本发明实施例提供的获取目的 I P地址的方法及装置, 在终端设备 向服务器发送上行数据之前, 通过获取和发送目的 I P地址, 将最新的 目的 I P 地址发送给终端设备, 使得终端设备可以根据有效的目的 I P 地址发送上行数据。 本发明实施例解决了现有技术中, 当目的 I P地址 没有被提前配置到终端设备中时, 终端设备无法向服务器发送上行数 据; 或者当目的 I P地址由于升级维护或人为更改而失效时, 终端设备 仍旧通过旧的目的 I P地址发送上行数据, 造成数据无效发送的问题。 提高了网络中数据发送的成功率。

具体实施方式
以下实施例中的终端设备以机器类型的通信设备 ( Ma ch i ne Type Communications Device, 筒称 MTC Device ) 为例说明,服务器以机器 类型的通信服务器 ( Machine Type Communications Server, 筒称 MTC Server ) 为例说明。 实际应用中终端设备和服务器并不局限于 MTC Device和 MTC Server。
下面所涉及的方法实施例中的各个步骤的执行主体以移动性管理 实体 ( Mobility Management Entity, 筒称謹) 为例进行说明, 实际 应用中的执行主体并不局限于此。
实施例一:
本实施例公开一种获取目的 IP地址的方法, 如图 1所示, 该方法 包括如下步骤:
101、 接收 MTC Device发送的请求。
102、 根据所述请求从网络侧设备获取目的 IP地址。
103、 将该目的 IP地址发送给所述发起请求的 MTC Device, 以便 于所述 MTC Device根据所述目的 IP地址准确地发送上行数据。
需要说明的是: 网络侧设备包括但不限于: 本地签约服务器( Home Subscriber Server, HSS ) 、 月良务网关 ( Server Gateway, S-GW ) 或 分组数据网关 ( Packet Data Network Gateway, P-GW ) 。
可选的, 终端设备发送的请求为移动管理请求, 该移动管理请求 包括: P付着请求 ( Attach Request ) 或跟踪区域更新 ( Tracking Area Update, TAU ) 请求。
可选的, 从网络侧设备获取目的 I P地址包括:
向本地签约服务器发送更新位置请求;
接收本地签约服务器发送的更新位置响应, 该响应中携带签约数 据中包括网络指定目的地特性和目的 IP地址;
可选的, 将所述目的 IP地址发送给所述终端设备包括:
发送移动管理请求响应给终端设备, 该移动管理请求响应中携带 有目的 IP地址; 该移动管理请求响应包括: 附着请求响应或跟踪区域 更新请求响应。

根据该网络指定目的地特性确定向终端设备发送目的 IP地址时, 从本地签约服务器发送的签约数据中提取该目的 IP地址。 为了实现上述获取目的 IP地址的目的,本发明还提供了一种装置, 如图 2所示, 该装置包括: 接收单元 21、 获取单元 22、 发送单元 23。
接收单元 21, 用于接收 MTC Device发送的请求;
获取单元 22 , 用于从网络侧设备获取目的 I P地址;
发送单元 23, 用于将该目的 IP地址发送给所述 MTC Device, 以 便于所述 MTC Device根据所述目的 IP地址发送上行数据。
利用本实施例中提供的获取目的 I P地址的方法及装置,可以在 MTC Device发送上行数据之前, 将目的 IP地址配置给 MTC Device, 以避 免 MTC Device 中未配置目的 IP地址而无法发送上行数据; 或者避免 当目的 IP地址更改时该 MTC Device仍旧通过旧的目的 IP地址发送上 行数据, 造成数据无效发送的问题。
实施例二:
本实施例提供的技术方案适用于 MTC Device没有附着于网络的情 况, 此种情况下, 当 MTC Device发送附着请求时, MME在附着请求响 应中携带目的 IP地址并发送给 MTC Device。
当 MTC Device 中没有配置 MTC Server的 IP地址 (即目的 IP地 址) , 或者已配置的目的 IP地址失效时, 网络会在 MTC Device 附着 于网络时向该 MTC Device发送目的 IP地址。
在本方案中, 目的 IP地址会作为签约数据存放于本地签约服务器 ( Home Subscriber Server,筒称 HSS ) 中, 同时 MTC Device的网络指 定目的地特性也会作为签约数据存放在 HSS中。 在 GPRS/UMTS网络中, 所述签约数据存放于归属位置寄存器 (Home Location Register, 筒 称 HLR ) 中。
如图 3所示, 本实施例中提供的获取目的 IP地址的方法, 包括以 下步骤:
301、 移动性管理实体 MME接收 MTC Device发送的附着请求。
302、 MME向 HSS发送更新位置请求 (Update Location ) 。
MME 向 HSS发送更新位置请求 (Update Location ) , 以请求 HSS 执行对 MTC Device的位置更新。
303、 MME接收 HSS发送的更新位置响应。
MME接收 HSS发送的更新位置响应,该更新位置响应中携带有所述 MTC Device的签约数据, 所述签约数据包括所述 MTC Device的网络指 定目的地特性 ( MTC Network Provided Destination for Uplink Data Feature ) 和所述目的 IP地址。 所述目的 IP地址为 MTC Server的 IP 地址。
304、 MME发送携带目的 IP地址的附着请求响应给 MTC Device。
MME发送携带目的 IP地址的附着请求响应给 MTC Device。
需要说明的是: 上述发送目的 IP地址的步骤完成后 MME会接收到 来自 MTC Device 的附着完成消息, 此消息既代表 MTC Device 已接收 到目的 IP地址, 同时也表示完成了该设备对于网络的附着。
本实施例中提供的获取目的 IP地址的方法适用于 MTC Device 附 着于网络或者更换网络的情况, 可以在对 MTC Device进行网络附着的 同时完成目的 IP地址的获取和发送, 避免了 MTC Device该设备中未 配置目的 IP地址而无法发送上行数据; 或者避免当目的 IP地址更改 时该 MTC Device仍旧通过旧的目的 IP地址发送上行数据, 造成数据 无效发送的问题。
实施例三:
本实施例提供的技术方案适用于 MTC Device已附着于网络, 当其 地理位置由一个 MME 管理区域移动到另一个 MME 管理区域时, MTC Device需要向 MME发送跟踪区域更新请求, MME在跟踪区域更新请求 响应中携带目的 IP地址并发送给 MTC Device。
当 MTC Device配置的目的 IP地址失效时, 网络会在 MTC Device 执行跟踪区域更新时向该 MTC Device指定目的 IP地址。 在本方案中, 目的 IP地址会作为签约数据存放于 HSS中,同时 MTC Device的网络指定目的地特性也会作为签约数据存放在 HSS中。
如图 4所示, 本实施例中提供的获取目的 IP地址的方法, 包括以 下步骤:
401、 new MME接收 MTC Device发送的跟踪区域更新请求。
MTC Device由旧的 IP地址获取设备 old MME管理区域移动到新的 IP地址获取设备 new MME管理区域, new MME接收 MTC Device发送的 跟踪区域更新请求。
402、 new MME向 HSS发送更新位置请求。
new MME向 HSS发送更新位置请求, 以请求 HSS执行对 MTC Device 的位置更新。
403、 old MME接收取消位置请求 ( Cancel Location Request ) 。
HSS接收到 new MME发送的更新位置请求后, 向 old MME发送取消 位置请求 ( Cancel Location Request ) 。 表示 MTC Device由 old MME 管理区域跨越到 new MME管理区域, 为其发送目的 IP地址的任务转交 给 new MME。
404、 new MME接收 HSS发送的更新位置请求响应。
该更新位置请求响应中包含所述 MTC Device的签约数据, 所述签 约数据包括所述 MTC Device 的网络指定目的地特性和目的 IP地址, 该目的 IP地址为 MTC Server的 IP地址。
405、 new MME向 MTC Device发送跟踪区域更新请求响应。
new MME在对 MTC Device发送的跟踪区域更新请求响应中携带目 的 IP地址并发送给 MTC Device。
上述发送步骤完成后 new MME会接收到来自 MTC Device的跟踪区 域更新完成消息, 此跟踪区域更新完成消息既代表 MTC Device已接收 到目的 IP地址, 同时也表示完成了对该设备的跨区管理。
本实施例中提供的获取目的 IP地址的方法适用于 MTC Device 已 经附着于网络的情况, 可以在对 MTC Device进行跟踪区域更新的同时 完成目的 IP地址的获取和发送, 避免 MTC Device中未配置目的 IP地 址而无法发送上行数据; 或者避免当目的 IP 地址更改时所述 MTC Device仍旧通过旧的目的 IP地址发送上行数据,造成数据无效发送的 问题。
实施例四: 本实施例提供的技术方案适用于 MTC Device 已附着于网络的情 况, 此种情况下, MTC Device 向 MME发送业务请求, MME通过无线资 源请求将目的 IP地址发送给 MTC Device。
此种情况下, 网络指定目的地特性和目的 IP 地址已经在 MTC Device附着于网络的时候 HSS发送给了 MME, 并由 MME通过附着请求 响应发送给 MTC Device。 当 MTC Device中的目的 IP地址失效时, 同 时, 在 MME接收到 MTC Device发送的业务请求后, 将目的 IP地址再 次发送给 MTC Device。 此时所述的目的 IP地址为 MTC Device附着于 网络时 MME从 HSS处接收到的目的 IP地址, MME接收到业务请求后无 需再向 HSS获取目的 IP地址。
如图 5所示, 本实施例中提供的获取目的 IP地址的方法, 包括以 下步骤:
501、 MME接收 MTC Device业务请求。
502、 MME 通过发送无线资源请求将所述目的 IP 地址发送给 MTC Device。
所述 MME 通过发送无线资源请求将所述目的 IP 地址发送给 MTC Device的过程为:
MME 向 eNodeB ( Evolved Node B, 演进式基站) 发送 S1-AP上下 文初始建立请求。 该 S1-AP上下文初始建立请求中包括目的 IP地址。
eNodeB接收到上述 S1-AP上下文初始建立请求后, 对该 S1-AP上 下文初始建立请求进行解析。 然后向 MTC Device发送无线 7 载请求, 通过该无线 7 载请求将目的 IP地址发送 MTC Device。
需要说明的是, 步骤 502中的网络指定目的地特性和目的 IP地址 已经存在于 MME中, MME接收到 MTC Device发送的业务请求后直接根 据已存在的网络指定目的地特性发送目的 IP地址, 无需再向 HSS索取 目的 IP地址。
本实施例中提供的获取目的 IP地址的方法适用于 MTC Device 中 配置的目的 IP 地址失效的情况, 导致失效的原因可以是 MTC Device 升级维护或者人为更改 MTC Device中的 MTC Server IP地址 (即所述 目的 IP地址 ) 。 网络会在 MTC Device发起业务请求时向该 MTC Device 指定目的 IP地址, 以避免当当 MTC Device中的目的 IP地址失效时, MTC Device无法向 MTC Server发送上行数据, 造成数据无效发送的问 题。
实施例五: 本实施例提供的技术方案适用于 MTC Device 已附着于网络的情 况, 此种情况下, MTC Device 向 MME发送业务请求, MME通过无线资 源请求将目的 IP地址发送给 MTC Device。
此种情况下, 签约数据已经在 MTC Device附着于网络的时候 HSS 发送给了 MME, 但与实施例四不同的是, 本实施例中所述的签约数据中 不包括目的 IP地址。 当 MME根据已存在的网络指定目的地特性判断需 要向 MTC Device发送目的 IP地址时, MEE将向网关设备获取所述目的 IP地址。
如图 6所示, 本实施例中提供的获取目的 IP地址的方法, 包括以 下步骤:
601、 MME接收 MTC Device发送的业务请求。
602、 MME向 MC发送无线承载任务接入请求( Radio Access Bearer Assignment Request ) , 用以保证 PDP上下文无线承载接入的建立。
603、 MME 向网络侧设备中的网关设备发送承载修改请求或承载创 建请求。
可选的, 承载修改请求或承载创建请求中携带有网络指定目的地 特性。
604、网关设备向 MME发送承载修改请求响应或承载创建请求响应; 其中, 承载修改请求响应或承载创建请求响应携带目的 IP地址。
605、 MME 通过发送无线资源请求将所述目的 IP 地址发送给 MTC Device。
所述 MME 通过发送无线资源请求将所述目的 IP 地址发送给 MTC Device的过程为:
MME向 eNodeB发送 SI- AP上下文初始建立请求。 该 S1-AP上下文 初始建立请求中包括目的 IP地址。
eNodeB接收到上述 S1-AP上下文初始建立请求后, 对该 S1-AP上 下文初始建立请求进行解析。 然后向 MTC Device发送无线 7 载请求, 通过该无线 7 载请求将目的 IP地址发送 MTC Device。
本实施例中, 目的 IP地址存储于网关设备中, MME在根据网络指 定目的地特性判断需要发送目的 IP地址后, 还需将所述网络指定目的 地特性发送至网关设备以用于网关设备查找目的 IP地址。
本实施例中提供的获取目的 IP地址的方法适用于 MTC Device 中 未配置目的 IP地址或者配置的目的 IP地址失效的情况。 网络会在 MTC Device发业务请求时向该 MTC Device指定目的 IP地址, 以避免未配 置目的 IP地址而无法发送上行数据; 或者当目的 IP地址更改时该 MTC Device仍旧通过旧的目的 IP地址发送上行数据,造成数据无效发送的 问题。
实施例六:
本实施例提供一种获取目的 IP地址的装置, 如图 7所示, 包括: 接收单元 71、 获取单元 72、 发送单元 73, 其中
接收单元 71, 用于接收 MTC Device发送的请求;
可选的, 如图 8所示, 接收单元 71可以进一步划分为: 第一接收 子单元 81和第二接收子单元 82;
第一接收子单元 81, 用于接收移动管理请求;
上述移动管理请求包括但不限于: 附着请求、 跟踪区域更新请求; 第二接收子单元 82, 用于接收业务请求;
获取单元 72 , 用于从网络侧设备获取所述目的 I P地址;
需要说明的是: 上述网络侧设备至少包括下述中的一种:
本地签约服务器 HSS、 服务网关 S-GW或分组数据网关 P-GW;

网络侧设备 133如图 13所示, 包括: 本地签约服务器 HSS1331、 网关设备 1332。 其中,
本地签约服务器 1331用于更新终端设备 131的位置信息、 存储签 约数据 (Subscription Data ) 并将所述签约数据发送给目的 IP 地址 获取设备 132。 其中, 一种情况下, 签约数据包括网络指定目的地特性 和目的 IP地址; 另一种情况下, 签约数据包括网络指定目的地特性。
网关设备 1332用于接收目的 IP地址获取设备 132发送的含有签 约数据的请求, 该请求包括: 更新位置请求、 承载修改请求以及承载 创建请求; 根据网络指定目的地特性确定发送目的 IP 地址给目的 IP 地址获取设备 132;根据 IMSI查找目的 IP地址;通过对目的 IP地址获 取设备 132发送的请求的响应将所述目的 IP地址发送给所述目的 IP 地址获取设备 132。
在实际应用中, 以上所述的本地签约服务器 1331还可以但不仅限 于由归属位置寄存器 (Home Location Register, 筒称 HLR) 代替; 所 述网关设备 1332 包括且不限于: 服务网关 ( Serving Gate Way,筒称 S-GW) 、 分组数据网关 (Packet Gate Way, 筒称 P-GW ) 。
服务器设备 134即为所述 MTC Server, 它是终端设备 131发送上 行数据的目的设备,其 IP地址即为以上所述的目的 IP地址。
利用本实施例中提供的获取目的 IP地址的***, 可以在终端设备 发送上行数据之前, 将目的 IP地址配置给终端设备, 以避免该设备中 未配置目的 IP地址而无法发送上行数据; 或者避免当目的 IP地址更 改时该 MTC Device仍旧通过旧的目的 IP地址发送上行数据, 造成数 据无效发送的问题。
以上全部实施例中的各网元设备在实际应用中不仅限于 HSS、 MME、 S-GW, P-GW 等, 在其他标准中所述网元设备还可但不仅限于由 HLR、 SGSN、 GGSN等代替。

7、 根据权利要求 4所述的获取目的 I P地址的方法, 其特征在于, 所述从网络侧设备获取目的 IP地址包括:
根据所述网络指定目的地特性确定向所述终端设备发送目的 IP地 址时, 向网关设备发送承载修改请求或承载创建请求, 以获取所述网 关设备获取的目的 IP地址, 所述承载修改请求或所述承载创建请求中 携带有所述网络指定目的地特性;
接收所述网关设备发送的承载修改请求响应或承载创建请求响 应, 所述承载修改请求响应或承载创建请求响应中携带有所述网关设 备获取的目的 IP地址;
所述将所述目的 IP地址发送给所述终端设备包括:
通过无线资源请求将所述目的 IP地址发送给所述终端设备。
8、 一种装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收单元, 用于接收终端设备发送的请求;
获取单元, 用于从网络侧设备获取目的 I P地址;
发送单元, 用于将所述目的 IP地址发送给所述终端设备, 以便所 述终端设备根据所述目的 I P地址发送上行数据。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的装置, 其特征在于,
所述接收单元包括以下至少一种:
第一接收子单元, 用于接收移动管理请求, 所述移动管理请求包 括: 附着请求或跟踪区域更新请求;
第二接收子单元, 用于接收业务请求;
所述发送单元包括以下至少一种:
第一发送子单元, 用于向所述终端设备发送携带所述目的 IP地址 的移动管理请求响应;
第二发送子单元, 用于向所述终端设备发送携带所述目的 IP地址 的无线资源请求。
1 0、 根据权利要求 8或 9所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述获取单 元包括以下至少一种:
第一获取子单元, 用于向本地签约服务器发送更新位置请求, 接 收所述本地签约服务器发送的更新位置请求响应, 所述更新位置请求 响应中包含签约数据, 所述签约数据中包括网络指定目的地特性和所 述目的 I P地址;
第二获取子单元, 用于根据签约数据中的网络指定目的地特性确 定向所述终端设备发送目的 IP地址时,从所述签约数据中提取目的 IP 地址;
第三获取子单元, 用于根据签约数据中的网络指定目的地特性确 定向所述终端设备发送目的 I P地址时, 向网关设备发送承载修改请求 或承载创建请求, 以获取所述网关设备获取的目的 I P地址, 所述承载 修改请求或所述承载创建请求中携带有所述网络指定目的地特性;接收 所述网关设备发送的承载修改请求响应或承载创建请求响应, 所述承载 修改请求响应或承载创建请求响应中携带有所述网关设备获取的目的
