进一歩, 该连接架还具有一内表面, 于该连接架顶端位置的内表面横向向外 突出, 形成一托接部, 该托接部的两端分别与左右相邻的连接架的方向向外延伸 一距离, 形成一弧度, 且与上述振动板装置的基座的外表面弧度相对应, 以供上 述振动板装置安装固定。
进一歩, 该连接架的托接部上还设有若干第二固定孔, 以供上述振动板装置 与该连接架的托接部通过锁螺丝方式连接固定。
进一歩, 该连接架内表面及托接部的上表面与上述振动板装置 10的基座的 外表面及底部通过打胶水的方式连接固定。
进一歩, 该连接架的托接部与上述振动板装置的基座通过卡合方式连接固 定。
再者, 该连接架的第二连接端的两端分别还设有至少一连接孔, 以供上述连 接块连接相邻两个连接架时, 通过锁螺丝方式固定。
进一歩, 该连接架由一导热性能良好的金属材质制成。
进一歩, 该连接架由金属铝制成。 进一歩, 该连接架上还具有至少一金属端子, 与上述音圈的连接线进行电力 连接
进一歩, 该连接架的外表面还设有若干凸条, 以加强该连接架的硬度, 且该 凸条与该凸条之间形成一散热槽, 以增加该连接架的散热面。
值得一提的是, 当该振动装置工作时, 该音圈与该磁回***的作动, 会产生 大量的热量, 籍由该连接架的使用, 使该热量可以通过该连接架向外传导出来。
值得一提的是, 当制作大口径电磁振动装置的***盆架时, 通过该连接架与 连接架之间的距离或相对增加该连接架的数量来调整该***盆架的大小, 使之与 该电磁振动装置的振动板装置的大小一致, 再将该连接架与连接架之间用所述连 接块分别连接固定, 形成该电磁振动装置的***盆架。
大尺寸开具一副尺寸较大的连接架既可,射出若干个相连接组合成大口径外 缘盆架, 节省了大量的模具费, 尺寸的可调节性强, 可依需求任意调节。 做任何 尺寸口径的***盆架, 都只需开具一个连接架的模具(也就是整体盆架的 1/4部 分), 然后根据需求组合, 大大节约了模具费用开支, 而且射出这些连接架使用 的机器设备可以用较小机器即可, 传统***盆架因为是一个整体, 需要很大的模 具完成一个产品, 而且与之配套的机器设备需要很庞大的机器才可以射出, 这样 让生产商无论在机器设备和模具投入上都需要花费相当庞大的经费。我司研发的 多段式组合模组盆架方式, 大大节约了所有的开支, 利于大量生产, 也大大降低 了生产成本, 使用方便多样化, 灵活应用, 可以任何组合调配满足设计需求。
同时提供一种电磁振动装置的制作方法:
a.开模金属连接架, 通过压铸或者冲压成型, 形成该连接架;
b.开具塑胶连接组装块模具, 用塑胶射出方式制成连接块;
c.将成型好的 4组金属连接架用塑胶连接块组合在一起形成一个完整的上外缘盆 架 (亦可以直接形成整个***盆架);
d.将组合好的外缘盆架与华丝的安装孔位相连接固定,形成一个扬声器上盆架组 合.
e.将上悬边、 振动板放入该基座模具中, 通过嵌入射出形成一个振动板; f.将下悬边与该振动板的下表面相黏接固定, 再与组合好的上外缘盆架模组相黏 接固定, 形成该振动板装置; 同时, 还可以采用两个振动板模组相对扣接的方式, 将其中一个振动板模组 旋转 180度与另一个振动板模组通过扣接或打胶水的方式黏合形成该振动板装 置;
g.将 U铁、 磁铁、 极片放入塑胶射出模具中, 通过嵌入射出形成一个带有磁回系 统的下盆架组合;
h.将音圈通过托盘和振动板相连接固定;
i.将上振动板装置与该带有磁回***的下盆架组合通过锁螺丝, 热烫, 扣接等方 式连接固定成一体, 形成一个完整的电磁振动器装置(扬声器, 特别是低音大口 径扬声器)。
本发明的有益效果在于, 提供一种电磁振动装置, 其具有一振动板装置、 一 磁回***及***盆架; 通过该***盆架将该振动板装置及磁回***连接形成整个 电磁振动装置; 其中, 该***盆架具有至少一连接架, 而连接架与连接架之间用 一连接块连接固定并形成一个整体***盆架; 通过该连接架与连接架之间的距离 或相对增加该连接架的数量来调整该***盆架的大小, 使之与该电磁振动装置的 振动板装置的大小一致, 再将该连接架与连接架之间用所述连接块分别连接固 定, 来满足不同尺寸大小的电磁振动所需的***盆架; 同时籍由其独特的结构, 只需开一个连接架的模具, 以整个扬声器***盆架的使用, 从而达到其节省成本 的效果; 再者, 籍由该连接架采用其具有优良导热性能的金属材质制成, 将该音 圈与磁回***的热量传导出来, 以达到其散热的效果。

具体实施方式
请参照图 1至图 4所示, 一种电磁振动装置, 其包括一振动板装置 10、一音 圈 20、 磁回*** 30及一***盆架 40; 其中,
该振动板装置 10具有一基座 11、一振动板 12、一上悬边 13及一下悬边 14; 其中, 该基座 11具有一内侧面, 籍由该基座的内侧面环绕该基座一周, 形成一 振动板容纳腔 111; 又该振动板 12设于该基座 11的振动板容纳腔 111中, 再该 上 13、下悬边 14的内缘分别与所述振动板 12的上、下表面想黏接固定, 其外缘 分别与该基座 11的上、 下表面想黏接固定; 又,
该音圈 20的其中一端固设于上述振动板的下表面的中央位置; 其具有两条 连接线 21 ; 再,
该磁回*** 30具有极片 31、一 T形铁 32及一磁铁 33 ; 其中该极片 31的四 周环设有至少一第一固定孔 311 ; 又该磁铁 33及极片 31固设于该 T形铁上; 又, 请参照图 2所示, 该***盆架 40的两端分别与该振动板装置 10及磁回*** 30相连接固定, 形成电磁振动装置; 该***盆架 40具有至少一连接架 41、 至少 一连接块 42及一底座 43; 其中, 该连接架 41的其中一端与振动板装置 10相连 接固定, 其另一端与该底座 43相连接固定; 又该连接架 41与连接架 41之间相 邻的两端分别用该连接块 42相连接固定, 再该底座 43与该连接架 41的其中一 端相连接固定,使之成为一个整体***盆架 40;其上设有一连接孔 431及一固定 座 432; 其中, 通过连接孔 431及上述磁回*** 30的极片 31的固定孔 311以锁 螺丝方式将该磁回*** 30与该***盆架 40连接固定。
进一歩, 该连接架 41具有一第一连接 411端及一第二连接端 412, 其中, 该 第一连接端 411设于该连接架 41的底端, 其与上述底座 43的固定座 432相连接 固定; 又该第二连接端 412设于该连接架 41的顶端, 用于该整个电磁振动器的 固定。
进一歩, 该连接架 41的第一连接端 411上还设有至少一穿孔 413, 以令该连 接架 41通过该穿孔 413与上述底座 43的固定座 432通过锁螺丝方式固定。
进一歩, 该连接架 41还具有一内表面, 于该连接架顶端位置的内表面横向 向外突出, 形成一托接部 414, 该托接部 414的两端分别与左右相邻的连接架 41 的方向向外延伸一距离, 形成一弧度, 且与上述振动板装置 10的基座 11的外表 面弧度相对应, 以供上述振动板装置 11安装固定。
进一歩, 该连接架 41的托接部 414上还设有若干第二固定孔 415, 以供上述 振动板装置 10与该连接架 41的托接部 414通过锁螺丝方式连接固定。
进一歩, 该连接架 41内表面及托接部 414的上表面与上述振动板装置 10的 基座 11的外表面及底部通过打胶水的方式连接固定。 进一歩, 该连接架 41的托接部 414与上述振动板装置 10的基座 11通过卡 合方式连接固定。
再者, 该连接架 41的第二连接端 412的两端分别还设有至少一连接孔 415, 以供上述连接块 42连接相邻两个连接架时, 通过锁螺丝方式固定。
进一歩, 该连接架 41由一导热性能良好的金属材质制成。
进一歩, 该连接架 41由金属铝制成。
进一歩, 该连接架上 41还具有至少一金属端子 416, 与上述音圈 20的连接 线 21进行电力连接
进一歩, 该连接架 41的外表面还设有若干凸条 417, 以加强该连接架 41的 硬度, 且该凸条 417与该凸条 417之间形成一散热槽 418, 以增加该连接架 41 的散热面。
值得一提的是, 当该振动装置工作时, 该音圈 20与该磁回*** 30的作动, 会产生大量的热量, 籍由该连接架 41的使用, 使该热量可以通过该连接架向外 传导出来。
值得一提的是, 当制作大口径电磁振动装置的***盆架 40时, 通过该连接 架 41与连接架 41之间的距离或相对增加该连接架 41的数量来调整该***盆架 30的大小, 使之与该电磁振动装置的振动板装置 10的大小一致, 再将该连接架 41与连接架 41之间用所述连接块 42分别连接固定,形成该电磁振动装置的*** 盆架 40。
同时提供一种电磁振动装置的制作方法:
a.开模金属连接架, 通过压铸或者冲压成型, 形成该连接架;
b.开具塑胶连接组装块模具, 用塑胶射出方式制成连接块;
c.将成型好的 4组金属连接架用塑胶连接块组合在一起形成一个完整的上外缘盆 架 (亦可以直接形成整个***盆架);
d.将组合好的外缘盆架与华丝的安装孔位相连接固定,形成一个扬声器上盆架组 合.
e.将上悬边、 振动板放入该基座模具中, 通过嵌入射出形成一个振动板; f.将下悬边与该振动板的下表面相黏接固定, 再与组合好的上外缘盆架模组相黏 接固定, 形成该振动板装置; 同时, 还可以采用两个振动板模组相对扣接的方式, 将其中一个振动板模组 旋转 180度与另一个振动板模组通过扣接或打胶水的方式黏合形成该振动板装 置;
g.将 U铁、 磁铁、 极片放入塑胶射出模具中, 通过嵌入射出形成一个带有磁回系 统的下盆架组合;
h.将音圈通过托盘和振动板相连接固定;
i.将上振动板装置与该带有磁回***的下盆架组合通过锁螺丝, 热烫, 扣接等方 式连接固定成一体, 形成一个完整的电磁振动器装置(扬声器, 特别是低音大口 径扬声器)。
通过上述实施方式, 本发明的目的已经被完全有效的达到了。 熟悉该项技艺 的人士应该明白本发明包括但不限于附图和上面具体实施方式中描述的内容。任 何不偏离本发明的功能和结构原理的修改都将包括在权利要求书的范围中。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种电磁振动装置, 其包括一振动板装置、 一音圈、 磁回***及一*** 盆架;其中,该音圈的其中一端固设于该振动板装置的振动板下表面的中央位置, 另一端放置于该磁回***中, 又该***盆架的其中一端与该振动板装置相连接固 定, 另一端与该磁回***相连接固定; 其特征在于, 该***盆架具有至少一连接 架及至少一连接块; 又该连接架与连接架之间相邻的两端分别用该连接块相连接 固定。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的电磁振动装置, 其特征在于, 该连接架具有一第一 连接端及一第二连接端, 其中, 该第一连接端设于该连接架的底端, 其与上述磁 回***上的固定座相连接固定; 又该第二连接端设于该连接架的顶端, 以固定该 整个电磁振动装置。
3.根据权利要求 1所述的电磁振动装置, 其特征在于, 该连接架还具有一内 表面, 于该连接架顶端位置的内表面横向向外突出, 形成一托接部, 该托接部的 两端分别与左右相邻的连接架的方向向外延伸一距离, 形成一弧度, 且与上述振 动板装置的基座的外表面弧度相对应, 以供上述振动板装置安装固定。
4.根据权利要求 3所述的电磁振动装置, 其特征在于, 该连接架的托接部上 还设有若干第二固定孔, 以供上述振动板装置与该连接架的托接部通过锁螺丝方 式连接固定。
5.根据权利要求 3所述的电磁振动装置, 其特征在于, 该连接架内表面及托 接部的上表面与上述振动板装置的基座的外表面及底部通过打胶水的方式连接 固定。
6.根据权利要求 1所述的电磁振动装置, 其特征在于, 该***盆架还具有一 底座, 与该连接架相连接固定。
7.根据权利要求 1所述的电磁振动装置, 其特征在于, 该连接架由金属铝制 成。
8.根据权利要求 7所述的电磁振动装置, 其特征在于, 该连接架的外表面还 设有若干凸条, 以加强该连接架的硬度, 且该凸条与该凸条之间形成一散热槽, 以增加该连接架的散热面。
9.根据权利要求 2所述的电磁振动装置, 其特征在于, 该连接架的第二连接 端的两端分别还设有至少一连接孔, 以供上述连接块连接相邻两个连接架时, 通 过锁螺丝方式固定。
10.一种电磁振动装置的制作方法:
a.开模金属连接架, 通过压铸或者冲压成型, 形成该连接架;
b.开具塑胶连接组装块模具, 用塑胶射出方式制成连接块;
c.将成型好的 4组金属连接架用塑胶连接块组合在一起形成一个完整的上外缘盆 架 (亦可以直接形成整个***盆架);
d.将组合好的外缘盆架与华丝的安装孔位相连接固定, 形成一个扬声器上盆架组 合.
e.将上悬边、 振动板放入该基座模具中, 通过嵌入射出形成一个振动板; f.将下悬边与该振动板的下表面相黏接固定, 再与组合好的上外缘盆架模组相黏 接固定, 形成该振动板装置;
同时, 还可以采用两个振动板模组相对扣接的方式, 将其中一个振动板模组 旋转 180度与另一个振动板模组通过扣接或打胶水的方式黏合形成该振动板装 置;
g.将 U铁、 磁铁、 极片放入塑胶射出模具中, 通过嵌入射出形成一个带有磁回系 统的下盆架组合;
h.将音圈通过托盘和振动板相连接固定;
i.将上振动板装置与该带有磁回***的下盆架组合通过锁螺丝, 热烫, 扣接等方 式连接固定成一体, 形成一个完整的电磁振动器装置。
