技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种摄像用的照明装置,特别是可以连接在照相机或摄像机上的可拼接的摄像用LED 型照明灯。
背景技术
日常普遍使用的摄像用LED 型照明灯由于必须具有便携的特点,体积一般都不大,其上的LED 灯珠数和发光面积受到一定局限。当近拍一些面积较大的物体时,使用单个LED 型照明灯会出现物体上的光照明暗程度不均,影响摄像效果。
中国专利第200920135065.1 号公开的一种摄影用便携式组合LED 灯盘模块,其单元LED 灯为可拼接模块,其四个侧壁上分别设置有二个热靴插脚和二个热靴插座,多个单元LED 灯可以拼接成一个发光面积较大的LED 照明灯,且可以任意多个拼接,可以解决单个LED 型照明灯会出现物体上的光照明暗程度不均,影响摄像效果的问题。但是热靴插脚和热靴插座的连接刚度和牢靠度并不是很好,一旦互相连接多个以后,容易出现LED 照明灯单元连接不牢掉下来或产生移位,同时热靴连接比较麻烦,连接多个时会影响摄像效率。
发明内容
为了克服现有可拼接的摄像用LED 型照明灯存在连接刚度和牢靠度不好,容易出现LED 照明灯单元连接不牢掉下来或产生移位,多个热靴连接比较麻烦的缺陷,本实用新型的目的是提供一种改进的可拼接的摄像用LED 型照明灯,可以克服现有技术的缺陷。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种可拼接的摄像用LED 型照明灯,包括灯主体和灯主体外壁上的连接结构,其特征是:所述连接结构包括灯主体之间的拼接部位和连接摄像装置的安装部位,其中灯主体之间的拼接部位由一个以上延伸在灯主体二个相邻侧面的接插槽构成,接插槽的一槽侧与灯主体二个相邻侧面连接、其另一槽侧为接插槽口。
上述技术方案所述接插槽内侧可以设有接插限位用的卡棱。
上述技术方案所述一个灯主体上可以设有二个作对角布置的接插槽,其中一个接插槽的接插槽口朝前、另一个接插槽的接插槽口朝后。
上述技术方案所述连接摄像装置的安装部位,可以设在接插槽的槽壁板上。所述连接摄像装置可以是直接连接、也可以是通过独立的连接件进行间接连接。
上述技术方案所述灯主体结构可以是已有的任何一款使用的摄像用LED 型照明灯主体,一般包括有灯壳以及安装于其上的LED 灯珠板、LED 驱动电路、电池或可充蓄电器、控制操作用零件等。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于灯主体之间的拼接部位由一个以上延伸在灯主体二个相邻侧面的接插槽构成,接插槽的一槽侧与灯主体二个相邻侧面连接、其另一槽侧为接插槽口,所以LED 照明灯单元相互连接的侧向刚度和牢靠度较好,不容易出现LED 照明灯单元连接不牢掉下来或产生移位的问题,LED 照明灯单元相互连接采用接插方式,可以在LED 照明灯单元的上下左右四个侧面按需要进行拼接,接插连接时可以从LED 照明灯前向或后向进行接插,操作十分方便,连接多个时也很快,不会影响摄像效率。

具体实施方式
参照图1 ~ 3,本可拼接的摄像用LED 型照明灯,包括灯主体1 和灯主体1 外壁上连接结构,其特征是:所述连接结构包括灯主体1 之间的拼接部位2、3 和连接摄像机的安装部位4,其中灯主体1 之间的拼接部位2、3 由二个分别延伸在灯主体1 各二个相邻侧面的接插槽5、6 构成,接插槽4 的一槽侧7 与灯主体1 的二个相邻侧面连接、其另一槽侧为接插槽口8。
另外,接插槽5、6 内侧分别设有接插限位用的卡棱9、10 等;灯主体1 上的二个接插槽5、6 作对角设置,其中接插槽5 的接插槽口8 朝前、接插槽6 的接插槽口11 朝后;连接摄像机的安装部位4 设在接插槽6 的槽壁板12 上,安装部位4 是一个通过独立的连接件与摄像装置进行间接连接的缺口部位。
使用上需要多个照明灯拼接时,如图4 所示,可以在LED 照明灯单元的上下左右四个侧面按需要进行拼接,拼接时接插槽口互相对正后***,使接插槽与接插槽对接,其接插槽间的紧配合作用保证了拼接的牢靠性。

  1. 一种可拼接的摄像用LED 型照明灯,包括灯主体和灯主体外壁上的连接结构,其特征是:所述连接结构包括灯主体之间的拼接部位和连接摄像装置的安装部位,其中灯主体之间的拼接部位由一个以上延伸在灯主体二个相邻侧面的接插槽构成,接插槽的一槽侧与灯主体二个相邻侧面连接、其另一槽侧为接插槽口。
  2. 按权利要求1 所述的可拼接的摄像用LED 型照明灯,其特征是所述灯主体上设有二个作对角布置的接插槽,其中一个接插槽的接插槽口朝前、另一个接插槽的接插槽口朝后。
  3. 按权利要求1 或2 所述的可拼接的摄像用LED 型照明灯,其特征是所述接插槽内侧设有接插限位用的卡棱。
  4. 按权利要求1 或2 所述的可拼接的摄像用LED 型照明灯,其特征是所述连接摄像装置的安装部位是设在接插槽的槽壁板上。
