Description

液晶显示装置及其一背光模块
技术领域
本发明是有关于一种背光模块以及使用该背光模块的液晶显示装置,特别是对于一种 导光板的固定方式。 背景技术
由于 LCD 不是自发光性的显示装置,必须借住外部光源达到显示效果,一般的 LCD 几 乎采用背光模块, 而背光模块主要提供液晶面板均匀、高亮度的光线来源, 基本原理将常 用的点或线型光源,透过简洁有效光转化成高亮度且均一辉度的面光源产品,近年随着液 晶显示器制造技术的提升, 背光模块跟随考虑轻量化、 薄型化、低耗电、 高亮度及降低成 本的市场要求, 同时外观品味水平也被要求, 因应上述所提的市场需求是背光模块目前所 要一一克服的问题。
液晶显示装置的组成部份包括: 背板、 面板模块、 导光板、 灯条、 光学膜片、 胶框和 前框等部材。 而面板模块、 光学膜片、 灯条以及导光板等都收容在背板、 胶框及前框中, 导光板必须借由铆柱固定在背板上, 以防止晃动造成导光板的偏移, 一旦导光板偏移, 液 晶面板整体的均匀、高亮度会下降, 所以导光板的固定方式很重要。如图 1所示的先前技 术使用铆柱固定导光板的固定方式,导光板 2通过在背板 1上铆柱 3来固定,但是这样的 固定方式需要对导光板进行多次裁切加工,产生加工费用;而且切口位置由于铆柱的存在, 容易引起亮点导致光学品味问题, 尤其在窄边框产品中, 这样的光学问题很难解决; 因此,需要提供一种不需对导光板进行多次裁切加工,不会产生习知技术的外观品味 的问题,并且同时达到轻量化、薄型化及降低成本的背光模块及其使用所述的背光模块的 液晶显示装置, 以解决前述问题。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于,不需借由在背板上的铆柱就能固定导光板, 同时解决外观品味上 的问题, 而提供一种背光模块。所要解决一技术问题是导光板进行多次裁切加工, 造成背 光模块制造费用、工时的增加,以及,习知的背光模块边缘的外观品味有亮点存在的问题, 都可借由本发明解决。另外本发明是采用吸塑材料, 相较于铆柱, 成本较低并且同时达到 轻量化、 薄型化的目的。
为达成上述提供背光模块目的, 本发明提出的背光模块, 其包括: 一导光板, 该导光 板包括一入光面;一收容该导光板的一框架,该框架包括一底板与一位于该底板四周的侧 壁; 一反射片, 配置在该导光板与该框架中间; 至少一发光组件, 相对于该导光板的该入 光面设置; 以及一固定单元, 其由至少二固定件组成, 每一固定件具有一基部和自该基部 的至少一端向同一方向垂直延伸的一弯折部,该基部的一顶面紧靠该导光板,该弯折部的 内侧紧靠该导光板, 相对于内侧的外侧紧靠该侧壁, 以供固定该导光板。
前述的背光模块, 其中, 该框架有一底板, 该底板四周垂直延伸出侧壁。
前述的背光模块, 其中, 该导光板边缘四周, 设置该固定单元, 该固定单元至少由二 固定件组成,该固定件的该基部的该顶面与该弯折部的内侧所围出区域,该导光板放置在 上面。
前述的背光模块, 其中, 该导光板的边缘四周配置有固定单元, 该框架收容该导光板 与固定单元, 且被配置于该框架的该底板的上方位置。
前述的背光模块,其中,该固定件的材料是塑料,其塑料是聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯 (PET) 或聚苯乙烯 (PS)至少一种。
前述的背光模块, 其中, 该固定单元是为二个固定件, 且相对而设, 配置在导光板角 落, 该固定单元也可配置在导光板两边。 该二固定单元为四个固定件, 且两两相对而设, 配置在导光板角落。
一种液晶显示装置, 包括一面板模块以及前述的背光模块, 该背光模块包括: 一导光 板, 该导光板包括一入光面; 一收容该导光板的框架, 该框架包括一底板与一位于该底板 四周的侧壁; 一反射片, 配置在该导光板与该框架的底板的中间; 至少一发光组件, 相对 于该导光板的该入光面设置; 以及一固定单元, 其由至少二固定件组成, 每一固定件具有 一基部和自该基部的至少一端向同一方向垂直延伸的一弯折部,该基部的一顶面紧靠该导 光板,该弯折部的内侧紧靠该导光板,相对于内侧的外侧紧靠该侧壁,以供固定该导光板。
综上所述, 本发明的背光模块以及液晶显示装置其效果在于, 对于制造加工而言, 减 少了对导光板进行裁切加工, 而减少制造成本与工时, 利于生产效率的提升。对于光学品 味而言, 边缘部份的亮点问题不容易产生, 使得提高外观品味水平, 少了先前技术所用的 铆柱来固定导光板方法,在制造液晶显示装置时可降低成本、工时及可达到窄边框的设计, 并且同时达到轻量化、 薄型化的目的。

图 2为本发明第一实施例液晶面板装置包含背光模块的立体图,同时请参阅图 3为本 发明第一实施例背光模块的俯视图,以及图 4为本发明所使用的固定件有两端向同一方向 垂直延伸的一弯折部的立体图。 本实例揭露的背光模块, 其包括: 一导光板 400, 该导光 板 400包括一入光面 410,一收容该导光板 400的一框架 700,该框架 700包括一底板 720 与一位于该底板 720四周的侧壁 710, 一反射片 600, 配置在该导光板 400与该框架 700 的该底板 720中间, 至少一发光组件 800, 相对于该导光板 400的该入光面 410设置, 以 及一固定单元, 其由两固定件 500组成。
该导光板 400在该背光模块 10中, 具有引导且均匀分散从发光组件 800发出光线的 功能, 该导光板 400是配置在该框架 700的该底板 720的上方。 该框架 700的该底板 720 与该导光板 400中间, 有一反射片 600, 是为了增加光线反射率, 避免光线逸失。

图 5为本发明第二实施例液晶面板装置包含背光模块的立体图,同时请参阅图 6为本 发明第二实施例背光模块的俯视图,以及图 7为本发明所使用的固定件有一端向同一方向 垂直延伸的一弯折部的立体图。一背光模块 10的结构与第一实施例相似,在此不于赘述。 但与第一实施例不同的地方在于, 一固定单元, 其由两固定件 500组成, 且相对而设, 配 置在一导光板 400两边,每一固定件 500具有一基部 510和自该基部 510的一端向同一方 向垂直延伸的一弯折部 520, 该基部 510的一顶面 511紧靠该导光板 400, 该弯折部 520 的一内侧 521紧靠该导光板 400, 相对于该内侧 521的一外侧 522紧靠一侧壁 710, 以供 固定该导光板 400。
一液晶面板装置 20, 其中包括前述的背光模块 10、 一前框 100、 一面板模块 200以 及一光学膜片 300。该背光模块 10包括:该导光板 400,该导光板 400包括一入光面 410; 一收容该导光板 400的一框架 700,该框架 700包括一底板 720与一位于该底板 720四周 的侧壁 710; —反射片 600, 配置在该导光板 400与该框架 700的该底板 710的中间; 至 少该发光组件 800, 相对于该导光板 400的该入光面 410设置; 以及该固定单元, 其由两 固定件 500组成, 且相对而设, 配置在该导光板 400两边, 每一固定件 500具有该基部 510和自该基部 510的一端向同一方向垂直延伸的该弯折部 520,该基部 510的该顶面 511 紧靠该导光板 400, 该弯折部 520的该内侧 521紧靠该导光板 400, 相对于该内侧 521的 该外侧 522紧靠该侧壁 710, 以供固定该导光板 400。
图 8为本发明第三实施例液晶面板装置包含背光模块的立体图,同时请参阅图 9为本 发明第三实施例背光模块的俯视图,以及图 4为本发明所使用的固定件有二端向同一方向 垂直延伸的一弯折部的立体图。 一背光模块 10的结构与第一、 二实施例相似, 在此不于 赘述。 但与第一、 二实施例不同的地方在于, 一固定单元, 其由两固定件 500组成, 该二 固定单元是为四个固定件 500, 且两两相对而设, 配置在一导光板角落, 每一固定件 500 具有一基部 510和自该基部 510的二端向同一方向垂直延伸的一弯折部 520, 该基部 510 的一顶面 511紧靠该导光板 400, 该弯折部 520的一内侧 521紧靠该导光板 400, 相对于 该内侧 521的一外侧 522紧靠侧壁 710, 以供固定该导光板 400。
液晶面板装置 20, 其中包括前述的背光模块 10、 一前框 100、 一面板模块 200以及 一光学膜片 300。 该背光模块 10包括: 该导光板 400, 该导光板 400包括一入光面 410; 一收容该导光板 400的框架 700,该框架 700包括一底板 720与一位于该底板 720四周的 侧壁 710; —反射片 600, 配置在该导光板 400与该框架 700的该底板 710的中间; 至少 一发光组件 800, 相对于该导光板 400的该入光面 410设置; 以及一固定单元, 其由两固 定件 500组成, 该二固定单元为四个固定件 500, 且两两相对而设, 配置在该导光板 400 角落,每一固定件 500具有该基部 510和自该基部 510的一端向同一方向垂直延伸的该弯 折部 520, 该基部 510的该顶面 511紧靠该导光板 400, 该弯折部 520的该内侧 521紧靠 该导光板 400, 相对于该内侧 521的该外侧 522紧靠该侧壁 710, 以供固定该导光板 400。

Claims

权利要求
1. 一种背光模块, 包括:
一导光板, 该导光板包括一入光面, 该导光板配置在该框架的该底板的上方; 一收容该导光板的一框架, 该框架包括一底板与一位于该底板四周的侧壁; 一反射片, 配置在该导光板与该框架的该底板中间;
至少一发光组件, 相对于该导光板的该入光面设置; 以及
一固定单元,其由至少二固定件组成,每一固定件具有一基部和自该基部的至少一端 向同一方向垂直延伸的一弯折部,该基部的一顶面紧靠该导光板,该弯折部的一内侧紧靠 该导光板, 相对于该内侧的一外侧紧靠该侧壁, 以供固定该导光板, 该二固定单元为四个 固定件, 且相对而设, 配置在导光板角落, 该固定件的材料是塑料。
2. 一种背光模块, 包括:
一导光板, 该导光板包括一入光面;
一收容该导光板的一框架, 该框架包括一底板与一位于该底板四周的侧壁; 一反射片, 配置在该导光板与该框架的该底板中间;
至少一发光组件, 相对于该导光板的该入光面设置; 以及
一固定单元,其由至少二固定件组成,每一固定件具有一基部和自该基部的至少一端 向同一方向垂直延伸的一弯折部,该基部的一顶面紧靠该导光板,该弯折部的一内侧紧靠 该导光板, 相对于该内侧的一外侧紧靠该侧壁, 以供固定该导光板。
3. 如权利要求 1所述的背光模块, 其中, 该导光板配置在该框架的该底板的上方。
4. 如权利要求 1所述的背光模块, 其中, 该固定件的该基部与该弯折部所围出区域, 该 导光板放置在上面。
5. 如权利要求 1所述的背光模块, 其中, 该固定单元是为二个固定件, 且相对而设, 配 置在导光板角落。
6. 如权利要求 1所述的背光模块, 其中, 该固定单元为二个固定件, 且相对而设, 配置 在导光板两边。
7. 如权利要求 1所述的背光模块, 其中, 该二固定单元为四个固定件, 且相对而设, 配 置在导光板角落。
8. 如权利要求 1所述的背光模块, 其中, 该固定件的材料是塑料。
9. 如权利要求 7所述的背光模块, 其中, 该固定件的材料是聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯 (PET) 或聚苯乙烯 (PS)至少一种。
10. 一种液晶显示装置, 包括一面板模块以及一背光模块, 该背光模块包括:
一导光板, 该导光板包括一入光面;
一收容该导光板的框架, 该框架包括一底板与一位于该底板四周的侧壁; 一反射片, 配置在该导光板与该框架的该底板中间;
至少一发光组件, 相对于该导光板的该入光面设置; 以及
一固定单元,其由至少二固定件组成,每一固定件具有一基部和自该基部的至少一端 向同一方向垂直延伸的一弯折部,该基部的一顶面紧靠该导光板,该弯折部的内侧紧靠该 导光板, 相对于内侧的外侧紧靠该侧壁, 以供固定该导光板。
11. 如权利要求 9所述的背光模块, 其中, 该二固定单元为四个固定件, 且相对而设, 配 置在导光板角落。
