Description

Hanger for electrostatic powder coating
The present invention relates to a hanger for electrostatic powder coating that suspends an object to be processed when electrostatic powder coating is performed on the object to be processed such as a metal fitting.
A conventional hanger for electrostatic powder coating of this type is hung on a coating line (rail) in a state where a workpiece is suspended and supported, and is carried into an electrostatic coating apparatus by a moving rail. In the inside, it is subjected to an electrostatic coating process while being moved, and is carried out of the electrostatic coating apparatus.
A plurality of electrostatic powder coating hangers are sequentially suspended and processed in the coating line, but in order to process more objects to be processed at once, many electrostatic powder coating hangers are processed. An object can be suspended (for example, see Patent Document 1).
For example, as shown in FIG. 11A, the electrostatic powder coating hanger has a portal hanger frame 101 and a plurality of mounting bars 103, 103 installed on two vertical frames of the hanger frame 101. ,... Are provided. A plurality of support bodies 105 (suspending clips 105b), 105,... That suspend and support the workpiece W are attached to the respective mounting bars 103.
For example, as shown in FIG. 11 (b), an attachment structure of the support 105 is generally known in which a hanging clip 105 b is attached to the lower end of the attachment bar 103 by welding. Further, the mounting bar 103 is formed of a superposed plate of metal plates, and a support having two hanging clips 105b and 105b between the superposed plates as shown in FIG. 11 (c). It is also possible to assume a structure in which 105 connecting portions 105a are clamped and fixed by welding.

By the way, when electrostatic powder coating is performed using such an electrostatic powder coating hanger 100, a coating film is formed on the surface of each part of the electrostatic powder coating hanger 100 by repeated use. Since a coating failure may occur when a current-carrying failure is caused by a film, the coating film is regularly peeled off as a countermeasure to prevent it. In particular, the contact portion between the mounting bar 103 and the support member 105 and the contact portion between the support member 105 and the workpiece W need to be peeled off so as not to leave a coating film in order to ensure energization of the workpiece W. There is.
As a peeling method, a method of burning off the coating film by combustion, a method of removing the coating film by immersing in chemicals, and a method of physically dropping the coating film by hitting a metal piece (shot blasting method) are carried out. Recently, however, many shot blasting methods have been implemented from the viewpoint of environmental problems.
However, when the shot blasting method is performed in the case of FIG. 11B, the hanging clip 105b may be damaged. Since the tip of the hanging clip 105b is hung by hanging various objects to be processed, if the tip is damaged, the hanging clip 105b may become unusable. Further, as the shot blasting method is repeated many times, the hanging clip 105b may come off from the place where the welding clip is fixed.
When the hanging clip 105b is damaged in this way, a new hanging clip 105b may be repaired and attached by welding. However, if the person does not have a high level of skill, the repair man-hours will be required and the repair process can be performed efficiently. Absent. In addition, the electrostatic powder coating hanger 100 in which some of the hanging clips 105b are missing can be used, but in such a usage, the number of objects to be processed W suspended on the hanging clips 105b. As a result, productivity is naturally reduced.
On the other hand, in the case of FIG. 11C, since the contact portion between the mounting bar 103 and the support 105 is hidden inside the polymer plate, there is little possibility that a coating film is formed at that portion. Further, even when the hanging clip 105b is damaged, the support 105 is attached by clamping, so that there is an advantage that the replacement can be performed relatively easily.
However, even in this case, there is a possibility that powder enters the inside of the polymer plate of the mounting bar 103, and as a result, a coating film may be formed inside the polymer plate. Naturally, such an internal coating film cannot be peeled off by the shot blasting method, and it is necessary to adopt a peeling method by combustion or chemicals, but even if those methods are adopted, peeling inside the polymer plate body is not possible. It is very difficult to see if it has been done reliably.
11C has a structure in which the upper portion of the support 105 (the connecting portion 105a) is accommodated inside the superposition plate, and therefore, the width dimension of the mounting bar 103 need not be increased as shown in the figure. There is also a demerit that it cannot be made compact.
The present invention has been proposed in consideration of the above-mentioned various problems, and its purpose is to reliably remove the coating film adhered to the hanger body including the mounting bar and the like and to easily replace the support body. It is to provide a hanger for electrostatic powder coating that can be easily performed.
In order to achieve the above object, an electrostatic powder coating hanger according to the present invention is an electrostatic powder coating hanger in which a support for suspending and supporting an object to be processed is removably attached to a hanger body. The support body is provided with a hanging clip having a locked portion, while the outer surface of the mounting bar is provided with a locking portion that elastically locks the locked portion of the support body. It is characterized by being.
In addition, another electrostatic powder coating hanger according to the present invention has a structure in which a plurality of suspension clips for supporting a workpiece to be suspended are connected to each other. It is characterized in that at least one leg of the hanging clip of the lower clip is configured to be locked to the locking portion.
Still another electrostatic powder coating hanger according to the present invention is characterized in that the support body is constructed and locked on a plurality of locking portions.
Still another electrostatic powder coating hanger according to the present invention is characterized in that the support is locked to one locking portion.
Still another electrostatic powder coating hanger according to the present invention is characterized in that the locking portion is formed by a locking projection protruding from the outer surface of the mounting bar.
In yet another electrostatic powder coating hanger according to the present invention, the locking projection of the mounting bar is a columnar body, while the locking projection of the support is locked to the locking projection. A curved locking recess is formed.
In still another electrostatic powder coating hanger according to the present invention, the locking convex portion has a neck portion to which the support is locked and a head portion having a diameter larger than the neck portion. Features.
Still another electrostatic powder coating hanger according to the present invention is characterized in that the support can suspend the object to be treated on both the front and rear sides of the mounting bar.
According to the hanger for electrostatic powder coating according to the present invention, since the support body is detachably attached to the engaging portion provided on the outer surface of the hanger body, even when the coating film is peeled off by the shot blast method. If the support is removed, the coating film can be surely peeled without leaving the coating film on a part of the hanger frame or the mounting bar. Moreover, the coating film can be peeled from the removed support by a chemical.
In addition, the support is configured so that the locked part is elastically locked to the locking part on the outer surface of the mounting bar, so that the support is attached to the scale by peeling it off using the shot blast method. Even if the body is damaged, it can be easily replaced.
The electrostatic powder coating hanger has a structure in which the support is attached to the engaging portion of the outer surface of the mounting frame, and is sandwiched so as to hide the upper part of the support, or the upper part of the support is attached to the mounting bar. Since it is not the structure which adheres and fixes, it is not necessary to form the attachment crosspiece | frame widely, and the hanger for electrostatic powder coating can be formed compactly.
Moreover, according to the other electrostatic powder coating hanger according to the present invention, the support body is provided with a plurality of suspension clips for supporting the object to be processed, so that the support body can be quickly attached and detached. It can be done efficiently.
According to still another electrostatic powder coating hanger according to the present invention, since the support is constructed to be elastically locked by laying the support on a plurality of locking portions, the support can be easily attached and detached, Further, the support can be firmly fixed by elastic locking.
According to still another electrostatic powder coating hanger according to the present invention, since the support is configured to be locked to one locking portion, the support can be formed compactly, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced. Can do.
According to still another electrostatic powder coating hanger according to the present invention, since the locking portion is formed by a locking projection protruding from the outer surface of the mounting bar, the support is placed between the two locking projections, Alternatively, it can be elastically locked so as to straddle the locking projection.
According to still another electrostatic powder coating hanger according to the present invention, the latched portion of the support is formed with a curved locking recess that is locked to the locking projection. The body can be locked so as not to shift or move.
According to still another electrostatic powder coating hanger according to the present invention, the locking convex portion has a neck portion where the support is locked and a head portion having a diameter larger than that of the neck portion. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the support from falling off. If the latching convex portion is formed of rivets, the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
According to still another electrostatic powder coating hanger according to the present invention, the support body can hang the object to be processed on both front and rear sides of the mounting bar, so that more support bodies are attached. Can increase productivity.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
First, each part of the electrostatic powder coating hanger according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
This electrostatic powder coating hanger 10 (hereinafter abbreviated as hanger 10) is suspended on a coating line (rail) (not shown) in a state where the workpiece W is suspended and supported by the moving rail. It is carried into a coating apparatus (not shown), is subjected to electrostatic coating processing while moving in the electrostatic coating apparatus, and is carried out of the electrostatic coating apparatus after the processing is completed.
The hanger 10 includes a hanger body 10A having a gate-shaped hanger frame 11 and a plurality of attachment bars 13, 13,... Installed on the two vertical frames 11b, 11b of the hanger frame 11. In addition, a plurality of support bodies 20, 20,... Can be detachably suspended from each mounting bar 13. Each part of the hanger body 10A and the support bodies 20, 20,... Are made of an energizing member so that energization is possible.
The hanger frame 11 is a frame constituting an outer shell, and includes an upper frame 11a integrally formed with an energization hook portion 12 that receives power from a rail, and vertical frames 11b and 11b extending downward from both ends of the upper frame 11a. And more.
In addition, one or a plurality of (three in the illustrated example) mounting bars 13 and 13 are installed on both vertical frames 11b and 11b at a predetermined interval in the vertical direction. The attachment bar 13 may be integrally formed with the hanger frame 11 or may be attached as a separate body.
The mounting bar 13 is made of a prismatic or square tube material, and has locking projections 14, 14,... Projecting from the front surface at equal intervals. 20 is detachably elastically locked.
The locking convex portion 14 has a columnar body neck portion 14a to which the support body 20 is locked, and a head portion 14b having a diameter larger than that of the neck portion 14a. Such a locking projection 14 may be formed by caulking the rivet R in the hole 13a opened in the mounting bar 13, as shown in FIGS.
Further, the height L of the neck portion 14a of the locking projection 14 has a substantially constant dimension in order to lock the support body 20 uniformly. As shown in FIGS. 1B and 1C, the caulking portion R1 has a base end portion R1a larger in diameter than the distal end portion R1b, and the caulking portion R1 cannot be inserted into the hole 13a. If it stops, the neck part 14a of the fixed height L can be formed.
On the other hand, the support body 20 is formed integrally with a rod-shaped body, and includes suspension clips 22 and 22 disposed on both side ends, and a connecting portion 21 that connects between upper portions of the suspension clips 22, and is substantially in front view. It has a gate shape.
The hanging clip 22 is a part that suspends the workpiece W to be painted (in this example, a hook metal fitting), and includes a leg portion 22a and a needle-like hook 22b that extends obliquely upward at the lower end thereof. It has a shape with. The upper portions of the leg portions 22a, 22a are formed in a curved shape so that the convex portions face each other, and the locking concave portions 22c, 22c (fixed portions) for fixing to the locking convex portions 14, 14. ) Is formed.
In addition, although both the hooks 22b and 22b have faced the same direction, the support body 20 of FIG. 2 may face the opposite direction.
The support 20 has elasticity so that the pair of hanging clips 22 and 22 are deformed so as to approach and separate from each other, as shown in FIG. In such a state that the space between the hanging clips 22 and 22 is narrowed, the support body 20 is fitted into the two locking projections 14 and 14 provided on the mounting bar 13 from above or from the front, and the locking recess 22c is formed. It is locked to the neck 14a of the locking projection 14 so that it cannot move in the vertical direction (see FIGS. 2A to 2D).
Further, after attaching the support 20, the leg portions 22a and 22a of the two hanging clips 22 and 22 are subjected to elastic force as shown by the white arrows in FIG. The support 20 is fixed to the mounting bar 13 without slipping due to the combination of the generated force and the locking of the locking projection 14 and the locking recess 22c. In each of the other drawings, the direction in which the elastic force of the hanging clips 22 and 22 acts is indicated by a white arrow.
Thus, since the support body 20 is elastically locked to the two locking projections 14 and 14 in a erected state, once attached, the support body 20 is displaced or disengaged even when the workpiece W is suspended. Does not occur.
Furthermore, since the head 14b having a diameter larger than that of the neck 14a is formed on the locking convex portion 14, it is possible to prevent the support 20 from dropping off to the front. Further, it is desirable that the neck portion 14a has such a height dimension that the hanging clip 22 does not come out between the mounting bar 13 and the head portion 14b.
As shown in FIG. 2 (d), the support 20 attached as described above is in a state in which the connecting portion 21 protrudes upward from the attachment bar 13.
As described above, since the locking recess 22c of the support 20 is locked to the locking projection 14 provided on the mounting bar 13, the connecting portion 21 and the like of the support 20 are welded to the mounting bar 13. It is not necessary to fix it with the like, and a small width dimension can be used as the mounting bar 13.
Since the width dimension of the mounting bar 13 can be reduced, the vertical dimension of the hanger 10 can be reduced, so that a large number of mounting bars 13 can be provided. The object W can be processed simultaneously.
In addition, since the support 20 is detachably attached to the mounting frame 13, when the coating film is peeled off by the shot blasting method, if the support 20 is removed, the hanger frame 11 and the mounting frame are removed. The coating film can be surely peeled without leaving the coating film on a part of the body 13. Moreover, the removed support body 20 can peel a coating film with a chemical | medical agent.
Furthermore, since the support 20 is configured to be elastically removably locked to the locking projection 14 on the outer surface of the mounting bar 13, the peeling by the shot blast method is performed with the support 20 attached, Even if the support body 20 is damaged, the part may be replaced. That is, the support body 20 can be replenished so that the support body 20 does not fall out of teeth, and a highly productive coating process can be performed.
In addition, since the support body 20 has an integral shape including the two suspension clips 22 and 22 for supporting the workpiece W in a suspended manner, the support body 20 can be attached and detached quickly and efficiently.
As an example in which the support 20 includes a plurality of hanging clips 22 and 22, a long distance between the hanging clips 22 and 22, for example, as shown in FIG.
If such a support body 20 is attached, and the support body 20 is not attached to the latching convex portion 14 located between the two suspended clips 22, 22, the workpiece W having a large lateral width is adjacent. The hanging clip 22 can be hung without being obstructed.
Further, as shown in FIG. 3B, a support body 20 in which further hanging clips 22 and 22 are arranged between a pair of hanging clips 22 and 22 may be used. In this support 20, the hanging clips 22, 22 between the hanging clips 22, 22 at both ends are not locked to the locking projections 14, but only the hanging clips 22, 22 at both ends. The locking recesses 22c, 22c are formed in the locking recesses 22c, 22c, and the locking projections 14, 14 are locked. Of course, in addition to one set of hanging clips 22 and 22 at both ends, another hanging clip 22 may be locked.
If such a support body 20 is used, three or more hanging clips 22 can be manufactured as one body, so that the manufacturing cost of the support body 20 can be reduced. Moreover, since the latching convex part 14 can also be decreased, the manufacturing cost of the hanger 10 whole can further be reduced. Furthermore, the support 20 can be attached and detached quickly and efficiently.
2 and 3 have a structure in which the hanging clips 22 and 22 of the support 20 are sandwiched between the two locking projections 14 and 14, as shown in FIGS. 4 (a) and 4 (b). Thus, the support body 20 may be constructed so that the hanging clips 22 and 22 sandwich the two locking projections 14 and 14 from the outside.
The support 20 has locking recesses 22c and 22c formed on the inner upper portions of the suspension clips 22 and 22 so that the projections protrude outside the suspension clips 22 and 22, respectively.
The support 20 is attached from above by elastically locking the locking recesses 22c and 22c with the locking protrusions 14 and 14 in a state in which the hanging clips 22 and 22 are elastically deformed in directions away from each other. (See FIG. 4B).
In a state where the support 20 is attached to the locking projections 14, 14, the locking recesses 22 c, 22 c of the support 20 are locked by the locking projections 14, 14, and are further indicated by arrows in FIG. Thus, since the elastic force acts, the support body 20 is firmly fixed.
The support 20 has a shape in which the locking recesses 22c and 22c are formed at the base ends of the suspension clips 22 and 22 (parts bent from the connecting portion 21 to the leg portion 22a). Thus, there is no upward protrusion from the mounting bar 13, and a clean appearance can be obtained, and the material cost of the support 20 can be reduced.
Further, as shown in FIGS. 5 (a) and 5 (b), a support body 20 having two hanging clips 22, 22 may be attached to one locking convex portion 14.
The support 20 does not include a bridging connecting portion 21 (see FIG. 2 and the like) for laying on the plurality of locking projections 14 and 14, and the two hanging clips 22 and 22 are in a hairpin shape. The upper ends of the leg portions 22a and 22a of the hanging clip 22 and 22 that are connected and extend in a forked shape from the connecting portion 21 are curved to form a locking recess 22c. A narrow neck portion 22d is formed, and obliquely upward needle- like hooks 22b, 22b are formed so as to protrude in opposite directions at the lower ends separated from each other.
As shown in the right side of FIG. 5 (b), when the support 20 is fitted as indicated by an arrow from above the locking projection 14, the locking recess 22 c becomes the neck of the locking projection 14. It is elastically locked to 14a.
According to such a support body 20, it is not necessary to provide the bridging connection portion 21, and the support body 20 having the two hanging clips 22, 22 can be formed with a small amount of material, thereby reducing manufacturing costs. Can do.
Further, as shown in FIG. 5C, the support body 20 having one hanging clip 22 with respect to one locking recess 22 c may be attached by elastic locking with respect to the locking projection 14. Good.
Next, an example in which the locking projections 14 are provided on both front and rear outer surfaces of the mounting bar 13 will be described with reference to FIG.
6 (a) and 6 (b), the engaging projections 14 on the front outer surface and the engaging projections 14 on the rear outer surface are alternately formed at different positions. It is designed to be attached at a position shifted on both sides.
The support 20 used in this example is formed so that the hook 22b protrudes forward or backward, and thus the workpiece W can be suspended from both front and rear outer surfaces of the hanger 10.
In addition, although the latching convex part 14 may be provided in the same position on the front and rear outer surfaces, in the case of using the support 20 having the same shape on the front and rear outer surfaces, in order to improve the coating efficiency, the example of FIG. It is desirable to provide at different positions.
6 (c) and 6 (d), the locking projection 14 on the front outer surface and the locking projection 14 on the rear outer surface are formed at the same position when viewed from the front, and the hanging clip 22 is front and rear. , 22 are attached to supports 20 and 20 having different lengths.
Thus, if the support bodies 20 and 20 in which the lengths of the suspension clips 22 and 22 are different are attached to the front and rear, the workpiece W can be suspended at different height positions, so that painting from both sides of the front and rear outer surfaces can be efficiently performed. It can be carried out.
Thus, according to the structure which provided the latching convex parts 14 and 14 in both the outer surfaces of the attachment crosspiece 13, more support bodies 20 and 20 can be provided in one hanger 10, and coating efficiency is improved. be able to.
In the various embodiments described above, the support 20 is formed of an elastic member and is elastically locked by the elastic force of the support 20 when attached to the locking protrusion 14. It is good also as a structure which elastically latches the support body 20 with the elastic force of 14.
Further, the locking projection 14 may be provided on either the upper or lower surface of the mounting bar 13 and the support 20 may be locked thereto.
In the above embodiment, the engaging portion is constituted by the locking protrusion 14 of the columnar body, but it is not limited to such a shape. For example, as shown in FIGS. 7 to 10, the mounting bar 13 may have various shapes. The locking structure of the support body 20 shown in these drawings does not include the locking recess 22c (see FIG. 2 and the like) in the support body 20, and the leg portions 22a and 22a of the hanging clips 22 and 22 of the support body 20 are used. It is configured to be locked to the locking portion.
The front surface of the mounting bar 13 shown in FIG. That is, the mounting bar 13 is provided with a plurality of locking projections 14 and 14 having a large left-right width dimension, and a concave groove 15 communicating vertically is formed between them.
Each of the leg portions 22a and 22a of the two suspension clips 22 and 22 of the support 20 is inserted into the concave grooves 15 and 15 on both sides of the locking projection 14, and in the example of FIG. The elastic force of the leg portions 22a and 22a acts to tighten the locking projection 14 from both sides. Moreover, in the example of FIG.7 (d), it acts so that the elastic force of the leg parts 22a and 22a of the suspension clips 22 and 22 may press the latching convex part 14 of each outer side.
In these examples, the hanging clip 22 of the support 20 is not formed with a curved locking recess 22c, and the appropriate portion of the leg portion 22a of the hanging clip 22 is locked as a locked portion. What should I do?
According to such a locking structure, since the curved locking recess 22c does not have to be provided in the support body 20, the support body 20 can have a simple shape, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced. .
Further, in the mounting bar 13 shown in FIG. 8, the locking projections 14 and the concave grooves 15 are alternately formed on the front surface of the mounting bar 13 as in FIG. 7, and the entire support 20 is formed in the concave grooves 15. Is configured to fit. That is, as shown in FIG. 8C, the elastic force of the leg portions 22a and 22a of the hanging clips 22 and 22 presses the locking convex portions 14 and 14 disposed on both sides of the concave groove 15. Acting, the support 20 is locked.
According to such a locking structure, the support body 20 can be made into a simple shape as in the case of FIG. Further, since the support body 20 is configured to be fitted into the concave groove 15, it is necessary to increase the width dimension of the concave groove 15, so that material saving of the mounting bar 13 can be achieved.
Further, in the structure shown in FIG. 9, the mounting bar 13 is formed of a plate body having an inverted L-shaped cross section, and a hanging piece 18 is formed by hanging down on the upper plate portion 13b. Is opposed. The drooping piece 18 has elasticity, and both drooping pieces 18 and 18 hung from both ends of the concave portion 17 formed by being cut and raised are inclined so that the lower ends are closer to each other than the upper end, When pressed in such a manner, a resilient force that repels it is generated.
As shown in FIG. 9C, when the support 20 is attached so that the support 20 sandwiches the engaging portion made of the convex portion 16, the elastic force of the hanging piece 18 and the hanging clip 22 of the support 20. Due to the interaction with the elastic force, the support 20 is firmly locked.
According to such a locking structure, the support 20 can be firmly attached, and the mounting bar 13 can be formed easily and at low cost by cutting and raising the plate.
It should be noted that the support 20 may be fitted and locked in the concave portion 17 between the convex portions 16 and 16.
Further, FIGS. 10A to 10C show still other examples.
The mounting bar 13 shown in FIG. 10 (a) is formed by bending so that the plate is alternately folded, and irregularities appear alternately on the front and back surfaces thereof. As shown in FIG. 7C, the support 20 is locked to the mounting bar 13 so as to be sandwiched between the pair of hanging clips 22, 22. It is like that.
Further, the mounting bar 13 shown in FIG. 10 (b) is provided with concave grooves 15 at different positions on the front and rear surfaces thereof, and the support 20 is sandwiched between the mounting bars 13 as shown in the figure. These are constructed on a latching portion composed of a groove 15 on the front surface and a groove 15 on the rear surface.
Furthermore, the mounting bar 13 shown in FIG. 10 (c) is provided with a locking projection 14 on its upper surface, and the legs 22a, 22a of the pair of hanging clips 22, 22 are bent halfway. The support 20 is hooked on the locking projection 14 and is elastically locked.
In the above-described various embodiments, the support 20 is illustrated as being attached to the mounting bar 13, but the support 20 is attached by providing a locking portion on the hanger frame 11 (see FIG. 1). You may be made to do. For example, you may enable it to attach the support body 20 to the front-and-back surface and the side surface of the hanger frame 11 so that attachment or detachment is possible.
