Abstract
The invention is about the method developed for taking photograph of the players during playing the game played by throwing ball to screen with playing machines and delivering the photographs printed during in conformity with predetermined conditions at the end of the play and the game machine produced according to the method developed by throwing ball to the screen with photograph taking feature.
Description
DESCRIPTION
METHOD FOR TAKING PHOTOGRAPH DURING GAME BY PLAYERS ON PLAYING MACHINE PLAYED BY THROWING BALL TO SCREEN AND PLAYING MACHINE PRODUCED ACCORDING TO THIS METHOD PLAYED BY THROWING BALL TO SCREEN WITH PHOTOGRAPH TAKING FEATURE
Today, the entertainment centers, playgrounds, game halls, etc., there are innumerable game machines in particular for the children throwing ball to screen (on touchscreen). In such game machines, the players/children play the game by hitting the target by the balls of the game machine on the touchscreen of the game machine and by this way, they have fun. On the other hand, in such games played by throwing ball to screen, there is no such mechanism for taking the photographs of the players at the end of the game to give them to players/children. By this way, the opportunity is missed to establish the enthusiastic, scary moments, etc., according to the game played and keep them forever as a remembrance. Again today, the game machine played by throwing ball to screen are quite alike and therefore, it is likely that the players/children tend to get bored by playing games in these machines.
Thanks to the method of the subject of the invention, it is possible to take the photographs of players/children while playing the game played by throwing ball to screen (touchscreen) during playing and deliver these photographs upon printing at the end of the game free, paid or any other conditions of achieving a specific scoring as to be determined by the owner upon. By this way, it will be possible to establish the enthusiastic, scary moments, etc., of players/children according to the game played and keep them forever as a remembrance in order to ensure the customer loyalty and satisfaction, let alone the competition power and preference of such operations using
the product of subject of the invention over their rivals. In the method/product, the contrition for qualifying the photograph at the end of the game is determined by the owner and therefore, it is possible for the owner to select any option determined in conformity with the customer potential. The product of the subject of the invention might either be delivered in shopping centers/play grounds addressing to high income earning customers free of charge by determining the price of the game high and thus the profit anticipated realized at the very beginning or else, delivered as an option at the end of the game in shopping centers/play grounds addressing to medium/low income earning customers on paid basis, since determining the reasonable price of the game may be attractive for those who are not interested in obtaining such photographs at the end of the game or else, providing such photographs at the end of he game as award in order to encourage to play more game. Thanks to the product subject of the invention, the photographs delivered to players/children at the end of the game will make them have more fun out of he game and allow them share their memories with acquaintances.
The product of invention is shown in the enclosed diagram, i.e.,
Figure -1 Flow of work in regard to the method of subject of the invention
Figure - 2 Perspective view of overall game machine produced in conformity with subject of the invention
Figure - 3 Detail view of the camera on game machine proper
Figure - 4 Detail view of the photograph printer on game machine proper The part numbers and names are as follows,
1. Touchscreen
2. Camera
3. Balls
4. Balloons
5. Photograph printer
6. Machine proper
7. Flash unit
8. Ball reservoir
The owner determines the conditions of delivering the photographs taken at the end of the game either free, paid or conditional to a score achieved for each game type played by the game machine throwing ball to screen (touchscreen) in the method of the subject of the invention and when the players begin to play the game upon confirmation of the payment by selecting the game they prefer the photographs of the players are taken via the camera (2) installed on the touchscreen (1 ). The photographs taken by the camera (2) connected to the processor during the game are then conveyed to the file located at the system memory. The photographs taken by the camera during the game are delivered over the touchscreen (1) and then the players/children are able to select among the photographs either throwing ball (3) to touchscreen (1 ) or by buttons
(4) . Following selection of the photographs, the photographs stored in the system memory are conveyed to the photograph printer (5) and the photographs selected free, paid or according to the condition predetermined by the owner of the operation in conformity with the score obtained are printed by the photograph printer (5) immediately and submitted to the players/children.
The game machine produced in conformity with the method of subject of the invention for playing the game by throwing ball to screen (touchscreen) is complete with a camera (2) to print the photographs taken during game playing at predetermined intervals during game play and stored into the system memory installed onto the game screen (1 ) with touchscreen feature, on the machine housing (6). The camera may have optional flash unit (7) as deemed necessary. Again there is a photograph printer
(5) at the bottom of the ball reservoir (8) keeping the balls (3) of the game players of the machine housing (6). The photographs are selected by the game players via touchscreen (2) by throwing the balls (3) onto the touchscreen (2) or by means of the buttons (4) are printed by the photograph camera (5) and delivered to the players/children at the end of the game free of charge, paid or some other condition that is determined by the owner of he operations, usually determined on the basis of the score obtained during the game.
