Abstract

Es werden ein Schutzhelm (6) für einen Kopf (5) und ein Verfahren zur Verminderung oder Verhinderung einer Kopfverletzung vorgeschlagen, wobei der Schutzhelm (6) mit einer äußeren, aus einem harten Material hergestellten Schale (1) und mit einer einen Aufprall auf den Kopf (5) aufnehmenden Innentrageeinrichtung (3), die an der Innenseite (2) der äußeren Schale (1) angeordnet ist, ausgestattet ist und die Innentrageeinrichtung (2) in eine schalenseitige Einlage (7) und eine kopfseitige Einlage (8) unterteilt ist und die einander zugewandten Seiten der kopfseitigen Einlage (8) und der schalenseitigen Einlage (7) zumindest teilweise miteinander korrespondieren und die schalenseitige Einlage (7) im Bezug auf die kopfseitige Einlage (8) in mindestens eine Richtung verdrehbar ist, wobei an der schalenseitigen Einlage (7) mindestens eine Erhebung (z.B. ein Zapfen (21)) angeordnet ist, die in eine an der kopfseitigen Einlage (8) befindliche Aussparung (z.B. eine Bohrung (22)), die größer als die Erhebung ist, eingreift, und/oder an der kopfseitigen Einlage (8) mindestens eine Erhebung (z.B. ein Zapfen (21)) angeordnet ist, die in eine an der schalenseitigen Einlage (7) befindliche Aussparung (z.B. eine Bohrung (22)), die größer als die Erhebung ist, eingreift.
