本发明涉及移动通信领域, 具体涉及本地访问功能(包括本地 IP接入、 选择性 IP传输分流 )使用情况下的本地访问连接处理方法和装置。
背景技术
为了保持第三代移动通信***在通信领域的竟争力, 为用户提供速率更 快、 时延更低、 以及更加个性化的移动通信服务, 同时, 降低运营商的运营 标准工作组正致力于演进分组***( Evolved Packet System, 简称 EPS )的研 究。 图 1示出了演进分组域***的结构示意图, 如图 1所示, 整个 EPS*** 分为无线接入网和核心网两部分。在核心网中,包含了归属用户服务器( Home Subscriber Server,简称为 HSS )、移动性管理实体( Mobility Management Entity, 简称为 MME )、 服务 GPRS支持节点( Serving GPRS Support Node, 简称为 SGSN )、策略计费规则功能( Policy and Charging Rule Function,简称为 PCRF )、 服务网关( Serving Gateway,简称为 S-GW )、分组数据网关( PDN Gateway, 简称为 P-GW )和分组数据网络(Packet Data Network, 简称 PDN ) 。 下面 详细描述各部分功能:
归属用户服务器, 是用户签约数据的永久存放地点, 位于用户签约的归 属网。
移动性管理实体, 是用户签约数据在当前网络的存放地点, 负责终端到 网络的非接入层信令管理、 终端的安全验证功能、 终端的移动性管理、 用户 空闲模式下的跟踪和寻呼管理功能和承载管理。
服务 GPRS支持节点, 是全球移动通讯***(Global System for Mobile
Communications, 简称为 GSM )增强数据率 GSM演进( Enhanced Data Rate for GSM Evolution, 简称为 EDGE )无线接入网 ( GSM EDGE Radio Access Network , 简称为 GERAN ) 和通用移动通信*** ( Universal Mobile Telecommunications System , 简称为 UMTS ) 陆地无线接入网 (UMTS Terrestrial Radio Access Network, 简称为 UTRAN )用户接入核心网络的业务 支持点, 功能上与移动性管理实体类似, 负责用户的位置更新、 寻呼管理和 承载管理等功能。
服务网关, 是核心网到无线***的网关, 负责终端到核心网的用户面承 载、 终端空闲模式下的数据緩存、 网络侧发起业务请求的功能、 合法监听和 分组数据路由和转发功能; 服务网关负责统计用户终端使用无线网的情况, 并产生终端使用无线网的话单, 传送给计费网关。
分组数据网关, 是演进***和该***外部分组数据网络的网关, 它连接 到因特网和分组数据网络上, 负责终端的互联网协议( Internet Protocol , 简 称为 IP )地址分配、 计费功能、 分组包过滤、 以及策略控制等功能。
分组数据网络,是运营商的 IP业务网络, 该网络通过运营商的核心网为 用户提供 IP服务。
策略计费规则功能实体, 是演进***中负责提供计费控制、 在线信用控 制、 门限控制、 以及服务质量(Quality of Service, 简称为 QoS )策略方面规 则的服务器。
无线接入网, 是由演进基站( Evolved NodeB, 简称为 eNB )和 3G无线 网络控制器( Radio Network Controller, 简称为 RNC )组成, 它主要负责无 线信号的收发, 通过空中接口和终端联系, 管理空中接口的无线资源、 资源 调度、 以及接入控制。
上述服务 GPRS支持节点是升级过的 SGSN, 能够支持与服务网关之间 的 S4接口,并与移动性管理实体 MME之间釆用 GPRS隧道协议版本 2( GPRS Tunneling Protocol version 2, 简称为 GTPv2 )进行互通。 而对于支持 3G核 心网的 SGSN来说分组交换(Packet Switching, 简称为 PS )域网络架构与图 1有所不同。此时 SGSN与 MME釆用 Gn接口相连, 互通釆用 GPRS隧道协 议版本 1 ( GPRS Tunneling Protocol version 1 , 简称为 GTPvl ) 。 SGSN不能 与服务网关相连, 通过 Gn接口连接到网关 GPRS支持节点 ( Gateway GPRS Support Node, 简称为 GGSN )直接进行分组数据网络访问。
家庭基站 (Home NodeB , 简称为 HNB )或者演进的家庭基站(Home eNodeB, 简称为 HeNB )是一类小型、 低功率的基站, 作为某些用户的专属 资源, 部署在家庭、 团体、 公司或者学校等私人场所使用, 主要是为了给用 户提供更高的业务速率并降低使用高速率服务所需要的费用, 同时弥补已有 分布式蜂窝无线通信***覆盖的不足。 家庭基站的优点是实惠、 便捷、 低功 率输出、 即插即用、 宽带接入、 以及使用单模终端等。
家庭基站可以直接连接到核心网络,如图 2a所示,也可以通过家庭基站 网关这个逻辑网元接入到核心网络, 如图 2b所示, 其中, 家庭基站网关主要 功能为: 验证家庭基站的安全性, 处理家庭基站的注册, 对家庭基站进行运 行维护管理, 根据运营商要求配置和控制家庭基站, 负责交换核心网和家庭 基站的数据。 或者选择性 IP传输分流(Selected IP Traffic Offload, 简称为 SIPTO ) ) , 即 终端对家用网络其他 IP设备、 企业网络中的 IP设备或者互联网络的本地接 入, 增设了本地网关, 如图 3所示。 本地接入网关的增设可提供对本地访问 技术的有力支持 ,本地网关可以和无线侧网元合设或者在无线侧网元附近(即 外置) 。 本地网关包括本地 PGW ( Local Gateway, 简称为 L-GW ) 、 本地 GGSN ( Local GGSN, 简称为 L-GGSN ) ,具有部分 PGW和 GGSN的功能。
在移动通信网络架构中, 本地访问和传统核心网访问的数据流路径如图 3 所示。 对于支持本地访问的用户, 可以同时建立传统的核心网访问数据路 径和本地访问数据路径。 对于本地访问的连接, 本地访问数据路径从终端至 无线侧网元至本地接入网关(如: L-PGW以及 L-GGSN ) , 进而访问本地网 络资源,数据传输不经过核心网。 为了实现终端对家用网络其他 IP设备或者 互联网络的本地接入, 可以建立两条连接, 第一条本地访问数据路径直接访 问互联网 (互联网 IP连接, 也即 SIPTO连接) 。 第二条本地访问数据路径 直接访问家用网络其他 IP设备(家用网络 IP连接, 也即 LIPA连接 ) 。
家庭或者企业网络中 IP设备所构成的本地网络资源仅为授权访问本地 网络的用户所使用, 这类用户在 HSS中保存有本地访问签约信息。 用户处于 连接状态时, 如果本地访问签约信息发生了动态变化, 网络如何对已激活的 本地访问连接进行处理尚未明确。 发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是一种本地访问连接的处理方法和装置, 在 本地访问签约信息发生变化时提供了本地访问连接的处理方案。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明提供了一种本地访问连接的处理方法, 包 括:
用户终端处于连接状态且通过混合模式家庭基站接入时, 如果核心网移 动性管理单元检测到该用户终端的闭合用户组(CSG )成员关系发生了改变 或者超时,核心网移动性管理单元发起受影响的本地访问分组数据网络( PDN ) 连接释放,或者通知家庭基站触发本地网关发起受影响的本地访问 PDN连接 释放。

实施例 2
本实施例应用于用户签约 wild card APN的场景,如图 5所示, 包括以下 步骤:
步骤 501 , 用户处于连接状态且通过混合模式家庭基站接入时, 当核心 网移动性管理单元检测到用户的 CSG成员关系发生了改变或者超时(例如, 从 CSG签约用户变为非 CSG签约用户) ;
上述核心网移动性管理单元在 EPC网络中为 MME, 在 GPRS网络中为 SGSN (包括支持 Gn接口的 SGSN、支持 Gp接口的 SGSN或支持 S4接口的 SGSN ) 。
步骤 502 , 核心网移动性管理单元发起与 CSG绑定的 APN所对应的本 地访问 PDN连接释放或通知家庭基站触发本地网关发起与 CSG绑定的 APN 所对应的本地访问 PDN连接释放。
本实施例与实施例 1的区别在于: 由于用户签约了 wild card APN, 故在 释放 PDN连接时, 释放的是与 CSG绑定的 APN所对应的本地访问 APN连 接, 而不是所有 APN连接。

釆用本发明实施例方法和装置, 当本地访问签约信息发生动态变化, 特 别是用户终端从 CSG签约用户变为非 CSG签约用户时, 使网络侧可以释放 本地访问连接, 避免不必要的资源浪费。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种本地访问连接的处理方法, 包括:
用户终端处于连接状态且通过混合模式家庭基站接入时, 如果核心网移 动性管理单元检测到该用户终端的闭合用户组(CSG )成员关系发生了改变 或者超时,核心网移动性管理单元发起受影响的本地访问分组数据网络( PDN ) 连接释放,或者通知家庭基站触发本地网关发起受影响的本地访问 PDN连接 释放。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中,
用户终端的 CSG成员关系发生改变或者超时,包括:该用户终端从 CSG 签约用户变为非 CSG签约用户。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中,
所述释放的本地访问 PDN连接 , 包括: 已激活的所有本地访问 PDN连 接, 或者与 CSG绑定的接入点名 ( APN )所对应的本地访问 PDN连接。
4、 如权利要求 1或 2或 3所述的方法, 其中,
所述核心网移动性管理单元通知家庭基站触发本地网关发起本地访问
PDN连接释放, 包括:
所述移动性管理单元通过 S1消息或 Iu接口消息中的指示通知家庭基站 触发本地网关发起本地访问 PDN连接释放。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中,
所述 S1消息包括: 演进的无线接入承载修改请求消息; 所述 Iu接口消 息包括: 无线接入承载修改请求消息。
6、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中,
所述指示包括: 用户终端当前的 CSG成员关系信息;
家庭基站收到所述指示后,通过比较判断如果该用户终端的 CSG成员关 系发生了改变, 则触发本地网关发起本地访问 PDN连接释放。
7、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中,
所述指示包括: 本地访问去激活指示; 家庭基站收到所述指示后,直接触发本地网关发起本地访问 PDN连接释 放。
8、一种本地访问连接的处理装置,包括检测模块和分组数据网络( PDN ) 连接释放模块, 包括:
所述检测模块, 设置为: 在用户终端处于连接状态且通过混合模式家庭 基站接入时, 检测到该用户终端的闭合用户组(CSG )成员关系是否发生改 变或者超时;
所述 PDN连接释放模块,设置为: 在所述检测模块检测到该用户终端的 CSG成员关系发生改变或者超时时,发起受影响的本地访问 PDN连接释放, 或者通知家庭基站触发本地网关发起受影响的本地访问 PDN连接释放。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的装置, 其中,
所述用户终端的 CSG成员关系发生改变或者超时, 包括: 该用户终端从 CSG签约用户变为非 CSG签约用户。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的装置, 其中,
所述释放的本地访问 PDN连接, 包括: 已激活的所有本地访问 PDN连 接, 或者与 CSG绑定的 APN所对应的本地访问 PDN连接。
11、 如权利要求 8或 9或 10所述的装置, 其中,
所述 PDN连接释放模块是设置为:釆用以下方式通知家庭基站触发本地 网关发起本地访问 PDN连接释放: PDN连接释放模块通过 S1消息或 Iu接 口消息中的指示通知家庭基站触发本地网关发起本地访问 PDN连接释放。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的装置, 其中,
所述 S1消息包括: 演进的无线接入承载修改请求消息; 所述 Iu接口消 息包括: 无线接入承载修改请求消息。
13、 如权利要求 11所述的装置, 其中,
所述指示包括: 用户终端的 CSG成员关系信息或本地访问去激活指示。
