Abstract

Оптический фильтр, содержащий канальные оптические волноводы для ввода-вывода оптического излучения и распространения светового пучка, делители светового пучка, расположенные последовательно по ходу излучения, и средство формирования для передачи оптического излучения, ответвленного с помощью делителей пучка, причем средство формирования выполнено в виде набора соединительных канальных оптических волноводов и/или планарного оптического волновода, а делители пучка выполнены в виде набора связанных оптических волноводов, взаимное расположение которых выбрано с учетом поддержания на рабочей длине волны излучения разности фаз, по существу кратной 2π, для большинства пучков, ответвленных с помощью различных делителей пучка и прошедших от входа до выхода оптического фильтра. Широкополосная перестройка длины волны осуществляется фазосдвигающими оптическими элементами на указанных канальных волноводах и/или источником акустических волн за счет поворота фазового фронта при АО взаимодействии.
