Abstract

A composition comprising: (A) a high-strength plastic or high-strength concrete in combination with (B) a landfill waste which has been (i) shredded, (ii) sprayed with a mould inhibitor and finally (iii) dried under heat to reduce all moisture. The composition is formed into a block being shaped to a specified required dimension, wherein the block contains rebar, and is additionally encased by a final layer of high- strength fiber concrete. The block may be used as a part of series of blocks or as part of a blocking system to form and construct retaining walls, foundations, bridges, highways, pre-fabricated housing and other industrial and commercial buildings. The method of manufacture results in reduced landfill waste, thus providing a total environmental reduction in excessive amounts of landfill waste.

Description

HIGH-STRENGTH CONCRETE OR PLASTIC CONTAINING
TREATED LANDFILL WASTE
Description ) Landfill Waste (Industrial, Commercial, Residential disposed items) are collected, and shredded to sizes of 1 inch and no greater in any side of object.
) Landfill Waste is sprayed with a mould inhibiter, to prevent any bacterial growth, during, and after production of blocking system.
) Landfill Waste is heat dried to reduce all moisture, during and after
production of blocking system.
) Landfill Waste shredded material is mixed with High Strength Concrete, or High Strength Plastic to form shaped blocks, of dimensions required by construction specifications.
) Steel fabricated framing system is used as the building base of production, which has the formed landfill waste block positioned in the frame. Each frame has specific holes on the outer ended for aligning and connecting the blocks in a specified shape or design.
) The steel fabricated framing system has outer cages attached to help give strength to the Concrete which is used to prepare the finished block specified shape.
) Depending on building location and shape, in general structures, and to be determined, by design, a foundation is poured which has anchor bolts which allow the first level of blocks to be securely attached to foundation.) Each section or block is added to create a finished structure or shape as required by construction type or design. BT CONSULTING BLOCKING SYSTEMS
1) Landfill Waste (Industrial, Commercial, Residential disposed Items " Garbage") referred to as LFW.
2) LFW (Landfill Waste) processed through shredding machine, broken down to average size of no greater then 1 inch, in all sides of measurement.
3) LFW (Landfill Waste) sprayed with mould inhibiter.
4) LFW (Landfill Waste) heat dried to reduce all moisture.
5) LFW (Landfill Waste) shaped into block used in assembly of SHB (Shawn Harwood Beattie) Blocking system. Block consist of LFW, and High Strength Concrete, or High Strength Plastic, depending on building compression load as determined by structural design.
6) SHB (Shawn Harwood Beattie) Blocking System first stage blocking frame, consist of steal raming, and holes in frame for connection of other blocks along with attachment to foundation
7) SHB (Shawn Harwood Beattie ) Blocking System first stage blocking frame, with LFW (Landfill Waste) shaped block positioned for second stage assembly.
8) SHB (Shawn Harwood Beattie) Blocking System stage three assembly with outer rebar cage system structural support for High Strength Concrete.
9) SHB (Shawn Harwood Beattie) Blocking System stage four assembly with total block completion. The block is encased with High Strength Fibre Concrete, giving it compression strength, durability, and weather resistant properties.
10) SHB (Shawn Harwood Beattie) Blocking System assembly of wall. Foundation has bolts emplaced in its forming, which a line with holes in pre-fabricated SHB Blocks, blocks are connected to form predetermined structure size and shape. Once completed, outer edges of assembled SHB Blocks are sealed with weather proof sealant. SHB Blocking System can be used in all types of construction ( Civil, Industrial, Commercial, and Residential).
