Description

具有可调式 PCB安装座的显示装置背板 技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示技术领域, 尤其涉及一种具有可调式 PCB ( Printed Circuit Board, 印刷电路板)安装座的显示装置背板。 背景技术
液晶显示装置简称 LCD ( Liquid Crystal Display ) , 其工作原理是在 两片平行的玻璃当中放置液晶分子, 两片玻璃中间有许多垂直和水平的细 小电线,透过通电与否来控制液晶分子改变方向, 将光线折射出来产生画 面。 由于液晶显示装置具有机身薄、 省电、 无辐射等众多优点, 因此得到 了广泛的应用。 背光模组是液晶显示装置中的重要组成部分, 现有背光模 组一般包括光学膜、 导光板、 背光单元、 及背板等, 为了满足大尺寸液晶 显示装置的需求, 现有的背板一般使用整体式的背板, 其一般使用金属冲 压或者塑料注射方式整体成型, 背板上成型有用于安装 PCB板的凸包。 然 而, 整体式的背板增加了显示装置的重量, 且生产所需的材料多, 成本较 高。
为了解决上述问题, 市场上设计出了镂空式或拼接式的背板, 中国专 利 CN201672468提出一种背光模组的后背板结构, 其釆用若干安装条拼接 成后背板, 各安装条之间纵横交错, 背板的外部框架内铆接有数根纵向的 安装条, 其上设有螺纹孔, 通过螺纹孔与螺纹钉的配合, 将 PCB板设置于 该数根纵向的安装条上。 然而, 通过纵向安装条安装 PCB板的方式存在安 装过程繁瑣, 不能调节等缺陷, 且不能适应不同尺寸 PCB板的安装, 实用 性低。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于, 提供一种具有可调式 PCB 安装座的显示装置背 板, 其能克服镂空式或拼接式背板的 PCB不容易固定的问题, 并通过安装 座的设计共用性节省模具成本, 且通过第一支架及第二支架与背板本体及 连接板之间的可调节连接, 适应不同尺寸 PCB板的固定安装, 组装简便。
本发明提供一种具有可调式 PCB安装座的显示装置背板, 其包括: 镂 空的本体、 及成对设置的安装座, 安装座置于本体镂空处且两端分别延伸 与本体连接, 每一安装座包括对称设置的第一支架及第二支架、 及连接于 第一支架及第二支架之间的连接板, 该第一支架的一端与本体可调节连 接, 另一端与连接板可调连接, 第二支架的一端与本体可调节连接, 另一 端与连接板可调节连接, 第一支架具有向下弯折的第一翻折部, 第二支架 具有向下弯折的第二翻折部, 每对安装座的两第一翻折部及两第二翻折部 之间形成一容置空间以支撑安装一 PCB板。

每一安装座 4 包括对称设置的第一支架 42及第二支架 44、 及连接于 第一支架 42及第二支架 44之间的连接板 46。

2、 如权利要求 1所述的具有可调式 PCB安装座的显示装置背板, 其 中, 所述连接板对应所述第一支架、 第二支架设有第一调节孔, 该第一支 架一端对应第一调节孔设有第一通孔, 该第二支架一端对应第一调节孔设 有第二通孔, 通过一第一螺栓穿过第一通孔而与第一调节孔配合, 使第一 支架与连接板可相对第一调节孔方向调节连接, 通过一第二螺栓穿过第二 通孔而与第一调节孔配合, 使第二支架与连接板可相对第一调节孔方向调 节连接。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的具有可调式 PCB安装座的显示装置背板, 其 中, 所述本体对应该第一支架、 第二支架分别设有第一滑槽及第二滑槽, 该第一滑槽及第二滑槽内分别设有第二调节孔及第三调节孔, 该第一支架 的一端对应第二调节孔设有第三通孔, 该第二支架的一端对应第三调节孔 设有第四通孔, 通过一第三螺栓穿过第三通孔而与第二调节孔配合, 使第 一支架与本体可相对第二调节孔方向调节连接, 通过一第四螺栓穿过第四 通孔而与第三调节孔配合, 使第二支架与本体可相对第三调节孔方向调节 连接。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的具有可调式 PCB安装座的显示装置背板, 其 中, 所述第一翻折部包括一向下垂直弯折的第一定位部、 与第一定位部远 离第一支架一端垂直的第一衬托部、 及设于第一衬托部上方一侧并相对第 一定位部倾斜的第一卡钩部, 该第二翻折部包括一向下垂直弯折的第二定 位部、 与第二定位部远离第二支架一端垂直的第二衬托部、 及设于第二衬 托部上方一侧并相对第二定位部倾斜的第二卡钩部, 安装 PCB板时, PCB 板设于两第一衬托部及两第二衬托部上, 且两第一"" ^钩部及两第二卡钩部 的端部分别卡合于 PCB板远离第一衬托部及第二衬托部的端面上。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的具有可调式 PCB安装座的显示装置背板, 其 中, 还包括盖于每对安装座的容置空间上的保护盖。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的具有可调式 PCB安装座的显示装置背板, 其 中, 所述保护盖为麦拉片。
