Description

洗衣机及其洗涤剂投放泵组件 技术领域 本发明涉及洗涤装置技术领域, 特别是设计一种洗衣机及其洗涤剂投放泵组件。 背景技术 现有的全自动洗衣机很多都应用了洗涤剂自动投放装置,洗衣机洗衣会用多种洗涤 剂, 例如洗衣机、 柔顺剂或消毒剂。
现在的做法通常是: 在洗衣机中设置盛放不同洗涤剂的存储盒, 同时设置多套泵液 装置, 分别用于抽取不同种类的洗涤剂。 例如, 在需要添加柔顺剂时, 通过对应泵液系 统把柔顺剂存储盒中的柔顺剂投放到洗涤桶内参与洗涤。
但是,设置多套套泵液装置,每套泵液装置具有单独的泵送结构,单独的动力部件, 因此造成了洗衣机成本的上升, 并且洗衣机体积也会随之增大, 结构安装也更为复杂。 发明内容 本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。 为此, 本发明的一个目的在 于提出一种控制多种洗涤剂精确投放的洗涤剂投放泵组件。
本发明的另一个目的在于提出一种具有该洗涤剂投放泵组件的洗衣机。
根据本发明实施例的洗涤剂投放泵组件, 包括: 泵体, 所述泵体内设有多个容纳洗 涤剂的定容量腔, 每个所述定容量腔上设有进液阀和出液阀; 多个活塞, 所述多个活塞 一一对应地设在每个所述定容量腔内且每个所述活塞包括活塞头, 其中, 控制所述活塞 头往复运动以在定容量腔内吸进或推进定容量的洗涤剂; 电机组件; 传动机构, 用于将 多个活塞头与电机组件关联, 通过电机组件控制其中一个活塞头在定容量腔内运动。

由此, 根据本发明实施例的洗涤剂投放泵组件, 通过联动组件与第一或第二斜槽的 配合, 能够在电机正、 反转时分别驱动不同的活塞运动, 从而避免了安装多个动力源, 通过一个动力源实现了分别控制不同洗涤剂投放的目的,这样不仅能够保证洗涤剂投放 控制的灵活可靠, 而且使洗涤剂投放泵组件的结构紧凑, 有效降低了制造成本。
根据本发明的一个实施例, 所述联动组件包括联动片和弹性件, 所述弹性件向所述 第一或第二斜槽方向推所述联动片以使所述联动片与所述第一或第二斜槽的平直端面 和竖直端面相接触。
根据本发明的一个实施例, 所述联动片的一端可枢转地设在所述输出轴上, 另一端 与所述第一或第二斜槽的平直端面和竖直端面相接触。
根据本发明的一个实施例,所述电机正转时所述联动片的另一端与所述第一斜槽的 竖直端面相卡接,所述电机反转时所述联动片的另一端与所述第二斜槽的竖直端面相卡 接。

根据本发明实施例的洗涤剂投放泵组件, 包括: 泵体 10、 多个活塞 20、 电机组件 40和传动机构 30、 50。 所述传动机构, 用于将多个活塞头 21与电机组件 40关联, 通 过电机组件 40控制其中一个活塞头 21在定容量腔 11内运动。
具体而言, 如图 1和 2所示, 泵体 10内设有多个容纳不同洗涤剂的定容量腔或投 放盒 11, 例如限定出三个定容量腔或投放盒 1 1以分别放置洗衣机, 柔顺剂和消毒剂。 每个定容量腔 11的端部均设有一个仅允许洗涤剂进入定容量腔 11的进液阀 12和一个 仅允许洗涤剂流出定容量腔 11的出液阀 13。 进液阀 12和出液阀 13可以采用单向阀。
多个活塞 20—一对应地设在每个定容量腔 1 1内且每个活塞 20包括活塞头 21和一 端与活塞头 21相连的活塞连杆 22。通过活塞连杆 22带动活塞头 21在定容量腔或投放 盒 11 内往复运动以便从进液阀 12处将洗涤剂吸入定容量腔 11 内, 在通过出液腔 13 将洗涤剂压出。 也就是说, 所述活塞头 21受控制往复运动, 以在定容量腔或投放盒 11 内吸进或推进定容量的洗涤剂。
具体而言, 所述活塞头 21抵接定容量腔或投放盒 11两相对侧壁面运动, 以沿运动 方向行进单位运动量或单位量的运动距离。
如图 3所示, 所述传动机构 30、 50包括多个传动件 30和多个联动组件 50, 多个 传动件 30的一端分别与对应的活塞杆 22的另一端相连以驱动活塞往复运动,多个传动 件 30的另一端上均设有连接孔 31, 部分传动件 30的连接孔 31的内周壁上沿周向设有 多个等间距设置的第一锯齿, 第一锯齿包括第一斜槽 32, 另一部分传动件 39的连接孔 31的内壁上沿周向设有多个等间距设置的第二锯齿, 第二锯齿包括第二斜槽 33。 第一 斜槽 32与第二斜槽 33均为锯齿形且锯齿形的方向相反。在本发明之较佳实施例中, 所 述活塞头 1 1沿运动方向的单位运动量与所述传动件 30内周壁上沿周向等间距设置的锯 齿关联。 也就是说, 传动件 30运动一个锯齿或锯齿运动一固定单位距离, 所述活塞头 21在定容量腔 11内也运动单位运动量, 这样洗涤剂的投放量可以做到精确控制。
在本发明之较佳实施例中, 所述电机组件 40包括一个电机, 所述一个电机通过传 动机构 (30、 50 ) 可控制多个活塞头 21运动。 在本发明之一较佳实施例中, 所述电机 或电机组件控制其中一个活塞运动, 同时控制另一个活塞不作动。
电机 40可以正反两方向旋转,并且电机 40的输出轴 41依次穿过多个传动件 30的 连接孔 31, 即多个连接孔 31沿输出轴 41的轴向方向间隔套接在输出轴 41上。
多个联动组件 50分别设在输出轴 41上, 并且分别位于输出轴 41与每个传动件 30 的连接孔 31对应的位置, 以保证每个连接孔 31至少与一个联动组件 50相配合。 当连 接孔 31套接在输出轴 41上后, 联动组件 50位于输出轴 41和连接孔 31之间。
在电机 40正转 (例如顺时针转动) 时, 联动组件 50与第一斜槽 32相卡合以带动 具有第一斜槽 32的传动件 30转动, 从而驱动对应的活塞 20做往复运动, 并且联动组 件 50在输出轴 41和具有第二斜槽 33的传动件 30之间不形成卡合, 因此形成空转, 从 而不会驱动该部分活塞 20运动。 在电机 39反转 (例如逆时针转动) 时, 联动组件 50与第二斜槽 33相卡合以带动 具有第二斜槽 33的传动件 30转动, 从而驱动对应的活塞 20做往复运动, 并且联动组 件 50在输出轴 41和具有第一斜槽 32的传动件 30之间不会形成卡合, 因此形成空转, 从而不会驱动该部分活塞 20运动。
例如, 装有洗衣剂和消毒剂的定容量腔 11所对应的传动件 30采用第一斜槽 32, 而装有柔顺剂的定容量腔 11所对应的传动件 30采用第二斜槽 33,则在电机 40正转时, 本发明实施例的洗涤剂投放泵组件同时投放洗衣剂和消毒剂, 在电机 40反转时, 则投 放柔顺剂。
本发明实施例的洗涤剂投放泵组件投放洗涤剂的种类和洗涤剂投放的组合方式均 可以通过调整洗涤剂投放泵组件的结构进行调整。
由此, 根据本发明实施例的洗涤剂投放泵组件, 通过联动组件 50与第一或第二斜 槽 32、 33的配合, 能够在电机 40正、 反转时分别驱动不同的活塞 40运动, 从而避免 了安装多个动力源, 通过一个动力源实现了分别控制不同洗涤剂投放的目的, 这样不仅 能够保证洗涤剂投放控制的灵活可靠, 而且使洗涤剂投放泵组件的结构紧凑, 有效降低 了制造成本。
根据本发明的一些实施例, 泵体 10内限定有两个分别容纳洗衣剂和柔顺剂的定容 量腔 11。
对每个传动件 30而言, 输出轴 41在对应的位置上设有至少一个与连接孔 31相配 合的联动件 50。 当与每个传动件 30相配合的联动件 50超过一个时, 该多个联动组件 50在输出轴 41 的对应位置处沿输出轴 41轴向分布, 以增加输出轴 41带动传动件 30 的传动力。 本实施例以每个传动件 30对应一个联动组件 50为例进行说明。
如图 4所示, 联动组件 50包括联动片 51和弹性件 52。 弹性件 52向第一或第二斜 槽 32、33方向常推联动片 51,以使联动片 51与第一或第二斜槽 32、33的平直端面 321、 331和竖直端面 322、 332相接触。
联动片 51的一端可枢转地设在输出轴 41上, 由于弹性件 52的推动而使联动片 51 的一端绕着枢转点转动, 导致联动片 51的另一端伸入第一或第二斜槽 32、 33内并与其 平直端面 321、 331和竖直端面 322、 332相接触。
图 4中位于左侧的联动片 51的另一端与第一斜槽 32的竖直端面 322相卡接,并且 由于弹性件 52的常推以保持这种卡接, 因此, 在电机 40正转时, 联动片 51的另一端 通过该卡接带动传动件 30随输出轴 40—起正转以驱动洗衣剂定容量腔内的活塞,而此 时右侧的联动片 51的另一端由于在正转方向上无法与第二斜槽 33的竖直端面 332相卡 接, 仅因为弹性件 52的推力而进行上下起伏运动, 无法形成联动, 因此, 右侧的输出 轴 41与传动件 30之间仅为空转, 无法投放柔顺剂。
同样地, 当电机 40反转时, 图 4中右侧的联动片 51的另一端能够与第二斜槽 33 的竖直端面 332形成卡接,进而通过该卡接带动传动件 30随输出轴 40—起反转以驱动 柔顺剂定容量腔内的活塞, 而此时左侧的输出轴 41与传动件 30之间为空转, 无法投放 洗衣剂。
优选地, 弹性件为簧片。 通过采用簧片不仅降低了制造成本, 而且不会使联动组件 50占用过大空间。
在输出轴 41上可以设有容纳联动组件 50的凹槽 42, 以方便联动组件 50的安装以 及提高了联动组件 50安装的牢固性。
传动件 30可以采用一切能够将电机 40的转动转化为推动活塞杆 22往复运动的机 构, 例如凸轮传动件。
下面来描述根据本发明实施例的洗衣机。
根据本发明实施例的洗衣机包括: 洗涤剂投放泵组件。洗涤剂投放泵组件的进液阀 12分别与洗衣机内不同的洗涤剂源相连, 通过活塞 20的运动将洗涤剂抽吸到对应的定 容量腔 1 1内。 再通过活塞 20将洗涤剂从出液阀 13挤压出, 投放到洗衣桶内。
由此, 本发明实施例的洗衣机, 通过洗涤剂投放泵组件能够自由选择投放洗涤剂的 种类, 并且操作简单可靠。 另外, 本发明实施例的洗衣机结构简单, 且制造成本低。

多个活塞 (20) , 所述多个活塞 (20) —一对应地设在每个所述定容量腔 (11) 内 且每个所述活塞 (20) 包括活塞头 (21) , 其中, 控制所述活塞头 (21) 往复运动以在 定容量腔 (11) 内吸进或推进定容量的洗涤剂;
电机组件 (40) ;
传动机构 (30、 50) , 用于将多个活塞头 (21) 与电机组件 (40) 关联, 通过电机 组件 (40) 控制其中一个活塞头 (21) 在定容量腔 (11) 内运动。

3、 根据权利要求 2所述的洗涤剂投放泵组件, 其特征在于, 针对每个所述传动件, 所述输出轴在对应的位置上沿轴向设有至少一个与所述连接孔相配合的所述联动件。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的洗涤剂投放泵组件, 其特征在于, 所述联动组件包括联 动片和弹性件,所述弹性件向所述第一或第二斜槽方向推所述联动片以使所述联动片与 所述第一或第二斜槽的平直端面和竖直端面相接触。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的洗涤剂投放泵组件, 其特征在于, 所述联动片的一端可 枢转地设在所述输出轴上, 另一端与所述第一或第二斜槽的平直端面和竖直端面相接 触。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的洗涤剂投放泵组件, 其特征在于, 所述电机正转时所述 联动片的另一端与所述第一斜槽的竖直端面相卡接,所述电机反转时所述联动片的另一 端与所述第二斜槽的竖直端面相卡接。
7、 根据权利要求 4所述的洗涤剂投放泵组件, 其特征在于, 所述弹性件为簧片。
8、 根据权利要求 1-7中任一项所述的洗涤剂投放泵组件, 其特征在于, 所述输出 轴上设有容纳所述联动组件的凹槽。
9、 根据权利要求 2所述的洗涤剂投放泵组件, 其特征在于, 所述传动件为凸轮传 动件以将所述输出轴的转动转化为所述活塞的往复运动。
10、 根据权利要求 2所述的洗涤剂投放泵组件, 其特征在于, 所述进液阀和出液阀 为单向阀。
