Description

一种滚筒洗衣机喷淋清洗装置和清洗方法及滚筒洗衣机 技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于衣物洗涤的清洗介质, 尤其是一种在洗涤时能先进水均匀浸湿衣 物、 漂洗和脱水时喷淋清洗滚筒洗衣机观察窗和窗垫密封圈的装置和该清洗装置及滚筒洗 衣机。
背景技术
滚筒洗衣机在洗涤与漂洗的情况下, 由于缝隙、 水流角度等原因, 衣物洗涤完成后仍 有洗衣粉泡沫、 线屑等附着在观察窗及窗垫密封圈上, 无法冲洗干净。 由于泡沫与残余洗 涤剂的存在, 严重影响洗涤效果与污染衣物等问题, 具体为取出衣物时容易对衣物再次污 染, 且衣物洗涤残留的线屑、 泥沙等容易积存在窗垫密封圈侧壁及褶皱内, 容易造成细菌 滋生, 影响洗涤效果及健康生活。 目前各个洗衣机生产厂家针对观察窗与窗垫密封圈间会有残余洗涤剂与泡沫的问题采 取各种各样的措施, 引入喷淋水, 使之消除泡沫, 清洗残存的洗涤剂。 主要采用了以下几 种方法: 1、 直接加喷淋泵, 循环清洗; 2、 在分水器主洗腔引出喷淋用水; 3、 在分水器漂 洗腔引出喷淋用水; 4、 在进水管处直截引出喷淋用水。 以上几种方法不同程度存在结构较 复杂、 成本高、 用电多、 不经济和用水量大、 冲洗效果不佳等问题。 最常用的喷淋技术是在进水时对衣物进行喷淋, 以达到更好的洗涤效果。 如洗衣机在 进水时通过电磁阀连接一路水流, 直接接到窗垫密封圈上部, 使进水时可以使水流直接喷 淋至衣物上, 可以迅速打湿衣物, 以提高洗涤效率。 同时水流可以流到观察窗上对观察窗 上的泡沫进行冲洗。 其装置主要由一条进水软管、 电磁阀、 喷淋嘴组成。 由于观察窗上的泡沫多数是在衣物甩干时溅到观察窗上的, 如果衣物甩干后再进水冲 洗观察窗将会将衣物再次打湿, 从而丧失了甩干的意义。 而且现有的方案不能对窗垫密封 圈进行冲洗, 尤其是窗垫密封圈的褶皱位置, 根本没有相应的清洗方法, 导致污垢堆积及 细菌的滋生, 严重影响了洗衣效果。
此外, CN200720038617. 8公开了一种增设清洗喷淋装置的滚筒洗衣机分水器, 具体为 在滚筒洗衣机分水器的柔软剂腔中加入可以冲洗残留洗涤剂与泡沫的冲洗水道, 冲洗水道 形成一股为分水器柔软剂腔中提供冲洗的水流, 一股经喷淋出水口为窗口玻璃、 门窗垫密 封圈冲洗残留洗涤剂与泡沫的水流。 但根据申请文件的记载, 其给出的实际技术方案根本 无法完全有效地清洗观察窗和窗垫密封圈。 有鉴于此特提供本发明。 发明内容 本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足, 提供一种滚筒洗衣机观察窗和窗 垫密封圈的喷淋清洗方法, 更好地避免了窗垫密封圈褶皱内污物的堆积及细菌的滋生。 本发明的另一目的在于提供一种用于该喷淋清洗方法的喷淋清洗装置。 本发明的再一目的在于提供一种具有该喷淋清洗装置的滚筒洗衣机。 为解决上述技术问题, 本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是: 一种滚筒洗衣机喷淋清洗 装置, 所述的喷淋清洗装置包括依次连接的进水电磁阀、 进水管及三通管, 所述的进水电 磁阀与洗衣机程控器相连, 所述的三通管通过两分路导水管分别连接清洗观察窗与窗垫密 封圈外表面的第一喷淋嘴和清洗窗垫密封圈的褶皱内壁的第二喷淋嘴。 或者, 上述方案的替换方案为, 本发明所述的喷淋清洗装置, 为分别清洗观察窗和窗 垫密封圈的双喷淋***, 包括分别与洗衣机进水阀连通的清洗观察窗与窗垫密封圈外表面 的第一喷淋嘴和清洗窗垫密封圈的褶皱内壁的第二喷淋嘴。 第一喷淋嘴和第二喷淋嘴分别 通过导水管与洗衣机的进水阀连通, 优选的, 洗衣机进水阀为一进多出分别控制进水路径 的电磁阀。 本发明所述的窗垫密封圈设置在洗衣机门体的衣物投放口及外筒开口端之间, 所述的 窗垫密封圈在外筒开口端前部弯折形成一个凹槽状褶皱, 所述的第二喷淋嘴由正上方穿过 窗垫密封圈设置在凹槽状褶皱内。 进一步的方案为, 所述的第二喷淋嘴沿窗垫密封圈圆周方向的两侧设置喷淋口, 进水 从两侧喷淋口喷出, 沿凹槽状褶皱内壁流到底部汇合, 完成对窗垫密封圈褶皱内壁的清洗 后从窗垫密封圈底部的出水口排到外筒内。 或者, 所述的第二喷淋嘴为末端封闭、 周壁设 有多个喷淋孔的筒状结构。 所述的第一喷淋嘴穿过窗垫密封圈, 并设置在上方靠近观察窗的位置, 第一喷淋嘴的 喷淋口朝向观察窗与窗垫密封圈, 使进水喷出后沿观察窗与窗垫密封圈外表面流下完成同 时清洗观察窗与窗垫密封圈外表面。 优选的, 所述的第一喷淋嘴包括进水端和喷淋口, 构成 L型的水流通路, 其喷淋口为 喇叭口状或扁平扇形状, 喷淋水流呈扩散的扇面喷出, 喷淋口扇面的角度为 30° -150° 。 本发明所述的喷淋清洗装置清洗方法, 喷淋清洗装置为分别清洗观察窗和窗垫密封圈 的双喷淋***, 通过双喷淋***在洗涤过程喷淋进水浸湿衣物和 /或漂洗过程进水同时喷淋 清洗观察窗和窗垫密封圈和 /或脱水过程中甩干衣物的同时喷淋清洗观察窗和窗垫密封圈。 本发明所述的清洗窗垫密封圈包括清洗窗垫密封圈的外表面和褶皱内壁。
进一步的, 洗涤过程, 先开启双喷淋***在设定时间段内喷淋进水浸湿衣物, 然后再 由冲洗水路进水冲洗洗涤液或洗衣粉, 冲洗完成后, 继续打开双喷淋***至设定水位后关 闭双喷淋***, 开始洗涤。 由于通过双喷淋***喷淋进水, 水量控制的较小, 浸湿衣物效 果较好, 另外冲入到衣物上的洗涤液或洗衣粉浓度在一段时间内相对较高, 实现了浸泡的 目的, 利于衣物的清洗。
漂洗过程, 开启双喷淋***进水喷淋清洗观察窗和窗垫密封圈, 直至进水到设定水位 关闭双喷淋***, 开始漂洗。 该过程能够将洗涤过程残留在观察窗和窗垫密封圈上的洗涤 泡沫和污物先冲洗至外筒内, 进一步减少衣物脱水时被再次污染的可能性。
更进一步的, 洗涤和漂洗过程中, 开启双喷淋***进水 l_4min, 优选为 l-2min。 脱水过程, 至少两次开启双喷淋***进水喷淋清洗观察窗和窗垫密封圈, 优选的, 满 足, 运行衣物分布程序中, 在滚筒转速达到最高设定转速之前的喷淋转速时和最高设定转 速之后的喷淋转速时分别开启双喷淋***。 多次喷淋清洗能够防止在甩干过程中, 洗涤水 和衣物线屑被甩在观察窗和窗垫密封圈上造成取衣物时的重复污染。
脱水过程双喷淋***工作的具体步骤为: 排水到设定的空筒水位; 运行衣物分布程序 直至滚筒转速达到设定的喷淋转速时, 开启双喷淋***进水喷淋清洗观察窗和窗垫密封圈 l-20s ; 滚筒转速继续增大, 直至达到设定的最高转速; 滚筒转速减小, 至转速又一次达到 设定的喷淋转速时, 再开启双喷淋***进水喷淋清洗观察窗和窗垫密封圈 l-20s, 优选, 两 次双喷淋***进水时间为 3_20s。 上述脱水过程进一步的方案为, 在排水到设定的空筒水位后、 运行衣物分布程序之前, 开启双喷淋***喷淋清洗观察窗和窗垫密封圈 l_20s。 本发明采用上述的清洗方法, 通过洗涤时的喷淋进水控制较小的进水量相对增加了洗 涤液或洗衣粉的浓度, 实现了浸泡衣物的目的, 利于衣物清洗; 漂洗和脱水时, 对观察窗 和窗垫密封圈重复喷淋清洗, 更好的降低了衣物被二次污染的可能性, 利于用户的身体健 康。
本发明所述的滚筒洗衣机, 具有上述清洗观察窗和窗垫密封圈的方法。
本发明滚筒洗衣机窗垫密封圈设置在洗衣机门体的衣物投放口及外筒开口端之间, 所 述的窗垫密封圈在外筒开口端前部弯折形成一个凹槽状褶皱, 以获得更好的密封及缓冲效 果。 由于衣物洗涤过程中洗涤水能够进入窗垫密封圈的褶皱内, 虽然一部分洗涤水能够经 由窗垫密封圈底部位于褶皱内的排水口排出到外筒内, 但是该褶皱部很容易残留洗涤剂泡 沫、 线屑和泥沙等, 并且由于该褶皱部位长期处于潮湿状态, 也容易滋生细菌, 对衣物造 成二次污染。 本发明针对滚筒洗衣机观察窗及窗垫密封圈积留的洗涤剂、 泥沙、 线屑等污物难以清 除导致对衣物的二次污染问题, 提出一种专门用于清洗观察窗及窗垫密封圈的喷淋清洗方 法, 采用双喷淋***, 同时清洗观察窗与窗垫密封圈。 该双喷淋***包括与洗衣机进水电 磁阀连通的清洗观察窗与窗垫密封圈外表面的第一喷淋嘴和清洗窗垫密封圈的褶皱内壁的 第二喷淋嘴。 第一喷淋嘴穿过窗垫密封圈后设置在窗垫密封圈上方靠近观察窗的位置, 能 够直接将洗涤水喷淋至观察窗和窗垫密封圈, 对其进行全面清洗。 第一喷淋嘴的喷淋口方 向对清洗效果起到关键影响, 本发明中所述的。 第一喷淋嘴的喷淋口朝向观察窗与窗垫密 封圈外表面, 因此, 喷淋水直接喷至观察窗对其进行清洗, 而不会进入滚筒内部打湿衣物。 所述的第二喷淋嘴穿过窗垫密封圈并设置在窗垫密封圈的褶皱内, 进水能够充分将残留在 褶皱内的污物冲刷掉, 完成窗垫密封圈内部的清洗。 采用上述技术方案后, 本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果。 本发明所述的滚筒洗衣机在现有洗衣机结构中增设一双喷淋***即可完成观察窗及窗 垫密封圈的清洗, 避免对衣物的二次污染, 改进结构简单, 另外, 该双喷淋***也能相对 增加洗涤前衣物浸泡的效果, 利于衣物的清洗; 本发明喷淋清洗装置结构简单, 生产成本 低廉; 此外, 本发明所述的清洗方法简单易行, 适宜推广普及, 且清洗效果好, 更好地避 免了观察窗和窗垫密封圈对衣物造成的二次污染。 下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的描述。

如图 1至图 4所示,本发明所述的喷淋清洗装置, 为分别清洗观察窗 1和窗垫密封圈 2 的双喷淋***, 包括与洗衣机进水阀 9连通的清洗观察窗 1与窗垫密封圈 2外表面的第一 喷淋嘴 4和清洗窗垫密封圈 2的褶皱内壁的第二喷淋嘴 5。该装置在洗涤时能够进水浸湿衣 物, 实现高浓度洗涤液或洗衣粉的浸泡, 利于清洗衣物, 漂洗和脱水时通过喷淋进水冲洗 观察窗和窗垫密封圈。 本发明所述的窗垫密封圈 2设置在滚筒洗衣机门体 6的衣物投放口 61及外筒 7开口端 之间,所述的窗垫密封圈 2在外筒 7开口端前部弯折形成一个的凹槽状褶皱 8 (参阅图 2 ), 以获得更好的门体密封及缓冲效果。 实施例 1 如图 1 所示的用于清洗观察窗及窗垫密封圈的喷淋清洗装置, 该装置包括依次与洗衣 机进水阀 9连接的进水管 10及三通管 11,其中该进水阀 9为电磁阀,与洗衣机程控器相连, 三通管 11通过两分路导水管 12分别连接清洗观察窗 1与窗垫密封圈 2外表面的第一喷淋 嘴 4及清洗窗垫密封圈的褶皱 8内壁的第二喷淋嘴 5。 电磁阀 9打开后, 自来水进入进水管 10, 经三通管 11分流后从第一喷淋嘴 4及第二喷淋嘴 5喷出, 对观察窗 1及窗垫密封圈 2 的外表面及褶皱 8内壁进行清洗。 具体的, 如图 2所示, 第一喷淋嘴 4穿过窗垫密封圈 2, 并设置在窗垫密封圈 2上方靠 近观察窗 1的位置, 第一喷淋嘴 4的喷淋口 41朝向观察窗 1与窗垫密封圈 2, 使进水喷出 后沿观察窗 1与窗垫密封圈 2外表面流下完成同时清洗观察窗与窗垫密封圈外表面。如图 3 所示,本实施例所述的第一喷淋嘴 4包括进水端 41和喷淋口 42, 构成 L型的水流通路, 其喷淋口 42为扁平扇形状, 喷淋水流呈扩散的扇面喷出, 喷淋口 42扇面的角度 α为 30° - 1 50° , 优诜的, 扇而的角庶为 30° 或 60° 或 90° 或 105° 或 1 20° 或 1 50° 。 第一 喷淋嘴的喷淋口方向对清洗效果起到关键作用, 本实施例中第一喷淋嘴的喷淋口朝向观察 窗 (背向滚筒), 因此, 从第一喷淋嘴喷出的喷淋水直接喷至观察窗和附近的窗垫密封圈对 其进行清洗, 喷淋水喷出后沿观察窗和窗垫密封圈流下, 有效冲刷观察窗和窗垫密封圈的 表面, 而不会进入滚筒内部打湿或污染衣物。 如图 4所示, 所述的第二喷淋嘴 5沿窗垫密封圈 2圆周方向的两侧设置喷淋口 51, 进 水从两侧喷淋口 51喷出, 沿凹槽状褶皱 8内壁流到底部汇合, 完成对窗垫密封圈内表面的 清洗后从窗垫密封圈底部的出水口 13排到外筒内。 此时, 喷淋水能够充分将残留在窗垫密 封圈褶皱内的污物冲刷掉, 完成窗垫密封圈褶皱内部的清洗。 上述喷淋清洗装置结构简单,仅在现有滚筒洗衣机结构中增设一个三通管及两个喷 淋嘴组件即可完成观察窗及窗垫密封圈的清洗,避免对衣物的二次污染。本发明生产成 本低廉, 实用性高, 适宜推广使用。 实施例 2 与实施例 1 相比, 区别点仅在于: 所述的第一喷淋嘴和第二喷淋嘴分别通过导水管与 洗衣机的进水阀连通, 根据洗涤时间或清洗的过程或其它条件, 进水阀分别控制进水流向 第一喷淋嘴或第二喷淋嘴, 优选的, 洗衣机的进水阀为一进多出分别控制进水路径的电磁 阀。 实施例 3 与实施例 1 相比, 区别点仅在于: 第一喷淋嘴的喷淋口为喇叭口状, 使水流呈扩散状 的圆周面喷出, 圆心角度为 45° -150° , 优选为 60° 、 75° 、 90° 、 120° 或 150° 。此时, 喷淋水流从第一喷淋嘴喷出后扩散清洗整个观察窗并同时冲刷窗垫密封圈外表面, 获得最 佳的洗涤效果。 实施例 4 与实施例 1 相比, 区别点仅在于: 本实施例中为在窗垫密封圈正上方居中设置第二喷 淋嘴, 第二喷淋嘴为末端封闭、 周壁设有多个喷淋孔的筒状结构。 洗涤水从喷淋孔喷出后, 向周围喷散, 其中部分喷至窗垫密封圈前后壁的喷淋水被挡住溅射流向两侧, 最终汇集成 两股水流沿凹槽状褶皱的圆周方向冲刷, 沿褶皱内壁流到底部汇合, 从窗垫密封圈底部的 出水口排到外筒内。 实施例 5 本实施例采用如下技术方案来实现洗涤过程, 如图 5所示, 双喷淋***的工作流程为: 洗涤过程, 投入衣物后, 先开启双喷淋***喷淋进水 l_4min浸湿衣物, 优选为喷淋进 水 l_2min, 再由冲洗水路进水冲洗洗涤液或洗衣粉, 完成冲洗洗涤液或洗衣粉之后, 再次 开启双喷淋***喷淋进水至设定水位, 关闭双喷淋***, 开始洗涤。 由于通过双喷淋*** 喷淋进水, 水量控制的较小, 在均匀浸湿衣物的同时洗涤液或洗衣粉浓度在一段时间内相 对较高, 实现了浸泡的目的, 利于衣物的清洗。 实施例 6 本实施例采用如下技术方案来实现漂洗过程对观察窗及窗垫密封圈的清洗, 该实施例 漂洗过程的清洗方法可以单独使用, 也可以与实施例 5结合一起使用, 如图 6所示, 双喷 淋***的工作流程为: 漂洗开始, 开启双喷淋***进水喷淋清洗观察窗和窗垫密封圈, 直至检测喷淋进水达 到设定漂洗水位, 则开始漂洗衣物; 若检测还未达到设定漂洗水位则继续开启双喷淋*** 进水喷淋清洗观察窗和窗垫密封圈, 该过程能够将洗涤过程残留在观察窗和窗垫密封圈上 的洗涤泡沫和污物先冲洗至外筒内, 进一步减少衣物脱水时被再次污染的可能性。 实施例 7 本实施例采用如下技术方案来实现脱水过程对观察窗及窗垫密封圈的清洗, 该实施例 脱水过程的清洗方法可以单独使用, 也可以与实施例 5和 /或实施例 6结合一起使用, 如图 7所示, 双喷淋***的工作流程为: 洗衣机先排水到设定的空筒水位, 然后运行衣物分布程序, 直至转速达到设定的喷淋 转速时, 开启双喷淋***进水喷淋清洗观察窗和窗垫密封圈 l-20s ; 滚筒转速继续增大, 直 至达到设定的最高转速; 当滚筒转速减小至又一次达到设定的喷淋转速时, 再开启双喷淋 ***进水喷淋清洗观察窗和窗垫密封圈 l-20s,优选的,两次双喷淋***进水时间为 3-20s, 更优选的, 清洗时间为 5s、 12s或 20s。 滚筒转速继续降低, 直至完成脱水。 衣物分布程序可以控制滚筒从每分钟 45转匀速提高到 93转, 将衣物均匀分散贴到滚 筒筒壁上。 实施例 8 与实施例 7相比, 区别点仅在于: 洗衣机在排水到设定的空筒水位后, 在运行衣物分 布程序之前, 开启双喷淋*** l-20s喷淋清洗观察窗和窗垫密封圈 (参阅图 8 ) 。 实施例 9 本发明所述的滚筒洗衣机, 包括上述喷淋清洗装置, 通过导水管与洗衣机的进水电磁 阀连通。 该滚筒洗衣机可以通过上述喷淋清洗方法实现对观察窗和窗垫密封圈的清洗。 上述实施例中的实施方案可以进一步替换, 且实施例仅仅是对本发明的优选实施例进 行描述, 并非对本发明的构思和范围进行限定, 在不脱离本发明设计思想的前提下, 本领 域中技术人员对本发明的技术方案作出的各种变化和改进, 均属于本发明的保护范围。

1、 一种滚筒洗衣机喷淋清洗装置, 其特征在于: 所述的喷淋清洗装置包括依次连接的 进水电磁陶、 进水管及三通管, 所述的进水电磁闽与洗衣机程控器相连, 所述的三通管通 过两分路导水管分别连接清洗观察窗与窗垫密封圈外表面的第一喷淋嘴和清洗窗垫密封圈 的褶皱内壁的第二喷淋嘴。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的喷淋清洗装置, 其特征在于: 所述的窗垫密封圈设置在洗衣 机门体的衣物投放口及外筒开口端之间, 所述的窗垫密封圈在外筒开口端前部弯折形成一 个凹槽状褶皱, 所述的第二喷淋嘴由正上方穿过窗垫密封圈设置在凹槽状褶皱内。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的喷淋清洗装置, 其特征在于: 所述的第二喷淋嘴沿窗垫 密封圈圆周方向的两侧设置喷淋口, 进水从两侧喷淋口喷出, 沿凹槽状褶皱内壁流到底部 汇合, 完成对窗垫密封圈褶皱内壁的清洗后从窗垫密封圈底部的出水口排到外筒内。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的喷淋清洗装置, 其特征在于: 所述的第一喷淋嘴穿过窗垫密 封圈, 并设置在上方靠近观察窗的位置, 第一喷淋嘴的喷淋口朝向观察窗与窗垫密封圈, 使进水喷出后沿观察窗与窗垫密封圏外表面流下完成清洗观察窗与窗垫密封圈外表面。
5、 根据权利要求 1或 4所述的喷淋清洗装置, 其特征在于: 所述的第一喷淋嘴包 括进水端和喷淋口, 构成 L型的水流通路, 其喷淋口为喇叭口状或扁平扇形状, 喷淋水 流呈扩散的扇面喷出, 喷淋口扇面的角度为 30° -150° 。
6、 一种滚筒洗衣机喷淋清洗装置, 其特征在于: 所述的喷淋清洗装置为分别清洗观察 窗和窗垫密封圈的双喷淋***, 包括分别与洗衣机进水阀连通的清洗观察窗与窗垫密封圈 外表面的第一喷淋嘴和清洗窗垫密封圈的褶皱内壁的第二喷淋嘴。
7、 一种如权利要求 1-6任一所述喷淋清洗装置的清洗方法, 其特征在于: 该喷淋清洗 装置为分别清洗观察窗和窗垫密封圈的双喷淋***, 通过双喷淋***在洗涤过程喷淋进水 浸湿衣物和 /或漂洗过程进水同时喷淋清洗观察窗和窗垫密封圈和 /或脱水过程中甩干衣物 的同时喷淋清洗观察窗和窗垫密封圈。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的清洗方法, 其特征在于: 洗涤过程, 先开启双喷淋***在设 定时间段内喷淋进水浸湿衣物, 然后再由冲洗水路进水冲洗洗涤液或洗衣粉, 冲洗完成后, 继续打开双喷淋***至设定水位后关闭双喷淋***, 开始洗涤。
9、 根据权利要求 7所述的清洗方法, 其特征在于: 漂洗过程, 开启双喷淋***进水喷 淋清洗观察窗和窗垫密封圈, 直至进水到设定水位后关闭双喷淋***, 开始漂洗。
10、 根据权利要求 7-9任一所述的清洗方法, 其特征在于: 脱水过程, 至少两次开启 双喷淋***进水喷淋清洗观察窗和窗垫密封圈。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的清洗方法, 其特征在于: 脱水过程具体步骤为: 洗衣机排 水到设定的空筒水位, 运行衣物分布程序直至滚筒转速达到设定的喷淋转速时, 开启双喷 淋***进水喷淋清洗观察窗和窗垫密封圈 l-20s, 然后滚筒转速继续增大, 直至达到设定的 最高转速; 当滚筒转速减小至又一次达到设定的喷淋转速时, 再次开启双喷淋***进水喷 淋清洗观察窗和窗垫密封圈 l_20s。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的清洗方法, 其特征在于: 洗衣机在排水到设定的空筒水位 后、 运行衣物分布程序之前, 开启双喷淋***喷淋清洗观察窗和窗垫密封圈 l_20s。
13、 一种具有如权利要求 7- 12任一所述清洗方法的滚筒洗衣机。
