上述从主叫方对本发明实施例的呼叫方法进行了介绍, 下面从被叫方, 对本发明 的实施例提供的呼叫显示方法进行说明。 需要说明的是, 下述的呼叫显示方法的执行主 体可以是手机等能够实现通讯功能的终端, 也可以是集成通信模块, 本发明实施例对此 并不进行限制。 另外, 本发明实施例中的作为主叫方的终端和作为被叫方的终端, 可以 是同一个装置, 例如同一个移动终端或同一个集成通信模块, 本发明实施例对此并不进 行限定。
请参考图 3, 是本发明的呼叫显示方法的实施例的流程示意图, 所述方法包括: 步骤 S31 , 接收来自主叫方的呼叫请求。
步骤 S32,将所述呼叫请求显示给用户,并提取所述呼叫请求中携带的呼叫紧急度 信息显示给用户; 其中, 所述呼叫紧急度信息用于指示当前呼叫的紧急程度。
其中, 所述呼叫紧急度信息与前述实施例中提及的呼叫紧急度信息具有相同的含 义, 在此不赘述。 具体地, 结合图 4所示的终端的来电显示界面的示意图, 对本发明的 实施例的呼叫显示方法进行具体说明: 在图 4中, 终端 4的来电显示界面 41与传统的来电显示界面相比, 多了紧急度信 息显示区域 411。本实施例中当终端 4接收到呼叫请求时,将所述呼叫请求显示给用户, 同时查看所述呼叫请求中的附加信息是否包含有呼叫紧急度信息;若终端 4发现所述呼 叫请求中包含呼叫紧急度信息, 则提取该呼叫紧急度信息, 并同时在图示中的紧急度显 示区域 411向用户显示该呼叫紧急度信息,以使被叫用户能够了解当前呼叫的紧急程度。 需要说明的是, 所述终端 4提取所述呼叫紧急度信息的过程, 也可以在将所述呼叫请求 显示给用户之前进行, 本发明实施例对此两个步骤之间并无严格的执行顺序的限制。
本实施例由于在将呼叫请求显示给用户时, 同时显示呼叫紧急度信息, 因此使用 户能够了解当前呼叫的紧急情况, 可以方便用户在不方便接听电话的场合, 根据当前呼 叫的紧急程度区别对待, 从而避免用户漏接重要电话。 下面结合附图介绍相应于上述方法实施例的装置实施例。
请参考图 5,是本发明的作为主叫方的终端 2的第一实施例的结构示意图,所述终 端包括:
接收模块 51, 用于接收用户选择的呼叫紧急度信息, 所述呼叫紧急度信息用于指 示当前呼叫的紧急程度。
呼叫模块 52, 用于发起对被叫方的呼叫请求, 所述呼叫请求中包含所述呼叫紧急 度信息。
其中,所述接收模块 53接收的呼叫紧急度信息包括:紧急、一般和低级中的一种, 其中, 所述呼叫紧急度信息与前述方法实施例中提及的呼叫紧急度信息具有相同的含 义, 在此不赘述。
进一步, 如图 6所示, 终端 2还可以包括: 提供模块 53, 用于提供至少一个呼叫 紧急度信息供用户选择, 其中至少一个呼叫紧急度信息包括: 紧急、 一般和低级中的至 少一个。优选地,所述提供模块 53可以提供 2〜3个呼叫紧急度信息供用户选择。例如: 在用户拨号界面中, 提供模块 53为用户提供紧急度菜单, 该紧急度菜单中可以包括至 少一个表示紧急程度的呼叫紧急度信息, 例如仅有一个 "紧急", 还可以包括三个表示 紧急程度的呼叫紧急度信息, 例如分别是 "紧急"、 "一般"和 "低级"; 用户在拨号 时, 可以根据当前呼叫的紧急情况, 从紧急度菜单中选择其中一个呼叫紧急度信息; 当 用户选择呼叫紧急度信息时, 接收模块 51将接收用户选择的呼叫紧急度信息; 当用户 没有选择时, 可以默认当前呼叫的紧急程度为 "一般"或默认当前呼叫未包含紧急度信 息, 本发明实施例对此不进行限定。
进一步地, 当所述呼叫模块 52用于发起对被叫方的呼叫时, 可以将所述接收模块 51接收到的呼叫紧急度信息携带入对被叫方的呼叫请求中一同发送给被叫方。 具体地, 所述呼叫模块 52可以将所述接收模块 51接收的呼叫紧急度信息与主叫号码一起作为呼 叫请求中的附加信息, 通过移动通信网络(包括: 基站、 移动交换中心, 等等)发送给 被叫方。
下面结合图 2, 对终端 2如何进行呼叫的过程进行举例说明:
在图 2中, 终端 2的拨号界面 21如图所示, 该拨号界面 21包括: 拨号盘区域 211 和紧急度信息区域 212,该紧急度信息区域 212包含三个可供用户选择的紧急度信息 (紧 急、 一般、 低级) , 该紧急度信息区域 212中显示的可供用户选择的紧急度信息由提供 模块 53提供。 当用户需要拨出电话时, 可以从位于终端 2桌面的拨号程序进入该拨号 界面 21 ; 然后,用户根据当前呼叫的紧急情况从上述三个紧急度信息中选择一个,例如 图示中选择"紧急"; 当用户选择了 "紧急 "后, 接收模块 51会接收到用户选择的 "紧 急"信息; 接下来, 用户由拨号盘输入被叫号码 (例如: 图示的 10086 ) , 然后触发拨 号键; 当呼叫模块 52检测到用户有触发拨号键时, 根据用户输入的被叫号码生成对被 叫方的呼叫请求, 并把接收模块 51接收的用户选择的 "紧急"信息作为该呼叫请求的 附加信息, 一同上报给移动通信网络, 由移动通信网络根据呼叫请求中的被叫号码发起 对被叫方的呼叫, 并将 "紧急"信息发送给被叫方。 上述过程中, 需要说明的是, 紧急 度信息的选择也可以是在用户在输入被叫号码之后, 触发拨号键之前, 本发明实施例仅 为举例, 并不对此执行顺序进行限定。
本实施例提供的终端 2,通过将将用户选择的呼叫紧急度信息携带在呼叫请求,并 发送给被叫方, 从而使被叫方能够了解呼入电话的紧急程度, 可以方便用户在不方便接 听电话的场合, 根据当前呼叫的紧急程度区别对待, 从而避免用户漏接重要电话(呼叫 紧急度高的电话) , 减少损失。
上述从主叫方的角度对终端进行了介绍, 下面被叫方的角度对终端进行说明。 需 要说明的是, 作为主叫的终端和作为被叫的终端可以是同一个装置, 本发明对此不进行 限定。
请参考图 7, 是本发明的作为被叫方的终端 4的实施例的结构示意图, 所述终端 4 包括- 接收模块 71, 用于接收来自主叫方的呼叫请求。

处理模块 72, 用于将所述呼叫请求显示给用户, 并提取所述呼叫请求中携带的呼 叫紧急度信息显示给用户; 其中, 所述呼叫紧急度信息用于指示当前呼叫的紧急程度。 其中, 所述呼叫紧急度信息与前述实施例中提及的呼叫紧急度信息具有相同的含 义, 在此不赘述。 具体地, 结合图 4所示的作为被叫方的终端 4的来电显示界面的示意 图, 对本实施例的终端 4如何进行呼叫显示的过程进行具体说明: 在图 4中, 终端 4的来电显示界面 41与传统的来电显示界面相比, 多了紧急度信 息显示区域 411。 本实施例中当接收模块 71接收到主叫方的呼叫请求时, 处理模块 72 将呼叫请求显示给用户, 同时查看该呼叫请求中的附加信息是否包含有呼叫紧急度信 息; 若发现呼叫请求中包含呼叫紧急度信息, 则处理模块 72提取该呼叫紧急度信息, 并在图示中的紧急度显示区域 411显示该呼叫紧急度信息, 以使被叫方能够了解当前呼 叫的紧急程度。 需要说明的是, 所述处理模块 72提取所述呼叫紧急度信息的过程, 也 可以在将所述呼叫请求显示给用户之前,本发明实施例对此两个操作之间并无严格的执 行顺序的限制。本实施例由于在将呼叫请求显示给被叫用户时, 同时显示所述呼叫紧急 度信息, 因此使用户能够了解当前呼叫的紧急情况, 可以方便用户在不方便接听电话的 场合, 根据当前呼叫的紧急程度区别对待, 从而避免用户漏接重要电话。 本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程, 可以通 过硬件完成, 也可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成, 所述的程序可存储于一 计算机可读取存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。 其 中, 所述的存储介质可为磁碟、 光盘、 只读存储记忆体 (Read- Only Memory, ROM) 或 随机存储记忆体 (Random Access Memory, RAM) 等。 以上所揭露的仅为本发明较佳实施例而已, 当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范 围, 本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例的全部或部分流程, 并依本发明权利 要求所作的等同变化, 仍属于发明所涵盖的范围。 权利要求
1、 一种呼叫方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收用户选择的呼叫紧急度信息,所述呼叫紧急度信息用于指示当前呼叫的紧急程 度;
发起对被叫方的呼叫请求, 所述呼叫请求中包含所述呼叫紧急度信息。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的呼叫方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收用户选择的呼叫紧急度信 息之前, 所述方法还包括:
提供至少一个呼叫紧急度信息供用户选择。
3、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的呼叫方法, 其特征在于, 所述呼叫紧急度信息包括: 紧 急、 一般和低级中的至少一个。
4、 一种呼叫显示方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收来自主叫方的呼叫请求;
将所述呼叫请求显示给用户, 并提取所述呼叫请求中携带的呼叫紧急度信息显示给 用户; 其中, 所述呼叫紧急度信息用于指示当前呼叫的紧急程度。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的呼叫显示方法, 其特征在于, 所述呼叫紧急度信息包括: 紧 急、 一般或低级。
6、 一种终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收模块, 用于接收用户选择的呼叫紧急度信息, 所述呼叫紧急度信息用于指示当 前呼叫的紧急程度;
呼叫模块, 用于发起对被叫方的呼叫请求, 所述呼叫请求中包含所述呼叫紧急度信 息。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述终端还包括:
提供模块, 用于提供至少一个呼叫紧急度信息供用户选择。
8、 如权利要求 6或 7所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述提供模块提供的呼叫紧急度 息包括: 紧急、 一般和低级中的至少一个。
9、 一种终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收模块, 用于接收来自主叫方的呼叫请求;
处理模块, 用于将所述呼叫请求显示给用户, 并提取所述呼叫请求中携带的呼叫紧 急度信息显示给用户; 其中, 所述呼叫紧急度信息用于指示当前呼叫的紧急程度。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述处理模块提取的呼叫紧急度信息 包括: 紧急、 一般或低级。
