一种铝包钢绞线及生产方法
技术领域 本发明涉及电力线及制作方法。 背景技术 铝包钢导线, 按用途分为包钢芯铝绞线、铝包钢绞线及铝包钢芯 铝合金绞线。 在铝包钢坯杆制作过程中,坯杆中铝和钢的配比以及铝杆和钢丝 表面的洁净程度。铝和钢的配比直接影响到拉制后的铝包钢线中铝层 的厚度,进而影响到铝包钢的导电率。而铝杆和钢丝表面的洁净程度 可以影响铝在钢丝上的包覆效果。 现有的铝包钢绞线由载流量小、导体电阻大。现有的铝包钢绞线 生产工艺复杂, 成本高。 发明内容 本发明提供一种铝包钢绞线及生产方法,本发明解决了现有的铝 包钢绞线由载流量小、导体电阻大; 以及现有的铝包钢绞线生产工艺 复杂, 成本高的问题。 为解决上述问题, 本发明采用如下技术方案: 一种铝包钢绞线, 包括钢芯 2和铝包层 1, 钢芯 2是圆柱杆体结构, 在钢芯 2外面包 覆有铝包层 1。
一种铝包钢绞线的生产方法, 按照如下步骤操作- (一)制作钢线 按 GB/T 3428-2002采购钢线,根据铝包钢线的生产工艺提出技 术采购要求, 并进行钢丝放线、 钢丝校直、 钢丝清洗、 钢丝加热;
(二)制作铝杆 按 GB/T 3954-2008采购铝杆, 并提出满足设计生产的技术参 数; 并进行铝杆放线、 铝杆校直、 铝杆清洗;
(三)将铝线连续包覆于钢芯外面 坯杆制作,制作坯杆用铝杆和钢线严格按照试制工艺执行, 在生 产过程中必须保证铝杆和钢线清洗干净; 拉线, a)拉先用的坯杆必须按照试制工艺执行, 拉线过程必须保 证坯杆的干燥以及充分的润滑和冷却; b)拉线工艺和模具按试制工艺 执行; 成品绞制, a)绞线用的铝包钢线的必须检验合格方可使用; b) 绞线过程中严禁铝包钢线由刮伤、拉伤; 铝包钢线各盘张力必须均匀 一致; c)成品绞制的具体工艺按试制工艺执行;
(四)检验, 制成成品。 本发明的产品是由铝包钢丝绞合而成的铝包钢绞线,由于铝包钢 绞线在提高导线抗拉强度的同时增加了导线的导电截面,相对于钢绞 线而言, 铝包钢绞线由载流量大、 导体电阻小等优点, 提高了导线的 导线的导电性能。 本发明的生产方法具有工艺过程简单, 成本低的优点。 阱图说明 图 1是本发明侧面局部剖视图。 图中符号说明: 铝包层 1、 钢芯 2。

(二)制作铝杆 按 GB/T 3954-2008采购铝杆, 并提出满足设计生产的技术参 数; 并进行铝杆放线、 铝杆校直、 铝杆清洗;
(三)将铝线连续包覆于钢芯外面 坯杆制作, 制作坯杆用铝杆和钢线严格按照试制工艺执行,在生 产过程中必须保证铝杆和钢线清洗干净; 拉线, a)拉先用的坯杆必须按照试制工艺执行, 拉线过程必须保 证坯杆的干燥以及充分的润滑和冷却; b)拉线工艺和模具按试制工艺 执行; 成品绞制, a)绞线用的铝包钢线的必须检验合格方可使用; b) 绞线过程中严禁铝包钢线由刮伤、拉伤; 铝包钢线各盘张力必须均勾 一致; C)成品绞制的具体工艺按试制工艺执行;
(四)检验, 制成成品。 本发明的生产工艺主要特点是注重清洗方面的工作, 保证无杂 物, 保证清洗剂的质量, 以及在操作过程中保持环境的卫生。在铝包 钢单线拉制过程中, 需要双金属同步拉伸工艺, 在拉伸过程中双金属 同步拉伸的控制是个难点。 最后应说明的是: 显然, 上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本发明 所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人 员来说, 在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变 动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引申出的 显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明的保护范围之中。

1、一种铝包钢绞线,其特征在于,包括钢芯 (2)和铝包层 (1), 钢 芯 (2)是圆柱杆体结构, 在钢芯 (2)外面包覆有铝包层(1)。
2、 一种铝包钢绞线的生产方法, 其特征在于, 按照如下步骤操 作:
(一)制作钢线 按 GB/T 3428-2002采购钢线, 根据铝包钢线的生产工艺提出技 术采购要求, 并进行钢丝放线、 钢丝校直、 钢丝清洗、 钢丝加热;
(二)制作铝杆 按 GB/T 3954-2008采购铝杆,并提出满足设计生产的技术参数; 并进行铝杆放线、 铝杆校直、 铝杆清洗;
(三)将铝线连续包覆于钢芯外面 坯杆制作, 制作坯杆用铝杆和钢线严格按照试制工艺执行, 在生 产过程中必须保证铝杆和钢线清洗干净; 拉线, a)拉先用的坯杆必须按照试制工艺执行, 拉线过程必须保 证坯杆的干燥以及充分的润滑和冷却; b)拉线工艺和模具按试制工艺 执行; 成品绞制, a)绞线用的铝包钢线的必须检验合格方可使用; b)绞 线过程中严禁铝包钢线由刮伤、 拉伤; 铝包钢线各盘张力必须均匀一 致; c)成品绞制的具体工艺按试制工艺执行;
