这种按照各叶节点与用户的通讯联系记录, 更新统计出联系频率, 取 频率最高者作为快捷拨号的对象, 并将指代他的图片置于初始显示界面优 先突出位置。 群组树或群组星的排列优先级顺序也是以各棵树或各颗星的 成员叶节点与用户总体联系频次为依据, 频次高的树或星则显示排列较先 的方案能极大地提高通信终端联系人群组及拨号的直观、 简易、 便利性, 增强组织有序性, 拓展用户体验的多元化风格, 并使得终端的适用性扩大, 实用性增强。
图 2是根据本发明实施例的用于手机中构建通讯录的方法流程图;图 3 是根据图 2所示实施例中通讯录的初始界面示意图; 图 4是根据图 2所示 实施例中通讯录的一种群组树模型的排列结构示意图; 图 5是根据图 2所 示实施例中通讯录的一种群组星模型的排列结构示意图。
如图 2所示的方法可以包括如下步驟:
步驟 S102, 通过图 1所示的统计模块 10来统计每个联系人和 /或每个 联系组与用户的通信频率。
步驟 S104,通过图 1所示的构建模块 30来根据通信频率来构建通讯录。 本发明上述实施例通过统计模块 10来获取各个联系人和 /或联系组的 节点与用户的通讯联系记录, 并将通讯频率最高者作为快捷拨号的对象, 其他的联系人以及群组树或群组星的排列可以按照通讯频率的优先级顺序 确定在通讯录中的排列。
上述实施例中的根据通信频率来构建通讯录的步驟可以包括: 根据通 信频率获取联系人和 /或联系组的拨号优先级; 将通信频率最高的联系人和 /或联系组作为通讯录的根节点; 按照拨号优先级将其他联系人和 /或联系 组作为根节点的叶子节点, 以生成通讯录。
优选地, 在上述实施例的在根据通信频率来构建通讯录之后的步驟中 , 方法还可以包括: 显示通讯录, 包括将根节点显示在初始显示界面的首位。
上述实施例中的在统计每个联系人和 /或每个联系组与用户的通信频 率之前, 方法还可以包括: 创建联系人和 /或联系组的记录信息, 记录信息 包括: 联系人姓名和号码信息, 其中, 以图片来指代记录信息。 优选地, 可以通过摄像头来获取指代记录信息的图片, 或者获取已经保存的照片作 为指代记录信息的图片。
这种图形化操作和树型或星型结构的群组拨号方法不仅使得用户体验 更加多元有序化, 也方便了老年人、 儿童等人群的终端使用, 极大地拓宽 和提高了实用有效性、 易用便捷性和简单直观性。
下面就上述实施例具体的实施过程来对本发明, 一种图片式树型或星 型联系人群组与拨号方法做进一步的详细说明。 本发明方法在基于按键或 触摸屏进行用户交互的通讯设备上均可实行, 为便于说明起见, 以触摸屏 为例。
如图 3 所示的用户快捷拨号以及图片群组树或群组星的排序显示示意 图, 在用户进入通讯录后, 可以看到初始界面上有几行大图片。 其中界面 最左侧一列的 "家人"、 "亲友"、 "玩伴" 分类指示图后分别跟有一行图片 堆, 每个图片堆的封面图片是代表某位具体联系人的图片。 比如 "老伴" 的头像。 用户直接触摸双击该头像, 则实现对该联系人直接性的电话拨出。 每行都有很多图片堆(代表不同的群组树或群组星), 可通过用户触摸左右 移动而选择。 其中排在每行最左边的图片堆就是与用户联系最频繁的群组。 而该图片堆的封面图代表的就是该群组树或群组星中与用户联系最多的联 系人, 也就是这个群组树的根节点或这颗群组星的中心节点。 如果用户单 击某个图片堆, 则进入该群组树或群组星对应的特有树型或星型组织图, 如图 4和图 5的示意界面。 另外, 在图 3所示的初始界面的顶端有一个按 钮图片, 点击即进入所有联系人的图片列表。 该图片列表的排序也是按照 不同联系人与用户的联系频次高低来排列的。
具体的, 如图 4和图 5所示, 图片式联系人群组树或群组星的组织及 拨号的使用过程中, 首先以用户在图 3 中单击进入 "老伴" 群组为例, 可 以看到界面上展现了一张树型或星型组织图。 同时在触摸屏的环境下这张 图可以通过用户两指尖与屏幕触点的开合(例如两指尖的分展和并拢) 实 现放大缩小。 其中根节点或中心节点为 "老伴", 按照一定关系连有不同的 叶节点。 用户触摸单击任意节点 (无论是核心节点还是叶节点) 图片 (图 中以结构示意图表征), 则实现对应节点指代联系人的图片放大, 方便视力 不佳人群对图片的识别; 用户触摸双击某节点图片, 则实现该图片代表的 联系人的拨号。 该图片式树型或星型联系人群组关系图的核心节点是根据 一定时期内与用户联系的频次高低在群组中选定的。 也就是说这棵树或这 颗星是根据用户使用情况而变化的动态组织树或动态组织星。 将此时期该 群组内用户最频繁联系的 于最方便于用户选择的位置。
优选地, 在用户新添加某联系人时, 联系人群组树的建立和节点添加。 可直接新建一个群组的初始根节点或中心节点, 或者在某群组中与该新联 系人有关系的任意已有节点上进行图形化的下级节点选择添加操作。 以某 联系人为例, 如图 6, 将指代联系人的唯一图片标识对应于联系人信息号码 即可。 图片的唯一性可通过在添加时由后台程序进行库的比对验证而确认。
需要说明的是, 本发明实施例在附图的流程图示出的步驟可以在诸如 一组计算机可执行指令的计算机***中执行, 并且, 虽然在流程图中示出 了逻辑顺序, 但是在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或 描述的步驟。 本发明还提供了一种通信设备, 该通信设备包括上述任意一种用于手 机中构建通讯录的装置的实施例。
从以上的实施例描述中, 可以看出, 本发明实现了如下技术效果: 本 发明能极大地提高通信终端联系人群组及拨号的直观、 简易、 便利性, 增 强组织有序性, 拓展用户体验的多元化风格, 并使得终端的适用性扩大, 实用性增强。 同时, 这种图形化操作和树型或星型结构的群组拨号方法不 仅使得用户体验更加多元有序化, 也方便了老年人、 儿童等人群的终端使 用, 极大地拓宽和提高了实用有效性、 易用便捷性和简单直观性。。
显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步驟 可以用通用的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者 分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执 行的程序代码来实现, 从而, 可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来 执行, 或者将它们分别制作成多个集成电路模块, 或者将它们中的多个模 块或步驟制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任何特 定的硬件和软件结合。
上述说明示出并描述了本发明的一个优选实施例, 但如前所述, 应当 理解本发明并非局限于本文所披露的形式, 不应看作是对其他实施例的排 除, 而可用于各种其他组合、 修改和环境, 并能够在本文所述发明构想范 围内, 通过上述教导或相关领域的技术或知识进行改动。 而本领域人员所 进行的改动和变化不脱离本发明的精神和范围, 则都应在本发明所附权利 要求的保护范围内。

权利要求书
1、 一种用于手机中构建通讯录的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括: 统计每个联系人和 /或每个联系组与用户的通信频率;
根据所述通信频率构建通讯录。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 根据所述通信频率构建 通讯录为:
根据所述通信频率获取所述联系人和 /或所述联系组的拨号优先级; 将通信频率最高的联系人和 /或联系组作为所述通讯录的根节点; 按照拨号优先级将其他联系人和 /或联系组作为所述根节点的叶子节 点, 生成所述通讯录。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在根据所述通信频率构 建通讯录之后, 所述方法还包括:
显示所述通讯录, 包括将所述根节点显示在初始显示界面的首位。
4、 根据权利要求 1至 3任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在统计每个 联系人和 /或每个联系组与用户的通信频率之前, 所述方法还包括:
创建所述联系人和 /或所述联系组的记录信息, 所述记录信息包括: 联 系人姓名和号码信息, 其中, 以图片来指代所述记录信息。
5、 根据权利要求 4 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在创建所述联系人和 / 或所述联系组的记录信息之前, 所述方法还包括:
通过摄像头来获取指代所述记录信息的图片 , 或者获取已经保存的照 片作为指代所述记录信息的图片。
6、 一种用于手机中构建通讯录的装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
统计模块, 用于统计每个联系人和 /或每个联系组与用户的通信频率; 构建模块, 用于根据所述通信频率构建通讯录。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述构建模块包括: 获耳 4莫块, 用于根据所述通信频率获取所述联系人和 /或所述联系组的 拨号优先级;
第一设置模块, 用于将通信频率最高的联系人和 /或联系组作为所述通 讯录的根节点;
第二设置模块, 用于按照拨号优先级将其他联系人和 /或联系组作为所 述根节点的叶子节点, 生成所述通讯录。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置还包括: 显示模块, 用于显示所述通讯录, 包括将所述根节点显示在初始显示 界面的首位。
9、 根据权利要求 6至 8任一项所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置还 包括:
创建模块, 用于创建所述联系人和 /或所述联系组的记录信息, 所述记 录信息包括: 联系人姓名和号码信息, 其中, 以图片来指代所述记录信息。
10、 一种通信设备, 其特征在于, 包括权利要求 6至 9任一项所述的 用于手机中构建通讯录的装置。
