Therefore, there is an advantage that it is easy to make the thickness of the substrate 10 to the desired thickness. That is, if the radiation amount of the polymer material is reduced, the thickness of the substrate 10 can be made thin, and since the radiation amount is small, the manufacturing cost can be reduced accordingly.
- the thickness of the substrate may be increased and the strength of the substrate may be increased.
- the substrate 10 makes the ultrafine fiber strands 14 by electrospinning a polymer material, and accumulates the ultrafine fiber strands 14 to a predetermined thickness to have a plurality of pores 12. Since it is manufactured in the form of a nano-web, the thickness can be made thin while reducing the manufacturing cost, and further, the thickness of the substrate 10 can be variously made to a desired thickness.
- the substrate 10 is in the form of a nano-web in which the ultra-fine fiber strands 14 are accumulated, the substrate 10 has flexibility, and thus the adhesive tape may be precisely attached to the stepped surface or the curved portion where the adhesive tape is attached. have.
- the substrate 10 according to the present embodiment is a nano-web form, so it is excellent in flexibility and can solve problems such as conventional adhesive tape.
- the substrate 10 is in the form of a nano web in which the ultra-fine fiber strands 14 are accumulated, the tensile strength is strong to prevent the substrate from being torn by a force applied from the outside.
- the adhesive layers 20 and 30 may be composed of a first adhesive layer 20 laminated on one surface of the substrate 10 and a second adhesive layer 30 laminated on the other surface of the substrate 10. It is also possible to be laminated only on one surface of 10).
- the adhesive layers 20 and 30 are manufactured by the same electrospinning method as the method of making the base material 10. That is, a pressure-sensitive adhesive material and a solvent are mixed to form a pressure-sensitive adhesive material suitable for electrospinning, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive material is laminated on the surface of the substrate 10 with a predetermined thickness by an electrospinning method.
- the adhesive layers 20 and 30 are separately manufactured by the spinning method, and the substrate 10 is separately manufactured by the spinning method, and the first adhesive layer 20 is disposed on one surface of the substrate, and the substrate 10 is After arranging the second adhesive layer 30 on the other surface, a method of bonding the adhesive layers 20 and 30 and the substrate 10 by thermal compression or the like may also be applied.
- the adhesive layers 20 and 30 have a thickness determined by the radiation amount of the adhesive material. Therefore, the thickness of the adhesion layers 20 and 30 can be made free.
- the adhesive layers 20 and 30 are radiated in the form of ultra-fine fiber strands and adhered to the surface of the substrate 10, and the adhesive material flows into the pores 12 of the substrate 10 so that the substrate 10 and the adhesive layer ( 20,30 increases the adhesive strength and increases the amount of adhesive as the adhesive layers 20,30 flow into the pores 12 of the substrate 10, and thus have the same thickness as the conventional double-sided adhesive tape. Compared with the conventional double-sided adhesive tape, the amount of the adhesive is large, so that the adhesive force can be increased accordingly.
- the first adhesive layer 20 and the second adhesive layer 30 may be formed of an adhesive layer having the same adhesive force. That is, when the adhesive strengths of the two adhesive layers are the same, it is preferable to use the adhesive layer once in a portion where the adhesive layer does not need to be formed again.
- one of the first adhesive layer 20 and the second adhesive layer 30 may be formed so that the adhesive strength is slightly lower than the other. - the reason for this is that when the first release film 40 is peeled off from the first adhesive layer 20 to attach the first adhesive layer 20 to the component, the second release film 30 is the second adhesive layer 42. This is to prevent it from peeling off.
- the second release film 30 when the second release film 30 is peeled off when the first release film 40 is peeled off, the second adhesive layer 20 may be damaged, but the first release film is prevented to prevent the adhesive layer from being damaged.
- the adhesion between the film 40 and the first adhesive layer 20 and the adhesion between the second release film 42 and the second adhesive layer 30 are different from each other.

- the third adhesive layers 22 and 32 are adhesive layers having a relatively high viscosity, and are adhesive layers having a relatively low viscosity to the fourth adhesive layers 24 and 34 as compared with the third adhesive layers.
- the adhesive layer having a high viscosity When the adhesive layer having a high viscosity is laminated on the surface of the substrate 10, the amount of the adhesive substance absorbed by the pores 12 formed in the substrate 10 is relatively small, so that the shape of the substrate 10 can be easily maintained. Therefore, the strength of the base material 10 can be made strong.

- the non-porous film layers 26 and 36 are formed in the form of inorganic pores without pores without additional heat treatment when the ultra-fine fiber strands are accumulated by the electrospinning method of the polymer containing PU (Polyurethane) or TPU (Thermoplastic polyurethane).
- the non-porous film layers 26 and 36 are made of a non-porous inorganic film having no pores while being melted in a solvent when the polymer containing a rubber component such as PU or TPU is dissolved in a solvent.
