Abstract
本发明公开了一种魔芋保健通便胶囊及其制备方法,所述胶囊由:魔芋胶85-95克、黑米5-10克、淀粉0.5-2克、泻叶0.5-2克制成;所述的制备方法包括备料、混合和胶囊制备步骤;本发明的优点在于:满足人体对膳食纤维素的需求;解决便秘之苦;减少便秘疾病的发病率;能够平衡肠胃pH值、生津止渴,软化、容积大便、排毒、促进排便,有效地解决了便秘之苦,适应所有的人,无任何毒副作用;制备方法简单,生产成本低,形成胶囊产品后食用方便,效果好;同时还有辅助治疗糖尿病、痔疮、直肠、结肠、乳腺、淋巴、脑癌的作用。

魔芋保徤通便胶囊及其制备方法 技术领域
木发明涉及一种魔 :保健食品, 具体地说是一种糜芋保健通便胶嚢及其制 备方法, 属于保健食品领域。
背景技术
魔芋 (Ainorophophal lus Konjac) 属人南星科多年生草本植物, 在我国丙 南部地区和巾 部地区有着悠久的种植历史。 魔芋的 要成分是葡廿露聚糖, 是一种低热能、 低蛋 Α质、 髙膳食纤维的食品, 并且富含人休所需的十儿种氨 基酸、 维生素、 复合多糖和微量元素, 作为功能性食品, 对髙血压、 肥胖症、 糖尿病、 便秘有 '定疗效, 可以排毒体内毒素和垃圾, 预防及食疗结肠癌、 食 道癌等痫症。 另外, 还具有水溶、 增稠、 稳定、 悬浮、 凝胶、 成膜、 粘结等多 种理化特性, 所以是一种夭然的保键食品又是理想的食品添加剂。
前市场上的通便药品, 冇三类产品: ①茶类: ②中药; ③化工合成。 技 术. I·.的缺陷是药品不含纤维 , 服用后在肠 内留不住水分, 反而造成肠道 T- 燥, 如 ίίΤ时间使用, 会导致肠道神经, 生理蠕动紊乱, 诱发顽固性便秘, 配伍 不科学, 技术落后, 不能满足人体对健康的需耍。 便秘的产^原因是长期缺少 膳食纤维索 (人休第七大营养尜); 肠道亏水这两个因素所致 u 人休肠胃正常状 态时排出的大便是金黄色、 有头有尾, 悬浮在水中的 目前市面上的这些产品 无法从根木上治疗便秘之 , 保持肠胃功能正^发挥作 ffl。
发明内容
为丫解决上述问题, 本发明设计了 ,种魔芋保健通便胶囊及其制备方法, 该胶瀵以魔芋胶为主要成分, W糜芋胶粘皮很大, 粘度高达 3. 5万 泊, 单独 无法制成胶囊, 通过添加^米从而制成胶澳, 食 ffi方便, 效果好。
本发明的技术方案为:
一种魔芋保健通便胶褒, 所述胶渙 ώ以卜'重量份的成分制成:
魔芋胶 85' 95克、 黑米 5-10克、 淀粉 0, 5-2克、 泻叶 0. 5-2克。
优选地, 魔芋胶 90克、 黑米 8克、 淀粉〗克、 泻叶 1克。
所述的魔芋胶是从魔 f:楨物的块^. 提取出的水凝胶状复合多糖, 是一种 高分子量、 非离子型葡廿露聚糖 (KGM)。 魔 f:胶的颗粒遇水后膨胀, 然后破裂 并释放出 KGM的.聚合物。
木发明屮的糜芋胶能够锁住水分不流失, 吸水高达 100倍, 能够膨胀、 溶 积、 软化^便, 增强肠^的生理蠕动, 始终保持肠胃的湿润, 为排便创造 好 的内部环境。
所述的黑米为是 '一种药、 食兼川的大米, 属于糯米类。 黑米足由禾本科植 物稻经长期培育形成的 -—类特色 AA种。 粒型有籼、 粳两种, 粒质分糯性和非糯 性两类。糙米呈黑色或黑祸色。黑米外表墨黑, 旮养丰宫, 有 "黑珍珠"和 "世 界米屮之: 的美誉。
本发明中的黑米是在 40CTC的锅内翻炒 20-25分钟, 然后经粉碎机加丄 100 S细度。在本发明中黑米起到稳定剂及补充铁分子的作用, 帮助魔芋胶能够 顺利膨胀到 100倍, 因魔: f:胶在 40- 5(TC水温条件卜—外部吸水快、凝固形成膨胀 层, 导致内部无法膨胀。
所述的淀粉包括玉米淀粉、 土豆淀粉以及红薯淀粉等, 粒度为 】00 在 本发明屮起到养 和暖 的作用。
所述的泻叶为番汚叶, 其中含蒽醌衍化物, 其泻下作用及刺激性较含蒽醌 类之其他泻药更强, 闵而泻卜'时 η」'伴冇腹痫。 Κ· '效成分卞要为番泻甙 , Α、 Β, 经胃、 小肠吸收后, 在肝中分解, 分解产物经 rfil行而兴奋骨盘神经节以收缩大 肠, 引起股泻。 番泻叶作用较广泛而强烈, 并认为用丁急性便秘比慢性者更适 合。 所述的泻叶经过 400Ό的锅内洪十翻炒 10-15 分钟, 然后经粉碎机加丄至 60-80 H细度。

一种糜芋保健通便胶囊的制备方法, 包括以下步骤:
( 1 )各料: 按照. I·.述重量配比称量魔芋胶、 黑米、 淀粉和泻叶, 黑米是在 400。C的锅内烘千翻炒 20 25分钟, 然后经粉碎机加工至 100 y细度, 所述的淀 粉粉碎至粒度 100目, 泻叶经过 40 TC的锅内烘干翻炒 10-15分钟, 然后经粉碎
机加工至 60-80 细度;
(2 ) 混合: 将上述歩骤 (1 ) 得到的各种原料混合 1均匀;
( 3) 胶獎制备: 将上述歩骤 (2) 混合均匀的各原料经过胶獎灌装设备进 行灌装, 得到成品。
木发明魔羊胶囊 传统的通便产品的不 M特征是:
1 ) 能锁住水分不流失, "ft到排便不需要时为止。 纤维素含贵 90%, 它就象 一个蓄水池一样, 需要多少, 就取多少;
2)具有 100倍的膨胀率, 能够溶积软化了粪便, 始终保持肠道的湿润, 为 正常排便创造了良好的内部环境。
本发明是根据营养学的原理, 自 W有言道, 快进食、 快排便、 快睡眠是健 康的标 。 由此可知, 便秘是健康的大敌。 一般两日以 h不排便, 并伴有不舒 服的感觉就称便秘。 便秘有两种类型: 足松驰型; 二是痉挛型。 松驰型便秘 指大肠对粪便的输送较慢, 粘膜对刺激的反应不敏感, 排便反射较弱, 与 此相反, 就是痉孪型。 在刺激太强时便会发生痉挛, 反而不利。

3、 根据权利要求 1所述的魔芋保健通便胶襄, 其特征在于: 所述的黑米在 400Ό的锅内翻炒 20-25分钟, 然后经粉碎机加工^ 100目细度。
