Japanese Patent No. 4252226
The absorbent article described in the above-mentioned patent document has the following problems. The target printing part of the absorbent article is printed on a liquid-impermeable sheet disposed on the back side of the absorbent body. Since the outer sheet is disposed outside the liquid-impermeable sheet, the user visually recognizes the target printing unit via the outer sheet. Therefore, the visibility of the target printing portion may be reduced depending on the thickness of the outer sheet and the fiber density.
Also, in order to improve the visibility, it is conceivable to print the outer surface of the outer sheet and provide a target printing part. However, since the outer surface of the outer sheet is worn with the attachment and detachment of the fastening member, the display state of the target printing unit cannot be maintained, and the visibility may be reduced.
Accordingly, the present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and can ensure the visibility when viewed from the outer surface of the absorbent article, and can be displayed even when the fastening member is repeatedly attached and detached. An object of the present invention is to provide an absorbent article having a target portion that can maintain the temperature.
In order to solve the above-described problems, an absorbent article according to the present disclosure includes a front-rear direction extending in front of the body and a rear side of the body, a width direction orthogonal to the front-rear direction, an inner direction toward the wearer, and the inner direction. A front waistline region disposed on the abdomen side of the wearer, a back waistline region disposed on the back side of the wearer, the front waistline region, and the rear A crotch region located between the waist region and a crotch region of the wearer, and a fastening member extending outward in the width direction is provided in the rear waist region, The outer surface located in the outer direction is an absorbent article provided with a target portion to which the fastening member is fastened, the target portion being located outside the first nonwoven fabric layer and the first nonwoven fabric layer. The back film 22 is made of a moisture permeable or non-moisture permeable film.
The absorber 30 is provided between the top sheet 10 and the exterior sheet 20. The absorber 30 absorbs the body fluid of the wearer. The absorber 30 is formed by an absorbent core such as pulverized pulp or a superabsorbent polymer, and an absorbent sheet such as a tissue covering the absorbent core.
The outer end portions in the width direction of the topsheet 10 and the exterior sheet 20 are recessed inward in the width direction in the crotch region S3. A region around the dent of the crotch region S3 is a leg periphery region arranged along the wearer's leg periphery. In the leg area, leg elastic members that form gathers are arranged.
A front side flap 40A that extends outward in the width direction from the absorber 30 is formed in the front waistline region S1, and a rear part that extends outward in the width direction from the absorber 30 is formed in the rear waistline region S2. Side flaps 40B are formed. The front side flap 40 </ b> A and the rear side flap 40 </ b> B are configured by the topsheet 10 and the exterior sheet 20.
The rear side flap 40B is provided with a fastening member 41 that is engaged with the exterior sheet 20 in the front waistline region S1. The fastening member 41 is joined to the top sheet 10. The fastening member 41 extends outward in the width direction from the top sheet 10. The fastening member 41 includes a hook portion 41A that engages with a target portion 50, which will be described later, and a fixed piece 41B to which the hook portion 41A is attached. A plurality of hooks (not shown) that are hooked on the nonwoven fabric layer constituting the target portion 50 are formed on the hook portion 41A. The fastening member 41 and the target unit 50 constitute a hook and loop locking system, and the loop is hooked with the hook to try on. The fastening member 41 functions as a hook, and the target unit 50 functions as a loop. To do.
The target unit 50 is disposed on the outer surface of the outer side of the back nonwoven fabric 21 that is the outer surface of the front waistline region. FIG. 3 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of a portion A in FIG. FIG. 4 shows the target part, FIG. 4 (a) is a plan view, and FIG. 4 (b) is a schematic enlarged view of the B part.
The target unit 50 is configured by laminating a first nonwoven fabric layer 51 and a second nonwoven fabric layer 52. The target portion 50 is configured so that a hook provided on the hook portion 41A of the fastening member 41 is hooked, and functions as a loop. The second nonwoven fabric layer 52 is disposed outward from the first nonwoven fabric layer 51. The target portion is formed with a compressed portion C that is compressed in the thickness direction in a state where the first nonwoven fabric layer 51 and the second nonwoven fabric layer 52 are laminated. The first nonwoven fabric layer 51 is provided with a printing unit 54 on which printing has been performed.
The first nonwoven fabric layer 51 is composed of an SMS nonwoven fabric in which a spunbond nonwoven fabric layer 51A, a meltblown nonwoven fabric layer 51B, and a spunbond nonwoven fabric layer 51A are laminated. The 2nd nonwoven fabric layer 52 is comprised by the through-air nonwoven fabric layer.
The spunbond nonwoven fabric layer 51A is a long fiber and has a relatively large fiber diameter because it cools the resin from the spinning nozzle and directly collects the fibers to form a nonwoven fabric. Generally, the fibers of the spunbond nonwoven fabric layer 51A have a larger fiber diameter and a longer fiber length than the fibers constituting the meltblown nonwoven fabric layer 51B.
The melt blown nonwoven fabric layer 51B is a long fiber and has a thin fiber diameter in order to draw resin from the spinning nozzle with hot air and collect the fiber. Generally, the fibers constituting the meltblown nonwoven fabric layer 51B have a smaller fiber diameter and a shorter fiber length than the fibers constituting the spunbond nonwoven fabric layer 51A.
The through-air nonwoven fabric layer is a nonwoven fabric obtained by laminating short fibers obtained by cutting a resin from a spinning nozzle in advance and then applying hot air to fuse the fibers together in a low density state. Since the through-air nonwoven fabric layer has a low density, it has bulkiness and cushioning properties.
The second nonwoven fabric layer disposed on the outer side of the absorbent article is a through-air nonwoven fabric layer, which is bulky compared to the meltblown nonwoven fabric layer. Therefore, the fastening member 41 can be fastened. In addition, since the fastening member 41 does not directly attach to the printed first nonwoven fabric layer 51, even when the fastening member 41 is repeatedly attached and detached, the print portion 54 is prevented from being worn, The display state of the printing unit 54 can be maintained.
Moreover, durability can be improved by laminating | stacking two layers of spunbond nonwoven fabric layers and a melt blown nonwoven fabric layer, and comprising a 1st nonwoven fabric layer. In addition, the spunbonded nonwoven fabric layer can easily transmit light and light hardly diffuses, and the printed portion can be easily recognized even through the spunbonded nonwoven fabric layer.
The printing unit 54 is formed on the first nonwoven fabric layer 51, and specifically, printing is performed from the spunbond nonwoven fabric layer side on the inner side. The printing unit 54 includes a first printing unit 54A printed with a first color and a second printing unit 54B printed with a second color darker than the first color. In addition, the color of a printing part should just be 1 color or more, and may be 3 colors or more.
The coloring component of the printing part 54 penetrates between fine fibers constituting the meltblown nonwoven fabric layer through the inwardly oriented spunbond nonwoven fabric layer and easily penetrates into the meltblown nonwoven fabric layer 51B. Therefore, it becomes easy to maintain the colored state of the printing part. Moreover, since the melt blown nonwoven fabric layer 51B has a higher density than the spunbond nonwoven fabric layer 51A, it is possible to arrange the colored components finely and to express a fine pattern.
In addition, when the printing unit performs printing from the side of the spunbond nonwoven fabric layer 51A in the inward direction, the coloring component remains in the melt-blown nonwoven fabric layer 51B having a relatively high density. Therefore, it can suppress that a coloring component passes to the surface (outer surface) opposite to the side which performs printing, and can prevent the color omission at the time of printing. For example, the absorbent article 1 is often carried in a bag or the like, and when the printing unit 54 is disposed on the second nonwoven fabric layer 52 side, the coloring component of the printing unit 54 is peeled off and separated in the bag. There is a risk of adhering to the contents. However, by providing the printing unit 54 on the inward surface side of the target unit, color migration can be suppressed.
The target part 50 is provided with a pressing area 53A in which a pressing part C compressed in the thickness direction is formed and a non-squeezing area 53B in which the pressing part C is not formed. In the compressed portion C, the convex curved shape and the concave curved shape are arranged adjacent to each other in the width direction and adjacent to each other in the front-rear direction in plan view. The pressing part is formed by being compressed from the second nonwoven fabric side toward the first nonwoven fabric side in a state where the first nonwoven fabric layer and the second nonwoven fabric layer are laminated.
The pressing part only needs to be provided in at least a part of the target part, and may be provided in the entire target part, or may be a part of the part. For example, the area ratio of the compressed region to the entire area of the target portion can be 25% to 60%.
The compressed region 53A has a smaller dimension in the thickness direction than the non-compressed region 53B, and light is easily transmitted. Therefore, the visibility of the printing part 54 provided in the pressing area 53A in the printing part 54 of the target part 50 can be made higher than the visibility of the printing part 54 in the non-squeezing area 53B. Specifically, the printing part 54 of the compressed area 53A is clearly displayed, and the printed part 54 of the non-pressed area 53B is displayed more dimly than the compressed area 53A. Therefore, a three-dimensional display can be realized by the printing unit 54 arranged in a plane.
As shown in FIG. 4, the target part 50 is provided with a compressed area 53A and a non-compressed area 53B, and the compressed area 53A is displayed darker. The printing unit 54 includes a first printing unit 54A and a second printing unit 54B, and the second printing unit 54B is displayed darker. Depending on the combination of the color of the printing part 54 and the presence or absence of the pressing part C, it can be displayed in four patterns. The four patterns include a display mode of the first printing unit 54A arranged in the compressed area 53A, a display mode of the first printing unit 54A arranged in the non-pressed area 53B, and a second print arranged in the compressed area 53A. It is the display mode of the part 54B, and the display mode of the 2nd printing part 54B arrange | positioned in the non-pressing area | region 53B.
2nd printing part 54B which is comparatively dark among printing parts 54 is arranged ranging over pressing field 53A and non-pressing field 53B. By disposing the second printing part 54B colored with a dark color across the compressed area 53A and the non-squeezed area 53B, the second printed part 54B can be displayed across areas with different thicknesses depending on the presence or absence of the compressed part, Three-dimensional decoration can be given.
For example, when the second printing part is provided in the compressed area 53A and the periphery thereof, the design by the printing part can be clearly seen, but the density of the compressed area and the non-pressed area becomes too clear, and in addition to the design by the printing part, The design due to the outer shape of the area emerges. Moreover, since the color of the whole target part becomes dark, it will seem that the three-dimensional effect (bulk) of a target part is not.
On the other hand, when the first printing part is provided in the compressed area and the periphery thereof, the design by the printing part may be blurred, and the function of the mark indicating the position where the fastening member is stopped is deteriorated. Moreover, since the color of the whole target part becomes light, it seems that the three-dimensional effect (bulk) of a target part comes out.
However, both the design and the three-dimensional effect can be achieved by disposing the second printing part partially across the compressed area as in the target part according to the present embodiment. Furthermore, since a deep color is displayed on the back side through the pressing unit, the depth can be increased.
In the present embodiment, the first printing unit and the second printing unit are arranged so as to straddle the pressing region and the non-squeezing region, but at least the second printing unit is straddled across the pressing region and the non-squeezing region. What is necessary is just to arrange | position, and a 1st printing part may be arrange | positioned only to a pressing area | region, and a 1st printing part may be arrange | positioned only to a non-squeezing area | region.
Further, it is preferable that the first color of the first printing unit and the second color of the second printing unit according to the present embodiment have a relationship in which the color difference is in the range of 12 to 100, for example. With such a color difference relationship, light and shade can be displayed by the first color and the second color.
The color difference can be measured by the following method, for example.
 表色系:CIE 1976(L*a*b)
Measurement equipment Model: CR-300
Head specifications: Plate diameter 40mm, hole diameter 8mm
Color system: CIE 1976 (L * a * b)
・ Measurement method Using a measuring instrument, place a printed sheet on a white plate (L: 48.05, a: +2.50, b: + 19.68) and measure the printed surface as the measurement surface. The color difference with respect to the calibration white value (Y: 92, x: 31.45, y: 31.98) is calculated.
The second printing unit 54B functions as a positioning unit for aligning the position of the fastening member. Since the 2nd printing part which functions as this positioning part extends in the front-back direction and is arranged ranging over pressing field 53A and non-pressing field 53B, it can raise the visibility of a positioning part. By improving the visibility of the positioning part, it will be easier for the mother to wear the fastening member when wearing the baby's diaper, and also determine how much position to put according to the size of the body It becomes easy and operability can be improved.
Also, the pressing ratio, which is the ratio of the area of the pressing area to the area of the target portion, is preferably 20% to 55%, and more preferably 35% to 50%. For example, if the pressing ratio is lower than 20%, the visibility of the printed part may be reduced, and more fibers are caught by the hook part of the fastening member when the fastening member is attached or detached. There is a fear. On the other hand, if the compression ratio is higher than 55%, the fastening member may not be easily caught. Therefore, it is desirable that the compression ratio is appropriately set in consideration of the visibility of the printing unit and the manner of engagement with the fastening member.
According to the absorbent article according to the present embodiment, the user can directly visually recognize the target portion disposed on the outer side in the outer direction of the absorbent article. Can be improved.
The printing part is provided in the first nonwoven fabric layer including the meltblown nonwoven fabric layer. The melt blown non-woven fabric layer is a long fiber and has a relatively thin fiber diameter because the fiber from the spinning nozzle is drawn with hot air and the fiber is collected. The coloring component of the printing part penetrates between fine fibers and easily penetrates into the melt blown nonwoven fabric layer. Therefore, it becomes easy to maintain the colored state of the target portion. In addition, since the melt blown nonwoven fabric layer has a relatively high density, the colored components can be finely arranged, and a fine pattern can be expressed.
Furthermore, the 2nd nonwoven fabric layer arrange | positioned on the outer direction outer side of an absorbent article is a through-air nonwoven fabric layer, is bulky compared with a melt blown nonwoven fabric layer, and is easy to fasten a fastening member. In addition, since the fastening member is not directly attached to the printed first nonwoven fabric layer, even when the fastening member is repeatedly attached and detached, it is possible to suppress the printing portion from being worn and display the printing portion. The state can be maintained.
Moreover, the pressing part is formed in the target part, the thickness of the part in which the pressing part was formed is thin, and light is easy to permeate | transmit. Therefore, the visibility of the printing part which overlaps with a pressing part among the printing parts of a target part can be improved.
