Definitions
- the present invention relates to information management technology, and more particularly to medical information management technology for managing information related to medical practice.
- a vital sign monitor In a medical field, a vital sign monitor (VSM (Vital Sign Monitor) is used to monitor a patient's biological information when a doctor performs an examination or treatment.
- the vital sign monitor is a device that measures a patient's arterial oxygen saturation (SpO 2 ), pulse rate, and the like in real time and displays an electrocardiogram, blood pressure, body temperature, and the like. The doctor conducts examinations and treatments while confirming the patient's biological information using the VSM.

- biometric information and implementation information are required to be stored in association with each other. Since the biometric information and the implementation information are generated by being associated with patient identification information (patient ID) for identifying each patient, the association processing of the biometric information and the implementation information is performed when both patient IDs match. Therefore, it seems that there is basically no problem.
- the patient ID is erroneously input in the VSM, and the patient ID of the erroneously input biometric information may coincide with the patient ID of another patient by chance. Therefore, if the association process is performed only by matching the patient ID, there is a possibility that biometric information in which the patient ID is erroneously input may be associated with the implementation information of another patient, which is not preferable.
- a plurality of implementation information may be generated for one patient.
- the biological information should be associated with any one of the implementation information, but the patient ID associated with the biological information is identical to the patient ID associated with the plurality of implementation information. Therefore, it is difficult to perform the association process only by matching the patient ID. Therefore, the appearance of a technique for associating and storing biometric information and implementation information in a simple and reliable manner is desired.

- the execution information storage unit 72 stores location information about the room where the endoscopic examination pretreatment is performed, and the correspondence information holding unit 74 specifies the location information for identifying the pretreatment room, and the monitor device. If the 30 pieces of device identification information are stored in association with each other, the biological information acquired by the monitor device 30 can be associated with the record of the endoscopic examination order as described with respect to the examination room 2.
- the storage management unit 58 acquires the information from the monitor device 30.
- the patient identification information and the biological information are stored in the unassociated information storage unit 76 as unassociated information.
- the storage management unit 58 stores the biological information acquired by the monitor device 30 in the examination room 2 as described above. And stored in association with the patient identification information stored in.
- the determination unit 56 searches the unrelated information storage unit 76 to see if biometric information of the same patient is stored before the start of the endoscopy.
- the biometric information of the same patient is searched for within a predetermined time, for example, within one hour from the start time of the endoscopy.
- the determination unit 56 finds the biometric information of the same patient in the unrelated information storage unit 76
- the determination unit 56 recognizes that the biometric information has been acquired at the pretreatment stage, and patient identification information of the endoscopy order. Decide to associate with.
- the storage management unit 58 stores the biological information in the implementation information storage unit 72 in association with the patient identification information, and deletes the biological information stored in the unrelated information storage unit 76.
- the storage management unit 58 may physically change the storage area in the storage device 70, but gives a link with the implementation information storage unit 72 to the biological information stored in the unrelated information storage unit 76.
- the operation information storage unit 72 may be substantially moved.
- the biological information already acquired during the pretreatment and examination is associated with the endoscopic examination execution information.
- the monitor device 30 is fixedly arranged, and the correspondence information holding unit 74 specifies the device identification information (MAC address) of the monitor device 30 and the recovery room in which the monitor device 30 is arranged.
- the location information is stored in association with each other.
- the determination part 56 can recognize that the biometric information transmitted from the monitor device 30 in the recovery room is transmitted from the recovery room.
- the biological information transmitted from the recovery room should also be associated.
- the storage management unit 58 stores the information in association with the patient identification information. In this way, the management apparatus 50 can also associate the biological information acquired in the pretreatment and recovery stages with the endoscopic examination execution information.
- the monitor device 30 has been miniaturized, and some portable monitor devices 30 have a wireless communication function.
- the patient can move to the pretreatment room, the endoscopy room, and the recovery room while wearing the measurement probe 32 on the fingertip and lying on the bed.
- the monitor device 30 periodically transmits patient identification information and biometric information to the management device 50, and the biometric information acquisition unit 54 stores the unassociated information storage unit 76.
- the biological information acquisition unit 54 accumulates the biological information associated with the same patient identification information in the unassociated information storage unit 76.
- the portable monitor device 30 is authenticated by RFID. Authentication by RFID originally indicates that the portable monitor device 30 has entered the examination room 2, but the biological information acquisition unit 54 indicates that the monitor device 30 exists in the examination room 2. Treated as device location information.
- the determination unit 56 determines whether or not the patient identification information acquired by the biological information acquisition unit 54 and the patient identification information stored in the implementation information storage unit 72 match. If the patient identification information matches, the determination unit 56 determines whether the device arrangement information acquired by the biometric information acquisition unit 54 and the location information stored in the implementation information storage unit 72 indicate the same location. Determine. Here, if the device arrangement information indicates the examination room 2 and the location information indicates the examination room 2, the determination unit 56 determines that the device arrangement information and the location information indicate the same place. In this case, the determination unit 56 determines that the implementation information in the endoscope system 10 and the biological information in the monitor device 30 are for the same patient and are acquired in the same examination room 2. To do.
- the storage management unit 58 receives the determination result of the determination unit 56 and stores the biometric information stored in the unrelated information storage unit 76 in association with the patient identification information stored in the implementation information storage unit 72, and Thereafter, the biological information acquired by the biological information acquisition unit 54 is stored in association with the patient identification information stored in the implementation information storage unit 72 in the same manner. This makes it possible to store the execution information and the biological information in association with each other appropriately.
- the storage management unit 58 receives the determination result and receives the unrelated information storage unit.
- the biometric information stored in 76 is not associated with the implementation information.
- FIG. 4 shows another example of the flowchart of the association process by the management device 50.
- the biological information acquisition unit 54 acquires a patient ID and state information (biological information) from the monitor device 30 (S30).
- the biometric information acquisition unit 54 acquires device arrangement information of the monitor device 30 from the RFID authentication result (S32).
- the determination unit 56 determines whether or not the patient ID stored in S30 and the patient ID stored in the implementation information storage unit 72 match (S34). If they do not match (N in S34), the storage management The unit 58 stores the patient ID and state information acquired in S30 in the unrelated information storage unit 76 as unrelated information (S40). On the other hand, if the patient IDs match (Y in S34), the determination unit 56 indicates whether the device arrangement information acquired in S32 and the location information stored in the implementation information storage unit 72 indicate the same location. It is determined whether or not (S36). If the location information and the device arrangement information do not indicate the same location (N in S36), the storage management unit 58 stores the patient ID and status information acquired in S30 in the unassociated information storage unit 76 as unassociated information.
- the storage management unit 58 associates the status information acquired in S30 with the patient ID in the implementation information storage unit 72.
- the determination unit 56 may execute the determination process by adding not only the information regarding the place but also the information regarding the time.
