一种实施上述宫腔观察器制造方法的观察器, 其包括一观察镜本体 1及 一在该观察镜本体 1伸入子宫时, 能对子宫进行扩张便于观察的宫腔扩张装 置 2, 该宫腔扩张装置 2可拆卸地设置在所述观察镜本体 1上。 本发明设计巧 妙、 结构合理, 在观察镜本体 1上设有宫腔扩张装置 2, 在观察子宫内的情况 时, 可以通过该宫腔扩张装置 2对子宫进行扩张动作, 以获得较大的观察范 围, 从而准确快速地了解到子宫的各部位及周围脏器的变化, 大大提高了诊 断的准确性, 确保手术的安全性和有效性。
所述观察镜本体 1包括一手柄 11、 一摄像头 12及一伸入杆 13, 该伸入 杆 13的尾端固定在所述手柄 11上,所述摄像头 12设置在所述伸入杆 13的 首端,所述手柄 11近伸入杆 13的一端上设有能将所述宫腔扩张装置 2固定 的固定件 14。 所述宫腔扩张装置 2包括一透明或半透明的膨胀囊 21及一套 管 22, 所述套管 22套设在所述伸入杆 13上, 并对应于该套管 22的尾端设 有与所述手柄 11上的固定件 14相适配的勾部 23, 所述膨胀囊 21对应所述 摄像头 12的位置设置在所述套管 22的首端, 并能将该摄像头 12罩住, 所 述套管 22的管壁上设有一沿其轴向延伸的导孔 24,该导孔 24的首端与所述 膨胀囊 21相连通, 尾端向外侧弯折形成一接口 241。
所述膨胀囊 21为采用高透明度硅胶材料制成的膨胀液囊或膨胀气囊。 本实施例中, 该膨胀囊 21 为膨胀气囊, 即通过充气便可实现该膨胀气囊的 膨胀, 进而实现对子宫进行扩张动作; 其它实施例中, 为满足不同的使用需 求, 该膨胀囊 21 为可采用膨胀液囊, 同理, 即往该膨胀液囊充入液体便可 实现该膨胀液囊的膨胀, 进而实现对子宫进行扩张动作, 以获得较大的观察 范围。 所述膨胀液囊或膨胀气囊在膨胀后的厚度为 0. 05-0. 8毫米。 即能满 足扩张子宫的张力要求, 又能满足视角的透明清晰度的要求。 透明度在膨胀 液囊或膨胀气囊的厚度在 0. 05-0. 8毫米的范围内能获得最佳的观察效果。 所述膨胀液囊或膨胀气囊在膨胀后的体积为 1-100立方厘米。即能满足观察 要求, 又方便操作。 同时, 还可以根据宫腔的实际情况增大其体积。
使用时, 将本发明通过******子宫内, 然后通过接口 241将气体充入 膨胀气囊, 使该膨胀气囊进行膨胀, 进而实现对子宫进行扩张, 从而获得较 大的观察范围。 这时, 医生可以准确快速地了解到子宫的各部位及周围脏器 的变化, 从而作出准确的诊断。
手术完毕后, 同理, 通过所述接口 241将膨胀气囊的气体放掉, 膨胀气 囊自动收缩, 便于快速将本发明快速从子宫内取出, 完成整个手术。 同时所 述宫腔扩张装置 2是可拆卸设置的, 形成分体式结构设计, 即宫腔扩张装置 2部分为一次性使用而观察镜本体 1部分则可重复使用, 这样既保证了使用 安全, 避免交叉感染, 又能有效节省成本和利于环保。
如本发明上述实施例所述,采用与其相同或相似结构而得到的其它观察 器及其制造方法, 均在本发明保护范围内。

Claims

1、 一种宫腔观察器制造方法, 其特征在于, 其包括如下步骤:
(1) 设置一观察镜本体, 该观察镜本体能伸入子宫内并能观察观察子 宫内的情况;
(2)设置一宫腔扩张装置, 该宫腔扩张装置在观察镜本体伸入子宫时, 能对子宫进行扩张, 以便于观察镜本体观察子宫;
(3) 将宫腔扩张装置可拆卸地设置在所述观察镜本体上。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的宫腔观察器制造方法, 其特征在于, 所述的 步骤 (1) 具体包括以下步骤:
(1.1) 设置一手柄;
(1.2) 设置一摄像头;
(1.3) 设置一伸入杆;
(1.4) 将伸入杆的尾端固定在所述手柄上;
(1.5) 将摄像头固定在所述伸入杆的首端;
(1.6)在手柄近伸入杆的一端上设有能将所述宫腔扩张装置固定的固定 件, 制得观察镜本体;
所述步骤 (1.1)、 (1.2) 和 (1.3) 无先后顺序。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的宫腔观察器制造方法, 其特征在于, 所述的 步骤 (2) 具体包括以下步骤:
(2.1) 设置一透明或半透明的膨胀囊;
(2.2) 设置一套管;
(2.3)将套管套设在所述伸入杆上,并对应于该套管的尾端设有与所述 手柄上的固定件相适配的勾部;
(2.4)对应所述摄像头的位置将膨胀囊设置在所述套管的首端, 并将该 摄像头罩住; (2.5 )在套管的管壁上设有一沿其轴向延伸的导孔,该导孔的首端与所 述膨胀囊相连通, 尾端向外侧弯折形成一接口, 制得宫腔扩张装置;
所述步骤 (2.1 )、 (2.2) 无先后顺序。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的宫腔观察器制造方法, 其特征在于, 所述的 步骤 ( 2.1 )中的膨胀囊为采用高透明度硅胶材料制成的膨胀液囊或膨胀气囊, 该膨胀液囊或膨胀气囊在膨胀后的厚度为 0. 05-0. 8毫米, 体积为 1-100立 方厘米。
5、 一种实施权利要求 1所述宫腔观察器制造方法的观察器, 其特征在 于, 其包括一观察镜本体及一在该观察镜本体伸入子宫时, 能对子宫进行扩 张便于观察的宫腔扩张装置, 该宫腔扩张装置可拆卸地设置在所述观察镜本 体上。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的观察器, 其特征在于, 所述观察镜本体包括一 手柄、 一摄像头及一伸入杆, 该伸入杆的尾端固定在所述手柄上, 所述摄像 头设置在所述伸入杆的首端,所述手柄近伸入杆的一端上设有能将所述宫腔 扩张装置固定的固定件。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的观察器, 其特征在于, 所述宫腔扩张装置包 括一透明或半透明的膨胀囊及一套管, 所述套管套设在所述伸入杆上, 并对 应于该套管的尾端设有与所述手柄上的固定件相适配的勾部,所述膨胀囊对 应所述摄像头的位置设置在所述套管的首端, 并能将该摄像头罩住, 所述套 管的管壁上设有一沿其轴向延伸的导孔, 该导孔的首端与所述膨胀囊相连 通, 尾端向外侧弯折形成一接口。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的观察器, 其特征在于, 所述膨胀囊为采用高 透明度硅胶材料制成的膨胀液囊或膨胀气囊。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的观察器, 其特征在于, 所述膨胀液囊或膨胀 气囊在膨胀后的厚度为 0. 05-0. 8毫米。
10、 根据权利要求 8所述的观察器, 其特征在于, 所述膨胀液囊或膨胀 :囊在膨胀后的体积为 1-100立方厘米£
