Abstract

The invention relates to a magnet device comprising at least one stator (1) and at least one translator (2) which is movably mounted relative to the stator (1) in a continuously varying direction of movement of the translator (6) during operation of the magnet device according to the invention. The magnet device comprises a control device for controlling a distance r ≥ 0 (r is greater than or equal to zero) of the translator (2) in relation to the stator (1) during operation of the magnet device according to the invention with respect to the force conditions created between stator (1) and translator (2) and/or for controlling the force conditions created between stator (1) and translator (2) as a function of the distance r ≥ 0.
