Abstract

Ein Pflegestoffapplikator (4) zum Applizieren eines Pflegestoffes an eine Haarstrahne umfasst ein in einem Gehäuse (5) angeordnetes, als Kartuschenaufnahme ausgefiihrtes Pflegestoffreservoir (6). Dieses verfügt über zumindest einen Pflegestoffapplikationsaustritt (18) sowie eine Kartuschenöffnung (7) zum Einsetzen und Herausnehmen einer Pflegestoffkartusche (8). Der Pflegestoffapplikator (4) umfasst des Weiteren einen Tragekorper (10), der formstabil einen Pflegestofftrager (11) mit darin gehaltenem Pflegestoff tragt. Der Tragekörper (10) verfügt über eine Handhabe (13) zum Handhaben der Pflegestoffkartusche (8). Die Pflegestoffkartusche (8) füllt das Pflegestoffreservoir (6) in Bezug auf den Querschnitt desselben dieses vollständig Oder annähernd vollständig aus. Beschrieben ist des Weiteren eine Pflegestoffkartusche für einen solchen Pflegestoffapplikator (4).

Description

Pflegestoffapplikator zum Applizieren eines Pflegestoffes an eine Haarsträhne sowie Pflegestoffkartusche dafür
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Pflegestoffapplikator zum Applizieren eines Pflegestoffes an eine Haarsträhne. Des Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung eine Pfle- gestoffkartusche als Teil oder für einen solchen Pflegestoffapplikator.
Zum Unterstützen einer Haarformung werden in das Haar mitunter Pflegestoffe eingebracht. Diese können den Haarformprozess unterstützen oder werden zum Konditionieren des Haares verwendet. Zum Durchführen des Formprozesses der Haare werden Haarformgeräte eingesetzt, beispielsweise sogenannte Straightener oder Lockenstäbe. Derartige Haarformgeräte verfügen über eine beheizte Haarformfläche. Ein Straightener verfügt über zwei derartige Haarformflächen, zwischen denen sich ein Haarformspalt befindet. Die Haarformflächen eines Straighteners sind gelenkig nach Art einer Zange gegeneinander verstellbar. Für die Haarformung wird typischerweise ein gewisser Druck und eine gewisse Formtemperatur benötigt. Zum Unterstützen des Formvorganges kann es zweckmäßig sein, das formende Haar zuvor mit einem Pflegestoff oder auch mit Wasser zu benetzen, so dass auch Wasser als Pflegestoff im Sinne dieser Ausführungen zu verstehen ist.
Wenn Pflegestoffe im Zusammenhang mit einer Haarformung dem Haar zugeführt werden, erfolgt dieses vor dem mit dem Haarformgerät durchzuführenden Formprozess. Das oder die Pflegestoffe werden auf das Haar aufgesprüht, oder, sollte es sich bei diesen um schäum- oder gelförmige Präparate handeln, in das Haar einmassiert. Dieses bedeutet jedoch, dass das gesamte Haar oder ein Teil des zu formenden Haares in einem ersten Schritt mit dem Pflegestoff zu behandeln ist, um anschließend mit dem Haarformgerät unter Wärmezufuhr geformt zu werden. Das Behandeln der geformten Haare mit einem Pflegestoff zum Konditionieren derselben nach dem Haarformprozess ist, um die vorgenommene Haarformung nicht zu beeinträchtigen, nur im Wege eines festigenden Sprays möglich. Appliziert wird ein solches Pflegestoffspray nach Abschluss des gesamten Haarformprozesses, also: nachdem die Gesamtheit der zu formenden Haare geformt worden sind. Daher ist eine auf bestimmte Haarsträhnen beschränkte selektive Applikation von Pflegestoffen nach formvollendetem Formvorgang nicht oder zumindest nicht ohne weiteres möglich.
Ausgehend von diesem diskutierten Stand der Technik liegt der Erfindung daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Pflegestoffapplikator, geeignet als Teil eines Haarformgerätes oder zum Anschließen an ein Haarformgerät vorzuschlagen, der einfach in seinem Aufbau und in seiner Handhabung ist.
Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe erfindungsgemäß durch einen Pflegestoffapplikator, umfassend ein in einem Gehäuse angeordnetes, als Kartuschenaufnahme ausgeführtes Pflegestoffreservoir mit zumindest einem Pflege- stoffapplikationsaustritt und mit einer Kartuschenöffnung zum Einsetzen und Herausnehmen einer Pflegestoffkartusche sowie umfassend eine einen von einem Tragekörper in Einsetzrichtung formstabil gehaltenen Pfle- gestoffträger mit darin in flüssiger Form gehaltenem Pflegestoff, welcher Tragekörper über eine Handhabe zum Handhaben der Pfleg estoffkartu- sche verfügt und welche Pflegestoffkartusche das Pfleg estoffreservoir in Bezug auf den Querschnitt desselben vollständig oder annähernd vollständig ausfüllt.
Dieser typischerweise als Teil eines Haarformgerätes oder als an ein solches anschließbar ausgestalteter Pflegestoffapplikator ist hinsichtlich seines darin bevorrateten Pflegestoffes nachfüllbar. Zu diesem Zweck bedient man sich einer Pflegestoffkartusche, die über einen Pflegestoffträger verfügt, in dem der Pflegestoff gehalten ist. Der Pflegestoff kann in dem Pflegestoffträger abgabebereit gehalten sein, das heißt in seinem Aggregatzustand, mit dieser an das Haar zu applizieren ist. Der Pflegestoff ist in dem Pflegestoffträger gehalten. Je nach Ausgestaltung des Pflegestof- fapplikators bzw. des zu applizierenden Pflegestoffes kann der Pflegestoff in dem Pflegestoffträger in flüssiger, gelförmiger oder fester Form gehalten sein. Mitunter wird eine Zustandsänderung des Pflegestoffes herbeigeführt, bevor der Pflegestoff dem zu konditionierenden Haar zugeführt wird. Hierbei kann es sich beispielsweise um eine Erwärmung des Pflegestoffes handeln, um diesen in seine Dampfphase zu bringen, damit eine Pflege- stoffapplikation in Dampfphase durchgeführt werden kann. Bei dem Pfle- gestoffträger handelt es sich typischerweise um ein textiles Material, etwa ein Vlies oder ein Filz. Auch der Einsatz eines offenporigen Schaumes ist zum Herstellen der Pflegestoffträgers denkbar. Zum Handhaben des Pfle- gestoffträgers ist diesem ein Tragekörper zugeordnet, durch den der Pfle- gestoffträger zumindest in Einsetzrichtung der Kartusche in ein als Kartuschenaufnahme ausgebildetes Pflegestoffreservoir formstabil gehalten ist. Dies dient dem Zweck, dass beim Einsetzen der Pflegestoffkartusche in eine solche Kartuschenaufnahme der Pflegestoff aus dem Pflegestoffträ- ger nicht oder allenfalls nur minimalst herausgedrückt wird. Dieses gilt vor allem dann, wenn der in dem Pflegestoffträger enthaltene Pflegestoff flüssig oder gelförmig ist. Somit verleiht der Tragekörper der Pflegestoffkartu- sche die zu ihrer Handhabung zum Einsetzen in das Pfleg estoffreservoir notwendige Formstabilität. Zum Anfassen der Pflegestoffkartusche dient eine an den Tragekörper typischerweise angeformte Handhabe. Diese kann beispielsweise schaftförmig oder auch nach Art einer Lasche ausgeführt sein. Letztere Ausgestaltung wird dann bevorzugt sein, wenn der Tragekörper zum Ver- und Entriegeln desselben innerhalb der Kartuschenaufnahme des Pflegestoffapplikators gedreht werden muss. Vorgesehen sein kann eine Verriegelung zwischen dem Tragekörper der Pflege- stoffkartusche und der Kartuschenaufnahme.
Teil des Tragekörpers kann ein den Pflegestoffträger in Einsetzrichtung der Pflegestoffkartusche in die Kartuschenaufnahme gegenüber Deformationen schützender Flansch sein.
Der Pflegestoffapplikator kann derart ausgeführt sein, dass der an eine Haarsträhne zu applizierende Pflegestoff kontaktierend oder auch berührungslos in das Haar eingebracht wird. In ersterem Fall wird das Haar kontaktierend an dem Pflegestoffapplikationsaustritt vorzugsweise an einem darin eingesetzten für das Pflegemittel durchlässigen Verschlusskörper, der durchaus auch Teil des Pflegestoffträgers sein kann, vorbeigeführt. Im Falle einer berührungslosen Applikation von Pflegestoff kann Wärme genutzt werden, um den Pflegestoff in Dampfform dem Haar zuzuführen. Bei einer solchen Ausgestaltung ist es sinnvoll, den zu applizierenden Pflegestoff vorzuerwärmen, und zwar auf eine Temperatur nur wenig unterhalb seiner Verdampfungstemperatur. Ist eine solche Ausgestaltung vorgesehen, ist gemäß einer Ausführung vorgesehen, den Pflegestoffapplikator in Bezug auf die Heizeinrichtung des Haarformgerätes dergestalt anzuord- nen, dass durch diese der Pflegestoffträger in dem Pfleg estoffreservoir zumindest im Bereich des Pflegestoffapplikationsaustritts vorerwärmt wird. Über seine Verdampfungstemperatur wird der Pflegestoff durch das von dem mit einem Haarformgerät warm geformten Haar in den Pflegestoffap- plikationsaustritt hinein abgestrahlte Wärme gebracht. Bei einer solchen Ausgestaltung erfolgt eine Selbstregulierung der Pflegestoffapplikation.
Der vorbeschriebene Pflegestoffapplikator zum Applizieren eines Pflegestoffes an eine Haarsträhne ist nicht nur einfach in seiner Ausbildung und Herstellung, sondern durch die beschriebene Kartuschenkonzeption ebenfalls zumindest teilweise wiederverwertbar. Ohne weiteres können bei diesem Konzept Pflegestoffkartuschen gegeneinander ausgetauscht werden, auch ohne dass eine erste Pflegestoffkartusche entleert ist. Dieses bietet die Möglichkeit, je nach Anwendungsfall den gewünschten Pflegestoff, bevorratet in einem Pflegestoffträger einer solchen Kartusche, in den Pflegestoffapplikator einzusetzen. Zur Unterscheidung unterschiedlicher Pflegestoffe kann vorgesehen sein, den Tragekörper und/oder den Pflegestoffträger farblich unterschiedlich zu kennzeichnen. Dann ist einem bestimmten Pflegestoff eine bestimmte Farbe des Tragekörpers und/oder des Pflegestoffträgers der Pflegestoffkartusche zugeordnet. Die mit dem Pflegestoffapplikator arbeitende Person kann sodann ohne weiteres erkennen, welcher Pflegestoff sich in dem Pflegestoffapplikator befindet.
Weitere Vorteile und Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung von Ausführungsbeispielen unter Bezugnahme auf die beigefügten Figuren. Es zeigen:

Ein Haarformgerät 1 ist als sogenannter Straightener und damit prinzipiell zum Glätten von Haar konzipiert. Das Haarformgerät 1 verfügt über zwei gelenkig aneinander angeschlossene Arme, die zangenartig gegeneinander verstellbar sind. In Figur 1 ist das Haarformgerät 1 lediglich mit einem der beiden Arme 2 gezeigt. Jeder Arm trägt an seinem freien Ende an der zu dem jeweils anderen Arm weisenden Seite ein Formwerkzeug 3. Bei diesen handelt es sich um jeweils eine elektrisch beheizte Formplatte mit einer ebenen, glatten Oberfläche. Somit bildet bei dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel die Oberfläche des Formwerkzeuges 3 die Haarformfläche, an der in Zusammenwirkung mit dem komplementären Formwerkzeug des anderen, in Figur 1 nicht gezeigten Armes Haar geformt werden kann.
Der Arm 2 des Haarformgerätes 1 trägt an seinen beiden Längsseiten jeweils einen Pflegestoffapplikator 4, 4.1 . Im Folgenden ist der Pflegestoff- applikator 4 beschrieben. Der Pflegestoffapplikator 4.1 ist identisch aufgebaut. Der Pflegestoffapplikator 4 des dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels besteht aus einem Gehäuse 5, in das ein zylindrisches, der Längserstreckung des Gehäuses 5 folgendes Pflegestoffreservoir 6 eingebracht ist. Die vordere, in Figur 1 erkennbare stirnseitige Öffnung 7 des Pflegestoff- reservoirs 6 dient zum Einsetzen und zum Herausnehmen einer Pflegestoffkartusche 8. Bei dem Ausführungsbeispiel der Figur 1 ist in einen oberen Pflegestoffapplikationsaustritt des Gehäuses 5 ein Verschlusskörper 9 eingesetzt.
Die Pflegestoffkartusche 8 verfügt, wie aus Figur 2 erkennbar, über einen Tragekörper 10, der bei dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel als Dorn ausgebildet ist. Auf dem Dorn 10 sitzt ein Pflegestoffträger 1 1 , der bei dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ein mit Pflegestoff getränkter zylindrischer Filzkörper ist. Der Pflegestoff ist in dem Pflegestoffträger 1 1 in flüssiger Form gehalten. Der Pflegestoffträger 1 1 ist ausgebildet, damit durch seine Kapillarkräfte eine Konzentrationsverteilung des darin gehaltenen Pflegestoffes erfolgt und somit ein Transport von Pflegestoff in Richtung zu dem Verschlusskörper 9 hin gegeben ist, wenn die Pflegestoffkartusche 8 in das Pfleg estoffreservoir 6 eingesetzt ist. Der Tragekörper 10 durchgreift den Pflegestoffträger 1 1 über seine gesamte Länge. Stirnseitig ist der zylindrische Pflegestoffträger 1 1 einerseits durch einen an dem Tragekörper 10 angeformten Flansch 12, an den wiederum eine Handhabe 13 angeformt ist, und andererseits durch einen weiteren Flansch 14, der auf das freie Ende des Tragekörpers 10 aufgesetzt und mit diesem verbunden ist, vor Deformationen in Längsrichtung des Tragekörpers 10 vor allem beim Einsetzen desselben in das Pflegestoffreservoir 6 geschützt. Der Tragekörper 10 mit seinem Flansch 12 und der Handhabe 13 ist ebenso wie der als Scheibe ausgebildete Flansch 14 ein Kunststoffteil.
Figur 3 zeigt in einem Längsschnitt die Pflegestoffkartusche 8. Gestrichelt sind in Figur 3 mögliche Weiterbildungen gezeigt. Bei diesen handelt es sich zum einen um einen Verriegelungsfortsatz 15 als Verlängerung des als Dorn ausgeführten Tragekörpers 10. An dem Verriegelungsfortsatz 15 ist ein Verriegelungsnocken 16 in radialer Richtung abragend angeformt. Dem Pflegestoffreservoir 6 bzw. dem Gehäuse 5 des Pflegestoffapplika- tors 4 ist an komplementärer Stelle eine komplementäre Verriegelungselementaufnahme zugeordnet, welche über einen Einsetzabschnitt zum Einführen des Verriegelungsnockens 16 und über einen Verriegelungsabschnitt verfügt, hinter den der Verriegelungsnocken 16 greift, wenn dieser nach Einsetzen desselben in den Einsetzabschnitt um einen gewissen Winkelbetrag gedreht worden ist. Mithin ist der Verriegelungsfortsatz 15 mit seinem Verriegelungsnocken 16 und das komplementäre Verriegelungselement des Gehäuses 5 nach Art einer Steck-Dreh-Verriegelung (Bajonettverriegelung) ausgeführt. Gemäß einer anderen Ausgestaltung ist an den Flansch 12 ein Verriegelungsnocken 16.1 angeformt. Dieser steht in gleicher Weise, wie dieses zu dem Verriegelungsnocken 16 beschrieben ist, mit einer komplementären Verriegelungselementaufnahme an der vorderen Stirnseite des Gehäuses 5 zur Verriegelung der Pflegestoffkartu- sche am Gehäuse 5 in Eingriff.
Bei dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ist vorgesehen, dass der Innendurchmesser des Pflegestoffreservoirs 6 geringfügig kleiner ist als der Außendurchmesser des Pflegestoffträgers 1 1 der Pflegestoffkartusche 8. Dadurch ist sichergestellt, dass, wie in Figur 4 erkennbar, die äußere Mantelfläche des Pflegestoffträgers 1 1 in Kontakt mit dem Verschlusskörper 9 steht.
Appliziert wird Pflegestoff an eine Haarsträhne bei dieser Ausgestaltung dadurch, dass die Haarsträhne kontaktierend an der durch die Oberseite des Verschlusskörpers 9 gebildeten Applikationsfläche 17 an dem Pfle- gestoffapplikator 4 vorbeigezogen wird.
Das vorbeschriebene Ausführungsbeispiel ist anhand von zwei, benachbart zu den Haarformflächen angeordneten Pflegestoffapplikatoren beschrieben worden. Es versteht sich, dass ein Haarformgerät auch nur mit einem Pflegestoffapplikator ausgerüstet sein kann. Im Falle eines Straigh- teners würde sich dieser an der einen oder anderen Längsseite eines seiner Arme befinden.
Figur 5 zeigt ein weiteres Haarformgerät 1 .1 , von dem ebenfalls nur der untere Arm 2.2 gezeigt ist. Das Haarformgerät 1 .1 ist aufgebaut wie das zu dem Ausführungsbeispiel der Figuren 1 bis 4 beschriebene Haarformgerät 1 . Das Haarformgerät 1 .1 unterscheidet sich von dem Haarformgerät 1 durch die Ausgestaltung seiner Pflegestoffapplikatoren 4.2, 4.3. Die Pflegestoffapplikatoren 4.2, 4.3 sind identisch aufgebaut. Im Folgenden ist der Pflegestoffapplikator 4.2 beschrieben. Das Gehäuse 5.1 des Pfle- gestoffapplikators 4.2 verfügt über einen nach Art eines der Längserstreckung des Gehäuses 5.1 folgenden Schlitzes ausgebildeten Pflegestoff- applikationsaustritt 18. Das Pfleg estoffreservoir 6.1 weist bei dieser Ausgestaltung eine rechteckförmige Querschnittsgeometrie auf. Eingesetzt wird bei diesem Ausführungsbeispiel in das Pfleg estoffreservoir 6.1 eine Pflegestoffkartusche 8.1 , die ebenfalls über einen Tragekörper 10.1 und einen Pflegestoffträger 1 1 .1 verfügt. In der Darstellung der Figur 5 ist die Pflegestoffkartusche 8.1 nach Art einer Explosionsdarstellung gezeigt. Der Tragekörper 10.1 dieses Ausführungsbeispiels ist im Querschnitt U-förmig ausgebildet und dient zur Aufnahme des unteren Abschnittes des quaderförmig ausgeführten Pflegestoffträgers 1 1 .1 . Dieser ist mit seinem unteren Abschnitt innerhalb der U-förmigen Aufnahme des Tragekörpers 10.1 verklemmt gehalten. Angeformt an den Tragekörper 10.1 ist eine Handhabe 13.1 zum Handhaben der Pflegestoffkartusche 8.1 . Bei diesem Ausführungsbeispiel ist die die Schmalseite bildende Querseite des Pflegestoffträgers 1 1 .1 geringfügig größer als die entsprechende Breite des Pflege- stoffreservoirs 6.1 . Dieses gewährleistet, dass der Pflegestoffträger 1 1 .1 an den diesbezüglichen Innenwänden des Pflegestoffreservoirs 6.1 unter einer geringen Vorspannung anliegt.
Bei diesem Ausführungsbeispiel ist der Pflegestoffapplikationsaust tt 18 offen. Überdies sind die Pflegestoffapplikatoren 4, 4.1 derart an den Arm 2.2 des Haarformgerätes 1 .1 angeschlossen, dass durch das darin integrierte Heizelement ebenfalls der Pflegestoffträger 1 1 .1 erwärmt wird. Eine Erwärmung des Pflegestoffträgers 1 1 .1 ist auf eine Temperatur unterhalb seiner Verdampfungstemperatur vorgesehen, beispielsweise 15° bis 30° unterhalb derselben. Appliziert wird bei diesem Ausführungsbeispiel Pflegestoff an das zu konditionierende Haar in Dampfform. Ausgenutzt wird zu diesem Zweck die von dem geformten warmen Haar in den Pflegestoffap- plikationsaustritt 18 hinein abgestrahlte Wärme, durch die an der Oberseite des Pflegestoffträgers 1 1 .1 befindlichen Pflegestoff über seine Verdampfungstemperatur erwärmt wird und Pflegestoff in Dampfform aus dem Pflegestoffapplikationsaustritt 18 austritt und auf diese Weise an die daran vorbeigeführte Haarsträhne gelangt.
Figur 7 zeigt in einer schematisierten Querschnittsdarstellung eine weitere Ausgestaltung eines als Straightener ausgebildeten Haarformgerätes 1 .2. Das Haarformgerät 1 .2 verfügt ebenso wie die bereits zu den vorangegangenen Figuren beschriebenen Haarformgeräte über einen Pflegestoff- applikator 4.4. Der Pflegestoffapplikator 4.4 umfasst ein Pflegestoffreser- voir 6.2, welches unterhalb der äußeren, gekrümmten Schale 19 des in Figur 7 gezeigten Armes 20 des Straighteners 1 .2 angeordnet ist. Das Pfleg estoffreservoir 6.2 steht über Durchbrechungen 21 mit der Umgebung in Verbindung. Die Durchbrechungen 21 stellen bei diesem Ausführungsbeispiel den Pflegestoffaustritt dar. Die Durchbrechungen 21 sind über die Quererstreckung des Pflegestoffreservoirs 6.2 verteilt angeordnet. Bei dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel bilden die Durchbrechungen 21 der Längserstreckung des Armes 20 und damit der Längserstreckung des Pflegestoffreservoirs 6.2 folgende Schlitze. In einer alternativen Ausgestaltung ist vorgesehen, dass in die Schale 19 rundliche Durchbrechungen, angeordnet nach Art eines Rasters als Pflegestoffaustritt eingebracht sind.
Eingesetzt in das Pfleg estoffreservoir 6.2 ist eine Pflegestoffkartusche 8.2, die ebenso wie dieses bei den vorgangbeschriebenen Ausführungsbeispiel der Fall ist, das Pfleg estoffreservoir 6.2 ausfüllt. Die Pflegestoffkartu- sche umfasst einen unterseitigen Tragekörper 10.2. Auf diesem sitzt der Pflegestoffträger 1 1 .1 . Der Tragekörper 10.2 erstreckt sich über die gesamte Länge des Pflegestoffträgers 1 1 .2. Angeformt an den Tragekörper 10.2 ist eine vorderseitig aus dem Arm 20 des Haarformgerätes 1 .2 herausgeführte Handhabungslasche, mit der die Pflegestoffkartusche 8.2 in das Pflegestoffreservoir 6.2 eingeschoben und nach Gebrauch auch wieder herausgezogen werden kann. In einer Weiterbildung der in Figur 7 gezeigten Ausgestaltung des Haarformgerätes 1 .2 ist vorgesehen, dass sich das Pflegestoffreservoir mehr oder weniger vollständig entlang der Innenseite äußeren Schale des jeweiligen Armes des Haarformgerätes erstreckt. Die als Pflegestoffaustritt dienenden Durchbrechungen erstrecken sich sodann ebenfalls entsprechend weit. An die Geometrie des Pfleg estoffreservoirs ist sodann die hierin einzusetzende Pflegestoffkartu- sche angepasst, die prinzipielle aufgebaut ist wie die Pflegestoffkartusche 8.2.
Das anhand der Ausführungsbeispiele beschriebene Konzept der Pfle- gestoffapplikatoren mit ihren Kartuschen ist einfach im Aufbau und vor allem auch in der Handhabung. Die Pflegestoffkartuschen lassen sich ohne weiteres handhaben und lagern, auch wenn diese nur zum Teil benutzt sind. Dieses erlaubt einen problemlosen Wechsel der in ein Pfleg estoffre- servoir einzusetzenden Kartusche, und zwar in Abhängigkeit von dem jeweils zu applizierenden Pflegestoff. Bei einem Haarformgerät, wie etwa in den Ausführungsbeispielen beschrieben, mit zwei Pflegestoffapplikatoren können unterschiedliche Pflegestoffe appliziert werden, sollte dies gewünscht sein.
Zum Kennzeichnen der Pflegestoffkartuschen hinsichtlich des darin bevorrateten Pflegestoffes können diese insgesamt oder nur bezüglich des Tragekörpers bzw. der daran angeformten Handhabe und/oder hinsichtlich des Pflegestoffträgers farblich gekennzeichnet sein. Dieses erlaubt eine optische Identifizierung des jeweils in einem Pflegestoffreservoir befindlichen Pflegestoffes.
Die beschriebenen Pflegestoffkartuschen können grundsätzlich wiederverwendet werden. Zum Nachfüllen einer solchen Pflegestoffkartusche, das heißt zum erneuten Durchtränken des Pflegestoffträgers kann diese in ein entsprechendes Vorratsgefäß eingelegt oder eingehängt werden, bis der Pflegestoffträger sich mit dem Pflegestoff voll gesogen hat.
Die Erfindung ist anhand von Ausführungsbeispielen beschrieben worden. Ohne den Umfang der geltenden Ansprüche zu verlassen, ergeben sich für einen Fachmann zahlreiche weitere Ausgestaltungen, die Erfindung verwirklichen zu können, ohne dass diese im einzelnen im Rahmen dieser Ausführungen näher erläutert werden müssten.

Pflegestoffapplikator zum Applizieren eines Pflegestoffes an eine Haarsträhne, umfassend ein in einem Gehäuse (5) angeordnetes, als Kartuschenaufnahme ausgeführtes Pfleg estoffreservoir (6, 6.1, 6.2) mit zumindest einem Pflegestoffapplikationsaust tt (18) und mit einer Kartuschenöffnung (7) zum Einsetzen und Herausnehmen einer Pflegestoffkartusche (8, 8.1, 8.2) sowie umfassend eine einen von einem Tragekörper (10, 10.1, 10.2) in Einsetzrichtung formstabil gehaltenen Pflegestoffträger (11, 11.1, 11.2) mit darin gehaltenem Pflegestoff, welcher Tragekörper (10, 10.1) über eine Handhabe (13, 13.1) zum Handhaben der Pflegestoffkartusche (8, 8.1, 8.2) verfügt und welche Pflegestoffkartusche (8, 8.1) das Pflegestoffreservoir (6, 6.1, 6.2) in Bezug auf den Querschnitt desselben vollständig oder annähernd vollständig ausfüllt.
Pflegestoffapplikator nach Anspruchl, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Pflegestoffträger (11, 11.1, 11.2) eine gewisse Elastizität aufweist und der Querschnittsdurchmesser des Pfleg estoffreser- voirs (6, 6.1, 6.2) in zumindest einer Richtung geringfügig kleiner ist als der diesbezügliche Durchmesser der Pflegestoffkartusche (8, 8.1, 8.2).
Pflegestoffapplikator nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Pflegestoffträger (11, 11.1, 11.2) aus einem textilen Material, etwa einem Vlies oder einem Filz, oder einem offenporigem Schaum hergestellt ist.
Pflegestoffapplikator nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tragekörper (10, 10.1, 10.2) sich über die gesamte Erstreckung des Pflegestoffträgers (11, 11.1, 11.2) in Einsetzrichtung der Pflegestoffkartusche (8, 8.1) in das Pflegestoffreservoir (6, 6.1, 6.2) hinein erstreckt.
Pflegestoffapplikator nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tragekörper (10, 10.1, 10.2) wenigstens ein Verschlusselement (16, 16.1 ) aufweist, mit dem dieser in Zusammenwirkung mit einem komplementären Verschlusselement des Gehäuses (5) an diesem verriegelbar ist.
Pflegestoffapplikator nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tragekörper (10) als ein den Pflegestoffträger (1 1 ) durchdringender Dorn ausbildet ist.
Pflegestoffapplikator nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tragekörper (10.1 , 10.2) zum Zwecke der Ausbildung einer Pflegestoffträgeraufnahme U-förmig ausgebildet ist.
Pflegestoffapplikator nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Pflegestoffträger (1 1 , 1 1 .1 , 1 1 .2) zumindest abschnittsweise in den Pflegestoffapplikationsaustritt (18) hinein reicht.
Pflegestoffkartusche für einen Pflegestoffapplikator (4, 4.1 , 4.2, 4.3, 4.4) zum Applizieren eines Pflegestoffes an eine Haarsträhne umfassend einen von einem Tragekörper (10, 10.1 , 10.2) in Einsetzrichtung der Pflegestoffkartusche (8, 8.1 , 8.2) in eine Kartuschenaufnahme (6, 6.1 , 6.2) eines Pflegestoffapplikators (4, 4.1 , 4.2, 4.3, 4.4) formstabil gehaltenen Pflegestoffträger (1 1 , 1 1 .1 , 1 1 .2) mit darin gehaltenem Pflegestoff, welcher Tragekörper (10, 10.1 , 10.2) ü- ber eine Handhabe (13, 13.1 ) zum Handhaben der Pfleg estoffkar- tusche (8, 8.1 , 8.2) verfügt.
Pflegestoffkartusche nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Pflegestoffträger (1 1 , 1 1 .1 , 1 1 .2) aus einem textilen Material, etwa einem Vlies oder einem Filz, oder einem offenporigem Schaum hergestellt ist.
Pflegestoffkartusche nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tragekörper (10, 10.1 , 10.2) sich über die gesamte Erstreckung des Pflegestoffträgers (1 1 , 1 1 .1 , 1 1 .2) in Einsetzrichtung der Pflegestoffkartusche (8, 8.1 , 8.2) in das Pflege- stoffreservoir (6, 6.1 , 6.2) hinein erstreckt.
Pflegestoffkartusche nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 1 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tragekörper (10, 10.1 , 10.2) wenigstens ein Verschlusselement (16, 16.1 ) aufweist, mit dem dieser in Zusammenwirkung mit einem komplementären Verschlusselement des Gehäuses (5) an diesem verriegelbar ist.
Pflegestoffkartusche nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tragekörper (10, 10.1 , 10.2) als ein den Pflegestoffträger (1 1 ) durchdringender Dorn ausbildet ist.
Pflegestoffkartusche nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tragekörper (10.1 , 10.2) zum Zwecke der Ausbildung einer Pflegestoffträgeraufnahme U-förmig ausgebildet ist.
