Abstract
Es wird eine elektrische Heizvorrichtung (20) beschrieben, aufweisend wenigstens eine erste elektrisch leitfähige Komponente (21), wenigstens eine Heizschicht (22) sowie wenigstens eine zweite elektrisch leitfähige Komponente (23). Erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen ist, dass die erste elektrisch leitfähige Komponente (21) und/oder die zweite elektrisch leitfähige Komponente (23) mittels eines thermischen Spritzverfahrens hergestellt und/oder an der Heizschicht (22) angeordnet ist/sind. Alternativ oder zusätzlich ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, dass die elektrisch leitfähigen Komponenten (21, 23) und die Heizschicht (22) derart in Bezug zueinander angeordnet sind, dass ein Stromfluss senkrecht zur Ebene der Heizschicht (22) und/oder in Richtung der Ebene der Heizschicht (22) realisiert oder realisierbar ist. Zur Erzeugung eines Bauteils (10) kann eine solche Heizvorrichtung (20) bevorzugt an einem Substratelement (11) angeordnet werden. Weiterhin wird ein geeignetes Herstellungsverfahren beschrieben.
