Description

Nail chip manufacturing system and nail chip manufacturing method
The present invention relates to a so-called nail chip that is attached to a nail to decorate a hand and the like, and a nail chip manufacturing system capable of manufacturing a nail chip with a user's favorite design, and a nail chip manufacturing method About.
In recent years, it has been widely used to decorate a user's fingernail with a nail chip with a favorite design. In the past, nail tips were attached to the user's fingernails manually by a person with specialized skills in a store called a nail salon, etc. It had been.
However, when attaching a design by manually attaching a nail tip, it takes a considerable amount of time, and it is necessary to pay a sufficient amount of money. It was not easy.
Therefore, in order for the user to arbitrarily select a design and to manufacture a nail chip at a low cost, Patent Document 1 describes a technique for attaching a design arbitrarily selected to a nail chip by printing. .
Patent Document 2 describes a technique for manufacturing a nail tip having a three-dimensional shape suitable for the shape of a user's nail and attaching a design suitable for the three-dimensional shape by printing.

However, in Patent Document 1, a nail tip selected in advance so as to conform to the three-dimensional shape of the user's nail is fixed in a deformed state by vacuum suction so that the nail in the flat state is fixed. A technique for printing a design directly on a chip is described. There is also described a technique in which a design is printed on a planar seal and the seal is attached to a three-dimensionally curved nail chip. However, since these are used in a state in which the planar design attached to the nail chip by printing or sealing changes along the original three-dimensional curved shape, the manufactured nail chip is The nail chip is slightly different from the design that the user originally imagined, which gives the user a sense of incongruity.
Further, Patent Document 2 describes a technique in which a nail chip suitable for the three-dimensional curved shape of a user's nail is manufactured by cutting, and printing is performed on the manufactured nail chip using an inkjet printing apparatus. However, cutting out a nail chip from a block-shaped resin plate requires a considerable amount of time and money, and nail chips for little fingers are greatly curved, so an inkjet printing apparatus is used for the greatly curved nail chip. It is very difficult to print the design beautifully.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and a nail chip that conforms to the three-dimensional shape of the user's nails and is designed according to the user's image when attached to the nails is a relatively high speed. An object of the present invention is to provide a nail chip manufacturing system that can be manufactured at a relatively low cost.
In order to achieve the above object, a nail chip manufacturing system according to the present invention is a nail chip manufacturing system for manufacturing a nail chip, and measures a three-dimensional surface shape of a user's nail or information on a surface shape. A shape information acquisition unit that acquires solid shape information by inputting the information, a development information creation unit that creates development information indicating the shape of the surface shape developed on a plane based on the solid shape information, and a design that indicates the design of the nail chip A design acquisition unit that acquires information, a matching unit that creates matching information by matching the design information with the development information, and a flat and flexible resin sheet that forms a design based on the matching information And a nail chip forming part for cutting or semi-cutting the sheet.
According to this, since the design is formed by printing or the like on a flat sheet based on the matching information created assuming that it is attached along the three-dimensional shape of the user's nail, the formation of the design is very It is easy, and when the nail tip is attached to the nail, the nail tip fits the shape of the user's nail, and the nail tip that is designed according to the user's image when attached to the nail is high speed and low It can be provided at a cost.
Furthermore, a design creation unit that creates design information indicating the design of the nail chip may be provided.
According to this, not only existing designs but also users and designers can arbitrarily arrange existing designs, and users can create new nail chip designs themselves. Therefore, it is possible to improve the interest that the nail chip manufacturing system gives to the user.
In addition, the design creation unit may include a display unit that displays the solid shape information and an image of a nail chip with a design based on the design information.
According to this, the design of the nail tip created using the design creation unit can be viewed three-dimensionally by the user or designer, so that the design of the nail tip attached to the nail is easy. Can be created. Therefore, there is little difference between the design created in the design creation unit and the design of the nail chip attached to the nail, and the uncomfortable feeling given to the user can be suppressed.
Further, a shape acquisition device including the shape information acquisition unit and a nail information output unit that outputs at least one of the solid shape information and the development information may be provided as an independent device.
According to this, if at least one of the output 3D shape information and the development information is stored in a portable storage medium (such as a flash memory), the information stored in the portable storage medium is used. By providing at least one of the 3D shape information and the development information to the matching unit etc., the nail chip that matches the shape of the nail of the user etc. and has a different design or the same design attached It can be manufactured any number of times. Therefore, since the nail chip can be manufactured without frequently operating the shape information acquisition unit such as measuring the surface shape, the operating efficiency of the nail chip manufacturing system can be improved.
Also, a design creation device that is an independent device including the design creation unit, a design information output unit that outputs the design information, and a nail chip manufacturing device that is an independent device including the nail chip formation unit. A plurality of design creation apparatuses may be communicably connected to one nail chip manufacturing apparatus.
This makes it possible for many users to carry out nail chip design creation work, which is expected to require the most time, at once, independently of printing and processing on the nail chip. Then, by providing the design information completed in the design creation apparatus to the nail chip manufacturing apparatus through communication via a portable storage medium or direct communication, the nail chips can be manufactured sequentially. Therefore, it is possible to provide many users at once with the interest of creating a nail chip design, and to improve the operating efficiency of the entire nail chip manufacturing system.
In order to achieve the above object, a nail chip manufacturing method according to the present invention is a nail chip manufacturing method for manufacturing a nail chip, and measures a three-dimensional surface shape of a user's nail, or a surface shape. 3D shape information is acquired by the shape information acquisition unit, and development information indicating the shape obtained by expanding the surface shape into a plane is created by the development information creation unit based on the three-dimensional shape information. The design acquisition unit acquires design information indicating the design information, the matching unit creates matching information obtained by matching the design information with the development information, and creates a nail based on the matching information on a flat and flexible resin sheet. The chip forming unit forms a design and cuts or semi-cuts the sheet.
It should be noted that execution of a program for causing a computer to execute each process included in the nail chip creation method also corresponds to the implementation of the present invention. Of course, implementing the recording medium in which the program is recorded also corresponds to the implementation of the present invention.
It is possible to manufacture a nail tip that is designed according to the user's image when attached to the user's nails, relatively easily and at a relatively high speed.

In the case of the present embodiment, the nail chip manufacturing system 100 includes a design creation unit 131, a display unit 132, a nail information output unit 123, and a design information output unit 133.
The shape information acquisition unit 121 measures the three-dimensional surface shape of the nail of the user who uses the nail chip, or selects information on the surface shape corresponding to the three-dimensional nail of the user from a selection table, or It is a processing unit that acquires three-dimensional shape information by inputting it as identification information such as a shape number or a bar code that matches the user's nails. It should be noted that identification information such as a shape number or a barcode that matches the user's nails is input to the shape information acquisition unit 121 by an imaging unit or an input unit (not shown) by giving identification information to the already created nail itself. You may make it acquire. In the case of the present embodiment, the shape information acquisition unit 121 is incorporated in the shape acquisition device 102 that exists as an independent device.
In the case of a device for measuring the three-dimensional surface shape of the nail, there is no particular limitation, but the tip of a thin probe is brought into contact with the surface of the nail, and the probe is moved to measure the advancing / retreating distance of the nail. In the case of the present embodiment, a device that measures the three-dimensional shape of the nail by the phase shift method is employed as the shape acquisition device 102.
FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a main part of a shape acquisition apparatus that measures a three-dimensional shape by a phase shift method.
The phase shift method is the following measurement method. Luminance change light having a striped pattern with periodically varying illuminance such as a sine wave is irradiated obliquely to the nail as a measurement object and its periphery using the irradiation means 124. The light has the same illuminance in the X-axis direction and the illuminance periodically changes in the Y-axis direction. Then, an image of a nail or the like irradiated with striped light is captured using the imaging unit 125 from the front (Z-axis direction). The position of the striped pattern with respect to the measurement target is relatively shifted little by little (for example, ¼ wavelength) in the Y-axis direction, and an image of the measurement target is captured a plurality of times (for example, four times). The shape information acquisition unit 121 extracts luminance data at one point on the measurement object from information on the obtained plurality of images, forms a sine wave based on the plurality of data, and forms a reference sine wave. The height of the one point is calculated from the phase shift (phase difference) from the sine wave. By calculating the phase shift over the entire nail, solid shape information indicating the three-dimensional surface shape of the user's nail is created.

Specifically, the matching unit 113 matches the design information with the shape of the nail chip attached to the nail of the finger desired by the user A (the thumb, index finger, middle finger, ring finger, little finger, etc. of the left and right hands), and matched information Based on the expansion information, planar matching information is created. In other words, to explain one specific example, it is a design created so that the user can recognize that the character is just fine when the user sees the character shown on the curved nail chip attached to the nail. In some cases, the matching unit 113 creates matching information that results in a slightly thicker character when the design is formed in a planar manner according to the curvature of the nail chip.
As a result, the three-dimensional design created by the design creation device 103 or the like and the design shown on the nail chip when actually attached to the nail substantially coincide with each other, thereby suppressing the uncomfortable feeling given to the user. It becomes possible.
The nail chip forming unit 111 forms a design on a flat and flexible resin sheet based on the matching information, and controls the nail chip manufacturing apparatus 101 to cut or semi-cut the sheet. Part. In the case of the present embodiment, the nail chip forming unit 111 is incorporated in a nail chip manufacturing apparatus 101 that exists as an independent apparatus.
FIG. 5 is a perspective view schematically showing a nail chip manufacturing apparatus.
As shown in the figure, the nail chip manufacturing apparatus 101 discharges ink or a curable resin to a desired position on a flexible resin sheet 201 to form a planar design or nail on the sheet 201. An apparatus capable of forming a design including a portion protruding from a chip surface. The nail chip manufacturing apparatus 101 is an apparatus capable of cutting or semi-cutting the sheet 201, and includes a head 114 and a stage 115 that supports the sheet 201.
The head 114 includes a plurality of discharge means (not shown) for discharging a liquid called a jet dispenser as droplets, and a cutter (not shown) for cutting or semi-cutting the sheet 201. . Further, the head 114 reciprocates in the main scanning direction (X-axis direction shown in FIG. 5) by the head moving device 117 supported on the device base 116.
The stage 115 is a table that places the resin sheet 201 in a flat state and holds the sheet 201 by static electricity, vacuum suction, or pinching of an end portion, and a stage moving device 118 supported by the apparatus base 116. Therefore, it reciprocates in the sub-scanning direction (Y-axis direction shown in FIG. 5).
With this configuration, the nail chip manufacturing apparatus 101 allows ink, coating resin, and decorative material to be moved from the ejection unit provided in the head 114 toward the sheet 201 while relatively moving the head 114 and the sheet 201 on the stage 115. This is a device capable of forming a design based on matching information on the sheet 201 by discharging a photo-curing resin or the like. Moreover, it is an apparatus which can perform the cutting | disconnection based on matching information with the cutter with which the head 114 was equipped, or a half cut.
Here, the semi-cut means that the sheet 201 is not cut completely but a cut 211 (groove) is formed in a part in the thickness direction of the sheet 201 as shown in FIG. When the semi-cutting is performed, if a force is applied to the notch 211 with a finger or the like, the sheet 201 can be easily broken along the notch 211 and the nail tip can be taken out.
After the sheet 201 is cut in half, the end surface of the nail chip 202 can be designed by discharging a liquid such as the ink 212 to the notch 211, and the nail chip 202 of the manufactured nail chip 202 can be designed. Product value can be improved.
FIG. 7 is a view showing a nail chip manufactured by a nail chip manufacturing apparatus.
As shown in the figure, the nail chip 202 is manufactured by the nail chip manufacturing apparatus 101 with a design applied to a flat sheet 201 and in a cut or semi-cut state.
Here, after being cut out as a nail chip, the sheet 201 has flexibility (flexibility) that flexibly follows the curvature of the nail when the sheet 201 is attached to the nail, and the curvature is maintained in the attached state. , It has a restoring force equal to or less than a restoring force that does not put a burden on the nail.
Specifically, the sheet 201 is made of a general resin such as polypropylene, polyethylene, or polyethylene terephthalate, and the thickness of the sheet 201 is 1 mm or less, preferably 500 μm or less, and more preferably about 300 μm or less.

Furthermore, design information selected from some design information held in advance by the nail chip manufacturing system 100 may be used.
Next, the matching unit creates matching information obtained by matching the design information with the development information, and the nail chip forming unit is formed on the flat and flexible resin sheet 201 based on the matching information. The mechanism part 101 is controlled to form a design, and the sheet 201 is cut or semi-cut.
The nail chip is manufactured as described above.
