用户设 备的兴趣向所述基站上报所述 MBMS兴趣指示。
22、 根据权利要求 20所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 在所述用户设备从源 基站切换到所述基站的过程中及切换完成后, 所述发射机具体用于, 包括: 当所述用户设备切换到所述基站后, 接收所述基站发送的 MBMS辅助信息; 根据所述基站发送的 MBMS辅助信息、 所述用户设备的接收能力以及所述用 户设备的兴趣向所述基站上报所述 MBMS兴趣指示。
23、 根据权利要求 20所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 在所述用户设备无线 资源控制协议 RRC重建到所述基站时, 所述发射机具体用于, 包括:
在所述用户设备完成所述 RRC重建后,接收所述基站发送的 MBMS辅助信息; 根据所述基站发送的 MBMS辅助信息、 所述用户设备的接收能力以及所述用 户设备的兴趣向所述基站上报所述 MBMS兴趣指示。
24、 根据权利要求 20至 23 中任意一项所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 所 述发射机具体用于, 包括:
接收所述基站发送的 MBMS兴趣指示请求消息;
根据所述 MBMS兴趣指示请求消息向所述基站上报所述 MBMS兴趣指示。
25、 根据权利要求 20所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 在所述用户设备感兴 趣的 MBMS业务结束时, 所述发射机具体用于, 包括:
判断待删除 MBMS频率上是否还承载有其他感兴趣的 MBMS业务, 所述待删 除 MBMS频率为承载结束的 MBMS业务的 MBMS频率;
当所述待删除 MBMS频率上未承载有其他感兴趣的 MBMS业务时,删除原 MBMS 兴趣指示中所述待删除 MBMS频率或待删除 MBMS频率及 MBMS业务标识, 由此形 成所述 MBMS兴趣指示, 其中, MBMS业务结束为所述 MBMS业务的业务持续时间 超过用户业务描述 USD中该 MBMS业务的业务持续时间;
将所述 MBMS兴趣指示上报给所述基站。
26、 根据权利要求 20所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 在所述用户设备的载 波配置被修改时, 所述发射机具体用于, 包括:
当所述基站删除或添加所述用户设备的辅载波时, 根据所述基站的辅助信 息、 删除或添加辅载波后所述用户设备的接收能力以及所述用户设备的兴趣向 所述基站上报所述 MBMS兴趣指示;
当所述基站修改所述用户设备的载波带宽时, 根据所述基站的辅助信息、 修改载波带宽后所述用户设备的接收能力以及所述用户设备的兴趣向所述基站 上 ·艮所述 MBMS兴趣指示。
27、 一种上 >¾业务指示消息的***, 其特征在于, 包括:
如权利要求 14至权利要求 19所述的基站;
如权利要求 20至权利要求 26所述的用户设备。
