또, 상기 하부의 평행 아암(26) 하단과 프레임(23) 상단부 사이에는 가스실린더(27)가 부착되어 있어 책상 상판(22)의 상승동작시 책상 상판(22)이 무겁더라도 이 가스실린더(27)의 작용에 의해 쉽게 들어올릴 수 있도록 되어 있으며, 책상 상판을 하강시킬 경우에도 가스실린더(27)가 완충기능을 발휘하여 부드럽게 하강할 수 있도록 되어 있다.
상기 책상 상판(22)의 하한 위치와 상한 위치에는 높이가 조절된 상태를 안정적으로 유지하기 위한 스톱퍼(28)가 책상의 측판(29) 쪽에 내측으로 출몰가능하게 설치되어 있어 상판(22)의 앞 부분을 받쳐줄 수 있도록 되어 있다.
상기 스톱퍼(28)는 고정식이거나 또는 도면에 도시된 바와같은 분리식으로 제작할 수 있으며, 도면에 도시된 바와 같이 분리식인 경우에는 하나만을 위 또는 아래에 형성된 고정구멍(29a,29b)에 선택적으로 끼워서 사용하면 된다.
본 발명에서 상기 책상(20)에는 책꽃이 또는 책장(40)이 더 구비되며, 집중력의 향상을 도모하기 위하여 도면에 도시된 바와 같이 측판(29)을 넓게 즉, 앞쪽으로 돌출되도록 형성하여 공부를 할 때 시선이 옆으로 분산되는 것을 막고 외부의 시선이 책상 안쪽으로 들어오는 것도 차단할 수 있도록 하는 것이 바람직하다.
한편, 침대(10)의 베이스(12)에 회동가능하게 설치되는 회전판(30)은 베이스(12)의 측면에 설치된 회동축(31)을 중심으로 회동아암(32)이 회동될 수 있도록 되어 있음은 물론이며, 상기 회동아암(32)의 타단에서도 또 다른 회동축(33)이 설치되어 있어 회전판(30)이 도 1 및 도 6에 도시된 바와같이 침대로 사용시에는 침대 아래쪽에 베이스(12)와 같은 높이로 깔리는 보조 베이스로 사용되게 되고, 책상으로 사용시에는 도 2 및 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 대략 수직상태 또는 상부가 약간 후방으로 젖혀지도록 세워서 등판으로 사용하게 되며, 테이블로 사용시에는 뒤집어서 수평이 되도록 하여 상기 회전판(30)과 회동 아암(32) 사이에 각도 도 3 및 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 고정용 핀(38)을 끼워 회전판(30)이 임의로 회전되는 것을 방지하고 수평상태를 유지할 수 있도록 한다.
본 발명에서 상기 회전판(30)의 일면에는 보조 쿠션(35)이 부착되어 있으며, 회전판(30)의 회동시 손으로 잡기 위한 손잡이 구멍(36)이 형성되어 있고, 상기 회전판(30)의 측부 즉, 회동 아암(32)의 상부 회동축(33)에 축결합되는 부분에는 원형 플랜지(37)가 부착되어 있고, 이 원형 플랜지(37)에는 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 소정의 각도 즉, 회전판(30)이 대체로 수평을 이루는 각도와 회전판(30)이 의자 등판을 이루는 각도에서 회동되지 않고 일정 각도를 유지할 수 있도록 복수의 핀 구멍(37a,37b,37c)이 천공되어 있고, 상기 회동 아암(32)에도 상기 핀 구멍(37a,37b,37c)에 대응되는 위치에 하나의 걸이 구멍(32a)이 형성되어 있어 회전판(30)을 소정의 각도에 세팅시킨 상태에서 고정용 핀(38)을 상기 걸이 구멍(32a)과 핀 구멍(37a,37b,37c)중의 어느 하나의 중심을 일치시켜 끼워주면 회전판(30)을 임의의 각도로 고정시킬 수 있는 것이다.
도면 중 부호 16는 베이스(12) 상에 설치된 스톱퍼 브라켓으로, 회전판(30)이 의자 등판으로 사용될 때와 침상 테이블로 사용될 때 회동 아암(32)이 소정의 각도로 세워진 상태를 유지할 수 있도록 지지하는 역할을 하게 된다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 발명은 침대로 사용시에는 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이 책상 상판(22)을 하부 위치에 오도록 하고, 회전판(30)을 책상 상판(22) 위에 안치시켜 보조 베이스로 사용하면 회전판(30)의 일측에 부착된 보조 쿠션(35)이 상부에 위치하면서 침대(10)의 베이스(12) 위에 깔린 매트리스(14)와 동일한 높이가 되게 됨으로써 그 위에 요 또는 패드를 깔고 다리를 뻗고 누워서 수면을 취하거나 편하게 쉴 수 있는 것이다.
또, 본 발명을 책상으로 사용하고자 할 경우에는 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 회전판(30)을 세워서 매트리스(14)의 위에 대략 수직상태 또는 도면에 도시된 바와 같이 회전판(30)의 상부가 뒤로 약간 젖혀진 상태가 되도록 하고, 책상 상판(22)을 상부 위치에 오도록 전환한 상태에서 침대의 매트리스(14) 끝 부분에 걸터앉으면 책상(20)에서 책을 보거나 공부를 할 수 있는 것이다.
한편, 본 발명은 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이 회전판(30)을 침대(10)의 매트리스(14) 상부에 매트리스(14)와 평행이 되도록 수평으로 전환시킨 후, 회전판(30) 일면의 딱딱한 면이 상부로 위치하도록 하여 고정용 핀(38)을 걸어주면 회전판(30)이 테이블 상판이 되어 매트리스(14) 위에 양반다리를 하고 앉아서 식사를 하거나 기타 다양한 작업을 할 수 있는 상태가 되는 것이다.
또한, 본 발명은 회전판(30)의 각도를 다양하게 변경하는 것에 의해 침대 위에 앉아서 그림을 그리거나 제도를 하기 위한 이젤 또는 제도판 등으로도 사용할 수 있으며, 회전판(30) 자체를 철판 등으로 제작하여 자석스티커 등을 착탈시키면서 다양한 작업을 할 수 있는 것이다.
한편, 본 발명에 의한 침대 겸용 책상 유니트는 침대와 책상이 별도로 이루어져 있을 뿐만 아니라 침대의 길이도 일반 침대보다 짧게 만들어져 있으므로 중량도 가볍고 부피도 적어 이의 운반이나 배치가 용이할 뿐만 아니라 좁은 실내공간에서 사용자가 책상 상판의 높이조절과 회전판을 회동시켜주는 동작만으로도 책상에서 침대로 침대에서 테이블로 그리고 그 반대로 얼마든지 신속하고 간편하게 할 수 있으므로 거주성(편의성)의 향상은 물론 고시원이나 기숙사 등과 같이 좁은 공간에 3개의 가구를 각각 배치하는 것이 불가능한 좁은 실내공간의 효율적인 사용이 가능하며, 가구의 구입비용 또한 대폭 절감할 수 있는 등의 유용한 효과를 갖는다.

Claims (8)

  1. 베이스(12) 상부에 매트리스(14)가 구비된 침대(10)와 상기 침대(10)의 아래쪽에 이격 배치되는 책상(20)을 포함하여 이루어지는 침대 겸 책상 유니트에 있어서;
    상기 침대(10)의 베이스(12)에는 회전판(30)이 회동아암(32)에 의해 등판이나 테이블 또는 보조 베이스로 전환가능하게 설치되고, 상기 책상(20)에는 상판(22)이 상부 위치와 하부 위치로 높낮이 조절가능하게 설치되어 책상으로 사용시에는 회전판(30)을 세워서 의자용 등판이 되게 함과 아울러 책상 상판(22)을 상부 위치에 오도록 하고, 침대로 사용시에는 책상 상판(22)을 하부 위치에 오도록 하고 회전판(30)을 책상 상판(12) 위에 안치시키며, 테이블로 사용시에는 회전판(30)을 매트리스(12) 상부에 매트리스와 평행이 되도록 수평으로 회동시켜 용도에 따란 전환 사용이 가능하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 침대 겸 책상 유니트.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 상판(22)은 높낮이 조절기구(24)에 의해 하한 위치와 상한 위치의 2위치로 높낮이 조절이 가능하되, 상기 높낮이 조절기구(24)는 책상의 내면판(21)에 고정되는 수직프레임(23)과, 상기 수직프레임(23)에 회동가능하게 핀 고정된 2개의 평행 아암(25,26)과, 상기 평행 아암(25,26)의 상단에 회동가능하게 고정되며 상판(22)이 부착되는 프레임(22a)을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 침대 겸 책상 유니트.
  3. 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 평행 아암(26) 하단과 수직 프레임(23) 상단부 사이에는 가스실린더(27)가 부착되어 있어 책상 상판(22)의 상승동작시 책상 상판(22)이 무겁더라도 이 가스실린더(27)의 작용에 의해 쉽게 들어올릴 수 있도록 되어 있으며, 책상 상판을 하강시킬 경우에도 가스실린더(27)가 완충기능을 발휘하여 부드럽게 하강할 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 침대 겸 책상 유니트.
  4. 청구항 1 내지 3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 책상 상판(22)의 하한 위치와 상한 위치에는 조절된 상태를 안정적으로 유지하기 위한 스톱퍼(28a,28b)가 책상의 측판(29) 쪽에 내측으로 출몰가능하게 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 침대 겸 책상 유니트.
  5. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 책상(20)에는 책꽃이 또는 책장(40)이 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 침대 겸 책상 유니트.
  6. 상기 회전판(30)의 일면에는 보조 쿠션(35)이 부착되고, 상기 회전판(30)의 회동시 손으로 잡기 위한 손잡이 구멍(36)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 침대 겸 책상 유니트.
  7. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 베이스(12)에는 회전판(30)이 의자 등판으로 사용될 때와 침상 테이블로 사용될 때 회동 아암(32)이 소정의 각도로 세워진 상태를 유지할 수 있도록 지지하는 지지 브라켓(16)이 설치되고, 상기 회전판(30)과 회동 아암(32) 사이에는 고정용 핀(38)에 의해 회전판(30)이 임의로 회전되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 침대 겸 책상 유니트.
  8. 청구항 7에 있어서,
    상기 회전판(30)의 측부에는 원형 플랜지(37)가 부착되어 회동 아암(32)의 상부 회동축(33)에 축결합되며, 상기 원형 플랜지(37)에는 회전판(30)이 수평을 이루는 각도와 회전판(30)이 의자 등판을 이루는 각도에서 회동되지 않도록 핀 구멍(37a,37b,37c)이 형성되고, 상기 회동 아암(32)에는 상기 핀 구멍(37a,37b,37c)에 대응되는 위치에 하나의 걸이 구멍(32a)이 형성되어 회전판(30)을 소정의 각도에 세팅시킨 상태에서 고정용 핀(38)을 상기 걸이 구멍(32a)과 핀 구멍(37a,37b,37c)중의 어느 하나의 중심을 일치시켜 끼워 회전판(30)을 고정시키도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 침대 겸 책상 유니트.
